Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Found controls not regulating temperature in rc. Installed new ui and hv control from kit. All is working properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived onsite for a washer with the water only trickling in when turned on. Ms stated the water works on hot but not on cold. Ms also pointed out the water break was loose and hanging but also very dirty on the outside and wanted it replaced. I inspected the unit and found the water break clean on the inside but the outside has a lot or rust build up stuck to it because the rear panel was rusted out. I reassembled the washer. I went and started the dishwasher and found the connector at the recirculating pump pump loose so I tightened the connectors and the pump started working.

Arrived onsite for a microwave that is not working correctly and giving close door messages. Mr stated the door latch popped. I found the primary door switch defective and recommended replacing the door switches and interlocks I replaced all the door switches and both interlocks. Upon further inspection, I found the unit had just finished a cycle and the start button was flashing. I pressed the cancel button and nothing happened. I removed the outer door panel and found the vent has been leaking water for a while now as there is old water streaks with detergent on the inside of the inner panel (photo). Removed the vent and found where old detergent had made a way for the water to leak over the gasket. The outer gasket on the vent was damaged as well. I disconnected the control panel and closed the door and nothing changed. I found the airflow components running and the compressor on. Upon further inspection I found the compressor cool to the touch. I monitored amp draw to the compressor and found it sat on .5 amps with no fluctuation even when the compressor is supposed to have variable speed. This indicates a bad SS. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher not cleaning dishes and making a weird noise. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found no stored error codes. I then ran an auto cycle and found the water did not fill very much and the motor never energized. I then put the unit into manual test mode and ran the valve. Per the tech sheet it should fill with several liters of water, but it was barely visible over the filter. I tested the motor and again it never energized. Due to this I am ordering the control, valve, and flow meter to install. We will bring back other parts on order to test the unit after part install. Arrived on site for a cooktop to replace the switches. We need to remove the cooktop and found that the cooktop was hardwired into a shared junction box with another 120VAC outlet (pictures on SD). Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with the soap not dissolving and water remaining in the tub. I found the pin connectors loose at the recirculating motor. When I went to test voltage at the motor the motor started. I removed the connector and tightened the pins and the motor started right up. The motors resistance checked good. I left the unit running a cycle while I finished working on the customers washer. When I came back I found the motor had stopped and was very hot. The motor has a mechanical failure causing it to overheat. The motor needs to be replaced

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the control failure, we removed and replaced the main control and tested. The new control failed. Tested voltage and all connections and all was good. Tested the control by unplugging one connector at a time and cycling power and the control continued to fail. Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling in the RC. I tested temps and found the RC at 58?F and the FC at 20?F. I gained access to the evap cover and found several inches of ice over the cover. This indicates a defrost issue. I then gained access to the main control to ohm out the thermistors. I found the FC thermistor significantly off. Due to this I am ordering the fan harness to replace. I am also ordering the fan motor due to it running so long within the ice build up. I advised the customer on turning the unit off to thaw for at least 72 hours prior to service. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator doors not closing. Upon further inspection, I found the right RC door closed but open approximately 1 inch. I attempted to close the door and it slowly reopened on its own. Inspected the hinge and found the outermost screw loose. I attempted to tighten the screw and it would not tighten. When opening the right RC door, the hinge would not engage the switch arm until the door was approximately 4-6 inches open. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering all of the right RC door upper hinge parts including screws. Arrived on site for a range that is not heating properly in the oven and has a burner that is burning their food. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the right front burner seems to get excessively hot and theyre having to change the temperatures below where they feel like they should have to in order to get the cooktop to work properly. Detest the unit and found the unit cycling as designed on a low and medium cycles. I did inform the customer that the bigger burner is a higher wattage burner and will be a lot hotter than the smaller burners or the dual. Check the oven and found the bake element in Vairo elements both working. Check the TOD and found it closed. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage. Found the oven would initially send voltage to the elements but would kick off within about six minutes when the unit was supposed to be preheated. The unit only got to 115? before power was shut off to the elements. Check resistance on the oven thermostat and spoke to SW. Was advised the issue would be with the control and sensor. She advised that the control was getting a reading temperature of 200? but was still not heating. Arrived on site for dishwasher needing previously diagnosed console panel and control upon arrival confirmed issue. Found after disassembly that unit had a fully corroded ui control and couldnt power up unit. Called techIce and spoke with Robert & joel sr#7733917979. Was instructed to return with previously ordered parts as well as vent motor and required seals and ui control. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling. Found compressor not running and installed new start device. Found no change in operation and compressor will need to be replaced to complete repairs. Spoke with Suzie and she will be ordering pars for repair. "Arrived to inspect ice clumping and dispensing issues. I found the ice had a moderately clumped consistency within the ice bin, but there were signs of sublimation from excessive ice bin airflow. The FC measured at 9F, but the sealed system was running and I assume it is within specifications. I found the right RC door sagging and not positively compressing the ice chute-to-bin gasket and I corrected. Further inspection revealed the FC door was warped at the bottom of the door liner and will not hold the gasket as designed. The right RC door gasket had started to tear at the bottom flap and will require replacement. The bin will need to be replaced to ensure positive seal at the ice house opening. Arrived on site for ice maker not producing. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the ice tray empty but able to be removed. I found the icemaker not cycling. I am ordering silicone to seal the air gaps and the ice maker. Arrived on site for ice not dispensing. I inspected the unit and work area. I tested the ice dispenser and could hear the motor running. I gained access to the impeller and found it stripped on the motor. I am ordering the motor and impeller to complete the repair. "Additional notes- cover stand-off/mount, drain tube custom, 2 hrs.Arrived to inspect water in bottom of chassis. I found the drain tube had plugged and I was able to clear it. The unit will require leveling and correction of the mounting of the evaporator cover and replacement of the cover gaskets. The drain tube will need to be replaced with a larger diameter tubing to prevent future issues. Unit will require two hours service to be authorized by warranty company to perform repairs. No leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site for broken cook top. Replaced cook top. Tested burners all centered and functioning properly.

