Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes and is leaving moisture inside the unit. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint but found the vent hose crashed in the back. Used a vent tester kit to test out the unit and found for airflow for all dryers. Moved the vent hose out to where it created a straight line and tested it again. Found the unit still showing poor venting for all dryers. Removed the vent hose and found it big lint ball and a bunch of water inside of their vent hose. Removed all the lint and tested the unit without the vent hose attached. Found good ventilation for all dryers. I explain to the customer that their issue is most likely with her venting going out of the home due to issues with airflow. Advise the customer to get a vent cleaning company to come out to fix the issue. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for build up and mildew smell in washer and on clothes determined needed remedies would not require 2 techs. Found the door boot needed to be cleaned out. Cleaned throughly until no residue was collecting on wash cloth. Also used brush and vinegar to scrub the mold and mildew out of the dispenser housing. Prescribed that a vinegar wash should be used to clear the build up and residue, and help mitigate ongoing stench related to mildew. Advised cleaning rags be drenched in a few cups of vinegar just before starting a sanitize hot water wash. And that this process could be repeated with decreasing regularity as needed. Arrived onsite for a dryer tripping the breaker and the outlet has power. I tested the outlet and found no voltage. I found the breaker tripped and the breaker is a 240 volt GFCI breaker. I found the ground and neutral in the dryer tied together so I separated them and ran the 2nd ground to the chassis with the cord ground and connected the 2nd internal neutral to the terminal block neutral. I tested the dryer and it is working as designed.

The unit will need the main control and inverter replaced and the top trim piece will need to be replace as well so it will not block the door from closing. The office will reschedule. "Arrived onsite for an ice machine that has a compressor out but all other components are working properly. I tested the unit and found the compressor running and drawing 3.5 amps but the lines were all at room temperature. I found no refrigerant in the system. I found no signs of oil anywhere. I replaced the compressor and the evaporator. I vacuumed the system and it pulled down and held vacuum. I charged the system with R134A to the factory recommended charge. The pressures equalized at 60 psi and I felt the new evaporator get cold from the charge. I tested the unit and it still was not cooling. All of the lines remained at room temp. The discharge line was just a little warmer than the other lines coming out of the new compressor. When removing the LD compressor and drier I did find a lot of oil in the lines and they all flamed up when removing them but the drier beads were clean. I suspect either the new compressor is not pumping correctly and possibly a condenser leak and it is possibly full of oil. Ordering the same parts again along with a condenser. "Arrived on site for an ice machine getting to hot. Upon arrival the customer stated the units exterior will get to hot, and it will actually warm up their drinks in the drawer next to it. They also found slower ice production, and the bin wont get as full as it used to. Upon further inspection I found the unit in a temp controlled room, and the ice bin with ice that had proper thickness. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found all working as designed. I then gained access to the condenser and found it clean. I let the unit naturally harvest and found it ran through as designed. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and received SR# 7733977367. Andrew stated it could be an intermittent condenser fan or a SS failure. I d the customer for the condenser fan for 03.97 and 59.99 for service/labor. The total coming to 93.99 after . The customer declined the condenser fan. Therefore, will just do the SS repair due to it still being under warranty. I am ordering a SS repair. Office to reschedule with SS tech and 2 hour job. "Arrived on site with the gas company and plumber. The gas company read the pressure at the wall and found it at roughly 11.5, which is within range for the unit per the units user care guide. We installed the new manifolds and then tested the unit. We found with the gas leak detector touching the burner head it would go off. However, when it was just in the surrounding area it generally wouldnt. I advised the customer it could be residual LP within the manifold area from when we initially turned the gas back on. