I rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct product works as it's designed. "Arrived on site to test unit for no low or simmer flame. Upon arrival inspected unit and found RR burner flame ceases when turning to low. Found adjustment screw has been screwed in causing no gas in low position. Adjusted screw, burner now has a high, medium, and simmer flame. No one on site for signature. Unit is now running as designed, no gas leak detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven tripping breaker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the breaker was recently replaced and the unit intermittently trips the breaker. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the components at the back of the unit and tested voltage and got 247V. I tested amp draw to the bake element and found 12amps and the broil was 16amps. Tested continuity to both elements and they were both within manufacturer specs and not grounded to the unit. While testing, the unit tripped the breaker while switching from bake to broil. I removed and replaced the main control and removed the ground wire from the chassis and performed a burnout out on Bake at 500 degrees on Standard Preheat. The unit completed preheat. I reconnected the ground wire to the chassis and reassembled the unit and performed another burnout out on Bake at 500 degrees. The unit completed the burnout out successfully. I advised the cusromer of my findings and repairs. I contacted techline and spoke to Nate and advised of the complaint, my findings and my repairs. Nate provided ideas SR#7741118931 and transferred me to Safety and I advised safety of the same info to techline and they documented under SR#7741119127. I advised the customer that should the unit trip the breaker again, they would need to contact their builder to have the breaker replaced and the wiring behind the unit. Job completed. W11649136"

Office set to reschedule as the customer will need to move food and get the unit defrosted for a day. Arrived on-site for dispenser leaking. Found it leaks consistently. Tried to remove hinge cover but the middle screw is over torqued and will not come out. Also found the water filter is stripped and can't be removed. Which is letting in air and causing the leak. Called tech line and they referred the customer to customer service. Sr#7741117793.

Arrived on site with new igniter. Found there was nothing wrong with igniter. Cleaned and cleared orifice. Found burner was defromed. Replaced burner. Unable to verify or test further as gas was shut off due to home maintenance. Customer will call back if needed. Call complete

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not washing dishes. I found a F4E3 wash motor failure present. I confirmed wash motor wouldn't operate. "Arrived on site to test unit for not operating properly. Upon arrival customer stated all the dishes have a white film after cycle is complete. Entered diagnostics, found no stored error codes. Arrived onsite and tested unit fresh food evap fan and found proper power and flow following the defrost. Based in irregular defrost pattern caused by model home use over years of light non residential use resulting in slow morphing clear ice blockage that over time blocked over half the fresh food intake and began ordinary defrost failure symptoms including frozen fan space. Manual defrost solved all detectable cause and symptoms. Evap cover not needed to repair. Documented floor and baseboard with pictures. Advised onsite staff on findings and follow up.

WMH31017HZ3 Arrived from previous visit to install parts. I tested door switches again before moving forward and top far one was stuck causing the fuse to blow out. First visit i didn't have fuse had to order. I replaced both parts upper interlock and fuse product is working as its designed. I used a cup a water and ran for a few seconds water was nice and hot.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that is leaking into the RC. Examined drain and found drain frozen over woth 3 inches of ice on top of the drip pan. I used a borescope camera and checked the drain from the bottom and didn't see any obstructions from the bottom. I steamed out and cleared the top, and found the likely cause is the liner / foam restricting the drain where its angled and running right under the FC. I added a fabricated aluminum drain heater, but this may bot fully resolve the issue and its likely a collapsing liner. Spoke with on site manager and notified him that there is nothing else we can do if its a collapsing drain and the heater does not work. No money collected, talked with GC who advised to cover it under 1 year warranty since our last service didnt fully resolve. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to test the unit for a gas leak, even when the unit was not in use. Tested the regulator with bubble solution and found a leak at the manifold connection to the regulator. Discovered that the tubing was loose, causing the leak. Tightened the tubing at the regulator, then retested with bubble solution. No leaks were present at this time.Job complete. Arrived on site for noise complaint ran diagnostic no odd noise customer played recording let customer know frequency noise is due to the new type of compressor running R600a changed defrsot setting to basic.

