He also stated that his burners dont really work as well either. I cant access to the terminal block and found the power cord improperly installed. I found the black line 1 connector from the plug attached to the neutral of the range, and the neutral plug connector attached to the line 1 side on the unit. I disconnected power and properly installed the connectors. I plug the unit in and check voltage and polarity and found them to be correct. We tested all burners and the oven and found everything working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"WRS555SIHZ08 Arrived to inspect cooling issue. I found the evaporator completely plugged with frost and there were no signs of solid ice, denoting a defrost had never been attempted by the software. Step five showed the defrost sensor as an open line and after several minutes with the door open during diagnostics, the sensor made contact on its own, without disturbing the general area or cover. Manual defrost reveled the system worked and thermography verified the presence of heat within the element. During inspection, I did access the main control and may have affected the sensor. I was able to remove the evaporator cover and found the connector encased in ice. I do not know if the connection simply corrected on its own, or if the harness and associated connections within the lower unit area were the cause. I elected to defrost the unit and advised the customer to contact us if issues persist. The evaporator fan motor was very loud and I removed and replaced. Both outer, lower door corners had significant gapping and I filled with MFG provided silicone. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to diagnose chest freezer with risk of explosion concern. On arrival found customer had 2 chest freezer in the living room unplugged. When I asked regarding the concern, customer informed me the red light on the panel would come on. I showed them the use and card guide and explained this was just an indicator that temp was not low enough. Customer said unit does cool / freeze. Advised the explosion sticker is due to the type of refrigerant used, and should not be a problem. Customer was told that the red light was an indication of a failure, but this is not necessarily true. Advised to keep running the unit if it's cooling and there is no safety concern. Called findings into safety. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range popping the breaker when using lower oven bake. Examined unit and tested. Found breaker tripped after about a minute in preheat. Advised customer on how to dry out elements per service pointer. Put unit on broil for 15 minutes, and switched back to bake. Unit no longer tripped breaker. Voltage and polarity good. Advised to do this a couple of times and elements should no longer trip breaker. Started a quick wash cycle to verify, unit filled very slowly and before agitation, UI once again went black and unit started to drain. "WOD51EC0HS20 Arrived to inspect heating issue. The customer advised the unit would actually heat in the lower chamber when the upper was selected intermittently. The customers husband may have also witnessed some type of sparking, prior to this issue happening. On initial test I could not recreate the issue and then removed for inspection. I found no internal wiring or other electrical and electronic issues. Inspecting the junction connection, I found all four wire nuts were only finger tight. I corrected the issue and tested. Arrived on site to test unit for frost build up in FC. Found ice bin was not set in properly. Also found lower storage bin was sticking too far out due to rack being behind it. Both ice bin and storage bin were preventing FC door from closing. Set bin and installed rack to proper location. Gaskets now sealing as designed. Advised customer to unplug unit and allow to naturally thaw for at a minimum of 24hrs with FC door open to remove excessive build up on evap. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Upon part replacement, the hardware from the burner head to the orifice holder or the top left and fright burners were rusted and the middle orifice holder assembly was compromised due to heavy grease. "Arrived onsite and found unit with selector frozen unable to select cycles. Did not find any other corroborating evidence of a secondary issue. Replaced the console and selector is still frozen to normal and the main control will be needed to complete the repair, returning with other parts to be used at returning technician discretion. Arrived on site to test unit for fan continue to run after the heat something in the microwave till the open the door. Advised customer that the unit will keep the fan running until the customer openes the door to make sure they get the food out. Unit working as designed job complete no parts used.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice. Upon arrival found valve to ice maker not opening up. Tried replacing valve w11535162 and control w11533213. Arrived on site to test unit for grease build up. Found external dampener not opening. Damper box is bent preventing from opening while in use. Advised to contact contractor for repair. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit making noise. Tested and Could not duplicate. Instructed customer to take a video and try to pinpoint where the noise may be coming from. Customer stated he has unplugged unit several times for hrs at a time. Notified customer that it will be ideal to catch the unit as it is making the noise. Customer will monitor.

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine leaking water and not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit off and the water turned off to the unit. Turned the water on and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. The unit operated as designed in diagnostics. Tested the unit in a normal cycle and the unit continued to operate as designed. I found no signs of a leak at the back or at the front of the unit (photos). I contacted the owner and advised of my findings and recommended they monitor the unit and to call in for service if they found issues. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No one available to sign for receipt. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door not sealing properly. Upon further inspection, I found the unit doors closed and did not see any gaps in the gaskets. Using my flashlight, I placed it in the RC section and closed the door. I didnt find any gaps at the top of the door or on the sides. I moved the light to the bottom shelf and found a large gap in the bottom left corner of the RC door (photo) and found a large amount of moisture built up on the top of the RC section (photo). I found the cabinet was slightly warped in that corner and adjusted the cabinet and filled the gap between the liner and cabinet with silicone. Using my heat gun, I heated the door gasket and closed the door and found the gap was closed. I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Customer advised the cleaning lady would clean the refrigerator. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."
