Arrived onsite for broiler not working. Customernstated broiler works but it takes long to heat. I checked voltage and found it is supplied with 208v and not 240v. I tested unit and found it heating as designed but I did explain to the customer that due to it being at 208v it will heat slower. I added a 10 degree offset to make up for the recovery time due to 208v being supplied. Maintenance understands. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for blown fuse agin. Customer stated when it was repaired she was using it before vent cleaners came out. Customer showed me she had her vents cleaned but due to unit being used with large amounts of lint in the vents the hi limit blew again. I replaced the hi limit and inspected blower wheel/vent housing and ensured it was cleaned out. Unit is now heating as designed. Call complete. Installed WP3977767 HIGH LIMIT.

Returning tech set for 12-02-25 and will need to replace the valve as the wires were burnt, the control as it is wigging out, and the console due to a stuck key. "WDF520PADM9. Customer stated that while running the dishwasher, it was making a clanking noise. Verified noise with customer. Opened dishwasher and noticed the float was stuck all the way up, with the lower spray arm hitting the float. Pushed the float down and ensured it moves up and down as it should. Advised customer to ensure that when moving the lower dish rack, nothing catches underneath the float and pops it out of place. Dishwasher is working as intended. Taped door switch closed; evaporator motor kicked on and was making a buzzing type noise. Removed and replaced evaporator motor wp2315549 noise went away. No leaks detected time of service.

"Arrived to 9203 for S code rework. Upon arrival, checked error codes and found F5E2 lid lock fault and F2E1 stuck button. Upon diagnostics, latch was not catching on the strike. Upon closer inspection, found latch broken. Was able to run diagnostics and all other parts work as normal. Informed front office the latch cannot be replaced under the S code and will have to open a separate work order and the unit will be out of warranty. No water leaks detected at this time. During disassembly, the wash plate is seized on. Had to force wash plate off. Arrived on site for refrigerator WRFF3536SZ00 to install previously ordered icemaker. Replaced icemaker W11727980. Test unit and there is no water filling . Test water dispenser and also not dispensing . Can hear valve energize but only get a small trickle of water. I removed filter and water fills correctly . Upon closer inspection of the thermistor, found bulb was too close to the heater chassis causing it to burn. "Arrived on site to inspect range model WFES3530RS0 not heating. Upon further inspection the customer advised that the breaker would trip occasionally and they would not be able to use the. Upon further inspection I followed the service pointer W11490386 and followed the correction procedure. I removed the ground and set on bake for 30 minutes, at 500 degrees and then power cycled. I reattached the ground and cycled the breaker and set the oven to 500 and the oven after and found that it was no longer tripping. I called Saftey to document. Since the unit was not registered, Saftey is going to reach out to the customer. Case number pending."

"Arrived on site to inpsect refrigerator not making ice, low water flow through dispenser, loud noise and warmer temperatures. Upon further inspection I checked temperatures. Found 48 degrees RC and 13 degrees FC. I found the cause of the noise to be the evaporator fan making contact with a frozen over evaporator. I pulled the refrigerator out on to my floor protector and gained access to the rear of the machine for further testing. I placed the unit into service mode and ran test 6 to check bi metal and defrost circuit. I found that the bimetal was open and the control was supply proper voltage to the heater. I found the heater to be measuring in spec. I next checked the valve found proper incoming water pressure from the home. I tested the output from the valve and found it to be failing and restricting water flow. I quoted the customer to replaced the bi metal evap fan harness assembly and the valve. $252.09 (parts) and $259.99 (labor) totaling $512.08 before tax. The customer agreed to the repair. I defrosted the evaporator and installed the bi metal with harness and installed the valve. I reassembled and tested the unit and it is now operating as designed. Arrived onsite for microwave noise WMC50522HS2. Found after use there is a noisy electrical hum like filter noise that is annoying and loud enough to disrupt the peace in the kitchen. Low voltage electrical hum. Recommendation to replace microwave to correct. Due to board failure.

