Drive down side for dryer not turning on. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found a unit had a stable 240 V connection as well as power being distributed throughout unit. I found cause of failure was due to the thermal fuse breaking. After replacing fuse I was able to reassemble and test the unit and found temperatures within dryer fluctuating as designed. Arrived on site for a washing machine that smoked and is not working properly. Inspected unit and work area. Found the unit had power but would not start any cycles. Found a burn mark on the control that caused the issue. I called Rowe for safety team and spoke to Dominique SR# 7733629469. She advised to go ahead and replace the control. Replaced the control and ran the unit through an auto test. Found the new control popped immediately when the unit went to a drain. Re-ordering control and will return with drain pump. Spoke with techline to explain customers experience and they do not have any specific recommendation because it is currently working properly. Only area code saved in system shows 10 blinks and this is not a known error code. Techline discussed service pointer about needing a new temperature sensor but this is not what the customer is experiencing. Removed rear panel found two wires pinched, took picture. Redid connections and while panel was off replaced DSI board and temperature sensor. After reassembling the left oven will not ignite at all. Attempted multiple times. It also is not generating any error codes in diagnostics. Arrived onsite for temp concerns. Tested temps and determined that the advanced digital thermometer being used by the customer was sensitively reading air temp changes and was hi by 2 or 3f. Provided customer instruct on the design and verified temp with k type thermocouple. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived onsite and found unit had been chiming for the power outage to be confirmed. Confirmed and advised customer on confirming. Found icemaker passes all tests in diagnostics and found unit valve does activate and fill spout heater is working and there is not ice, however, unit valve may be shorting. Advised customer on possibility of valve failure, customer will call back if unit does not produce within days. At which point the valve should be replaced."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that both compartments are no longer cooling properly. I inspected the FC evap cover and found frost built up on it. I gained access to the FC evaporator and found it engulfed in ice and frost. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost thermistor and it showed to be open. I tested ohms to the thermistor and found it way out of range. Using my steamer, I removed the ice from the thermistor clip and removed and replaced the thermistor. I tested defrost and the element came on and began to melt the ice. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and recommended that they unplug the unit and allow it to defrost for approximately 24 hours. Also recommended they place some towels around the unit to absorb any water that may leak from defrosting. I tested the unit and found the area where I removed the frost/ice is frosting up as designed. I recommended that the customer monitor the unit and if they see any frost building up on the evap cover again, to call it in for service at which time the hv control, UI & defrost thermistor will all need to be replaced together. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect venthood noises. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and could hear it making a loud vibrating noise. I found the vent cover not secured at the top front section of the unit (photo). Tightened the screws and retested and unit is operating as designed. Job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not starting. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and pressed start and the unit shut down and the display went blank, but never lost power. I tested voltage at the wall and terminal block and got 248V. Disassembled the unit and tested the element, cutoffs, thermostats and fuse and all were good except the element. I tested the element by disconnecting the WH4 connector and when I see start the unit stayed on. Eliminating this connector isolated the current to the motor and element. When I plugged the connector back into the control and sees start the unit shut down again. I the customer 56.15 (MS) for service//parts (motor, element & blower wheel). Customer advised they would purchase a new unit and the service/ fees of 22.72 (05.75+) (22.72 H49NY4). Unit reassembled and left unplugged. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived to inspect. He unit had F0E3, F2E1 and F6E2 stored in memory. I found the control acted erratically upon initial power up and I inspected the motor assembly. The CX experienced high water levels within the area and water had shorted the connection, burning both the motor and harness side, at the lower connection area. The control, harness and stator assemblies will require replacement. The pump and shifter both operated as designed. I advised the CX to NOT plug the unit in until repaired. No leaks observed during service, I unplugged it and shut both water supplies off. for insurance created and saved. Motor, control and harness

