Arrived on site for washer not starting correctly. Upon arrival found no errors in diagnostics. After speaking with customer found unit had gotten stuck in soak setting and they werent sure how to finish cycle. Instructed customer on washer options and settings and found no leaks during tests. "MVW7232HW1 Arrived to inspect latch issue. I found the lid lock strike assembly had failed and I removed and replaced, noting full functionality returning to the unit. Within service test mode, errors of F5E4, F0E3 and F0E5 were stored in memory and I cleared. I found the basket leaning nearly against the inside right of the chassis and after discussion with the customer, determined the issue was causing off-balance cycle failures. I corrected via the leveling legs and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"KRSF705HPS04 Arrived to inspect door issue. I found the doors misaligned and after correcting, the doors operated as designed. I found no other faults with the unit and there were no leaks observed during service."

"KRFC300ESS07 Arrived to inspect moisture in refrigerator. I found a layer of ice at the damper vent within the RC. The moisture was external to the damper only, and was readily wiped away. Inspection of RC gaskets revealed no obvious signs of damage and moving to the FC, I found frost on the left slide area and adjacent part of the liner. The top of the FC door was leaning out, but the upper metal rack assembly was starting the common resistive slide from wear at the outer perches on the slides, and two ribs at the top of the lower basket mount. Applying MFG approved lubricant to the affected areas, after wiping away plastic fouling, fully corrected the issue and the FC door assembly could then retract itself as design intended. Further discussion with the customer revealed not only had the damper been chugging, but there was a jackhammer sounding vibration, intermittently. I found the right rear roller pin was dislodged, causing the unit to sit in the floor at the rear metal corner (reason for prior scratching of the floor by another service provider) and the twist caused the condensate pan to vibrate against the lower unit pan. Correcting the roller mount and applying sound deadening material corrected the issue. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite and found unit is cooling and producing ice. At time of service freezer temp of 18f ambient temp and cooling cycle started later during service and a served temp of 12.9 and dropping. Fridge temp of 38f. Advised customer that the unit operation is within normal parameters and nothing should be done at this time. No charge.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is getting too cold. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised theyve had several items freeze inside the refrigerator section and since they have put in temperature thermometers at the top shelf, they have register temperatures as low as 27?F. Took temperature of the refrigerator and freezer sections and found the freezer section sitting at 5?F and the refrigerator sitting at 36?F. The customer advised that he had attempted to change the settings on his control but that the temperatures were getting up to 40? in the refrigerator section which he did not want to go that high. I did explain to the customer that he can change the setting on his air diffuser and showed him how to do that. The customer just explained that because the unit got to 27? on his temperature probe, that he felt like there was an issue. When I had and replace the control, but did explain to the customer that he will need to adjust the refrigerator settings to a point that he likes it and did explain how he can do that. The unit is not working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F4 E1 (water heater relay error or no feedback) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint in diagnostics and I gained access to the back. Checked the heater for resistance and found 17.8 kg ohms of resistance. Check the temperature sensor and found it registering 20.7 ohms of resistance, indicating both were good. Per the text sheet, went ahead and replaced the control. Tested the unit and the unit begin working. Operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not dispensing water or making ice.upon inspection I found there was debris in the main waterline. I cleared it up and tested unit and found no change. I replaced all valves and tested unit. Site and found slight improvement to water flow and replaced the housing and tested the unit with the original filled. Found unit operating as designed.

Arrived onsite and found unit is not heating reportedly. Found f7 error code and reset and tested in diagnostics. Found the heater is now running and operating as designed. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is still not cooling in the rc. Upon inspection I found that the thermistor that I spliced in cam disconnect. I spliced the wires back together and wrapped them and electrical tape. unit is operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. The customer also showed me a video of a gurgling noise coming from the bottom of the RC. The icemaker bucket was full when I arrived. The customer stated it never ran out of ice but it had gotten low then did catch back up. I explained to the customer that it could take 24-36 hours for the bucket to fill depending on door swings. I did find foam in the vacuum breaker at the bottom of the RC causing the noise. I removed the foam. All is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator not making ice. I tested the unit and was able to cycle the icemaker successfully. Found FC at 1, RC at 39. When icemaker tried to fill I could hear the valve buzzing. I checked the fill line at the front of the unit, and found no water at the fill line. I tried to move the unit out and found the installers had run 2 screws through the trim at the top of the unit, and one of them had a broken head. I advised the customer that the builder/installer needs to remove the hardware. It should not be needed to properly level and install the unit, and once they remove it they can enable the water valve and this will resolve the no ice condition. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose cooktop that was not properly lighting. I tested the unit and found that all burners are lighting, and customer mentioned the front right burner would not light sometimes. I could not duplicate the issue, but I noticed that burner caps looked especially shiny, like chemicals had been used to clean them and may have caused the spark not to be able to conduct well. I cleaned off the burner cap, changed the head and was able to clean out the orifice as well. Unit ignited instantly for me now with no issues. If issue persists we can replace the igniter and module. Repair completed."

