Arrived on site for washer showing f9e1. Upon arrival confirm complaint and found F 91 in diagnostics. After further testing I found that because of failure was the drain motor shorting out causing unit not to drain the water out of the tub. I use my shop vac to clear the water out then reassembled the unit with a new drain pump assembly. Retested unit and found unit could drain a half tub full of water in under three minutes and unit is malfunctioning as designed with no leaks. Call complete

I removed the toeplate and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. The customer advised that they pulled the unit out and cleaned the unit to get it to drain. I found the unit has a copper water line and is leaking at the connection. When the unit began to drain, I found the unit leaking from underneath. I found where the tub is cracked just above the motor area (photo). After research, I found the tub is not a repairable part and advised the customer of my findings.

Arrived on site for ice machine not producing ice. I inspected the unit and work area. I found the water valve clogged and inlet hose clogged. The inlet house was cleared. I installed the water valve and tested the unit. It is now working as designed.

Tested functions and found the door not closing as secure on the left side as the right due to the type of hinges that are on the door. The left hinge does not have the tension spring that the right side does; therefore, the door is not closing as tight as the right. But, I did find that the door is securing on the left with gasket as designed. I tested the cooktop burners and found the front right burner taking a long time to ignite. I found the burner head ports were dirty and needed to be cleaned. All burners were operating properly. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is building up condensation on the freezer gasket. Inspected unit and work area. Found the Molean between the refrigerator and freezer building up moisture and causing condensation on the Moen dripping down onto the gasket. Checked temperature and found the center mullion at 55?F. Checked freezer and refrigerator deli drawer gaskets and found no evidence of any air gaps or leaks. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Drew SR# 7734000562. He advised me to go ahead and unplug the condenser fan and to let the unit run for 10 to 15 minutes and check temperature again around the cabinet and on that center mullion. Found very little difference in temperature. I called back again and spoke to Rob (same SR#) and he had me run several tests along the mullion between their refrigerator and freezer. Found temperatures ranging between 75?F and 63?F. He advised that this was normal operation and that his own unit does the same thing. He advised that it is a humidity issue mixed with high temperatures. He advised that this is normal operation for summertime in areas that have high heat and humidity. He advised this unit is working as designed and to not make any repairs. Advise the customer of the situation and the customer is going to contact customer service for further assistance. Call complete.

"Arrived to inspect water still flooding ice maker area. I found the ice maker housing had twisted and the unit was overfilling and flowing over. I contacted the management company and they authorized the ice maker and valve, but the valve was not required and I adjusted the pricing from the original accordingly. I tested and verified correct fill and ice maker position and the unit operated as designed. No leaks of the water supply observed during service.

Arrived onsite for defrost issue causing no cool and repaired unit with defrost issue by replacing harness after identifying heater circuit connectivity issue. Partially defrosted and instructed on continued defrost to restore function. All checks good.

Did notice that the only frost was on the liner and glass face of the drawers and the UI. This is normal but is only more noticeable due to the dark background as apposed to a white liner. "Arrived to inspect LF burner not igniting. I found that the burner cap required adjustment and after, operated as designed and ignited quickly and consistently. The CX inquired about flame adjustability on the RR burner and I advised them that is was working normally, even though the adjustment range was only within a few degrees of knob rotation and I explained that is how the valve assemblies are manufactured. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service.."

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave that has lights not working. Found no surface light bulb installed in unit and advised customer that light bulb is considered a consumable item and isn't covered under warranty.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I verified the compressor was unable to produce enough fluid transfer, causing the ice balling and insufficient cooling. I tapped the system and found it had refrigerant within it and recovered the mfg specified amount, within measurement means. I removed and replaced the compressor, dye drier and service port and vacuumed to 310 microns. Holding for 15 min, I charged with the mfg specified amount of refrigerant and then leak checked all accessible parts of the system. I found no leaks with the system at rest or running and completed testing. The unit operated and cooled as designed. No water connections to unit, operational test good.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range that is giving f3 e1 error code. Found wiring for oven sensor damaged and repaired wiring. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator with dirty ice. Ran fresh icemaker fill and found no particulates in water. Found dust particulates freezing to outside of ice cubes that are sitting in ice bin. Advised customer on findings and no repairs can be done to correct issue. Advised customer using more ice will circulate old cubes out and new cleaner ice will get in to bucket. No leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator with inconsistent temperatures. Found no failures to unit at this time. Advised customer on return air vent location and need to no block it with items. No repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.

Drive down side for refrigerator needing previously diagnosed parts. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and after for the inspection found freeze the door functioning as designed and unit only needed refrigerator lower door gasket and bushing spacers added hinges but during reconfirming your previous diagnosis I found that the gasket is fully insulated into the door itself and when trying to remove the gasket it was ripping insulation out of the door not allowing a new gasket to be properly and securely installed. I also found that the liner between the Mooney and bar of the freezer and fridge food compartment was starting to separate from the other line are causing a much larger air gap to occur that cannot be repaired due to liner separation and insulation failure. Will need finding supported to AHS that unit cannot be guaranteed a safe repair at this time due to liner failure. Call complete

