I advised the customer to switch back to pods and that the pods have stronger cleaning power compared to the liquid as it is more diluted. The unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer pointed out that there is water dripping from the bottom left corner of the FC door when they dispense water. Customer tested the water dispenser and I found where the water is leaking out. I removed the outer door skin and found and screw stripped out. I was able to get the screw out once I had the skin removed, I found water on the door and inside of the skin (photos). I found the water dispenser tube is cracked at the bend (photo) and when dispensing water, the tube leaks and the water flows behind the dispenser housing and down the door. I inspected the lower hinge parts and they are good to transfer to the new door. I am ordering the FC door, door gasket, door skin screws (4), CNOTE-2MAN JOB (SENIOR TECHS), CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the lid was locked and he was unable to get his clothes out until he broke the lid free. He did both that since then, he has been unable to wash a load of clothes. I found that when you try to start the cycle, the unit was telling you to close the lid, even when the lid was closed. I looked the latch assembly and found one of the Switches on the latch assembly pushed all the way in and could not be reset. I replaced the latch assembly and ran the author diagnostics. I found an F0 E7 (load detected during a clean wash cycle) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working in operating as designed. Call complete. W11700916."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is starting by itself. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they were running a load of jeans and clothes together and that the unit stopped mid cycle. When they went to run a drain and spin cycle, they found the unit continuing to run after 2 1/2 hours. they called whirlpool and went through a step-by-step instruction on how to reset it but ultimately, when the unit was turned off, the unit turned itself back on and started running. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any store error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran and operated as designed. I went ahead and replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit is taking 2 to 3 cycles to dry clothes and that the unit does tumble and eat. I tested the unit and confirmed the customers complaint. I found that when I opened the dryer door, I can feel a gosh of hot air coming up through the dryer, indicating an airflow issue. I took a look in the attic, and found the vent, making several turns, but could not see the entire venting system due to the insulation. I checked dryer temperatures and found heat slowly rising and falling in the dryer, indicating a lack of airflow movement. I advise the customer that they either have a long vent issue due to several twists and turns of the vent or they have some sort of clog inside of their event. I did explain that there is no issue with the dryer itself but they will need to have their events looked at for further assistance. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete. "KRFC704FPS05 Arrived to install parts. I removed and replaced the HV, dispenser and side UIs and tested. As a furtherance of testing and because similar controls have been replaced in the past, I tested the ice dispenser microswitch. I found variable resistance from the low Mohms up to the 50s. Inspection of the switch revealed moisture had entered at some point and there were clear signs of corrosion. I removed and replaced the switch assembly and tested. The back of the unit is missing the lower air divider and the side UI over compressed during installation and will need to be replaced. Office to order parts. No leaks observed during service. "WTW4816FW3 Arrived to inspect continuous drain pump. Service test mode had F3E1, F1E1 and F8E1 stored and I cleared for testing. I found the pressure tube for the water level had been misrouted in the control area, causing a sharp bend right at the attachment point and resultant bellowing of the end of the tube, at the connection point. I trimmed the excess to ensure proper routing and a leak free connection. Due to prior service and the finding of a control error, I elected to replace and calibrate the control. The unit then operated as designed within service test mode and I could not recreate any further failures. No leaks observed during service. Drain safety strap added."

"KRSF505ESS00 Arrived to repair harness. Prior the harness repair, I inspected the rest of the machine. I noticed the RC door would not fully closed and the bottom drawer was out farther than it should have been. The left side of the evaporator intake had a solid, clear mass of ice and it was pushing out on the RC door. Further inspection showed the drip pan severely corroded and likely filling the drain assembly with rust and debris. The mullion had several mm of overlap beyond the lower chamber border and both door gaskets could not conform to the overlap. Light could be seen through both lower corners at the mullion. I advised the customer of my findings and they elected to replace the machine due to the high liklihood of failure. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not making ice. Upon arrival customer stated unit is making very little and very thin ice. Ran diagnostic cycle, found valve, recirculating pump and drain pump engaging properly. When calling for cool compressor did not engage. Bin thermistor is also not reading properly. Removed unit from cavity and noticed a lot of heat coming from the compressor compartment, condenser fan engaged properly. Powered unit down, removed rear cover and let most heat escape. After a few minutes, powered the unit back up and started a cycle. Compressor kicked on and was pulling 3.2 amps. Unit formed a thick ice slab and released it from the plate onto the grid cutter and cut the cubes properly. Reinstalled unit and ran another cycle, ice slab produced is noticeably thinner by half. Compartment is producing too much heat causing compressor to kick out on thermal. Inspected in front of the condenser coil and noticed foam divider is not in its correct area which may be causing that compartment to overheat. Slid foam divider into manufacture recommended location. Replaced bin thermistor (WPW10511923). All components are now properly engaging. Advised customer if issue returns then to call the office. Sealed system repair may be required. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Inspected under the unit, when moving the drain pump wire drain pump automatically engaged indicating a broken wire in the harness. Located the broken wire and repaired with a butt splice. Tested unit, drain pump is now operating properly. When running diagnostic cycle, noticed basket did not disengage during agitation. Unit is not shifting properly. Removed pulley cover and inspected cam, found cam has melted. Failed to bring cam with parts, replaced cam (W10721967) from truck stock, and replaced shift actuator (W11481722) as precautionary. Tested unit, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not advancing in the cycle. Upon arrival customer stated unit will not drain and spin, always stops the cycle before that point. Ran diagnostic cycle, found when unit is supposed to spin the basket does not move. Tried to manually spin it and found it has a lot of resistance. Removed tub ring and inspected internals, found an article of clothing lodged between the basket and the tub preventing unit from spinning. I still found at the filter was not allowing water to blow through the dispenser freely. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Joe SR# 7740003380. He had me ask the customer if they were on a water filtration system or a water softener. They advised they were not. He advised that at that point, we have replaced everything on the machine side that can be causing this issue, and that her issue it would have to be with the filter itself. He advised me to tell the customer to make sure that she is using the every drop filters and not any offbrand filters. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11266112."

