I tested voltage at the terminal block and between the red/black wires I had no voltage. Between the red/white I got 124V and black/white 124V. I advised the customer of the voltage issue and due to not being able to fully test the timer without 240V, I removed and replaced the timer and I checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker. Arrived on site to replace drain hose. Found new drain hose gray rubber connection can not fit through the size of the hole on the cabinet. MER6755AAS Arrived to inspect no heat on recently repaired burner. I found the infinite switch had failed and caused the prior repair to fail. I was able to correct the wiring issue and utilized a ceramic connector. I removed and replaced the infinite switch and tested. The unit regained all functions and operated as expected. Part 49.63.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I broke off the agitator and went to remove the screws for the other assembly. Upon first glaze, I found several screws that had already been stripped. I was able to remove one out of the five screws due to the corrosion and damage already down to the screws. I spoke to JC and was advised that at this point, we would need to do a full rebuild on this washer. Ordering the tub, basket, filter, Kim, belt, actuator, and screws. We will also need to return with all other rediagnosed parts, including the gear case, suspension, hub, assembly, and agitator. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not filling up with enough water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the washer does complete each and every cycle but that the water does not seem to fill up the tub. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed. I asked the customer what type of cycles she tends to use and she advised that she normally uses the normal cycle. I did advise the customer that this is a low water washer and that it is not designed to fill the tub up with water. Customer advised that she did not like that because she is used to old washer is that used to fill up 3/4 the way up the basket at least with water. I did advise the customer that the low-water washer is designed to work with less water and still provide an efficient cleaning. The customer said that she just doesnt think that the washer is really actually cleaning the clothes as well without the water present. I told the customer how to get her the highest water level on the washer using the deep water wash and certain cycle selections to give her more water, but did explained that the unit is functioning and operating as designed. "WTW5057LW0 Arrived to inspect leak during drain. Inspection revealed no obvious signs of damage to the drain pump, hoses and bottom of the tub. Service test mode showed F8E1 and F7E7, which were cleared for testing. Shortly after starting the test, water came from the front right of the machine. Secondary inspection revealed the tub had a provision for a heater with a factory molded block plug. The plug had dislodged, allowing full water flow out of the heater provisional mounting port. Office to order tub assembly and contact the customer to arrange return service. Dry testing the machine, no other issues were found. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the dishwasher is fine, but their microwave is making an add noise. Using my microwave tester, I tested the unit for 30 seconds and the unit operated and sounded normal. After a few more tests, the unit became loud as if the heating components are beginning to fail. "On site or a washing machine that is not spinning when the unit says its trying to spin and its not feeling when its saying that its billing. The customer showed me two videos of what the customer was talking about and advise that when it was supposed to be going, the unit was just sitting idle. I did notice that the machine was saying the unit was sensing the load, but nothing was happening for about 3 to 5 seconds. The video ended and I could not see exactly what happened beyond that. They also showed me another video where the unit was saying that it was in a spin cycle and the basket was spinning very slowly. That video only lasted about 5 to 7 seconds around the unit into diagnostics and found an F7 E4 (basket re-engagement failure) error code. I tested the unit and found at the slider was having a hard time shifting between agitation and spin. I replaced the slider and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site for a range that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the cooktop works, but that the oven will tripped the breaker within minutes after starting to preheat. I gained access to the back of the unit and found no pinched wires, or any signs of grounding with happening within the unit. I checked the elements and found them within range. I test the unit on a big cycle using an amp clamp and found the unit flipping back-and-forth between 10.47 A and 14.97 A before the breaker was tripped. I checked the breaker and found that the breaker was a GFCI/AFCI combo breaker. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Joe SR# 7739213929. He advised that based on my checks, the issue would not be with the appliance, and would be with the breaker. He did advise that AFCI and GFCI breakers are all made differently, and that it appeared that this specific breaker type was just too sensitive for the unit. He advised to make no repair at this time in the unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

On arrival verified complaint of to high current and light inside drum. Advised customer the unit is required to be on its own circuit. The light customer states is inside drum from where the water comes from. Verified inside unit no harnesses are damaged and no signs of arc. Due to light complaint reattached the water valve harness as a precaution if it wasnt seated correctly. Checked voltage and polarity are correct. Checked if water valves at wall are hot. Found less then .2vac at both valves. Unit is working at this time. No leaks detected during service. Job complete.no parts installed

On arrival verified complaint moisture on fc gasket. Found all gaskets are sealing and horizontal mullion is dry left side door is tweaked causing it to push out at top and be sucked in at bottom. Adjusted the leveling of the unit to relieve tension on the door and have front higher then rear. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found a large amount of ice/frost on the FC evaporator cover. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost heater and found it operating as designed. I tested the defrost thermistor and it was showing to be open. I pulled the unit out and tested the thermistor at P2-7 to P1-2 and got 120V. I tested the thermistor at P8-1 to P8-2 and got 4.9VDC. I tested the thermistor resistance and got 29.98kohms at 0.7 degrees. I advised the customer of my findings and using my steamer, I removed the ice/frost from the evaporator and cover and advised the customer they should be able to use the unit until we can return to replace the thermistor. I recommended the customer unplug the unit 24 hours before we return and place towels around the back of the unit to catch any water that may leak from the evaporating pan below. I am ordering the defrost thermistor and hv control and scheduled return service for 06/07/24. "Updated model number. Arrived on site for unit not heating. Customer also stated a couple times the unit did not seem to clean well. Ran diagnostics and found stored error 4/3 and 7/1. Ran test and motor did energize as well as heater. Customer also stated rinse aid take long to run out. Reset unit for customer and notified to run as normal but to monitor performance. Also insuring that hot water is supplied to the unit. Customer will monitor. If symptoms persist. Recommend ordering sump and motor, heating element and dispenser. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to disgnos dryer occasionally tripping breaker on towel / less dry setting. Unit has done this since customer moved in. I found good voltage and polarity. Unit is on a GFCI breaker. I tested the unit and found it never exceeds 27 amps when running. Called tech line and confirmed this is working as designed, and this is breaker nuisance. Tech line case SR7739220605. Advised to follow up with homeowner as other houses in the area have also reported similar. Call completed. No parts used."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I went to replace the refrigerator door gasket and found the new gasket was torn in several different areas. I went to replace the mullion and found that the new mullion had a two pin connector, but the old one was a three pin connector. I spoke to SR and was advised that she would need to get clarification with Maytag to confirm the correct part number and to order it for research. I did replace the pantry lid. The customer asked if we had the shelf and Chris bourbons as well. I advised that that was not a part of the work order. She advised that she had made a mention of that on the previous trip and showed me what was happening. I found that the crisper drawers and frame all damaged. Ordering those parts as well and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date when parts are made available. "Arrived to inspect ice clumping issues. The FC was -2 and the RC was 36. Highest temperature in the RC was logged at 80 and 56 for the freezer, which were not possible due to found conditions within both chambers. Due to this being a more recently frequent finding and the same symptoms as the prior replaced machine at this location and others, I inspected and found the factory air dividers we both missing on the back, but the lower was intact. The constant recirculating of heater air from the sealed system was likely causing all manner of odd readings and operation. Office to order parts and tech GCO please.
