I opened the unit door and inspected the door/tub gasket and it was shaped properly. While I had the door open, I found some shipping foam in the 3rd level rack right front corner that had not been removed and was causing gapping on the right side side (photo). I removed the foam and placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. The builder rep arrived and said the inspector found water on the floor on the right side. I advised the builder of my findings and retested again while they were there. No water leaks observed during testing. I advised the builder of my findings. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I replaced all of the lights because the new lights are different than the old lights (old lights clear lens new lights white lens). The RC lights start to work. The FC lights did not come on. Arrived on-site for a washer that is still vibrating and is very loud during spin. I found the machine with a load in it when I arrived so the customer could show me what it was doing. When the spin cycle started the machine was vibrating more than normal because the RF leveling leg wasnt down. I set the leg and the vibration was normal. The noise the customer was hearing in the spin cycle was the drain hose tapping the wall. I advised the customer to put a piece of pipe insulation or a piece from a swimming noodle around the hose to prevent this from happening. The machine is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven not heating. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the broil works fine, but the bake element does not ignite. I tested the bake burner and found it would ignite, but shortly after the flame would go out. I tested the broil and it is operating as designed. I removed the bottom panel and retested the bake burner and it continued to function incorrectly. I removed the burner and inspected and it is good. I removed the orifice to make sure its the correct size for natural gas and found the orifice engulfed in a grey grease. I cleaned the orifice and gas line and re-installed the orifice and retested and unit is operating as designed. Tested the cooktop burners and they are operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."