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and kept SR# 7733888283. Andrew transferred me to the safety team and I spoke to Grace. I was transferred back to techline and spoke to Austin and he recommended waiting to see if the LP dissipates and watch the gas readings, for he agreed it may be residual LP. "Arrived on site and found noise customer is describing is drain pump. Actual complaint is washer doesnt complete cycles. Started washer in a diagnostic cycle and on step two, hot water fills for two minutes stops, then trickles in for a few seconds stops and then fills for Five more seconds before moving onto step three and draining. Washer completes diagnostic cycle besides that. Set washer into a normal cycle and found on tap cold only cold water is barely trickling in. "Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing water properly, inspected unit and work area. Tested water dispenser and found slow water flow. I then checked filter but no filter was installed. I then tested water pressure and was good. Will need to change inlet water valve. Tested icemaker and was making noises while harvestin and never called for water it just kept on running. Will also need a new icemaker. I replaced valve and had good water flow. Will have to return with icemaker. CX has in full 67.78 total any additional parts will have to be d if needed. I found the compressor starting and the amperage dropping to 8.5 amps and staying there until the overload shut the power off to it. The compressor is lock rotor and has a mechanical failure. Compressor needs to be replaced. Compressor needs a 7-5 brass reducer, a 6 brass coupler, a 8 brass coupler, and an 8.5-8 brass reducer. UV drier needs a 5-4 brass reducer and a 6-1.8 brass reducer. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a loose gasket again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she has attempted to push in the gasket as the last technician has advised but that its popping out of the door within the first 2 to 3 times that she opens the door again. Did confirm the customer is in plant and didnt find anything wrong with the gasket. Arrived onsite for a washer to replace previous diagnosed parts. We replaced the main control and tested the washer. The UI had no response when pressing power or any other selection. I checked voltage at the UI from the main control and was getting 5VDC and 15VDC. I called techline and spoke with Cris SR# 7733972814. I explained that the UI was lighting up with the old control but just not responding. Cris stated to replace the UI again because it is getting the correct voltage and is doing nothing. I returned later in the evening with the UI and console. I replaced the UI with the new console and tested getting the same results with the UI appearing dead and not responding with 5VDC and 15VDC present at the UI. Since the UI had powered up with the old control but not the new one I am ordering another main control. Ordering W11574590 main control. Office to RS.; ordrng 1 W11574590 (Main control)

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator humming and freezing over. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noises are coming from the freezer section and theres ice built up in the FC section. I inspected the FC section and found ice on both rails, drawers and moisture at the top of the FC section evidence of an air leak. I closed the FC door and inspected the gasket and found no air gaps. I tested the door closure and it is closing and sealing properly. I advised the customer that the freezer had been left open at some point to allow the warm air inside and it created the moisture from colliding with the cold air and once the door closed completely, the moisture froze up creating all of the ice. I disassembled the FC section and inspected the FC evaporator and it has a good frost pattern. Reassembled the FC section and customer questioned about the RC door closure. When I went to demonstrate I found the right RC door gasket badly torn. I advised that it could potentially have some play in the FC section freezing up, but more than likely the FC door was cracked open at some point. I am ordering the right RC door gasket and both FC drawer stops and will return with all prescreened parts. Returning tech will need to replace the gasket, both stops and the ui/hv control kit. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon inspection I found that the unit was operating as designed at this time. I check temps in rc and found it at 30* when set too recommended temp. Upon checking filter head I found that water continued to spray out of it I am returning with the fittings head to fix this. And I and ordering ui, control,and returning with thermistor and install all of these. Before leaving I adjusted the unit the best I found I noticed that it had a slight lean to the front. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=4 degrees and ice box=9 degrees. I tested the ice maker in diagnostics test #56 and there were no errors. Tested harvest in test 57 and it harvested as designed. Tested the filk tube and found it frozen. Also found ice built up on the ice box fascia and ice bin door gasket. I found ice built up at the back of the ice maker housing. Also found the right RC door gasket is torn. I advised the customer of my findings and explained why the ice maker isnt functioning. I am ordering the fascia, ice bin door, ice box adaptor and gaskets, fill tube heater, right RC door gasket, white silicone, and SHIMS for the RC evap drip pan along with CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB.
