"KRFF577KPS02 Arrived to inspect noise and sweating at door. I found the noise was due to the lower air guide vibrating at the opposite side of the prior repair and was able to correct. The FC door gasket had water on it and the mullion was twisted, causing the RH RC door to be unable to seal at the bottom, causing the condensate on the FC to form. I was able to temporarily square the mullion, but it was very weak compared to others and will require replacement. The ice bin door had a gap along the upper sealing surface and will require replacement. The customer requested tech GCO. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven not working. Upon further inspection, I found the display blank and not responding. Checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. Cycled power to the unit and placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component and the unit operated as designed. Pulled the unit out and gained access to the rear of the unit to test the elements and test voltage. I found both the bake and broil elements within ohms range and both getting 241V. While the unit tested, the breaker tripped. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and while heating, the breaker tripped. When I went to cycle power at the breaker, I closed the breaker box door and the breaker tripped. I recommended the customer have their builder check/replace the breaker and if the unit continued to trip, to call our office to schedule service. Job completed. W11649350"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice chute gasket slightly turned and adjusted. I removed the ice bin and found the ice maker on/off arm in the off position. Once I pressed the arm down in the on position, the ice maker began to harvest then filled with water. While servicing other appliances in the home, I heard the ice maker harvest and drop cubes into the bin and then filled with water. I recommended the customer allow the unit at least 24 hours to fill the bin and 72 hours to completely fill the bin with ice. Unit is operating as designed. Thermography revealed the sealed system was not creating enough heat in the high side and the inlet to outlet of the condenser had a 45 degree variance. No leaks observed during service. "Arrived onsite for a wine cooler to replace previous diagnosed parts. I found refrigerant still in the system but it seemed low. I saw no signs of oil. I changed the compressor and installed a drier and access valve. I vacuumed the system and found my high side loosing vacuum very slowly. I pressure the system with 104 psi of nitrogen and found it dropping pretty fast. I took three time stamped photos. I tested all the joints in the unit compartment with leak detector and found no leaks. The machine is either leaking from the evaporator, condenser, or in the chassis on the high side. "WRT311FZDZ02 Arrived to inspect cooling issues. I found the unit was attempting to cool and thermography looked ok in the high side and there was a developed frost pattern on the evaporator. During inspection, I found the door was not sealing as expected and was correctable via leveling and adding a customer provided spacer to the back left corner. The air tower was not mounted as designed and a gap of approximately 1/4 was along the entire bottom of the air tower, causing incorrect airflow between the chambers. I corrected the issue and tested. The customer will contact us if there are further issues. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not making ice. The customer stated its not making ice or cooling correctly in the FC. I checked the system for leaks and could not find any signs of dye. I tested pressures and had good pressures and no sign of refrigerant loss. I ran service test 4 and everything was good but when step 5 started the refrigerant flow was spitting at times then finally smoothed out than near the end of the step before it shut off the compressor speed dropped. Before I could test voltage the test stopped and turned to normal operation. I could not get it to repeat this. I dumped the charge and vacuumed the system then charged it again with 56 grams of R600A. I ran test 4 again and the flow to the FC evaporator sounded better but still had some spitting at times. I watched the temp drop in the FC to 5 degrees in step 4. I set the icemaker to max ice and asked the customer to monitor ice production and call back if there are still FC cooling issues or ice making issues. I suspect there could be more than one issue here and if the customer calls back we need to return with an inverter, main control, LED control, icemaker, dual valve, and fill tube heater. Per previous techs diagnosis I removed and replaced the left FC door and tested.mi found the door would not close due to the door gasket bulging out on the left side of the door (photos). I removed the new door and re-installed the old door until a new door can be ordered. Customer advised that the water dispenser and ice maker had stopped working, but then the dispenser started working again. I gained access to the RC evaporator fan scroll and found it gapped at the top of the styrofoam scroll allowing freezing air to escape and hit the reservoir and causing it to freeze and not allow water to be dispensed. Using some permagum from my van stock (212643), I sealed the gap and tested. No further air leaks found. I am ordering the left FC door and CNOTE-2 MAN to install the door due to the island being directly in front of the refrigerator and not enough room to elan the door to install. I tested the ice maker and water dispenser and both are operating as designed at this time. "WRS973CIDM00 Arrived to inspect no cool. The customer advised the unit had cooled for about two weeks after the compressor replacement that was performed prior. The extended warranty company had sent out a different servicer two times prior to todays service and they advised the customer there was a leak within the system, but did not attempt to find it. I found the balanced pressure was 6psi and running was 144/12 in hg, denoting a high side leak. There were no signs of leaks anywhere accessible on the machine and nothing at the condenser. I isolated the heat loop/yoder line and found very slow leak. At 224, it lost 2 psi in 10 minutes. The tech assist line was not available to contact due to the holiday and management will need to decide the correct course of action on the following day. I found one of the mounting screws missing from the thermostat. I added a screw and attached the wire properly. I tested the microwave and it is heating as signed and the cooling fan is working as designed. Call is covered under Appliance Express warranty. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling. The customer stated that it is cooling. The issue is it will not dispense water but it does make ice. I found the dual valve bad causing the issue. The customer also stated the Freezer builds up with frost. I found the freezer full of frost around the door due to the door not closing all the way. I removed all of the frost and found gapping between the liner and chassis starting the issue. The door gasket is good and the rails are good. The chassis and liner need to be sealed around the FC. Ordering WPW10341329 Dual Valve & W10841140 clear adhesive. RS for Mon 6/3. ; ordrng 1 WPW10341329 (Dual Valve) and 1 W10841140 (Clear adhesive)

