"Arrived on site to inspect washer off balance. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit is diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and the unit operated as designed until spin mode and the unit began to shake vigorously and the tub ring was banging on top panel and sides. I raised the top panel and found the tub ring damaged and the basket is off on spinning. When I pushed down on the tub assembly and let it go, the tub came back up but pulled towards the front of the unit. I am ordering the tub ring and returning tech to replace the gearcase, cam, suspension rods and tub ring. No water leaks observed during service and office to schedule return service. ; ordrng 1 W11550886 (Tub ring) and 1 W11428524 (Capacitor)"

Got average of 333 on the low and average of 366 on the high , averaging 349.5 at cooking temperature. Unit is operating as designed. I believe incorrect thermometer is being used. Cannot use dial type or infrared type thermometers. Only thermocouple can be used.job complete"

The ice never goes in to production mode if there is not enough water in the tray. Tighten the cap and it made a slap of ice that was on the grid when I left and another slab of ice was being produced. No water leaks detected during service. Customer said that they closed on May 20 of 2023 on the house.

"(SV) KDTE204KPS1 Not filling with water. On arrival found error code F7E2. Ran diagnostic test found during test unit would do emergency flood stage. Due to the machine having the three wire speed controlled motor, the unit sensed no rotation and immediately failed, similar to the overflow and inlet failures. I removed the motor and found that it was seized and internally corroded, due to lack of use and I replaced the assembly. The unit operated as designed and all functions were present. No leaks observed during service."

The customer advised that since they bought the machine, the unit has not worked properly and is not actually washing the clothes. I checked the agitator, and found the agitator extremely loose. went to lift up on the agitator and found it completely came off, even though the bolt was still inside. Checked the inner part of the agitator and found the spline was good, indicating the bolt had never been screwed down at the factory. I tightened the agitator bolt onto the driveshaft and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that when they get water or open the doors, the unit gets very loud. Tested the water dispenser and the unit operated as designed with no abnormal noises. I pulled the unit out and it began to make a loud vibrating/rattling noise. I was able to pinpoint the noise to the condenser coil at the bottom front of the unit. I found the cushion in between the coil and bracket was crushed. I placed a pad in between the coil and bracket and the noise stopped. Placed the unit back in its space and leveled the unit and it began to make the noise again. Pulled the unit out and removed the back panel to find the cushion between the condenser coils and bracket at the back of the unit was missing. I placed a pad in between the coils and bracket on both sides and the noise stopped. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not cleaning upped dishes well. Unit acts like it's almost spraying debris on the upper rack items, lower seems to be ok. I ran the unit and found it gers a good amount of water, but sounds almost like it's trickling / running while unit is pumping. Pump sounds healthy. Ordering a clear door so we can verify if it's leaking from the tubing or spray arms and making a trickling noise. I tested voltage to the unit and inspected the harness at the terminal bleach and all is good. I disassembled,bled the unit and jumped the door switch and retested and the motor took a long time to turn over. I am ordering the motor and scheduled return service for 09/26/23. "MVWC416FW0 Arrived to inspect leak. I found the in,tech valve had plugged again and there were signs of water leaking. The inside of the chassis did not have fresh water on it and I did find the suspension was allowing the tub assembly to move vertically, likely allowing the water to splash out during the cycle. I advised the customer of my findings and they did not want to invest anymore into the unit due to age and cost of repair. Due to recent service, warranty applied. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not making ice. The customer stated it is erratic. It hadnt made ice for six days and I found a batch that had harvested in the bucket before we arrived. I tested the icemaker and all functions were working as designed. I found where a cube had stuck to the bale arm and caused the issue. I found a bunch of frost build up in the bucket and in the ice box housing caused by the ice door leaking warm air. I replaced the ice door with W11423781 ice door from truck stock. I removed all the frost and the piece of ice on the bale arm. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not working with error F8E4. On inspection found water in the overflow tray. Customer said that there was soap in on the floor. I open and a green colored soap, I looked at the dishwasher soap that he had and it was blue. I saw next to the sink a hand soap that was the same color as the soap on the door. Informed the customer of what I found and I vacuumed out the majority of the soap and stuck 1/3 cup of olive oil in the unit and ran a cycle. The majority of the soap is now gone. Told customer to run another 1/3 cup of oil if he sees a lot of soap appear in the bottom of the unit. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived onsite for washer making a grinding noise. On inspection ran the unit In diagnostic and the noise was not there. Customer showed me a video of the noise and it was a plastic grinding noise. I gain access to the bottom of the unit and found a white powder in the pulley cover, pulled the cover and dropped the clutch and the teeth on the pulley were round off. Found the teeth on the clutch were round off to. Did not see any oil or other evidence of any other issues. Replaced the splutch and tested the unit. It passed the diagnostics mode, true test will be with clothes in the unit. No water leaks detected during service."
