"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance and will not complete cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the suspension in, suspension shot. While testing the suspension I found the basket wobbling inside of the tub. Was able to shake the basket from side to side while holding the tub. Went to remove the agitator and found the agitator stuck regardless of whether I used a crowbar or a dryer belt. The unit will need a full rebuild for repair including basket, tub, gear case, filter, cam, belt, and suspension. Please schedule the service for two hours and two men. Took pressure readings and found only equalized to 30/75 psi after 5 minutes. Initial running pressure at -10/145. unit has intermittent cooling periods. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water or ice. Ice maker is making ice. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found valve not energizing when calling for water. Ice dispenser issues are being caused by Auger motor failure and ice door chute assembly failure . The ice door is not closing properly allowing warm air to migrate into the ice bucket and melted/fusing ice into a block. The auger motor is no longer rotating. If customer would like to proceed with repair, the water dispensing issue cannot be fixed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that periodically trips the circuit breaker and is drawing 18 amps. After talking with the customer I found out that the electricians that were out found the inrush reaching almost 18 amps when the compressor started. I explained to the customer that this is possible and that it only last for a second. I tested the unit and found the compressor working as designed. I ran a forced defrost and found it working as designed. After talking with the customer mr is going to change the breaker himself to a different model.

I rand diagnostics and found fault code f7e1 basket fault speed. I ran the tachometer test and found it registering the tub is spinning. I checked the motor, drain pump, and shift actuator from the control. All test in range. I gained access to the gear case and found it intact, I found the capacitor reading in range. I ran a manual spin and found it would work until I stopped it. I called techline and spoke to Travis, I advised travis of my findings, we ran a calibration cycle again and retested the unit. It is doing the same thing in normal operation, quoting out at spin. He is submitting this unit for engineering review. We are waiting back to see what engineering wants up to do. Arrived on site for a washing machine that has water level concerns. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to fill all the way to the top regardless of how many clothes are in the unit and is concerned that there is something wrong with her washer. She did state that the unit does complete all cycles but she was told that this unit has low water and she has not seen low water on this washer. Ran unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. The customer added a load to the wash cycle on a delicate cycle and found the unit fill up the basket 2/3 to 3/4 full of water when a few items were in the washer. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Ed SR# 7734247534. He advised that based on the current information with the unit completing cycles and there being no stored error codes inside of the main control that there is nothing wrong with this unit and that everything is based on programming in terms of the amount of water that it fills with. Advise to make no repairs in to advise the customer that this is normal operation. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator thats making a clicking noise after the icemaker dumps ice out. Inspected unit and work area. The unit harvested a cycle in a herd with the customer was explaining but did explain to the customer that the sound she was hearing was the icemaker motor turning and hitting several different contacts within the motor of the icemaker. Customer had a few questions about the unit and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a range that is not regulating temperature on one of the burners. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the front rate switch sometimes would stay on high heat and other times when it would cycle off, there would be very little heat. Attempted to replicate the issue but was unable to. Went ahead and replace the infinite switch anyway due to the customer saying this is happened at least six times. Replaced the Internet switch and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not completing cycles and now has no power. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and checked the door switch, thermal fuse, and timer. Found all working properly. Checked voltage to the unit and found 52 V from line one to neutral, 121 V from line two to neutral, and 70 V from line one to line 2. Advised the customer that he had a voltage supply issue. The customer attempted to fix his outlet and found a wire that had grounded inside of his plug causing an issue. He attempted to fix that and I checked voltage at the plug. Still found the breaker sending the plug in proper voltage indicating an issue with the breaker. Both customer that he would need an electrician to resolve his electrical supply issues. When I swapped the line 2 in line one wires on the terminal block, I did verify that the motor was turning and running as designed. Advise the customer to call back if other issues persist after electrical supply has been fixed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found the unit unplugged prior to arrival. The customer advised that the unit was just making a clicking sound and would not cool. Plug the unit in and found the compressor pulling 8 A before shutting off. Went ahead and replace the starting device with a truck stuck starting device to test the compressor. Found the compressor doing the exact same thing. The unit will need a sealed system repair for full repair. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date when all parts are made available.
