"Arrived on site for oven sparking, inspected unit and work area. CX had removed broil element from lower oven. Then CX had explained to me that upper oven wont work as well. I then pulled wall oven out on my dolly and inspected power supply and found that the wall power supply had shorted out. Called safety line and spoke with Mary SR# 7733652192 and instructed me to not continue with repairs until power supply has been fixed

Arrived onsite for squealing and found unit operating without squeal. Customer advised that it was brief and then went away. Advised customer on cause of intermittent squealing that then leaves and the debris has passed. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site for UI not responding to commands. Found UI not responding to commands. Power reset didnt correct issue . Replaced console ui. Keypad is now responding . Arrived onsite for microwave blower fan not functioning. Upon arrival customer stated that the unit is not sucking steam. Tested unit and found both low and high speed functions are working properly and air dampener is opening and closing as designed. Tested using paper to prove unit was producing suction on both fan speeds. Unit is functioning as designed. Customer is using larger burners at the front of the un and the microwave is offset to the back. Unit does not have enough power to capture all steam. Customer would need full size vent hood. "Arrived onsite for dryer not heating or latching. Upon arrival found unit with visibly failed latch. Also door was cracked at the hinge. Took pics. Ran diagnostics and found F4E3 restriction air flow, F4E2 heater failure , F4E1 heater failure. Customer provided heater and latch. Unit is functioning properly. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that was not cooling properly. Upon arrival the customer stated that the units cooling had completely shut off. They cycled the breaker several times and eventually it started running again. I checked temps and found the FC at 7?F and the RC at 40?F while both set at recommended temps.Upon further inspection I found no frost build up on either evap cover, and good frost patterns. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all airflow components running as designed. I then gained access to the main control and ohmd out all thermistors. The RC thermistor read 7.85k, the FC read 18.3k, and the RC evap thermistor read 11.7k. These are all roughly accurate at the time of reading. This indicates the control may be reading them incorrectly and causing the unit to not cool properly. I am order the control and will return it the UI to install as well. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E2 for fill valve electrical problem and F10E1 for dispenser electrical problem. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found it running as designed. I called techline and spoke to Rich and kept same SR# 7733306108. Rich recommend replacing the inlet valve, wiring harness, and control. He also had me get into the junction box and double check for polarity. I found it good. "Arrived to inspect washability and cycle completing. I entered service test mode and found no stored error codes. The unit filled and at the point the circulation pump should have engaged, there was not pump operation. I checked the motor supply line and found 112.9 VAC anytime the pilot relay was engaged. During expected pump operation, the voltage on the supply line would jump to 121 and the decline to the 112.9 in 1-2 seconds. The unit will require the sump assembly and the control. "Arrived on site for dryer turning on but not starting cycle. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found that the exhaust vent thermostat has failed again. After inspecting exhaust system as well as venting through the house(was clean and clear), heating element and other stats. Found no failures. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) error code. Tested both valves and found both valves working properly. Filled the basket halfway up the basket and attempted to drain the unit. Found the unit draining properly. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Tested the pressure hose to make sure there were no obstructions in the hose. Found no obstructions. Tested the pressure hose by filling the unit with water and found pressure continuing to increase inside the pressure hose. I asked the customer what type of low they were running when the unit would not spin out. The customer did not remember what they were washing. I did advise the customer that it seemed like the issue was most likely with the load that they ran as they have not run any other cycle since. Advise the customer to run another cycle and call me back. She called back and said it did the same thing. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not closing properly. Upon inspection found dishwasher upper rack not leveled. The upper spray arm assembly was getting caught and not allowing the rack to be pushed back fully which led the door not close properly. centers rack and door would now close. Did notice arm assembly loose internally. If customer continues to have issues recommended replacing.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator with loose handles. Found freezer handle set screws not tightened. Tightened set screws for handle. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site for refrigerator developing condensation inside of RC. Inspected unit and work area. Found gap between cavity and fame (see SD-QUICKPIC). Added silicone between cavity and cabinet on RC and FC. Tested door seal and found door sealing and gasket touch cabinet all the way around. Unit is operating as designed.

Upon inspection I found the oven temp sensor reading out of range I replace it and tested again and found no change even after calibrating the temperature. Upon arrival the customer stated the noise was coming from the IM and stopped when they turned the IM off. They also found lack of cooling in the RC. I checked temps and found the FC at 6?F and the RC at 46?F. Upon further inspection I found the mullion broken and both RC gaskets torn. This was not allowing the RC doors to seal properly and letting warm air in. I also found the FC gasket not sealing properly, but it appeared to be due to over filling the FC. I found the IM frosted over and bad, indicating the need for the SP IM kit. In order to repair the unit it will need both RC gaskets, mullion, and IM repair kit. I found several parts had shipping . "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the reservoir, line, filter head, and PRV. I found the issue still occurring. I informed the customer of my findings and that it does not seem to be the unit.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the lights out. Upon arrival the customer stated that the unit was not pushed back enough into the cabinets as they would like. He found when he pushed it back on his own the light in the FC went out, but when he pulled it back out it would turn on. He was also concerned that water did not come out of the dispenser chilled all of the time. I checked temps and found the RC at 37?F. I informed the customer on the design of the reservoir and how it only holds a certain amount of water. That once it empties it will take a while for the rest of the water to cool down again. I also informed the customer on the way the unit cools and how to keep items away from the damper due to possible freezing. I pushed the unit back and found all lights working as designed.
