Arrived on site for washer making a noise. On inspection the agitating is a little noise. Sounds like the wash plate is rubbing on the basket. Installed a new wash plate on washer. Instantly wash plate on to washer re ran diagnostic cycle and the rubbing noise is not as loud but you will not get rid of the noise because it is normal for the wash plate to rub on the tub with heavy loads. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. The customer also stated that before it stopped they were finding solid sheets of ice in the ice bucket. I found the FC at 5 degrees. I found no ice in the mold. I removed the icemaker and found the mold warped and that was causing water to leak into the bucket. I found the icemaker funnel and tube frozen over with ice. I replaced the icemaker and put it in a harvest multiple times before mounting it to test the fill valve and found it working as designed and never weeping. I suspect a piece of debris had gotten in the valve and finally passed thru. I mounted the icemaker and ran another harvest to fill it. All is working as designed. Call complete. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles and is making strange noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me several videos where the unit was making abnormal noises and going off balance. the customer also complained that a little over a month ago, the unit started leaking oil all over the ground. I did verify that the gear case was leaking underneath the unit. I went to remove the rotor and had my T-30 bit break into the rotor screw due to the screw being seized in the gearcase. I went to remove the agitator and found the agitator completely seized on top of the driveshaft and could not be removed. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was worn as well. Ordering the gearcase, basket, tub, slider, clutch, rotor, stator, Spanner nut, drain filter, suspension, agitator, and screws for repair and will return with other sent parts. They were able to set it to fast freeze and within 12 hrs it was back to normal. I proceed to do a full check on the freezer. I placed the unit into diagnostics showing no error codes, thermistors tested good. I check the compressor, fans and gasket and all tested fine. The customer advised that after washing a load, their clothes got stuck in the washer, and all that water had drained, but the unit was continually draining and would not unlock the door. I attempted to run the unit into diagnostics and could not get the unit to turn on no matter what I did. I unplug the unit several times in the unit with only consistently try to drain. I gained access to the control and checked all my loads. I found the drain pump registering 20.8 ohmd of resistance indicating a good drain pump. I checked the windings on the motor and found both windings reading 9.5 ohms of resistance, indicating a good motor. I went ahead and replaced the control and tested the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice maker hasnt worked since it was replaced. I gained access to the ice maker and all harness connections were good. I checked the harnesses at the bottom left corner and all were good. Using my jumper wire, I tested the ice maker and it harvested and filled as designed. When I tested the emitter/receiver boards, I had the bin removed and the display was showing 01-bin full or not present. I placed he bin back in its space and the display continued to show 01. Using an emitter/receiver board from my van stock (W10898445/W10870822), I removed and replaced the boards and retested and unit is operating as designed. I explained to the customer how the boards function and demonstrated by retesting in diagnostics and showing how the display changes from 01 to 02 when the bin is present. Spoke with management (MS) and advised the main control was not needed at last service call and the emitter/receiver boards were the issue. I was advised to install the parts at no charge. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The customer advised that the unit will consistently not finish the cycle and it sounds like its draining on and off repeatedly. Inspected unit and work area. I found the unit seemed dead on arrival as none of the buttons were working. I gained access to the control and found lights on the control indicating power being supplied. I checked voltage going to the drain pump and found 121 V. I want to lift up the washing machine and found the drain pump immediately kicked back on. I removed the pressure hose from the control and still found the unit trying to drain. After leading down the unit, I found the drain pump kicked back off. After lifting it up again, I found the drain pump reactivate, indicating an issue with the harness. I checked underneath and could not find any wire splits anywhere visible. Ordering the lower harness and will return with the control for repair. I rescheduled the customer to 8/6.; ordrng 1 W11665968 (Lower harness)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is intermittently not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that he washes alone twice a week and that sometimes the unit will finish through the cycle but other times it wont. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran and operated as designed. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good. I asked the customer what type of loads where he was having problems with an advisor in generally happens when he runs his sheets and towels together. He advised that he notices that certain items will clump together, and if he pauses it in time, he can rearrange the items and itll finish. I did advise the customer that the issue would most likely be with off-balance loads. The customer advised that would make signs as some of his loads are finishing cycles. He just wanted to make sure there was nothing wrong with the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is cooling but its not cold enough to make ice and is taking days to freeze bottles of water. I checked temperature in the freezer section and found it at 23?F. I checked the refrigerator and found it at 44?F. I checked pressures off the backside of the unit and found it in a vacuum at -10 psi, and the high side was at 100 psi. I checked for any signs of leaks and found none present in the evaporator area or compressor and condenser areas. I spoke to SW and GC. They advise that the issue would most likely be with the unit being under or over-charged. I was also advised to run the vacuum on the unit for at least 30 minutes prior to charging it. I replaced the drier and vacuumed down the unit to -31 psi and vacuum down the unit for over 30 minutes and charge the unit up with 68 g of R600 refrigerant. Advise the customer to keep an eye on the unit and call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a ranging tripping the breaker. On arrival found gfci breaker tripped. Verified elements and wiring in range werent grounded. Found voltage readings at terminal were 249(L1-L2), 124.4(L1-n), 124.6(L2-n), 0(Grnd-N). Found amp draw was 10-14 amps during 500degree bake cycle and breaker wouldnt trip. On arrival verified complaint of not spinning. Visual inspection found harness was burned and wire split at cap. Replaced harness per previous diag and ran jag. Unit now spins and works correctly job complete. Installed w11665968 lower harness.

