Arrived onsite for a gas cooktop that has a center burner that will go out when in use. Upon arrival I tested the center burner bay putting a pot of water to boil at every setting on the burner I couldnt duplicate the Complaint. What I did find however is that if I turned the knob slowly from power to simmer the flame could go out. I replaced the valve and tested unit several times and found unit now operating as designed. No gas leaks. Job complete.

Noticed water leak coming from hot water valve in CX wall. See photo. Water supply hoses were swapped. Swapped water supply hoses to correct water valve. Entered diagnostics and found the following error codes: F0E4, F0E3, F0E5, & F8E1. Tested unit inlet valves, hot and cold, and found water leaking past the hot water valve. Replaced water valve and resolved the leak. Tested unit again in diagnostics and found no leaks coming from washer. Informed CX that we replaced the leaking water valve on the washer and that their hot water valve in their wall needs attention to prevent any damage to the home. Arrived on site for dishwasher that has a special project to replace the heater. Inspected unit and worked area. I did confirm the customers unit is within the service pointer range to replace the heater. Replaced the heater and tested the unit. "BT arrived to inspect drying issue. Upon entering service test mode I found F8E2. I cleared the code and proceeded with automatic test mode. All functions were present and the unit drew 6 plus amps during the heater phase of test mode. I discovered at the end of the first test mode a tremendous amount on sudsing. I used automatic test mode two additional times to clear the sudsing. I advised CX on detergent use. The CX was using high strength detergent tablets, pre rinsing well and has a water treatment system. I advised the CX that this combination creates a tremendous amount of sudds which stop the heating process. CX understood and will change detergent types and use the recomended amount of less than 1 tablespoon of automatic washing detergent. Operations test good, no further errors observed during testing. No leaks observed during service."

The customer advised that the unit had leaked for a few cycles and then completely stopped leaking during the last two cycles that she has run. She didnt want the unit checked out just in case. Went ahead and tested the unit in a diagnostic cycle and could not get the unit to leak. Did not see any evidence of any leaks underneath the unit. When I open the door during the middle of the diagnostic cycle, I noticed excessive searching inside of the dishwasher. I did notice the customer is not using rinse aid and advise the customer against overstretching to to the issue of potential cause for leaking. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has since begun to cool the refrigerator but not very well. He did advise that the unit has been cooling the freezer the entire time. Inspected unit and did not find any evidence of a defrost issue but did find the air returns on both refrigerator returns iced over. Steamed out excessive ice buildup and tested the unit. I retested the middle burner and found the ignitor not arcing this time. Continued to test and after several attempts, the ignitor arced and lit the burner. I checked the ignitor harness at the valves and it looked good. I checked the ignitor at the orifice holder and found the ignitor clip was not fully pushed in allowing the ignitor to move around and not grounded. Secured the clip and retested and the unit is operating as designed. I retested several times including a few times with builder observing and it continued to operate as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that customer says is leaking, especially after a couple cycles. Ran unit through full quick wash, heavy cycle, and several fill and drain. I checked the valves, bellow, drain pump, drain hose, tub and could not find any water streaks or evidence of leaks. Talked with GC who also advised checking the rear and vent. Still couldn't find any source of leak. Unit did have a good amount of suds in it which can be getting into the vent. No repair recommended at this time. Arrived on site to test unit for heat escaping from right side. Test unit and found door not sitting correctly in hinge receiver making heat escape. Secured door correctly test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived to inspect microwave making rattling/ticking noise. R/R turntable motor and tested. Motor still made a little bit of noise. Repositioned the motor and tested. Rattling/ticking noise is gone. Tested multiple times and the noise never returned. I called techline and spoke with Cliff SR# 7734687711. Cliff stated he has not heard of any issues with the motor. I explained to Cliff that I partially removed the motor harness and when the noise started I disconnected power to the motor and the noise stopped and then started again when the motor was reconnected. At this time the unit is functioning as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for gas range, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint is that flame is orange and they smell gas. Tested unit and found orange flames. CX is also running 2 large humidifiers. I messaged in to my management and they explained that having humidifiers can cause the flame to turn orange from the moisture in the air and not enough oxygen to have a good flame. Replaced the regulator to rule out the regulator being defective, but still the same. Advised CX to keep dehumidifier and humidifier turned off for 24hrs and if issue persists to contact their gas company because their can be something in the lines causing that orange flame. Unit is operating to factory specs. No leaks where observed during service. Job completed."