Arrived on site to install ordered parts on a refrigerator KRFC704FPS06. I installed the evaporator cover w11610999 and gasket w10917313. Unit is cooling as designed. I drained the drip pan and cleaned the condenser before I left. No leaks detected while on site.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator WRF736SDAM10 with noise/compressor issues. Examined unit and found temps were fine, no issues with compressor. Customer showed me a video of a loud buzzing noise, which sounded like ice on the evap fan blades. Noise has since gone away. Examined the evaporator fan and found moisture drops above the fan that likely had been the cause of noise. Found a gap in the drain tube that I sealed with silicone, but found no other air infiltration spots. Advised customer to make sure all the doors close firmly, or air may escape into the unit and turn into ice. No parts needed. No water leaks observed."

Confirmed complaint; checked freezer at 6?F and ice box at 17?F. No defrost issues in freezer. Ran diagnostics: all tests passed, including ice box fan, ice level sensor, ice box thermistor, ice maker harvest, and ice maker fill. Found E0 error code on ice maker. Consulted PR, who suggested possible clogged condenser or thermistor issue. Removed lint clump from condenser coils. "Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW8127LC1 noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they hear a rattling noise when the drain pump is on. I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. I found the unit operating as designed except when the drain pump came on, I could hear what sounded like an electrical noise or something hitting the plastic empellers of the pump. I tilted the unit back to gain access to the drain pump and removed the pump from the unit. I found a metal pin inside the pump at the rear drain hose, and it appears that it was hitting the empellers while the pump was on. I removed the debris and reassembled the unit, and verified that the drain hoses were secured to the pump. Retested in diagnostics, and the unit is operating as designed with no further abnormal noises. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer WFW560CHW4 leaking water. Upon further inspection, maintenance personnel advised that the unit is leaking approximately one and a half cups of water. I found the unit stacked with the dryer. I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested. While the valves were testing, I inspected underneath the unit and found water leaking at the back right corner. I stopped testing and cleaned the water up from the floor. Pulled the unit out and removed the dryer from the top of the washer, and when I moved the units out, I found the drain hose laying on the floor (photo). I removed the rear panel and re-installed the drain hose, and retested the unit. The unit is operating as designed, and I found no other leaks. I reassembled the washer and placed the dryer back on top of the washer, and put the units back in their space. I retested again and found no further leaks. Unit is operating as designed, and no water leaks were observed at the end of service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW8127LC1not spinning properly. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F0E9-off balance pause, F0E5-off balanced load, and F0E3-overload. I cleared the codes and continued with testing to find the unit very loud during agitation and spin. I tilted the unit back to find the rotor bolt loose. I removed the bolt and removed the rotor to find gearcase oil on the underside of the rotor and on the bolts that secure the stator to the gearcase. I removed the stator and clutch to find that the slider has been rubbing on the clutch, as well. I advised the customer of my findings and removed and replaced the gearcase, slider, and clutch. Reassembled the unit and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model WRQA59CNKZ not making ice. Upon further inspection the customer pulled the refrigerator out for testing. I checked the temperatures and measured 34 degrees RC and -2 degrees FC. I attempted to run an ice maker test and found that the ice maker would not cycle due to a failed motor. I replaced the ice maker and tested and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11455232

"Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4855HW3 drain pump constantly on. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged and plugged it in. Also found that the control panel had been removed. Immediately after plugging the unit in, the drain pump turned on and I attempted to place the unit in diagnostics, and the unit failed to do so. I inspected the control and found the diagnostics LED not on or flashing, telling me the control is bad and has the error F1E1-main control failure, along with F3E1-pressure sensor fault. I verified the model and serial number to the Special Project S153EB. I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit. Tested in diagnostics, and the unit is operating as designed. "WDT531HAPM0. Verified dishwasher door rubbing slightly on left side of tub when closing. Removed and replaced friction pads wp8268961. Adjusted legs on dishwasher and reinstalled. Opened and closed dishwasher door multiple times; it closes fine with no rubbing on tub. Cabinet dishwasher sits in is not square, with larger gap on right than left. This may cause tub to pull farther right. Dishwasher mounted on sidewall of cabinet, not through countertop. Dishwasher working as intended. No leaks detected at times of service."

"Model WDT531HAPM0. Customers stated that the insulation at the bottom of the door kept falling out, and they'd have to keep pushing it back up. Removed outer door panel and verified that the insulation was hanging down past the inner door. Pulled the insulation back up and pushed the retaining tabs on the sides of the outer door panel down so it catches the insulation padding and does not allow it to slip. Reinstalled inner door. Checked underneath dishwasher, and the insulation padding is where it's supposed to be and does not slide down. Dishwasher is working as intended. No leaks detected at time of service."

