They advise that it is taking the icemaker four days to make recorders in a bin of ice. Check temperatures in the freezer and found temperatures at one degree Fahrenheit. When I had to replace the icemaker assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display showing error code F6E1-no communication with UI. Attempted to clear the code and place in diagnostics, but the control panel failed to respond. I removed the outer door panel and inspected inside the door and found the vent gasket badly crimped allowing steam to enter inside the door and get to the UI causing it to short. I am ordering the vent and gasket and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with the UI and control panel. Unit left turned off for safety and no water leaks, other than the vent gasket, observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11649995 (Vent) and 1 W11545539 (Gasket) and 1 CNOTE (LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST)"

I checked the basket and found a good amount of holes were not punched out, so I'm ordering a new basket and gearcase to resolve the noise and vibration. There's also some coins in the washplate that may be making the noise as well. Upon arrival confirmed failure and found large defrost issue in fc with ice frozen all over evap coil and frozen around fc evap motor, found the following results for thermistors and heater P5-1&2(6.31k),3&4(13.4k), 36.1ohms. Found 124 from hi control to heater in defrost mode. Called techline and reported findings Sr#7737538832. Was instructed based on findings that ui logic wasnt registering when unit needed to defrost. I replaced ui and hv control as well as evap motor asm. Instructed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps after I removed all ice from coil and installed parts. Call complete"

Tested the icemaker and found that it would not turn. Attempted to remove the icemaker, but was unable to. Found the backside of the icemaker cover catching on something. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Robert SR# 7737543721. He advised us to go ahead and yank it out and let him know if there was any damage done to the cabinet. I was able to successfully remove the icemaker and replaced the icemaker. Tested the unit and found the unit harvest and filled as designed. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice but the temperatures in the compartments are good. I found the FC at -2 degrees when set at 0 and the icebox temp was at 6 degrees with the icebox fan running. I found no water in the mold and an E5 stored error. I found the icemaker going through a harvest cycle. I ran a fill test and found no water entering the mold and the valve just humming. I tested the heater and found it working. I used a piece of tubing and tested the valve finding it working as designed. I ran the heater for 10 minutes and tested the fill again and the mold filled with water. I explained to the customer that either a piece of trash got caught in the valve after the new install that caused it to weep and freeze the fill tube or the icemaker is bad. The customer will monitor and call back if it stops producing ice and if it does we will need to order an icemaker. Call complete.

Unit pressures were at 0/100 and evaporator has a good frost pattern. Reassembled the unit and retested and unit is beginning to make ice. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Found the unit continue to short cycle before any major ice was being built up. I called whirlpool techline again and spoke to Leon SR# 7737463650. He advised that based on all the service history on this machine, the issue would be with the external drain pump, and advised us to unplug the unit from the external drain pump and plug it into the wall. He advised to watch and see if it made a slab of ice because if it did, the external drain pump was causing the failure. I did just that and found the unit still short cycle, even without the unit being plugged into the external drain pump. I called whirlpool, techline back and spoke to Kurt SR# 7737463650. He advised that the unit would be sent to review again. Call complete."

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator dispensing issue. I verified low flow once again. I found good pressure with the filter removed. I removed and replaced the filter head and tested. I found no change. I removed and replaced the filter the customer provided and now found good flow. I called Whirlpool techline and spoke with Steve 7737533427. Steve recommended checking the pressure from the supply line. I did this and found very good pressure but found a lot of debris floating in the water. I showed the customer the debris. I flushed more water out of the supply line and found no more debris. I instructed the customer that the water quality may be clogging the filter prematurely. I recommended the customer get their water tested or look into added water filtration systems. The unit is operating as designed at this time. No leaks observed during service.