On arrival verified complaint of damaged spin arm and diverted errors replaced the lower spray arm and sump assy as previously diagnosed. Unit is now working correctly. Job complete no leaks detected during service. Installed W11550888 and w11416362

"WED5620HW2 Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Upon arrival, checked voltage to the receptacle and found 0V. Checked breaker outside and it was in the off position. Turned back and re tested. Unit is now functioning as designed. In addition, there is moisture coming out of the vent towards customer home (picture attached) advised customer to call lint cleaning company to inspect why water is entering home through dryer vent. No parts replaced."

"Arrived on site for oven not heating . But its the microwave customer is having issues with . Unit will run for 8seconds the stop turning . Unit is not heating . "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will take three days to dry a load of clothes. She advised that she was not getting any heat whatsoever coming from the unit. I checked and verified proper voltage and polarity. I noticed the customer is venting into the floor and removed the vent hose. I found the vent hose completely clogged with me to the floor due to a mesh cover that she has in the floor. I found that it was causing buildup of lint at the end of the vent hose. See photos. I found the thermal cut off was open. I did advise the customer that the reason why they lost. It was because of their venting, and that they will need to either cut out that screen or find an alternative way of venting. I replaced the thermal cut off and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. The customer is going to figure out their venting situation and will leave the vet I was off for the time being. Call complete. W10900067."

Arrived on site to inspect unit for loud noise and stopping mid cycle. Upon closer inspection customer didnt have service key unable to get into diagnostic mode. Informed customer service key needed. Office to reschedule when customer has service key. NO PARTS USED; saved tckt

"KRFC302ESS03 Arrived to inspect gasket issue. The right door gasket had failed and required replacement. After heat treating and re-forming, I replaced and tested. The right door was incorrectly installed and leaned to the left. I corrected the door position and advised the customer on the mullion heating modes. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for noise/sounds coming from unit. Upon closer inspection found basket was missing holes and not uniform. Customer stated lighter loads the noise goes away. Ran diagnostic cycle to confirm different components activating unit is running as designed, found it banging a lot due to holes not being punched through and shaking excessively. Arrived on site to diagnose range that was throwing F6E1 error. Tested unit and found saved overheat code. Found temp sensor good. Replaced control to resolve. Verified proper temps and operation. Parts used - W11583303. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for water leaking from freezer into fresh food section . Found drain area frozen over . Found fill tube extension was not on chute correctly and spilling on evaporator. Reinstalled tube and cleared ice out . Drain tube is draining properly. Ran harvest and fill. All checked normal. No parts used . No water leaks detected at time of service. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for left 3 knobs not sitting correctly on off position. Adjusted all valves test unit and unit test good job comete.

Arrived on site to test unit for breaker tripping. Cycled breaker and tested microwave with no issues. Heated oven and found bake and broil elements working as designed. Breaker kept tripping at random intervals. No burnt wiring in junction box. Advised customer to have faulty breaker replaced. No parts replaced at this time.

Arrived on site for dishwasher not cleaning dishes. Upon arrival found f7e1 in diagnostics. Upon further testing I found diverter and motor failed. Replaced entire motor asm w11460945. Tested unit and found it working as designed with no leaks. Call complete

"WOEC5030LZ00 Arrive on site for oven display issue. Upon arrival, customer addressed picture of error message (phot attached) customer stated unit will show Power Loss indicator usually during 5 to 10 minutes within bake cycle. Performed consumer cycle to call for bake. Indicator did not appear and preheated to 400 degrees F. Proceeded to inspect wire connections on all components of the unit. Upon inspection, did not find any issues besides a loose found connections (pictures attached). Re tested unit and no issues. Advised customer to call builder and check any loose connections from the receptacle to the breaker on the oven circuit. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced."
