Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is still making chime noises and displaying power outage on the eyebrow UI. I inspected the unit then disconnected power. I found that after the compressor started up the condenser fan tried to start but stopped. I spun the fan blade and it started running. I powered the unit off again then powered back up and checked voltage to the fan. I had 12VDC and the fan started then stopped again. "WA52A5500AW Arrived to inspect washer starting again after completing. I found the issue was the unit was stall out in the latter stages of the cycle and then add more time, apparently, restarting the cycle. The unit was leaning back far enough the tub was resting against the back inner wall of the cabinet and likely tripping the off balance, which the customer verified was happening. I corrected the setup and centered the basket within the chassis and tested. The unit operated as designed and the customer will contact if there are further issues. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that was making a noise and is now completely dead and nothing works. I found the refrigerator off when I arrived and the customer had all the doors open. I found the circuit breaker tripped. I reset the breaker and the compressor and fans all turned on with the unit cooling and irking as designed. I checked the bimetal and found it open. I found about a 1/4 of water in the condenser pan. I accessed the evaporator and tested the defrost circuit finding it good. I put it in a forced defrost and had voltage to the bimetal. The customer had a video of the noise and it doesnt sound like a fan hitting ice but I am not ruling that out because of the video. I made sure the unit was level and could not duplicate the noise. I asked the customer if the noise comes back to open the FC door and see if it gets louder. I set the defrost to the basic 8 hour setting. At this time the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for dish not drying. On inspection the customer was showing me that the plastic still had water on them. I tested the heating element in it was drawing 7.5 amps. I informed the customer that plastic will always have water on them. Explain to preheat the water before you turn on the dishwasher and at the end to open the dishwasher up to let the steam out so it will not collapse on to the dish. The unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service

Arrived onsite for dryer shaking bad. On inspection I put the unit in diagnostics mode and ran the unit it passed. I load a small load into the unit and did quick wash. When it got to the spin cycle and was ramping up the tub leaned hard to the right back and the machine lifted up on the left back. I killing the power and installed new suspension. We tested and the unit is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that stopped making ice. The customer stated it started doing the same thing before the compressor was replaced. I found the FC temp staying between 19-23 degrees but the RC was cooling properly. I accessed the compressor compartment and looked for dye checking all the joints, lokrings, and drain pan finding no dye anywhere. I tested pressures and found them correct for the temperatures. I found frost building back to the compressor when the FC started cooling. I removed the drawers and lower pan to inspect the evaporator finding a block of ice built up on the compartment thermistor cover. I removed the ice and accessed the evaporator finding a solid block of ice in the upper right corner behind the thermistor. I removed the ice and found the defrost thermistor loose. I secured the thermistor with zip ties. I found the suction line almost bent flat where it came out of the liner. I opened the line up. I tested the unit and had good refrigerant flow and no restriction. I found all the air dam tape in place on the evaporator and the foam air dam pieces in place on the fan. The unit is working as designed. I told the customer to monitor the ice maker and call us if they do not have ice in the morning. Call complete."

Found no evidence of a defrost issue inside of the unit and found a good frost pattern. Check the ice container and found it completely full of ice. The customer advised that he had not checked after his initial check four or five days ago. Did advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and call back if any other issues persist. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with not power. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the unit and the control panel failed to respond. I tested the outlet and found no power to it. Checked the breaker and it had not tripped. Cycled power and retested the outlet and still no power. I checked the disposal outlet and found no power as well. Customer turned the disposal on and next to the switch, on a far wall to the left of t(e unit, was another switch in the off position. I asked the customer to turn the switch on and at that time, the unit powered on. I advised the customer that that switch is wired into the circuit for the dishwasher. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is operating as designed.

Arrived on site and found on location and is using a sniffer. Gas leak is coming from regulator. Used bubble solution on all connections to regulator but did not see any evidence of a leak. Replaced regulator and used bubble solution again and still Didnt find any evidence. Insured range is working properly by starting a big cycle and turning on all burners. Job complete

