Customer advised that they have tried for days to get the ice bin out with no success. I pulled the unit out and found condensation on the upper right corner of the back panel due to a void in insulation (photos). I advised the tenant of my findings. I attempted to remove the ice bin and was able to remove it and found a large amount of ice built up on the ice maker. Also found a gap in between the ice housing and the side wall which is allowing warmer air from the fresh foods section to enter into the ice house and create moisture/condensation and forming ice. Removed all debris and blasted the drain tube with my steamer and blasted the drain tube at the back of the unit as well. Cleared the tube and put hot water down the tube from the evaporator side and it is now clear. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site to test unit for shorted keypad. Test unit and found bad console. Will order new console; ordrng 1 W11236887 (Console)

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not working. Test unit and found unit miss wired. Black wire mixed with red on L1 and black and red wire together on L2. It should be red to L1 and black to L2 not mixed. Fixed wireds test unit and unit flashing. Test power at L1 and getting 116v L2 getting 115v. When you got to L1 to L2 unit not getting 220. Will need to order control board and module and electrician will also need to check the outlet. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10808072 (Display) and 1 W10886867 (Module) and 1 2hoursjob (2 hour job)

Arrived on site to test unit for console not taking commands. Test unit and found touchscreen not responding. Turned power off to the unit for 2 minutes turned power back on and console still not responding. Ordering new console office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11296171 (Console)
