She advised that the customer may can proceed with repair if they would care to repair it but that they would not be granting any concession today. Spoke to the customer and the customer did not want to repair it. He advised that he would prefer to just buy himself a new dryer. Did explain to the customer that the cost to repair is very minimal but the customer advised he would rather pay for a brand new unit with a four year warranty then a couple hundred bucks at a used dryer. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly. Ms stated the RC was staying around 50 degrees and the FC around 15 degrees. I found the RC coil completely frosted up and coming out of the bottom of the evaporator cover. When I pulled the unit out to test the thermistors from the control I found where there was a bad void in the insulation causing the rear of the panel to rust up from the left side to the right side. I explained to the customer that the unit is not repairable.

I removed the control panel and found the diagnostics LED not flashing as designed. I checked voltage at the wall outlet and it is good. I tested voltage at the control and its getting 124V. I tested the components on the unit and and found all is good. The drain pump is showing 20ohms, within range. Arrived onsite for refrigerator water dispenser spitting when in use. Upon inspection I found that the water filter was not sealing properly in the filter head.I installed and tested the unit and found that the dispenser was working as designed.

Arrived onsite for for washer leak. Upon inspection I found that the leak was coming from the water temp sensor due to the bracket that holds it down was loose I created a spacer out of a silicone sheet I had and installed it in between the sensor and the bracket to increase the clamping force of the bracket and tightened it down. Then I tested unit several times and found no leaks. No charge issues was same as before. Job complete

Disassembled fresh food section and found water is dripping from condensation gathering behind icemaker adapter then running behind air tower going underneath evaporator tray and lifting it. "Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered parts. The RC door closer cams were worn badly and the door would not close as it should. I found the harness for the FC door was broken open and advised the CX that they may have a failure of the water and/or ice system in the future and they will contact us if it occurs. There was considerable gapping at the front lower part of the mullion, but the gaskets were able to conform to the gap and a reasonable seal had been attained. I verified the sealed system issue and recovered the refrigerant. The unit had a good charge and I could not find any signs of leaks. I removed and replaced the compressor, dye drier and service port and vacuumed to 410 microns. I allowed the system to sit for 15 minutes and seeing no loss of vacuum, charged with the MFG prescribed 5.75 oz of refrigerant. The unit started cooling as designed and I checked all accessible joints with leak test fluid and found no issues. ordrng 1 W11311687 (Cam, RC Door) and 1 W11292872 (Hinge, RC Door)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator making unusual noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise sounds as if its coming from the back of the unit and gets loud enough they cant hear the tv. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the FC fan and found it operating as designed. I tested the condenser fan/compressor and could not duplicate the noise. I pulled the unit out and removed the back cover and checked all refrigerant lines and they were good. As I placed the cover back in position, it began to make a rattling/vibration noise. I placed some sealant pads in between the cover and chassis the that noise stopped. As I was getting ready to leave, the unit began to make the noise and the customer identified the noise as the one its been making. I removed he kickplate and found the condenser coil under the unit is what is making the rattling noise. I overdo the unit and the noise stopped, but when I opened the right RC door, the noise came back. I level again with the door open and was able to get the noise to stop. I advised the customer to monitor the unit and if the noise comes back to contact our office. No water leaks observed during service, job completed.; O-emld tckt"

Arrived onsite for washer not operating and showing fault code f9e1. Upon inspection I found that the drain pump was seized up I replaced the pump and tested unit but found that the unit would just keep telling me to close the lid even though it was already closed. "Arrived on site and found customer experience icemaker stop producing for a week. Icemaker has now started producing ice again. Temperature in freezer is 3?, Reason for hiatus is unknown. Arrived on site to replace fill valve control board and flow meter. Test unit and found unit getting plenty of water panel not responding and motor not responding. Will need to replace both parts. Office to reschedule will need 2 hours. ; ordrng 1 DD82-01347A (Panel) and 1 2hours (2 hour)

Arrived on site and inspected refrigerator and found both sections are warmer than room temperature. Exposed evaporator and there is no frost pattern at all. Inspected compressor and found it is getting power and running but there is no cooling.