Due to the oven door leaking heat and per techline recommendations, I removed and replaced the inner door panel, both hinges and both hinge receivers and tested the unit on Bale at 350 degrees. The unit is operating as designed and the oven door is no longer leaking heat on the left side of the door. Customer inspected the repair and agreed it no longer is leaking the heat. I recommended the customer monitor the unit and schedule service if it begins to leak again. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when they would press start the unit sensing indicator would flash and then the done light would come on and the unit would then shut off. WZF34X16DW01 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. I found the unit had frozen again and tested the defrost system. The element heated within service test mode and the unit operated as designed. The customer will contact us if there are further issues and I advised that the control would need to be replaced at that time. No water connections to unit. Warranty applied.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing water properly. Upon arrival confirmed issue only occurred when filter was plugged in found filter clogged. Replaced filter under warranty and instructed customer on refilling softener to home due to it being low as well. Unit working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was moving around when in use. Customer advised the unit had moved several inches and even hit the wall. I checked the suspension and basket. I found basket is tight on the gearcase shaft. Found no oil under the unit. Found suspension has proper bounceback. Tub ring was not disconnected. I found the floor was very slick, and I could slide the unit with very little effort. When I inquired about how the unit was loaded, I found the customer had overloaded and likely caused it to walk. I advised on proper usage and loading to prevent any further issues, and to put anti slip material under the feet to keep it from sliding. Repair completed."

Arrived on site for washing machine. That is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advise the unit stops in the rinse cycle and theres not advance. Were in the unit for diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during the fill) error code. Tested both thousand found the cold water valve barely pulling in any water. Checked the water pressure at the wall and found adequate water pressure. Replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for icemaker not producing ice. The customer informed me that it makes ice once and awhile. I tested the IM in diagnostics mode and it would not work. I replaced the IM and tried the diagnostics mode and it ran through it and filled with water. Told customer to give it 72 hours to,produced ice. Arrived onsite for refrigerator with foam exposed on top of the unit next to the hinges. Calling the WP tech line for information on the 2 exposed foam openings. The opening are where they inject the spray foam in to the chaise of the unit. This model does not have hinge covers that usually covers the wholes.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. I checked the fc evap fan and it was not coming on I checked the evap heater and it was working fine it heated up and it was melting ice. "WOC54EC0HS20 Arrived to inspect leaking. The unit would leak in the first few minutes of cycles and then quit leaking. I found the issue was due to the door gasket and after the unit heated up, the gasket would seal. I was able to remove and reinstall the gasket, which prevented the upper left corner from folding in and allowing the leak."

"KSSC48QMS01 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. The customer advised me the unit had gone up in temperature in both chambers, over the weekend reached 30-40?F above the set points. I found the FC at 20 and the RC at 39, with the sealed system running. Airflow was acceptable within both chambers and I could hear a intermittent whooshing of refrigerant within the evaporator assy in the FC. Exposing the evaporator, the system had signs of refrigerant loss, or an inefficient compressor. Due to finding no signs of oil or dye throughout the accessible parts of the system and oxidized copper on the system return lines, I suspect inefficient compression to be the cause. Further inspection did not reveal any obvious signs of cabinet air leaks.

