Arrived on site for my dryer that is making a rattling sound as it operates. Inspect unit and work area. Immediately heard what the customer is talking about and started disassembling the unit. Found the blower wheel stripped between the plastic blower and the inner metal nut that attaches to the motor. Had to chisel off the blower wheel. Replaced both blower wheel and motor and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed.

Found stored error codes 8/2 water inlet problem , 10/2 vent wax motor , 10/1 dispenser electrical , also unit seemed to be over sudsing. Cleared codes and ran test. Two codes resurfaced. Called tech line for assistance. Explained to tech codes and testing. He explained that opening the door during those cycles will trigger the electrical error. Ran additional test and lowered adjustment for rinse aid. Customer stated rinse aid may have been overfilled. Ran empty cycle to clear tub. Tech suggested to Cut back on detergent or try chalk tab style and make sure to run hot water before cycle. Provided . SR#7733951351. Customer will monitor. Job complete"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that has water level questions. Inspected unit and work area. Because were advised that the unit does not seem to have any kind of fill level modifications on this unit and the customer wanted to know what was going on with her unit. I asked the customer if the unit does fill and complete the cycle and she did advise that the unit does complete cycles. She was primarily concerned about the cleanliness of her clients. Did explain to the customer that this is normal operation for these washers. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Went over user care guide and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit pulled out from the wall and the filter head water lines in a bucket. Customer showed me where they found water puddled on the floor in the garage behind where the unit sits and the damage to the baseboard (photo). I inspected the water line connections and found them corroded and the water line from the filter head to the water source hose was cracked/broken (photo). I removed and replaced the filter head and tested and unit is operating as designed with no water leaks. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

Customer advised after the unit has been on it will begin to make a squeaking noise. I disassembled the unit and found the tension pulley roller seized to the axle and the unit needed to be cleaned (photo). I removed and replaced the four rollers, tension pulley roller and belt and cleaned the roller axles and vacuumed he lint from the unit. Reassembled the unit and tested and unit is operating as designed. No lint observed at the end of service, job completed."

Ran test the unit for several more minutes and the smoke started to dissipate and clear out. Did check all electrical connections to make sure that there was no burning wiring anywhere. Everything checked good. I did explain to the customer that the elements do you have a little bit of film covering them and can smoke like that when being used for the first time. Did advise the customer to give the unit a few cycles to get rid of the smell. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

I removed and replaced the evaporator and vacuumed the system and was able to achieve 280 microns, ensuring no vapor within the system. After holding for 15 minutes and no change, I charged with the mfg prescribed refrigerant charge and tested. The unit operated as designed and a thorough check with leak testing solution on all joints, factory and current, yielded no results. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that quit right before the spin and began making a loud electronic noise. Upon arrival the unit was unplugged. As soon as I plugged the unit in an abnormal hum from the drain pump began. I was able to put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F7E0 for loss of power, F9E1 for drain pump problem, F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then ran each component individually and found the drain pump not working, but humming excessively loud. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gearcase oil indicating a failing gearcase. I then checked voltage going to the drain pump and found it good. I then ohmd out the drain pump and found it read 21.7 which is out of range indicating a failed drain pump. I gained access to the control and found no burnout or visibly failure. In order to repair the unit it will need a new drain pump, gearcase, and slider

Arrived onsite for DW with no power. Upon inspection I found that the wiring nuts in the junction box had cam loos. I corrected this and put unit in diag mode and found F7 e1 heater not coming on stored. I tested heater thought the harness at the control and found that it tested good. Which leads me to think that the control may be failing. I am ordering 1x control and returning with heating element.I also noticed that there was way too much suds during diag cycle so I adjusted the rinse aid down and advised customer to use less diagnostics. All checked good. Called tech line for assistance. Ran through test and confirmed components are functioning properly. Ice maker is harvesting and unit is filling. Tech stated there Could potentially be an issue with the main control. Customer would need to allow a full 24 hrs without use and record the amount of ice produced. Depending on level of ice after 24 hrs without use may suggest loss of voltage from main control. Provided SR#7733942209. Customer will need to monitor.
