"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the noise is coming from the back of the RC section. I removed the lower crisper drawer and found ice on the RC evaporator. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the RC evap fan in test 57 and the fan failed to come on. I retested a few more times and finally got the fan to turn on and the noise the customer identified. I advised the fan is hitting ice and would need to be defrosted before I could remove the evap cover due to potential damage to other parts. I am ordering the RC defrost heater, HV control, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and will return with all prescreened parts. Scheduled return service for 05/31/24. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages from defrosting refrigerator and pending on the amount of ice build up, I recommended the customer pull the unit out and place towels around the unit to absorb any water that may leak while defrosting and unplug the unit and defrost approximately 24-48 hours before I return. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is starting cycles by itself. The customer advised that the unit will sometimes not start and then start on its own. Around then it through diagnostics and found an F5 E2 (door stuck closed), F5 E1 (door stuck open), and F2 E2 (no response from the UI) error codes. 03 error code seem to be pointing to the control starting a cycle on its own and doing all the things that the customer is stating. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 5.75 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and had good pressures. Call complete.

On further inspection found the unit was pinched the exhaust vent when pushed all the way back. Informed the customer to go to the rigid vent hose. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is condensating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the Molien between her refrigerator and freezer is condensating and continuing to leave water on top of the freezer gasket. She advised that it has been this way, since she bought this unit. I confirmed the customers complaint and found moisture buildup on the actual bow in itself in two different spots. I checked temperature on the Moen and found it at 65? on the end but at 51? on the two coldest spots. I disconnected the condenser fan and ran the unit for 10 minutes. I found the temperature on the middle part of the Molean reach 52?F but the sides went up to 71?F. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Aaron SR# 7739162551. He advised that based on my checks, there would be an issue with the yodeler loop, not being pressed up against the cabinet. He advised that he would send this to review and that the customer or I would be contacted, depending on the next steps. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"KRFF507HPS02 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the ice maker inlet had frozen and I verified the heater was operating as designed, via thermography. I suspect that during the last service, which required extended door opening and resultant elevated RC temperatures, the subsequent cooling may have been enough to freeze the tubing. Ensuring the placement of the heater and then adding additional material to block the excessive cold within the heater area, I tested and the unit operated as designed. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not dispensing ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he hears the motor running, but ice is not being dispensed when he tries to call for ice. I checked the impeller and found the impeller completely stripped on the motor. I attempted to remove the impeller, but could not due to the motor being so stripped. ordering the spacer and divider to complete repairs. I rescheduled the customer to 6/3. Arrived on site to inspect unit for rattling. Upon closer inspection had wrong model number updated information. Found noise coming from complete tightening and loosening mounting bolts made no difference. Pushing on surround areas made no difference stopped fan to confirm noise wasnt coming from that.
