Arrived onsite for a refrigerator still not making ice. I tested the temp of the FC and found it at 19 degrees and not dropping any lower. I checked the low side pressure and found it showing 0. I powered the unit down and let the system equalize. System equalized at 30 psi indicating a fully charged system. I connected the high side gauge and powered the unit up. I found my low side gauge showing 20 psi and my high side was at 45 psi. The compressor is failing. I replaced the compressor and drier. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 4.65 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and watched it until the FC reached 3 degrees and it was still dropping. The refrigeration system is working as designed. I explained to the customer the unit should start making ice now. Call complete.

On arrival customer showed me several pictures that showed various items that had dry spots on them. Checked unit for error codes and did find a saved code for long fill. Ran unit and found it was filling correctly, with no slowdown or long fill showing. The water level is consistent with other cabrio and HE low water consumption units, and comes up to about the top of the washplate on an empty load. This has been confirmed by tech line as working as designed. No mechanical failures found at this time. Call complete."

Arrived on site to diagnose evaporator frost/ice issue. The CX had already ran the unit through a manual defrost. After monitoring for a couple of days the CX reports that the issue was resolved. I found that the railing on the upper FC shelf was catching. My diagnosis is that the upper FC shelf prevented the Fc door from closing properly. I adjusted the rails and the freezer door closes as designed. The CX also mentioned ice maker creating chunks of Ice. I found that the ice maker mold lining was deteriorating No leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is somewhat cooling the freezer but its not actually freezing new items. She advised the refrigerator section is completely not cooling. Opened up the freezer and found evidence of a defrost issue at the evaporator. Tested resistance through the heater and found proper resistance. Ordering the user interface, freezer harness, control and evaporator thermistor for repair. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is going off balance and will not complete cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the suspension in, suspension shot. While testing the suspension I found the basket wobbling inside of the tub. Was able to shake the basket from side to side while holding the tub. Went to remove the agitator and found the agitator stuck regardless of whether I used a crowbar or a dryer belt. The unit will need a full rebuild for repair including basket, tub, gear case, filter, cam, belt, and suspension. Please schedule the service for two hours and two men. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator ice maker not making ice. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found 2-3 batches of ice harvested. Forced harvest on current batch and did complete. Checked evaporator and found heavy frost accumulation only on the lower 1/3 of the evaporator. Took amp draw on compressor, at .7 amps. Took pressure readings and found only equalized to 30/75 psi after 5 minutes. Initial running pressure at -10/145. unit has intermittent cooling periods. Customer stated unit has seen having cooling issues from the beginning. Called tech line for assistance. Tech diagnosed Floating restriction. Recommended Replacing dryer and evacuating system with nitrogen. Suggested Moisture in the system . Need to attempt to clear restriction. "Arrived onsite for refrigerator not dispensing water or ice. Ice maker is making ice. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found valve not energizing when calling for water. Ice dispenser issues are being caused by Auger motor failure and ice door chute assembly failure . The ice door is not closing properly allowing warm air to migrate into the ice bucket and melted/fusing ice into a block. The auger motor is no longer rotating. If customer would like to proceed with repair, the water dispensing issue cannot be fixed.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that periodically trips the circuit breaker and is drawing 18 amps. After talking with the customer I found out that the electricians that were out found the inrush reaching almost 18 amps when the compressor started. I explained to the customer that this is possible and that it only last for a second. I tested the unit and found the compressor working as designed. I ran a forced defrost and found it working as designed. After talking with the customer mr is going to change the breaker himself to a different model.
