CX had explained to me that she had her 1 year inspection and inspector had calibrated unit up 30 degrees and was causing unit to bake at a higher temperature. I took temps and was heating to 460 at preheat should of reached at 400? or closer to that temp. Inspector was using analog temp gauge. Whirlpool says on owner manual not to use those because they dont keep up with temps fluctuations. I calibrated unit back to 0 and let CX know if she has any issues to let us know. Arrived onsite for unit making noise. Upon arrival noticed a rattling noise coming from the blower wheel. Upon inspection found a piece of weed eater line caught on blower wheel and would tap housing when spinning. Removed the debris and test the unit. The clicking noise is now gone. I then ran a high spin and was able to replicate the noise indicating a bad gearcase. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the belt and cam wearing down. In order to repair the unit it will need a new gearcase, belt, and cam.

"Arrived on site for a range that is not igniting the cooktop burners. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have not been able to use the cooktop since they purchased the unit. They just had their propane tank refilled and serviced. Confirmed the customers complaint and remove the regulator. Tested gas pressure and found gas pressure initially start off fairly strong but then drop in pressure to a point where I could not register very much pressure at all. The customer try to make a couple switches to the gas supply and advised that he tested it without me in the room and found good pressure. I did go ahead and replace the regulator to ensure there wasnt an issue with the regulator. I still had the same issue with his gas line. The customer advised that he believed it had to be something within the machine. Went ahead and called Techline and spoke to Travis SR# 7733634905. He advised based on current information, he issue is with the gas supply and that the customer would need documentation from their gas company showing that they have proper gas supply to the unit before any further repair. "Arrived to inspect ice in FC. I found the FC filled with a large amount of ice and I removed it. I could not find a direct cause of the initial icing and defrost components passed all continuity tests and there was no ice within the evaporator area. I could not test for voltage due to power out at the residence during the entire service. I found the lower gasket retention channel in the FC door allowing the gasket to move excessively and I used silicone to bond the gasket in place. The right FC door gasket was torn at the top and I could see into the chamber and there was moisture present near the control. Office to order gasket and schedule for return service to instal gasket. Arrived on site for refrigerator not sealing freezer door correctly and causing ice buildup. Upon arrival confirm complaint and after further inspection found that the cause of the door gasket not sealing right and causing the door to lean and warp when closed was due to failing slider rails. The slider rails had failed due to hot air escaping up into the freezer from the drain line and create a clogged drain line which then poured water into the freezer warping the door rails. ; ordrng 1 W10619951 (Drain tube kit)

Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling. Upon arrival confirmed complaint but found unit unplugged with doors open on arrival. Inspected thermistor values from both compartments and found all readings between 3.01k-3k (room and compartment temp was 74 during diagnostics). Found amp drawer to inverter and compressor starting at 2 and climbing to 3 amps after 3minutes of runtime. Found drier and sealed system components all over heating within first 3 minutes causing compressor t9 shut down after 20-30 minutes found unit had a sealed system failure possible restriction. (Same symptoms as before from job# ending in 512)After further inspection I found the dishwasher racks were rusting worse then before and causing rust debri to fall into circulation pump and ge5 redistributed around unit. At time of diagnosis it would be recommended to replace main wash motor and both racks. Office will need to reach out to ahs for further autho on replacement of racks and main wash motor. Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the new switch and the unit still did not work as designed. I removed the switch. I then gained access to the motor and found blue to brown closed. This indicates a circuit stuck closed in the motor. Due to this the unit continues to move up and thump against the top. In order to repair the unit it will need a new motor. Call complete.;

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher still not completing a cycle. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found stored error codes F3E1- thermistor OWI open/short, F9E1 not draining , F8E2 inlet fill valve electrical problem. Cleared codes and ran auto test. Test completed but error F3E1 resurfaced. Cleared code and ran normal cycle. after 15 minutes and unit did not want to drain. Call tech line for assistance. Tech ohmed OWI and drain pump. OWI was fine but drain pump was not. Tech recommended replacing Control and drain pump. Before scheduling check for concession. Ordering parts if customer wants to proceed with repair depending on outcome with Kitchenaid. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11410464 (Sensor)"

"Arrived onsite for 50 DEG IN FRIDGE AND 25 DEG IN FREEZER, CAN HEAR SLIGHT LOW BUZZING OFF AND ON FROM BACK . Upon arrival fund start device would just click and there is no amps to compressor. Need to replace start device to be able to operate compressor. ; ordrng 1 W10613606 (Start device)"

"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed gear case and clutch, replaced parts tested unit, found also the timer is buzzing loud and not advancing properly, dog agitator clutch is stripped will need new agitator and balancing ring has separated from basket, will need a basket to complete this job, office to get authorization and reschedule ; ordrng 1 WP3951702 (Timer) and 1 WP3951744 (Agitator) and 1 285868 (Plugs) and 1 W10389329 (Basket)"

Arrived onsite and found unit not heating. Tested outlet and unit does not have proper voltage under load missing a leg of power. Advised customer and maintenance on issue. Unit is otherwise operating as designed.

Performed streem diagnosis. Found door release not opening door every time and customer is having to mess with the release to get the door to open. Cause of failure is in the release latch behind the control but no parts can be ordered for this unit. Unit comes with replacement only warranty and manufacturer does not supply part numbers to replace any parts.

Arrived on site to diagnose a range that is not baking. Found lower drawer over full. Advised customer that items that slide over the back of the drawer can contact ignitor wiring and prevent oven from baking. No further repairs needed.

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I installed the replacement outer clamp and tested the unit within service test mode. It operated as designed and there were no detectable leaks form the door. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling. Found start device for compressor failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time and no leaks were found at time of service.

Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed the temporary repaired section and installed the adapter fitting. I tested the unit and there were no leaks. Operational test good.
