Drive down side the dishwasher not drying properly. Upon arrival confirm complaint but found no errors and diagnostics. Ran multiple diagnostic test and found heater drawing 4 A and still getting a stable 120 V. Also found heater kicking on as designed on the multiple temps. Then found that the rinse aid dispenser was completely empty and instructed the customer on all the best tips and methods in order to ensure drain capabilities worked at optimal performance. Arrived on site for refrigerator that had completely lost all cooling in both compartments. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found both compartments at room temperature. I didnt found it all three fans are running in both compartments and air compressor and found compressor is running with one amp to it. I called whirlpool techline and spoke with Tj sr#7733604823. Found that the cause of failure was due to the silk system and void an insulation failure behind unit from previously seen rust on first trip. U it is deemed non due to void in insulation and whirlpool to contact customer for further assistance. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they dry using the sensor dry mode and theyve noticed that the unit will trip the breaker when its been running for a while. I found the the breaker is a GFCI breaker. I tested the unit on sensor dry-more dry mode for approximately 10 mins and the unit operated as designed. I tested the components...element, cutoffs, thermostat, fuse and all are good except the element. I found the metal plate in the element is warped. Also, I found, at the terminal block, the neutral wire in the harness is not attached to the block. I added a connector to the end of the wire and attached it to the terminal block at the neutral connection. I the customer 745 / fees and 68 for the element for a of 729. Customer agreed to the repair and with (861 3U39M. I removed and replaced the element and tested and the unit is operating as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite and found unit leaking from uppermost rack mount seal because the plastic mount had been knocked loose during installation. Secured uppermost rack mount with quarter inch screw and eliminated trickle leak. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not turning on and is making a squeaking sound as it runs. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed the customers complaint and checked voltage at the terminal block. Found 63 V going to line one to neutral and 180 V going from line to neutral. Check voltage at the power plug and found proper voltage. Checked continuity on the power cord and found proper continuity and polarity. Checked voltage from line one to neutral when pressing the push the start button and found voltage flying between 120 V and 0V. I found that when the start button was pressed, it would lose all line voltage on the line one side but when the button was immediately unpressed, voltage shut up to 120 V before evening out at 60 V. Checked line 2 and found voltage shooting up to 240 V whenever the start button was pressed and then will drop to 120 V when the push to start was released and work back to 180V. Spoke to CS was advised the customer had an unlogical supply issue. Tested all components related to the squeaking noise and only found a noise coming from the motor. Replaced the motor and tested the unit again. The unit still did not have power so was unable to figure out if the noise have been fixed. I also adjusted the feet because I and the cx noticed that the unit was vibrating a little bit too much. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the issue was the door gasket was gapped along 75% of the bottom of the door and there was a 2 long gap that would not seal when the door was closed. The light switch was near the affected area and moisture incursion the likely cause for flickering of interior lights. I tested the defrost timer by putting a line on the test knob and it showed movement after several minutes. The defrost circuit was 38 ohms and is intact.

Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that is not cycling. Found float switch not operating causing error code. Replaced float and tested unit. Found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Upon arrival the customer stated that when dispensing ice maybe once or twice a month it will dispense to much ice at once and clog the dispenser. I checked temps and found the FC at 3?F, the RC at 40?F, and the IB at 13?F. I tested the dispenser and found it working as designed. I then verified none of the ice was clumping up and all gaskets were sealing as designed. I found no failure with the dispenser. Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival the customer had the unit unplugged. They stated that the unit kept making a funny click noise as well. I plugged the unit in and found that the start device kept tripping. I measured amp draw to the compressor and found it would ramp to about 9 amps and then trip. It would do this over and over again. I installed a new start device with a cap and found it would still do the same thing. This indicates a bad compressor. I am ordering a SS repair. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. I found the spray arms not rotating (F9E and also found the dispenser cap missing. I removed and replaced the sump/motor assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling at all. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found after further inspec that unit had functioning stats, evap and running compressor. Found unit had a corroded sealed system issue causing refrigerant leak in unit and leading to failing compressor. U it is an outdated r12 (outlawed refrigerant) and due to failures parts are and sealed system can be done due to refrigerant type. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave turntable not turning and panel not working. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the control panel doesnt respond intermittently and the microwave turntable doesnt work. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found none. I attempted to,test the unit and the panel would not respond. I tested the microwave with my tester and found the turntable not turning. I attempted to go into tools and the panel didnt respond. Once I was able to get into tools, I found the turntable turnf. Turned it on and retested and it is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the airflow with my vent tester and found the unit failed the first 2 tests showing poor airflow. The third test performed was without the vent tube attached at the back of the unit and it passed. I removed the front lower panel and inspected the element and found it bad. I found a large amount of lint inside. Disassembled the unit and tested the thermostat, cutoff and fuse and all were good. Also found the belt badly worn and the rollers and tension pulley worn. I the customer 555 //cleaning fees and 989 for a of 926. Customer agreed to the repair and the of 514 (399+) with (514 93JW3 leaving a balance of 402. Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling well. Upon arrival the customer stated that things no longer freeze in the FC. I checked temps and found the FC at 21?F and the RC at 47?F. I gained aess to the evap and found the evap has heavy frost about 1 foot down the incoming side and then has no more frost pattern. I touched the lines on the top and found no stick what so ever. I then gained aess to the compressor and found some rust on the lines. I measured amp draw and found it drawing amps. This indicates a restriction. I am ordering anSS. "Arrived on site for a wall oven being faulty after a clean cycle. Upon arrival the customer stated a few different issues. First, that the ovens latch will not unlock. Second, that as soon as you open the MW door the turntable starts running. I was able to replicate this. I gained aess to the MW switches and found them bad. I then tested the oven latch and found you pressed down on the switch it would intermittently work. However, when it would energize, the lock would continuously lock and unlock. In order to repair the unit it would need new all 3 new MW switches and an oven latch. The customer also requested a new oven light. I the customer for all parts at 873 and 060 /. The total coming to 422 after . The customer aepted. I am ordering all parts and the office will reschedule. Arrived on site for a refrigerator with water dripping out of the dispenser. Upon arrival the customer stated it has been doing it on and off for a while. I gained aess to the IM and found significant frost build up on the ice and ice build up on the bottom of the IM. Per the service bulletin for Samsung the IM service kit will need to be installed for this unit. We will also need to use white silicone to cover the gap in the back left hand side of the ice box. Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the ice maker not working and two LEDs in the freezer compartment out. Upon arrival the customer stated that the IM has been working for a few weeks now. I tested both FC LEDs and found the strip and module bad. I tested the IM and found no failure. I the customer for both lights at 168 and 755 /. The total coming to 248 after . The customer aepted. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the ice dispenser not working and ice build up in the unit. I checked temps and found the RC at 5?F and the RC at 37?F. Upon further inspection I found the ice bin with the ice all frosted and clumped together. I also found significant ice and frost build up on the top left hand corner of the FC. I found a gap in the gasket on the left hand side and severe rips around the whole thing. 5is is allowing hot air inside right by the ice bin and allowing it to melt and freeze back together. Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed issue. After further inspection found sealed system and evap coil cooling as designed. I then found signs of ice build up keeping fc fan from moving due to warm air coming in through drain line. Was able to clear ice and drain clog to issue unit could recoil properly.