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats not dispensing ice or water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he had just replaced the filter prior to the previous trip and that after the previous trip, the unit worked for a little while before completely stopping again. Attempted to dispense water from the water dispenser and found the valve buzzing but no water coming through. Checked the reservoir and did not find any of the water frozen. Replaced the filter head housing and tested the unit. With the filter, there was still an issue with water pressure. Once removing the filter, the unit began to work and operate as designed. Spoke to PR and was advised that because the unit wouldnt work with two different filter heads, the issue would be with the filter. Advise the customer of the issue. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine that has a broken strike. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised it broke off when she closed the lid at some point and she has had to use the broken piece that fits inside the latch in order to get the unit to work. Did confirm the customers complaint and replaced the strike. Tested the unit several times and diagnostics and did not have any problems. Advised the customer the unit is working as designed. "Arrived onsite for ice machine not producing ice. Upon arrival customer stated after a clean cycle the unit stopped functioning. Inspected unit and found ice accumulation under evaporator near valve spout. Ran test and found only a small trickle of water entering unit. Notified customer that a bad valve with no water entering and system cooling could have caused the ice accumulation. There is a slight chance that the system could experience a sealed system failure. Customer approved the valve replacement. Tested unit and unit and full water supply was restored. Evaporator plate is frosting. Instructed customer to leave door open and get ice accumulation thaw over 24 hrs, then start unit.

Arrived on site and inspected washer and found customer has a video of the noise that they hear. Noise is happening because washer is too close to the wall and water lines are banging against rear panel. Hoses have been tapping so hard that paint surface on the wall is damaged. Instructed homeowner that Moving washer forward a few inches will help also showed correct loading to avoid unbalanced loads. Job complete

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher thats not starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised when she went to go start her cycle, the unit would seemingly drain for a few minutes and then it would completely shut off. Tested the unit and confirmed that the customer was correct. Looked underneath the dishwasher and found the overflow switch stuck and after clicking in the overflow switch and letting it pop back out, found the unit starting to work as designed. Tested the unit in a pro wash cycle and normal wash cycle twice. The unit filled and began recirculating as designed. I did notice an over sudsing issue going on which couldve contributed towards this issue to begin with. Did explain to the customer about proper soap usage and advise the customer to run a few loads without soap do to amount of oversuds in happening inside Herbert her dishwasher. After further inspection I found no kinks, breaks, clogs, or other failures within heating hardware, stats, fuses and timer and exhaust hose. Found exhaust blower working as designed with great airflow.. call techline and spoke with Austin Sr# 7733996366. I also used test kit on dryer when it was connected to exhaust vs disconnected. When disconnected unit worked as designed with an average of 143 degrees of heat. When connected test kit would immediately go into the red indicating unit still had a clog with home exhaust. Recommend to customer to have dry vent cleaning company back out to double check vent from end to end. Also recommended looking into haveing construction crew redirect vent through exterior wall of home that dryer is next to. Unit functioning as designed and Techline stated no further repairs to be done. Call complete"

Arrived on site for washer not filling up all the way. Upon arrival confirm complaint and customer provided photos of some of the clothing and articles of bedding showing signs that unit was not being fully submerged when filled. Entered diagnostics found no error codes but after disassembly of unit found slight clog in the pressure air trap assembly. After a removing clog I reassembled a test unit and found the unit was functioning as designed and also went over previous instruct with customer over settings and how washer is the function due to pre-manufactured settings within main control. "Arrived onsite for stuck button error code and spontaneous activation of preheat select. Reset and tested unit. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer that if symptoms persist, control panel will need to be replaced."

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with hi simmer height on each burner. Adjusted the flame height to improve simmer performance. All checks good.

"Arrived one site to inspect refrigerator door not opening. Upon further inspection, customer advised that the the FC door does not open at times due to ice build up in the bottom left corner of the door. I placed my flashlight at the bottom of the FC section and found gaps in the gasket on both left and right corners of the FC section. Also found the same issue with the RC door. I contacted techline and spoke to TJ and advised of the complaint and my findings. "

Arrived onsite for cook time settings concern and rattling. Tested and found unit operating as designed. advised customer on findings and instructed customer on design. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fan hitting ice. Upon further inspection, I found the FC evap fan making a rattling noise as if it were hitting ice. I disassembled the FC section and removed the evap cover to find a block of ice on the evaporator equivalent to a defrost issue. I found a service bulletin through the manufacturer regarding the placement of the defrost thermistor. I found the thermistor in the wrong position and corrected per service bulletin. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and monitored cooling and found the evaporator with a good frost pattern. Tested the defrost element and it is showing 40ohms and 120V. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator gaskets not sealing. Upon further inspection, I found both door gaskets sealing properly. Customer advised that when they close the RC door, the FC door pops open and doesnt always close. I advised of this air tunnel from the FC to the RC sections that when the doors are closed it will push the air pressure to the other cabinet. I found the unit not leveled and corrected it then found the unit tilts to the right side due to the floors not being level. Using manufacturer approved silicone, I sealed the gaps in the liner/cabinet. Tested unit and it is operating as designed. No water connections to the unit, job completed."

Arrived onsite to install previously diagnosed parts.replaced water tube and used both fitting. Test unit and unit operates as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

Arrived on site and found that after the last service the customer waited to see if the LP dissipated per instructed. They found the unit no longer excessively leaking. We found the unit working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site. Installed bin thermistor and cover ran diagnostics all test passed.