"GFE28GSKKSS Arrived to inspect noise. The customer presented a video that the RC fan motor could be clearly heard making contact with evaporator ice. By the time of my arrival, the customer had defrosted for several hours and the issue had resolved. I verified the RC fan was operating and acceptable flow was felt. I advised the customer if the issue occurs again, they will need to fully defrost the unit. I could see that the defrost system was working and thee was liquid water within the drip tray. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher that was leaking from underneath. I removed the toe kick and tested the machine finding no leaks anywhere. The customer had saw it leaking from the diverter and I pointed at the location of the diverter where they usually will leak and Mr confirmed that was where it did leak from. The customer stated it was dripping very fast when it was leaking. I felt in the shaft housing and it was completely dry and there was no calcium build up anywhere. The customer stated it was the first time it had ever leaked. I checked stored error codes and did have an F9E1 diverter couldnt find position error but we ran the cycle the machine had previous leaked on and the diverter was working properly. The customer didnt want to replace the pump and motor at this time. I did advise the customer to install a dishwasher pan under the machine in case it starts leaking again.

Restored power after verifying bake/broil elements, oven sensor, power cord and thermostat were working as designed. Restored power and found oven tripping breaker at 10 amps after only two minutes. Reset power again but found unit working as designed without tripping breaker after 20 minutes, informed customer if issue returns to replace breaker and documented findings with techline sr#7736731565. "WED8000DW4 Arrived to inspect torn seal. I found the rear seal had de-bonded and worn through. I removed and replaced the felt seal and tested. Operational test good.

"MVW4505MW0 Arrived to inspect non-completion if cycles. I entered service test mode and found F8E1 stored in all five error code slots on this service. Due to the difference in the error code storage, I re-tested all functions and per the service manual. All operations were present. I did find that the manual was in error and that the hot valve would actually not work and discovered the customer had recently had plumbing work done. The hot water supply, in a hot/cold ganged valve assembly, did not have water supply available.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not coolong in the refrigerator compartment. On arrival I checked both compartments and found the RC airflow vent clogged with ice. I checked the freezer and found frost trails, and excessive frost going from the door to rhe evap cover and on top of items. This indicates that the door was left open, and moisture/water froze and clogged the airflow vents. The fan is running currently and I did not see frost through the cover. I advised the landlord to have the tenant defrost the unit to melt the ice down and remove anything that would cause the door to be unable to close. At this time the gaskets do loom good and have a proper seal. If issue returns and there is no frost trail, we can rediagnose a defrost issue.

Arrived on site for washer not completing cycles or spinning correctly. "Arrived onsite for MW door broke. On inspection found the clips of the inner door were broken off. The MW is operating as designed, the clips do not effect the operation of the unit. To fix the issue the whole door has to be replaced.

Arrived onsite for washer that wont spin accept in drain and spin mode. Ran diagnostics and when it went into spin mode it only spun 1 or 2 turns and shut down. The tech before installed a control board and actuator. I checked the capacitor and it 45.5uf the motor was 11 ohms. I calibrated the system and re diagnostics and it spun after the calibration cycle. Put the unit and quick was that the said it would not spin in that cycle. It ran for 20 minutes and it was spinning during the cycle. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was washer not draining sometimes. Tested unit and found the lid switch operating as designed, also tested the timer and found it working properly at the time of service. Spoke to SW and suggested that it could be a drivetrain issue.

"Arrived on site for dishwasher, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was unit not heating. Entered diagnostics and retrieved error code 7-1 no heat. Attached my amp clamp to the heater and found no amp draw,. I then gained access to the control and tested voltage and found a bad control board. Replaced board and tested. Unit is now operating as designed. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed

Arrived onsite for a washer that is leaking water from underneath. I tested the washer and found it not leaking. I found the customers house drain backing up causing the water getting on the floor and under the vinyl.

"Arrived onsite for oven not heating correctly. Test sensor and got1090 kohms which is correct at 76 degrees. Test Ignitor and is pulling 2.80 amps. Found the ignitor is not pulling correct amp draw to energize the gas valve. Need to replace ignitor. Customer wants to replace sensor anyway. Replaced igniter and sensor. Test unit by preheating to 350. Unit preheated correctly and observed heat cycles. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete

Arrived onsite it install some doors on a Samsung refrigerator. Upon arrival I installed all of the door and tested them and found the unit operating assembly

"Arrived on site for FC door not closing correctly. Found unit completely un leveled and door not closing correctly. Leveled unit, removed door and bins to clear frost from rails and cabinet. Re installed door. Test unit and door opens and closes smoothly and has a perfect seal. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. Replaced console. Test unit and unit is operating as designed.