Arrived onsite for cooktop with gas smell. Upon arrival I perform a gas leak test and found that there was a leak coming from the gas regulator fitting. I sealed the threads on the fitting and tightened it up and tested it again and found that the leak is now gone. Tested cooktop orifices and found no leaks there. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for wall oven with perceived temp issues. Upon arrival I performed a temp test and found unit heating properly with no issues at all. I check fro codes and found no codes pertaining to the issue at hand. I did advise cx to remove the sheet of foil he had in the oven. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon inspection I found ice bin frozen over caused by the dispenser door leaking air. I installed new dispenser door and tested unit and found unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site to test unit for frost build up in FC and FC light not working. Found FC gasket not sealing properly causing frost build up and door switch frozen in closed position. Removed excessive frost build up and light turned on. FC door switch tested good. Found top right corner of FC door gasket not sealing. Replaced gasket but new gasket has magnet strip twisted internally. Put original gasket back on and formed with heat gun. Tested unit, door is now sealing as designed. Advised customer to leave door closed to allow proper formation to settle. Unit is hooked up to under sink RO system. Advised customer of required water pressures for valve to function properly. He stated he would have installer check pressures. No leaks detected. Job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for bubble appearing again in between cooktop glass. Spoke with the line and was advised to check pans as bowed pans(center bowed upwards away from cooktop) can trap heat and create issue. Took straight edge and found no gaps in pans. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the control kit consisting of the hv control and UI (in front left RC door) and tested. When Im removed the UI, I found one the connections on the control was loose and broke off. When I began testing, I found the compressor came on but the unit was not cooling. I placed my oilless gauges on the unit and found no refrigerant in the system. I tested the sealed system with nitrogen and pumped 130psi into the system and within approximately 30 mins, the high side had dropped approximately 10 psi to 120psi. Using my liquid leak detector, I checked all system connections and found no leaks. Checked the evaporators and found no leaks. I contacted techline and spoke to Bruce and advised of past repairs, repairs made today and my findings. Bruce provided SR#7733686775 and advised the unit is leaking inside the cabinet somewhere. He advised that someone from the manufacturer would contact the customer with further proceedings. I provided the SR number to my customer and advised that manufacturer would contact them within 24-48 hours with a resolution. Unit put back together and left unplugged for safety. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for unit being loud. Tightened up some of the bulk head screws, and secured the vent hose to eliminate some of the sound. Doing that did relieve the vibration sound. The customer is now complaining about th air flow sound being too loud. Called techline for assistance. Tech said there is nothing else to be done . He said that the air flow sound is normal. Tech gave SR# 7733690630. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for the knob on the cooktop is crooked noticeably. Upon arrival inspected unit and found far right valve was not secured properly to manifold. Secured valve o manifold correctly. Unit is now straight. Job complete

Arrived onsite for Not Heating Not heating well and it's making loud noise like something is rubbing. Upon arrival test unit on a complete cycle. Unit heats and operates as designed with no abnormal sounds. Customer said that the unit has been operating fine. Could not duplicate the issue. Job complete

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts and clear out drain tube. Cleared out drain tube that was clogged with debris. Test drain pan and drain tube by pouring water into drain pan. Unit drained correctly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived onsite for dryer not heating. Upon arrival inspected unit. Tested and found that each time tested unit would heat. Could hear click and ignition. Could not duplicate the issue. Job complete

Pulled unit out to inspect water line supply and found hose being pinched. I addressed the amount of house behind the unit. I then remounted unit and tested. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice, inspected unit and work area. CX explained to me unit stoped making ice. Then I found door completely open causing unit to not cool. Big block of ice had formed in the fresh food evaporator and would not let door close. I then found items in the freezer door causing door not to close all the way. Advised CX on how to place foods correctly. CX will have to completely defrost unit for 48 hours minimum and I show CX how to properly defrost. I also explained to CX after defrosting unit to power unit back on and let it cool for minimum of 24 hrs. Unit should start to operate as normal after these procedures have been completed. Water leaks where detected during service as unit was melting. Job completed.

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling properly. Found temps in both RC and FC correct. Evap motors both enagaging and working properly. No excessive frost or ice build up. Nice frost pattern on evap. Compressor pulling .9amps. Heater engaging properly. Door gaskets sealing good. Thermistors in range. Unable to replicate issue as unit is currently working as designed. Advised to place thermometers in both compartments to better monitor temp fluctuations. Also advised on how unit does defrost periodically. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to replace ice maker and mullion from previous diagnosis. Replaced parts and error codes 40E and 22E kept popping up and not allowing to enter diagnostics. Spoke with SW and found red wire to connection CN76 was broken and Norway to repair back into connection. Was advised the harness is not repairable. Removed installed parts. No further repairs available to back into working order. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for not heating properly. Ran multiple diagnostics and control was acting erratic replaced control and oven sensor. Tested unit, upper oven is now heating but very slow and wont go past 175. Found broil element receiving voltage at control but not at element itself. Tried finding a break in the line with no success. Upon further inspection found control molex connections and harness was miss wired from factory. Fixed wiring and reconnected to control. Tested unit, unit now working as designed.
