"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not drying dishes. Upon further inspection, I found no rinse aid in the dispenser. Placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and tested amp draw to the element and found it showing to be within range of 7-9 amps as designed. Removed the outer door panel and tested the element and found 13ohms and within the 13-40ohms range. Tested voltage to the the entire from the control and it is getting 118V. I advised the customer that the unit must have rinse aid in the dispenser in order for it to dry properly. Customer advised that they pour a small amount in the dispenser with each load. Customer provided a bottle of rinse aid and I demonstrated on how to fill the dispenser. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Evaporator frost pattern still looks fine and evaporator fan is still running properly. Spoke with techline due to location in a tiny house and available space refrigerator cannot be properly diagnosed. Location and environment may also be causing the issue. no recommendation for repair was given. "Arrived onsite for NOT DRAINING - found ERROR CODE PF power failure and UE imbalance errors. inspected supply voltage and got 123v. Did not find any standing water in tub. Notice water leaking from bottom of door . Found bellow clogged and some water remaining in and around the bellow. Cleared debris from bellow. Also found left front leg not leveled cause unit to shake a little during spin cycle. Lowered left front leg and unit no longer shakes. Customer said he had already checked drain filter and it was clear. Test unit on normal cycle, then test drain. Drain operates as designed. Customer noted that errors happen when there is a load of clothes. Ran unit with a normal load of towels. Unit operates as designed with no error codes appearing. However found standing water at end of cycle that seems to have syphoned from stand pipe. Customer is clearing stand pipe. After retesting the unit the drain pump now only hums. Spoke to SW for assistance and SW will be ordering AUTHO and parts for this call. Office to reschedule"

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit had frosted up in the freezer section and that she had defrosted it herself. The unit has been cooling sense but she wanted to have it looked at for that specific issue. Remove the evaporator and check resistance on the heater. Found 87.5 ohms of resistance. Check the evaporator thermistor and found at reading 43?F while sitting on ice. Checked continuity through the fuses to the heater and found both fuses good. Found the evaporator fan working as designed. Spoke to SW and was advised to replace the thermistor and the user interface. Replaced both parts and defrost of the unit. Advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator not cooling properly, making a loud noise, and getting ice build up. Upon arrival the customer had a video of the noise and it sounded like a fan on ice. I checked temps and found the FC at 10?F and the RC at 54?F. Upon further inspection I found significant ice build up on the evap cover and a sheet of ice on the bottom of the RC. I found line VAC to the valve, but it showed as an open circuit and should have read around 1Kohm.