"WTW500CMW0. Customer stated that the washing machine would vibrate, shake, and walk during use. Found inner basket loose with excessive bounce in tub. Clutch had trouble shifting. Found in inner basket loose, removed agitator and tightened hub nut down to secure inner basket. Replaced suspension W11400156, slider w10734521, and clutch W10754448. When spinning the agitator, it rubs inner tub. Will need full rebuild. "Arrived on site for refrigerator showing f6e1 on ui display. On arrival confirmed error code. Upon further inspection I found the ui was getting a rapid fluctuationing dcv between 0vdc & 78vdc. I then checked voltage at door hinge and found a stable 12.7vdc which indicates there's a voltage drop/wiring harness issue in the door itself. Im ordering W11759022 door, W11758546 panel ui, W11758586 acu and office will need to reschedule once availability of parts is known.; ordrng 1 W11759022 (Left door) and 1 W11758546 (Ui panel) and 1 W11758586 (Acu)"

"Arrived on site to follow up on previous service visit. Upon arrival, proceeded to remove unit from cabinet and checked junction box and found neutral wire lose from the wire nut. Tightened and secured neutral along with all other wires. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No parts needed"

Arrived at apartment... tenant says dryer was replaced the other day. Went back to office. Unit was moved to 1072. Unit is not heating. Removed back panel. Found red wire . thermostat was never connected. Reconnected and verified continuity through heater circuit. Verified operation. Call complete. No parts.

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher model WDF520PADM9 with broken rack stops. Upon further inspection I found that the stops had become brittle and at sometime failed causing the top rack to not stay on the racks. I replaced the left and right stops. No water leaks observed during service. WP8565925

"Arrived on site to inspect oven displaying error code and not allowing a cycle to starts upon further inspection, I verified the error code F2E1. Power cycling the unit did not fix the issue. The lint housing is completely broken and inside of drum is completely scoured. Also inside of front panel where housing mounts has a screw hole that is bad. Uploaded all pictures on SD. "Arrived on-site to diagnose customer concerns regarding the unit tripping the breaker and producing visible sparks from the control panel area. The customer reported that the unit sparked at the control panel and immediately caused the home breaker to trip.Performed disassembly and inspection of the electrical compartment. Found that the L1 conductor at the terminal block had become loose and made contact with the unit chassis, resulting in a direct short to ground. This caused a back-feed through the grounding circuit, leading to a failure of the main control board and the arcing event observed by the customer.The unit will require replacement of the terminal block/junction block assembly and the main control board to restore proper operation. Noted that the control board is currently no longer manufactured and listed as unavailable.If a replacement control board can be sourced, the office will proceed with scheduling the repair. Arrived on site to inspect unit WFES3030RS0 for cracked cooktop. Upon arrival customer not home but had granted entry permission; note attached to SD. Inspected cooktop and found multiple thermal fractures with glass pieces falling through. Documented damage in SD. Replaced cooktop (W11719704) and tested all burners; unit now operates correctly with no glass issues. No one on site for signature. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit WDF520PADM5 for not cleaning dishes. Upon arrival customer stated detergent dispenser door no longer opens or closes and heating element is visibly broken in two. Inspected unit; confirmed dispenser latch broken and heater element physically severed. Entered service mode and found F7E1 (no heat) error code stored. Cleared code and ran diagnostic cycle; unit filled, wash motor and drain pump operated normally, but no heat and no dispenser release. Heater and dispenser assembly both required to restore full wash performance and drying. Ordering parts, no parts installed, rescheduled for 12/01.; ordrng 1 W10518394 (Heater)"

"Arrived on site to test unit MVW5035MW2 for not spinning. Upon arrival customer stated during final spin she heard loud banging, then unit refilled, agitated, but never entered high-speed spin; drain-and-spin selection also failed to start. Entered service mode; no stored error codes present. Executed full diagnostic cycle and regular wash cycle; all components engaged correctly with normal spin speeds and no faults. Could not duplicate symptom under any load condition. Explained Extra Power feature and proper cycle usage. Also advised customer to keep loads below 50% basket capacity and monitor operation. If issue recurs, harness and main control replacement recommended. At the time of service unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."
