I found the legs on the pedestal required jamb nut locking, as the legs have a tendency to allow vertical movement, when the threads are not locked in place by the jamb nuts. I tightened the rear brace and ensured all other hardware was tight, as well as ensuring equal load distribution at the four corners. The customer had a moderate load of several non-foam backed mats and I started a quick cycle to wet them, and then drain and spin for testing. The machine operated as expected and the vibration was satisfactory to the customer. No leaks observed during service."

"KRFF707ESS01 Arrived to inspect ice behind drawer. I found a very large mass of ice on the RC intake and inspected further. The fascia to ice bin gasket had a very large gap, allowing the ice maker system to constantly circulate moisture laden air from the ice bin, into the RC chamber, providing moisture into the RC at anytime the ice maker system was operating its fan. The ice maker housing will require a spacer gasket to be placed at the back of the housing assembly and the ice bin door will be required as well. Office to order parts and contact the customer to arrange return service. Tech GCO. I advised the customer to place towels around the machine after removing the contents and turning the cooking off, by depressing the rightmost two buttons, for three seconds and watching for the cooling off indicator in the top left of the screen. The customer will need to remove and replace towels within the lower part of the refrigerator every two hours, or sooner/as needed, to catch excess water and then to monitor the overflow in the drain pan at the front. The time to temperature testing showed the machine heating and cooling at a very acceptable rate of heating at 38% and cooling at 62%, where most issues occur at 25/75 and worse. I verified the washer was likely spinning out and not the source of the issue. "Arrived on site for an oven. That is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that they try to run the bag cycle for the first time and it tripped within two minutes. She advised that she was unable to get the unit powered on. I went out to the breaker and found the breaker had tripped. Per Whirlpool, they have advised doing a burn off on the elements by removing the ground wire from the machine and running the unit up to 450?. I wanna head and did that and reattached the ground wire. I ran the unit back up to 450?F and advised the customer to let the unit run for two hours to burn off any excess moisture in the elements. Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit was working great and then it just completely stopped about a week ago. I checked temperatures and found the temperature in the freezer at 2?F. I removed the ice container and found three ice cubes that were stuck in between the icemaker and the bay alarm causing the icemaker not to continue moving forward with making ice. I removed the ice from the bay alarm and found the unit immediately start cycling through. I found the unit harvest and fill as designed. I advise the customer of the issue in the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit does tumble and heat but it is taking them 3 to 4 cycles to dry clothes. I tested the unit and confirmed the unit was tumbling and heating. I gained access to the back of the dryer and found lint build up inside the vent hose. I check the vent going into the wall and found that the vent in the wall is extremely shallow and only 4 inches deep into the wall. I did advise the customer that it is possible that because the vent is so shallow, there may be a partial restriction as the unit is trying to vent out. I also explained that there may be some sort of clog inside the venting system as well due to the unit, tumbling and heating. I did advise the customer that airflow would be the only other issue that could cause the dryer not to dry clothes. The customer advised that he will contact his property owner to get the vents cleaned and if that does not work, will try to see about what they can do with the venting within the home. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to test unit for leak. Inspected unit and found unit had the old style tub ring, and noticed softener dispenser has extreme buildup causing water stream out to be held up and split into 3 different streams of water. The buildup coupled with the old style tub ring caused the water stream to be redirected outside of the tub during a load when the weight of the clothes and water dropped the basket, causing a major leak. Replaced tub ring (W11590590) and softener dispenser (W11569112). Tested unit, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for no starting. Upon arrival customer stated unit does start but some cycles end up not spun out and soaking wet. Customer was washing a large blanket at that time, she also tried smaller loads 3 towels, but still ends up wet. Ran diagnostic cycle and found all components properly engaging. Informed customer that the load sizes recommended for this unit is 20-40% of the basket. If the load sizes are too small they group together and throw the basket off balance when in the spin cycle. When washing blankets, they hold a lot of water causing it to be extremely heavy and once again throwing it off balance. After unit tried to rebalance 3 times the cycle will stop causing clothes to end up not spun out. Advised to keep load sizes to the recommended amount. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

Ran Test 4 step 1 6/0 psi, step 2 no change, step 3 -10/110, step 4 same, step 5 -10/110psi. Unit did not equalize, 2/111psi over 20 min. Called tech line due to pressure discrepancies. Also found RC evaporator encased in ice. Spoke to Rob SR.7739905429. Recommended flushing system with nitrogen for potential restriction. Replacing drier, pulling extended vacuum and recharging. Did as requested. Unit has evaporator encased in ice and will need to be remedied. Potential causes would be from bowed Drain pan, shims, rc evaporator fan motor and harness, or damper motor. However none of those components are covered (only sealed system is covered). Due to the potential of multiple failures of this model no single part is guaranteed. Arrived onsite for range tripping the breaker. I removed the ground wire and ran unit to 500 degrees. Once temperature was reached I re attached the ground and set it back to 500 on bake. I told the office to shut off the range after 2 hours. Call complete. No parts installed.