When I vacuumed the unit, found a leak at the bottom side of the dryer. Replaced the dryer and found the end of the capillary tube breaking again. I attempted to replace the dryer twice more but on the fourth attempt, the Two broke from the cabinet side due to having to reposition the cap tube several times. Arrived onsite for range with knobs that wont turn. On inspection that the center burner knob will not turn and the same with front right burner. I. Inspected the rail were the gas burner valve is located in did not see any debris blocking the valve from turning. Ordered the valve to fix the issue. It seems that the valves were seized up. Arrived onsite for Water Dispensing Slowly. Upon arrival test unit and water was dispensing too slow. Filter head is operating louder than usual. Need to replace filter housing. Rescheduled for Thursday;

"Arrived on site to inspect washer drum moving too much. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. During the spin cycle, I found the tub/basket are moving around more than normal. I tested the suspension rods and they are good. I removed the agitator and found the spanner nut not tightening. Removed and replaced the nut and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Customer advised the unit is leaking water at the front right corner on the floor. I tilted the unit back and found a small amount of water on the floor at the front right corner. I retested the unit and tested the recirculating pump and found water leaking out from the tub ring. I found where grooves are cut out on the ring from the factory and when the water stops flowing from the hose, water is trickling down the tub ring to where the cutouts are and leaking out of the ring as the cutout is too deep and is all the way through the plastic. I made a temporary repair until I can get back with a new ring. No water leaks observed at the end of service.; ordrng 1 W11590590 (Tub ring)"

"Arrived on site and found no ice production. found Test 120 passes, test 97 passes, test 29 is 18, Test 26 is 51, test 31 is 32, test 56 fan is on, attempted to disassemble freezer to inspect evaporator and evaporator cover is frozen in place. Will need to bring back freezer harness with thermistors and control/UI kit; ordrng 1 W11395558 (Frzr Evap cover) and 1 W11533213 (Ui) and 1 W10911358 (Harness wire) and 1 W11614809 (Evap harness with thermistor)"

Arrived onsite for washer found this apartment was having dryer issue. On inspection there was no power! Tested the outlet and was 242vac at the wall. Gain access to terminal block and when I went to plug it in it sparked. On further inspection the L1 wire had melted into the the ground wire causing the spark. Created a ticketed and will order parts.; ordrng 1 WP3397659 (Terminal block) and 1 279393 (Screw kit) and 1 279318 (Splice kit)

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is making a beeping noise. Upon arrival I checked the ui and found that the ui was loosely fitted in the door, I replaced it with a new one. Upon further inspection I found that the freezer door leaning forward at the top, away from the door switches. I adjusted the door so now it is sitting straight up and down give it it the best chance to actuate the door switch properly. I then Leveled unit as I was doing so I found the the right door gasket was torn I am ordering x1 door gasket. ; ordrng 1 W10830055 (GASKET-FIP)"

"Arrived on site for dryer not heating. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and found stable power connection but found cause of failure was terminal connection Fried up. Was able to install new terminal block(from job355183) and was able to reuse power cord, and found dryer fully heating as designed with no failures. BT arrived to inspect oven. Upon inspection I found the left metal frame was bent. This allows excess heat to escape the oven. Due to safety conditions Ive ordered a replacement bracket. No gas leaks found during service. ; ordrng 1 W11209792 (Door bracket)

Arrived on site for range control tuning on by itself. I inspected the unit and work area. I found fault code f2e1 in diagnostic and found the control turning itself on when inspecting the unit. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven bottom panel and cooktop burners. Upon further inspection, I tested the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. The customer provided a video of the issue they were seeing which was the burner flames too large on one side due to the burner cap not being positioned correctly. I demonstrated to the customer how those flames are produced and demonstrated when the caps are corrected. Also, I found the oven bottom panel bent on the bottom right corner. I adjusted the panel and reset it into place, but the panel is not fitting properly due to the damage. I am ordering the bottom panel and scheduled return service for 10/04/22. No gas leaks detected during service.;

"Arrived on site to inspect cooktop burner flames. Upon further inspection, I tested all burners and found the back right burner flame goes low when using other burners. I adjusted the flame on the burner and retested and it is operating as designed. When I removed the burner cap, I found baking soda in the burner head ports restricting the gas flow which is why the flame was going low when using other burners. Cleaned the burner head and retested and it is operating as designed. I found the front right and left burners were taking longer than normal to ignite and when they do ignite, the flame is shooting out causing soot on the burner heads. I attempted to adjust the burner head gas ports and it continued to take too long to ignite. I removed and replaced the front left burner head and retested and it is operating as designed. I contacted techline to report my findings and spoke to Bruce and advised of the complaint and my findings. Bruce recommend checking gas pressures and replace the burner heads and caps and check orifices per service pointer #W11438074 and provided SR#7734687481. I am ordering the orifice kit per SP and CNOTE-LSO and will return with the front right burner head. No gas leaks detected during service and office to schedule return service.; ordrng 2 W11502161 (Orifice kit)s and 1 CNOTE (LSO)"
