Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection the customer informed me that the dishwasher breaker would be tripped after the cycle had finished every time. I verified proper incoming voltage. I checked all the connections and wiring and found no issues I placed the unit into diagnostics and ran a test cycle and measured amp draw during the cycle and all components are operating as designed and drawing proper current. No issue could be found with the unit itself. Due to no problems being found and due to the unit tripping while not in use there is a strong probability that there is a breaker issue or electrical circuit issue. I called Saftey to document. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator WRS588FIHZ00 that's intermittently not dispensing ice or water. Customer showed me video where paddle is depressed, but water is pulsing every second or so. On testing, I found the same to be true with the ice dispenser as well. Ice dispenser would run, but the UI would dim and it would also start/stop every second or so. Traced issue to either the door or the UI. I replaced the UI with a new user interface W11130216 and tested again. Dispensed over 75oz of water with no issues, and the same with the ice. I gained access to the underside of the machine and inspected the wiring and connections and tested the motor and capacitor and they measured good. I started a cycle in consumer mode and the washer is operating as designed. I explained to the customer that the lock engaging and disengaging is normal and will lock after the sensing starts. "Arrived on site to test unit WTW4816FW3 for pump running. Upon arrival customer stated drain pump constantly runs unless power is removed. Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11603810) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"WRF736SDAM14 Arrived on site for a refrigerator, not cooling properly. On arrival, I heard the evaporator fan hitting ice. I removed the evaporator cover and then removed all ice. I tested the heater part is working fine . I made sure the drain hole wasn't clogged, and that was clear. I replaced the evaporator motor and waited for the frost pattern . Product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from main water supply."

Arrived on site to replace sump and motor assembly. Replaced sump and motor test unit and unit test good no leaks present job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not cleaning dishes properly. Ran diagnostic and normal wash cycles to test operation. Found that water was not circulating with sufficient pressure. Upon further inspection, discovered that both the upper and lower spray arms were clogged with debris, restricting water flow. Also found the heating element broken and not heating during the cycle. Determined that the unit will need a new sump and motor assembly, heating element, and both upper and lower spray arms to restore proper wash performance. "Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that would not start. Tested the unit and confirmed that the start button was unresponsive, preventing the cycle from initiating. Accessed the control panel and verified proper voltage to the user interface. Found that the main control board was shorted , causing the issue. Replaced the control board, reassembled the unit, and tested operation. The start button is now responding correctly, and the dishwasher starts and runs through cycles as designed. Unit tested good. Arrived onsite for unit not tumbling. I ran the unit and heard the motor turn and heat to occur but no tumbling. Opened the top panel and found the belt snapped. I replaced the belt and rollers using repair kit 4392065 provided to me. Unit now tumbles and operates as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator KRFF577KPS02 with moisture building up on top of the FC door gasket. Upon further inspection, I found a very small amount of moisture on the FC door gasket. I placed my flashlight inside the RC section and closed the RC doors, and found a gap at the bottom of the mullion between the two RC doors. I found the flap on the RC door gaskets were not flat but rippled and not creating a good seal. Using my heat gun, I heated the gaskets and reshaped them, and tested them. I found the gap had gotten smaller. I contacted techline and spoke to TJ and advised of the complaint, history, and history of repairs made for the same complaint. TJ recommended placing the small, white gaskets under the FC door gasket to help seal it better; seal the gaps in the liner with clear silicone and place permagum in the bottom corners of the RC door gaskets near the mullion to help seal the gaps and then advised that this was the only fix for the issueTJ provided Case #21397995. I am ordering the two gaskets, clear silicone, and permagum and scheduled return service for 11/03/25. Arrived on WTW4850HW3 for drain pump running. I found a F3E1 pressure sensor failure present and drain pump running. I replaced the W11607637 control per s code S153EB and unit now operates as designed. Call complete. No leaks.