Arrived on site for dishwasher top rack falling. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the tracks broken. I replaced the tracks and tested the unit. It is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived to inspect oil leak. I found there was oil residue under the unit and I verified there were no signs of the gear case or other parts leaking. The CX had an older direct drive washer that this one had replaced and I suspect the installer of this unit did not clean up a leak from the old machine. I tested operation in service mode and all functions were present. I informed the CX of my findings and leveled the unit. No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed the failed compressor and installed the replacement dye drier, service port and compressor. I vacuumed the system for 15 minutes and then monitored for an additional 15. After confirming the vacuum held, I charged with the mfg prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The unit operated as designed and started cooling. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived to inspect control panel issue. I could not recreate the issue, but found the unit was not installed correctly. The trim/surround was not mounted via the four factory screws and should be corrected, special note taken to not use too long of screws and the factory ones should be utilized. The mounting frame has four wood blocks, one at each corner, used as spacers and they should be removed and replaced with two, approximately 1/8-1/4 (cabinet opening depth) spacers, that are the length/depth of the two metal mounting brackets. Once the height is corrected, the unit will be able to be slid into place and alignment issues will be corrected. CX will contact the mfg if issues persist after the installation correction."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that still flashing along drain error message. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and ran the unit through diagnostics. Found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. I ran the unit for a diagnostics test and found the drain pump kick on during test zero but not kicking on or even energizing the drain pump during test number seven. After the unit stalled at number seven with nothing happening, I turned off power and found the unit flashing the door lock message on the user interface. Was unable to remove that door lock message until the unit errored out an F9 E1 and began to drain. When I went to test the unit again. The unit drained fully and began to operate as designed. Check resistance on the drain pump and found it registering 18.6 ohms. Spoke to ask W and was advised the issue would have to be control related.

Arrived on site to diagnose a freezer that is not cooling. Found start device for compressor failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived on site for a freezer that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is in fact cooling but that the temperatures fluctuate and will go from freezing items to thawing it out and then re-freezing. Found the compressor not running and the temperature of the freezer at 32?F. Checked the compressor and found it extremely hot to touch indicating the thermal overload had opened. When the compressor call back down enough, the unit began to cool and began to cool for several minutes. The temperature around the freezer is over 100? and advise the customer that it appeared his issue was with the ambient temperature around the unit. It appeared that the compressor was running so hard that it would trap the overload and caused the unit to stop cooling for several hours at a time. Advised the customer of this issue and advised that they need to keep this unit in temperatures between 60?F and 90?F. The customer is going to run an AC unit in his garage and will call back it further issues persist.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Found filter removal clip and cover disassembled. CX was trying to change filter and it came apart. I reassembled the filter cover and tested, its now operating as normal.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint was water dispenser would be intermittently. I found while dispensing water it had to much pressure. I lowered the water pressure from the wall and suggested to install water pressure regulator to fix the issue, CX would like to try it like that and see if it works, but if they call back will need water pressure regulator and pexline. No leaks observed during service. Job completed."

Recommended replacing control board, after replacing control board dryer is running properly, also recommended having dryer vent cleaned/cleared to prevent any further damage to dryer, job complete. "Arrived on site for built in oven, inspected unit and work area. At arrival I set unit in diagnostics and no stored error codes. I then set it to preheat to 350? and found blower making some noises, CX also showed a video of the noise. I pulled unit out and disassembled unit to inspected blower. I found nothing stuck so I replaced it. I then reassembled and tested unit is operating as designed at this time. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for microwave door falling apart. Upon inspection found door failing internally. Inner door clips have failed causing the door to fall apart and pieces are falling onto customers cooktop. Inner panel almost completely off. Unit is not functioning correctly. Replaced door. Arrived onsite for Recurring issue on unit. Pod not dissolving. Upon arrival test unit and dispenser door would open intermittently. Detergent POD would remain in dispenser. Replaced dispenser and would get same result. Replaced control and unit now operates as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Found bellow was in-properly installed. Corrected bellow installation and tested unit, unit started to leak again. Found pressure hose from rear of tub was removed and leaking. Secured hose, tested unit and found drain pump hose clamp was not in correct spot causing leak. Secured clamp, tested unit, unit now working as designed. Requesting extra pay as I avoided 3rd trip and installed parts that were not prescreened(hose clamps). If issue persists recommend send out initial tech. No leaks detected. Job complete."