"Arrived on site to test unit for stopping mid cycle and not sensing. Upon arrival customer stated unit stopped mid cycle and now will not drain. Found water in the tub. Inspected harness and found drain pump wire is broken. Repaired broken wire with a butt splice and secured harness to prevent future damage. Applied power to the unit and started a drain and spin cycle, drain pump engaged and removed all water. Started a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found a slab of ice at the bottom of the FC section below the ice maker. I removed the ice maker and evap cover to inspect the fill tube to find the fill tube extension was not fully covering the fill tube and water is spraying out of the top of the fill tube (photo). I removed and replaced the fill tube extension with a longer extension and retested, and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. WPW10496649"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not turning off. Customer stated after running it at 450 and during of unit was still not up to an hour after turning off. Found elements cycling properly. Also heated to 450 with no issues. Contacted techline and was advised unit has no set time for long it will take to cool down but it's usually about 2-3hrs. But different factors, as far as set up, can cause unit to take longer. No further repairs recommended at this time. Job complete. SR#7741108864Safety#7741080900"

Arrived on site for water leaking at ice dispenser. Upon arrival unit freezer door is completely frozen in place ans stuck in place. Called Jerry spoke with him about issue unit need to de thaw for 42 hrs. Maintenance is moving fridge to different unit and replacing tenant fridge with new one. Maintenance will call in new service order after unit has de thawed

Arrived onsite for unit making noise during spin & no heat upon further inspection found wheels & tension pulley are worn out replaced wheels pulley & belt 4392065 repair kit ran cycle unit is working as designed

"Arrived on site to inpsect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I checked the temperatures and measured 43 degrees RC and 2 degrees FC. I gained access to the evaporator and found that the evaporator fan was seized and not running. I also found that the drain had frozen over. Installed the evaporator fan motor and defrosted the evaporator and the drain. The unit is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service. WP2315539. No one on site to sign; used 1 WP2315539 ( Evaporator fan motor) from stock"

Arrived on site with 2nd man JK to install previously ordered parts. Test polarity and is correct. Down stacked dryer. Inspected harness connections and control. Found green power light not blinking. Am receiving 124v to control from noise filter. Need to replace control. Replaced control W11549931. Test unit and is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete there is no one available at time of completed repair to sign.

"Arrived on-site for dryer randomly stopping and not completing cycles fully on arrival confirmed failure and found F 3E 2 and diagnostics, indicating a failed moisture sensor. I Also ran a vent test and found the event had a slight clog in it inside the walls of the home. I replaced wpw10298258 harness and w11618917 control. Found dryer working as designed and instructed customer to have a dryer vent cleaning performed, call complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for not washing. Found lid was locked and tub was full of watery on arrival. Error f9e1 was flashing. Found black wire to pump was cut. Repaired harness using(W11643701). Unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer not spinning and draining. Customer showed me a fairly heavy blanket that she washed that didn't finish. Based on the size and weight of the blanket, it would get super heavy when its soaked and unit could not balance it out. Tested unit and verified it does spin and there is no failed suspension items. Customer advised on proper loading to make sure they have just enough stuff in there to properly balance, but not overload. No parts needed. Call completed."

"Arrived on-site for washer, not agitating and also not completing cycle, as well as overfilling during rinse cycle. On arrival found the rubber connector to the coupler, stretched out and worn down as well as the agitator teeth and agitator both broken also found the clutch amd basket drive were slipping and the timer was not advancing past rents and causing constant power to the water valve. Didn't have valve, clutch, during first trip and Williamson need to order additional W10820043 brake/drive, wp63292 thrust ring, wpw10080230 support ring, 28535 retainer ring, WP8546685 timer along with previously ordered parts, rescheduled customer for 03/18/25.; ordrng 1 W10820043 (Brake drive) and 1 wp63292 (Thrust ring) and 1 wpw10080230 (Support ring) and 1 28535 (Retainer) and 1 WP8546685 (Timer)"

"Arrived on-site to test the unit for tripping the breaker. Turned both units on to broil simultaneously, and they heated for 3-5 minutes without issue. Turned broil off and set both ovens to bake at 500?F. The units heated correctly without tripping the breaker. Advised the builder to leave the units on at 500?F for two hours to complete the burn-out process. Job complete. No one here to sign"

"Arrived on site to test unit for cooktop not working properly. Upon arrival builder stated the the burner caps are all uneven and its causing flames to not burn properly. Inspected unit, found all burner caps are cockeyed due to not being placed in the correct location and debris under the burner heads. Removed all debris and corrected all burner caps. Flames are now burning properly and unit is now running as designed, no gas leak detected, no parts installed. No one on site for signature. Job complete."