"Arrived on site to inspect range MER8674AS0 ovdn not reaching preheat temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the oven doesn't reach preheat temps, and they recently had it serviced with another company. I gained access to the bake element and found it good. I tested the unit on Bake at 350 degrees and found the element getting fully heated as it turned bright orange. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the main harness at the back of the unit. I tested voltage at the terminal block and found 243V. I tested amp draw to the bake=14amps and the broil=17amps. While testing at the back, I found the oven sensor was new and incorrect. When I inspected the sensor connections, I found the connsctionsmwere not making good contact due to the sensor being a universal part. I removed and replaced the sensor and retested the oven on Bake at 350 degrees and found the unit is operating as designed. My preheat temp was 363 degrees, and the peak temps was 402 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Job completed. WPW10181986"

"Arrived on refrigerator not cooling. I confirmed both compartments are room temp. I went to the rear and heard the compressor make a loud high pitch buzzing for 5 seconds and turning off. I replaced the start device and same issue occurring. I checked amperage and found the compressor pulling 8.3amps. Compressor has failed and a sealed system is required ordering WPW10143759 DRIER UV, W11506635 ACCESS VALVE, W11727250 compressor, and W11598434 Evaporator. Arrived on WTW4955HW3 for washer with power but display not working. Talked with the customer and found the issue to be a constant drain and no function allowed. "Arrived on WTW5057LW0 for standing water. I found water to be standing in the basket. I checked the continuity for the drain pump and found a OL present. Harness to drain pump has a break. I replaced the harness and tested unit. Found belt squeal present so i replaced cam and belt. Unit now operates as designed. Call complete. No leaks. Installed W11643701 Harness, W11239857 BELT AND W10721967 CAM."

Arrived onsite for range bake and broil elements not working. Found breaker flipped off. I verified hard plastic bushings as present. Per new procedure after speaking with PR I ran unit to 500 degrees with ground off. After reaching temp I hooked the ground back up and started unit to 500 degrees bake after going down to 300 degrees. Unit reached temp and waited 10 minutes and no tripping occurred. Advised customer to let it bake for 2 hours for burn off and he stated he will cut it off. Set a cook time just in case. Call complete. No parts installed. Customer not on-site for signature.

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher model KDFE204KPS1 that is not completing cycles and is flashing an error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that they had a wash. Cycle that stopped mid cycle and would not finish. He said that the unit went into drain mode and was draining even without water inside of the machine. He advised that he's tried several times to start the machine again, and it kept flashing that error code. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E4 (float switch open) error code. I gained access underneath and found soapy water inside of the overflow tray under the machine. I explained to the customer that it appeared. They may have had too many suds inside of their dishwasher, causing the suds to overflow into the drip tray. The customer stated that he did notice that there was an overabundance of suds inside of the dishwasher when it stopped and that it seemed to be leaking from the front left. I removed the water from inside of the overflow tray and leveled out the machine due to a decent lean to the left. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. I did find an abundance of suds inside of the dishwasher at the end of the cycle, indicating that the customer still needed to clear out the remaining suds build up inside of his dishwasher. The unit is working and operating as designed, and no parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRS335SDHM07 not cooling properly. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC= -5 degrees and RC=56 degrees on the top shelf. I found the evaporator fan was not operating, and no air was circulating. Based on the frost pattern on the evaporator, the unit has been operating as designed as the unit has been defrosting and cooling properly, and there was no ice build-up. Had the evap fan not been operating properly, the frost would have accumulated into ice and built up on the evaporator. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the evap fan motor, and it failed to turn on. I tested voltage to the motor and found 122V. I removed and replaced the fan motor and retested, and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WP2315549"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW500CMW0 that won't start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine worked for a couple cycles and then completely quit. I tested the washing machine and found the lid. Would lock, but then the unit would not spin to start a cycle. I gained access underneath and found the motor connector not fully inserted into the connector. I clipped in the connector and checked all components. I found all components in good condition. I gained access to the control and checked resistance through the motor. I found the motor showing 8.3 ohms of resistance through all three windings showing the motor was good. I plugged the washer back in and tested the machine again multplie times on several different cycles. I found the ,achine starting every one and would advance to agitation without an issue. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete. No leaks were present during service and no parts were installed."
