Upon further inspection found that the silk system was still intact and functioned the design Ive been found that doors have been reversed leading to improper ceiling and have not been properly reverse causing an air gap in the gaskets. After reassembly doors properly and ensuring that there were no air leaks through the door gaskets I informed the customer to give you the unit 24 hours to stabilize the temps. Complete call

Due to the error code I replaced the UI. I then preheat both ovens to 350?F. The unit is working as designed. Arrived on site for a dryer turning on but not spinning nor heating. I tested the unit and was able to replicate this. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I then gained access to the inside of the unit and found the belt had popped off. Upon further inspection I found the idler pulley spring getting weak and allowing play on the belt. This was allowing the belt to pop off. I put the belt back on and then tested the unit. I found everything else working as designed. In order to repair the unit it will need a new pulley assembly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit will get very loud when the ice maker is turned on and when its turned off, it works just fine. They advised the noise is coming from the ice maker area. I inspected the ice maker and turned it on and tested it. When the evap fan came on, I could hear the noise as the customer described it. I removed the evap cover and found a black of ice at the fan blades (photo). I inspected the fill tube and found a streak of water coming from the bottom of the fill tube chute. I removed the ice and placed a bead of sealer around the fill tube to seal off the gap in the fill tube and eliminate the leak (photo). I showed the customer the repair and they were good with it. Retested no unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed."

I found the water flow very slow and not filling the reservoir fast enough. Advanced through testing and found the bin thermistor showing to be bad. I tested ohms to the thermistor and when it should be reading approximately 2.7kohms at 70 degrees, my reading was 1.0kohms. I removed and replaced the valve and thermistor and retested and unit is operating as designed. In the process of removing the valve, I found what appeared to be rust in the water lines to the valve and advised the customer. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I found no water getting to the unit and the recirculating pump making a screaming noise. I checked the water line and found the water turned on at the wall. I disconnected the water line from the inlet hose and tested the water and found no water coming from the wall. The water hose has a regulator on it at the spigot. I removed the hose from the spigot and tested the water and it is flowing good. I placed a different water hose on the unit and rested and found the valve is bad.