Arrived on site for washer that the unit is shaking during spin Cycle. Tested the suspension by pushing the basket down. It hit the ground with very effort to push down. There is a 2 inch gap between the basket and the top of the washer . Ordering new suspension. ; ordrng 1 W10780045 (Suspension)

"LSQ9659PW4 Arrived on site for unit stopping mid cycle. Upon arrival, found lid strike not engaging with door switch. Found door switch to be faulty even after adjusting. Proceeded to bypass strike and engage lever to drain water. Water has drained. The drain pump and motor functions. Ordering WP3955765 timer and WP8318084 door switch. Arrived onsite for unit making noise. On arrival customer stated since last visit there has been no noise. Unit has been functioning properly. Unit is cooling properly and making plenty of ice with no issues. Advised customer that noise could not be duplicated on last visit or this visit. Obtaining a video if noise comes back will be beneficial. No parts replaced. Job complete

Arrived onsite for LED lights not seated properly. On arrival found lights not seated properly. During inspection also found faulty freezer ceiling LED. Used LED kit to replace and all lights are now functioning. Seated all lights properly. Unit is functioning as designed . Job complete. Used W11632139.

"WTW4855HW3 Arrived on site for unit not operating. Upon arrival, customer stated the unit will be stuck on wash with no activity. Water will enter unit but very minimal. Proceeded to check error codes and found F1E1 main control fault, F8E1 long fill, F3E1 pressure system fault and F2E1 stuck button. Cleared codes. Proceeded to inspect pressure hose and found no tears on the hose. Proceeded to replace W11607637 control. Ran diagnostics and passed. Ran consumer and runs without fail. Unit is now functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time."

WDT730HAMZ0 Arrived on site for door handle loose. Proceeded to tighten fixer and set screw. Unit is now functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced

Arrived on site for dryer not turning on. Removed panel. confirmed green blinking light. Confirmed 125 v coming in with good neutral and ground. Voltage at outlet is good. Not sending info to console. Replaced main control. Reassembled and verified operation. Dryer working as designed. Instructed customer vent must be cleaned as air flow is heavily restricted. Call complete.

Arrived on site to inspect washer shaking while in spin cycle. Upon initial inspection I found that the washer was quite un level (photo). I then check the floor and the floor is also un level. I proceeded to make an adjustment to the right front and right rear legs to compensate for the uneven floor. I observed that the basket is defective and does not have any of the drainage holes punched completely due to factory defect. This would be the ultimate cause of the washer not balancing. I am ordering a new basket W11172199. Office to schedule follow up. No water leaks during service.; ordrng 1 W11172199 (Basket)