"Arrived on site for a microwave that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the issue was not with the unit not powering on but with the unit intermittently not heating. Ran testing on the microwave and the microwave. Work the first four times. on the fifth try, found the unit running, but not heating. I pressed up on the right hand side of the microwave door and found the unit immediately start buzzing and heating as designed. Removed the unit from the wall and accessed the door switches. Moved up the door switch assembly towards the door, lever and tested the unit several times. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner not igniting. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the front right burner wont ignite. I tested all burners and found the front right not functioning. I found the ignitor arcing downward. Removed the burner cap and inspected the ignitor and found a small metal lint piece that looked as if it were from a Brillo pad or some sort of wire type cleaning pad on the ignitor. I removed the debris and retested and the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator needing the coils cleaned. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that there is cold air coming from the front of the unit from in between the RC doors. I opened the RC doors and found the mullion not making contact with the pivot block and the mullion was staying in the open door position even when the door was closed. I found the RC doors not level and the unit rocking back and forth from the back right corner to the front left corner. I pulled the unit out to inspect the coils and compressor and found the coils werent bad and the customer requested that I clean them. Using my shop vac, I cleaned the coils and other debris from the unit (photos). Placed the unit back in its space and leveled the unit. Tested the door opening/closing and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"JMC2430IL03 Arrived to inspect potato cooking and convection heating. The customer presented two potatoes for testing, they had been refrigerated and were at 36?F. The unit started the cook for the two average sized baked potatoes and 8:54 was the initial cooking time. The unit completed and the smaller of the two was 206? and the larger was 195? internal and cooked approximately 20%. I then attempted a single, 46? degree large sized potato, obtained from a local store and it heated to 196? after 5:33 program time. I advised the customer to attempt potato cooking with room temperature potatos and see if the results are acceptable. Additionally, I advised trying different doneness settings. Convection bake at 375, with a starting temperature of 145? and after 25 minutes the unit reached 325 and then cooled to 140? and I ceased the test and contact tech assist. Spoke with Ed and got cut off. Called back and reached Austin. SR# 7736323910. Through various testing measures, we found the L2 line showing ground. Only one circuit breaker is installed and I verified it cuts power to L1. I advised the customer that there is an electrical supply issue and to ensure both L1 and L2 are supplied to the unit, with N as well. I left the breaker off due to unknown wiring issues. Customer will contact us if there are further issues."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the control board and reassembled the unit. Tested unit and it is operating as designed and no water leaks detected.

"Arrived on site to inspect washer not starting a cycle without having to be unplugged and plugged back in. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit will so,e times start and wash a load of clothes, but they will have to unplug the unit and then plug it in to get the unit to finish a cycle. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested the unit. The unit operated as designed in diagnostics. I ran a speed wash and the unit operated as designed. The customer advised that they will attempt to set the washer on certain settings and it wont respond (turn on). I checked the control harness and all connections were good. Tested voltage at the wall and its showing 122V. Based off the description the customer gave of the issues theyve been experiencing, I advised the customer that there is an issue with the main control or control panel.

Arrived onsite for a cooktop that made a pop while the tenant was cooking and now it wont power on. I found no DC voltage out of the module to the UI. I replaced the module again and programmed it to 23. I tested the unit and found it working as designed. I found a thermal crack in the cooktop and it will need to be replaced. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with an unresponsive console and the machine is not starting. I found out that the unit does work but the normal cycle selection on the console will not respond. "Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was unit not cooling round that the unit had frost build up on the evaporator cover indicating that the defrost is not working. Im ordering the defrost heater and returning with the control to replace both. I advice the customer that some parts are not available at the moment and can take longer than usual to get them. I advised customer to defrost the refrigerator and plug it back in after defrosting to get them by in the meantime. Customer will have to defrost the refrigerator for 24hrs before our return date. "Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was error code F7E5. Entered diagnostic and verified the error code F7E5. I then ran a diagnostic cycle and unit got to step 17-18 and it would not do anything . Tilted unit backwards and found water leaking from gearcase shaft. Unit is going to need a new gear case slider, clutch, Washplate, lower harness and will return with pre-diagnosed parts. Reschedule for 05/11/23. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice properly. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found ice formation showing over filling. Found ice maker is getting stuck mid harvest, and not shutting water off when needed. Also found air leak through ice door seperator causing ice formation under bucket. Arrived onsite for a washer that is leaking after the bellow was replaced. I ran diagnostics and found it leaking when filling with water. I found the hose attaching to the nozzle at the bellow not all the way on. I corrected the hose and tested again. There were no other water leaks present. I found the spring on the front bellow clamp broken and the clamp needs to be replaced. Ordering the clamp.; ordrng 1 W11266654 (Clamp)

Arrived onsite for a cooktop with abnormal colored flames. I tested the cooktop and found the flames normal height and burning baby blue in color. The cooktop is working as designed. The customer showed me a video and the flames were all orange in color. I asked the customer if they use a humidifier and they confirmed they do at times. I explained that this would cause the color flames they were seeing. I explained that when it does it again to open the back door for a few minutes and it will go away. The customer stated the right grate will slide to the right of the cooktop and will not stay in place when moving pots or pans on the grate. I found the grate warped and not staying in place.
