Upon further inspection I found the recirculating tube had completely popped off of the water dispenser. I reconnected the tube and then let the unit create a slab of ice on its own. I found the unit now working as designed. Call complete.

I checked voltage at the terminal block and found none. I reset the breaker and waited several minutes. I then checked again and found no voltage. I informed the customer of my findings and advised them on reaching out to an electrician.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher throwing an F8E4 for float switch open. I gained access to the float tray and found it had water in it. I emptied the tray. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E4 for float switch open and F8E2 for inlet valve problem. I cleared the error codes. I then ran two diagnostic cycles and could not replicate a leak. I informed the customer of my findings and walked them through proper loading/soap usage per the user care guide. I found the unit working as designed at the time of service. Call complete.

Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the damper and shimmed the left RC door to raise it up level with the right RC door. The ice maker did not need to be replaced as its operating as designed. However, the arm on the IM is long and attached to the part to where it is not removable. The arm doesnt allow the ice maker to make a large amount of ice. Customer did not want the ice maker removed, therefore I didnt remove it. Researched the ice maker in the parts breakdown to see if there is a universal ice maker and I did not find one. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived onsite for oven strong gas smell . Upon arrival gas valve was off. Restored gas to range. Total time of diagnostics was about a hour. Could not duplicate gas smell . No gas leak detected with leak detector. Tested all burners and are good. After series of questions with customer found that a random cleaning agent was used to clean oven and cook top. The smell that unit is making is from the cleaning chemical. Recommend that customer uses an actual cook top cleaner and just mild dish detergent and water to clean oven. Called Safety, let them know of findings. Was given SR#7734087097. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

I found on the high side I was not getting a vacuum below 0 psi. I installed approximately 4oz of R134a refrigerant and found the evaporator has a leak. I tested the compressor draw and it was at .73 amps with the high internal temperature and there was a ball of ice in the evaporator to cap tube connection area. I did not find any evidence of oil/leaks and the unit will most likely only require the compressor, service port and dye drier. "Arrived on site for a washing machine not spinning. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit will fill and do nothing, but they could hear a buzz. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F1E2 for motor over voltage, F0E3 for overload, and F7E9 for locked rotor. I cleared the error codes. I then manually activated each component and ran a diagnostics cycle. I found all ran through as designed. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found the slider an gearcase in good shape. I then loaded the unit and tried to run a quick wash, but the unit locked and then would not start. I put the unit into diagnostics mode to try and manually actuate the lock, but none of the loads were activating. I had to unplug the unit several times in order to reset it. Due to this I am ordering a control to replace. Office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11419171 (Control)"

Arrived onsite for washer with a drain pump that wont turn off at the end of the cycle. Upon inspection found found 8fe1 long fill code and f5e4 door not open error. I cleared them and ran a diagnostic cycle and found that the unit ran just fine. I the I tested unit in quick wash with towel in unit and found that the unit when though the cycle just fine. I then ran it in the drain and spin and found the same. I check the drain pump for any obstructions and found none. I noticed that the customer used the pod style detergent which could cause a over suds issue I advised her of this. Unit operating as designed no leaks.

I defrosted the entire evaporator to inspect the fan and was working. I tested the thermistor and was good. I explained to CX that its possible a door was left open at one point and caused it to defrost and freeze up. I also inspected the drains and where free from debris. I found that the customer uses tads and pods at times. I advised her to switch to liquid detergent and use very little due to her having a water softener. Upon further inspection I found that the unit was leaning forward a bit so I adjusted the unit and tested the unit and found no leaks at this time. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. On arrival the customer stated the unit had started making ice. I found the ice bucket about 3/4 full. I ran a harvest test and found the icemaker working but no ice in the mold. I ran the full test and heard the fill valve humming but no water entering the icemaker. I found the tip of the fill tube stopped up with ice from the valve weeping. I replaced the valve. Unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
