Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking water from door. Upon arrival confirmed issue but found no errors in diagnostics. After running unit for 15 minutes I confirmed the lower door seal was failing and not sealing to tub causing water to leak from both sides. Found no leaks under unit. Check the oven and found the temperature cycling high. Found the calibration on the unit had been set for 10? north of September. Adjusted the temperature back and found the temperature cycling properly. Tested the right front burner and could not replicate the same issue. Spoke to MS and was advised just to go ahead and replace the Internet switch. Did not have that right front Internet switch on hand do to it being out of stock. I installed a new UI and found the UI now responsive. I ran a diagnostics cycle and found the unit working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dryer with no power. I checked voltage at the wall and terminal block and found none. I found the breaker staying in the tripped position with and without the unit being plugged in. I advised the customer on reaching out to builder/electrician as it is a new build. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for ice maker making banging noise when harvesting and also sometimes producing small cubes. Upon inspection I found the IM fingers warped causing some of the cubes to get stuck in the harvest fingers making the noise. Upon further inspection I found that there was some ice in the water funnel. Restarting flow. Job complete no leaks tested IM and found the it when though its harvest cycle no problem.

Arrived onsite for washer not going into spin. Upon inspection I found that there was damage to the drive motor assembly and the drive shaft and outer tub.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not washing dishes properly. Upon inspection I found unit had a owl sensor code stored and the unit had way too much suds when running without adding any detergent. I checked connections at the sensor and the sensor itself and found them good. I removed the suds and ran unit in diagnostics and found unit operating as designed. I advised cx to use a table spoon of liquid detergent and pre wash dishes before running dishwasher and thatll help with the performance of the dishwasher. Job complete no leaks.

He stated that is what is called a nuisance trip due to it being very intermittently. He stated that unit is working as designed. Spoke with customer on service performed and informed him he may have a loose ground in home. Customer informed me that failure started to occur after having solar panels installed. Continued to monitor the cleaning cycle and advised the customer that at the end of the cycle, they will need to remove the cap rom the reservoir and allow the water to empty from the reservoir. Once the water is all out, place the cap back on and press the on button to start a new ice making cycle. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. I tested ohms to the defrost element and found it open. I removed and replaced the element/bimetal assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher odors. Upon further inspection, I inspected the tub and found a rusted color mold in the tub, drain screen and filter. I cleaned the filter and screen and demonstrated to the customer how to do the same. Customer advised that they have a water softener system. I recommended that they keep their salt full as mold and the rusted color mold will build up if the salt level gets too low in the softener system. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No repairs needed at this time. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Customer advised they ran the unit through one wash load and it flashed an error message for a long drain and completely shut off. Found that the unit had not been properly fixed like they were advised the last time and would not drain out water due to their closed drain issue. Removed the drain hose from the stand pipe and was able to drain out the water into a gallon bucket. Once the drain was finished, the unit began to work and operate as designed. I did explain to the customer that the drain situation in her home needs to be fixed prior to any further repairs and that if the drain has not been fixed prior to the next service, they will be charged for the service fee. The customer had initially planned on having the plumber present at the call but was unable to make that happen. She advised the plumber will be here at her home tomorrow to fix the issue. We ran the unit up to 350?F bake and the unit ran as designed getting to an average temperature of 354?F.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that was throwing sparks when the door was opened and now will not power on. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and found that the hard wiring for this dishwasher was cut extremely short. The hard wire from the wall does not even come close to making it to the terminal block. The previous installation done was having the black and white wires on the harness side going all the way back to the hardwire on the backside of the unit. The spark that was caused is due to the neutral wire being stuck in between the springs and with the opening and closing of the door, the wire got mangled and shorted onto the spring. Spoke to PR and was advised that this is an installation issue and cannot be corrected until the hardwiring is fixed or a plug is put in place of the hardwiring due to the wiring nuts and wires needing to be placed in the terminal block area. The customer will need an electrician to fix his electrical supply issue. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that when moving the unit the power would turn off and with the gaskets not sealing correctly. Upon arrival the customer stated that when they moved the unit it would power down. They found that the power cord was very finicky and had to be inserted perfectly to power on. They tried a different outlet and found the same issue. I checked temps and found the FC at 9?F and the RC at 37?F. Upon further inspection I found the FC gasket ripped and allowing warm air in. This was creating frost throughout the compartment. I then gained access to the back of the unit and found as soon as the power cord moved the unit powered down. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good with no fluctuation. The customer accepted. I installed the new gasket and reshaped it with my heat gun. I also thawed all frost and ice on the FC rails and around the door. I found the FC overpacked and the door was difficult to close. I advised the customer on reducing this in order to prevent future issues. I verified the door now sealed properly and advised the customer on keeping the door closed for 4 hours to let it harden. I collected the balance in full on CC. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for unit not heating. Found bad magnetron. Removed microwave and installed new magnetron. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site for washer making a screeching noise. Upon arrival confirm complaint out further inspection found no errors in Diagnostics but I did find a lot of oil leaking from the gearcase auntie the Belton spots assembly as well as finding the washplate Hood rusted and seized on to the gearcase also. After getting authorization to replace the splotch belt gearcase and washplate and then reassembled and tested unit and found no signs of leaking or loud noises. Call complete

I arrived on site for a refrigerator getting condensation on the FC door gasket. Upon further inspection I found the top of the FC gasket full of water droplets. I checked temps and found the FC at 9?F and the RC at 38?F. I put my flashlight into the freezer and verified there were no hot air gaps around the gasket. I then inspected the mullion and found it room temp indicating it functions properly. I then found the liner at the bottom of the FC bowing and separating from the chassis. I also found frost and ice build up around the FC door where the separation of the liner was. This was allowing the unit to not cool properly and the condensation to appear. I called techline and spoke to Austin and received SR# 7733724080. Austin recommended using silicone to seal the gap. I used truck stock silicone 482338 to seal it. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for complaints of no cool in the RC. Found RC temperature at 45, and FC at 5 degrees. Customer stated that its been working properly for the last day after she plugged it back in. Found good frost pattern, and all fan running. If cooling issues continue we will need the defrost timer. Filter to be dropped off.

"Arrived on site for complaints of temperature issues. Customer stated that oven has been working well, but a home inspection was done and they were told the oven was off by a few degrees. Set bake to 350 and monitored temperature. Once temperature settled and desired temperature was met, found that it was actually reading 8-10 degrees lower. Adjusted temperature to +10 degrees. Arrived on site for a refrigerator not dispensing water. I tested the unit and could hear the valve hum but not dispense. I removed the filter and found the same issue. Upon further inspection I found the water reservoir empty. I gained access to the water line and removed it and found no water coming out of the line. I informed the customer on my findings. The unit itself is working as designed. Call complete.