Arrived on site to test unit for not washing. Found water barely trickling in. Removed water line and found water barely flowing out of water line. Replaced valve(WPW10327249) and advised customer to have contractor correct water issues. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Found no signs of arcing or grounding. No damaged wiring within harness. Tested unit to 350? with no issues. Found LH side of door seal was not installed properly. Fixed gasket and now working as designed. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

I found that the belt had not been sent with me, but also found a wire that its split underneath the washer leading to the drain pump. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not completing cycles. Upon arrival I found a F4E3 Wash motor failure present. I ran a diagnostic cycle and heard the wash motor trying to start but just clicking. I replaced the pump and motor and tested the unit. The unit is now completing cycles as designed. No other error codes present at time of service. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Installed W11613479 pump & motor.

Arrived onsite for oven with no function. Upon arrival I noticed the oven didn't have power at all. I found the breaker tripped. I flipped the breaker on and tested the machine. The unit tripped about 15 seconds in the bake cycle. I went to turn the breaker on again and it tripped immediately. I found wiring to be good on the oven. I found a loose ground wire but was still tripping after securing. I suspect the breaker has gone bad. I advised the customer to have the builder change it out and if it's still tripping to have us come back out. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived on site to inspect range tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection I checked for loose or damaged or shorted wire. All wiring looks good. I began the burn off procedure removing the ground wire at the terminal block and installing the control and the element. I set the oven to bake at 500 and ran it for 30 min. I then reattached the ground wire and instructed the customer to continue to run the oven for an additional 2 hrs. W11594271 W11447783

"MVW5430MW2 Arrived on site for unit not completing cycle. Upon arrival, found unit full of water. Unit not draining. Checked drain pump and is reading 22 ohms. Found slight severe on lower harness. Proceeded to replace W11643701 harness wire. Tested unit and now began to drain, however, unit continuously drains. Cleared pressure tube and reset machine but still same issue. Ordering W11735316 main control. No water leaks detected at this time. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11735316 (Main control)"

"WTW4816FW3 Arrived on site for water not entering unit. Upon arrival, was unable to enter diagnostics. Proceeded to inspect pressure tube and saw it was kinked (picture attached). Adjusted correctly and retested and unit now unit will automatically drain. Proceeded to replace W11603810 control. Ran diagnostics and consumer cycle and unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time"

"Arrived on site for microwave. That is not eating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise of the unit just completely stopped eating all together and they have tried multiple times to try to get it to work. I put a glass of water inside the microwave and found the unit meeting the first try. I poured out the glass and put more water in it to verify and found the unit not heating six times in a row. I gained access to the side compartment and replaced passenger and diode and tested the unit. I still could not get the unit to heat. I checked continuity through the Magnatron thermostat. I found it showing continuity. I spoke to SW, and was advised to order the transformer, interlock, and control. Allowed elements to cycle multiple times. Advised customer against using hanging thermometer and lining bottom with foil. Recommended downloading app and connecting to WiFi to ensure software is updated. Unit is working as designed. No parts replaced. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for door not closing properly. Upon arrival customer presented issue, center mullion is not closing properly unless you manually put it in the right position. Noticed clips on the mullion have been detached from the clips on the door frame. Removed mullion and reinstalled, clips are now seated properly and mullion now catches the track properly. Door is now functioning as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for low ice production. Upon arrival customer stated since last Thursday unit has only made about two trays a day. Ice bin only has one layer of ice. Inspected ice maker and found only 4 cubes have been made, water is not filling the rest of the tray. Ran harvest cycle, found ice maker motor is making a noise and harvesting extremely slowly. Replaced ice maker (W11744512) and tested unit, ice maker is now harvesting properly. When filling unit only filled half of the try. Removed the filter and tested, unit is now filling the whole tray properly. Replaced customer provided filter and tested unit, unit is now filling properly and is running as designed. Advised customer to wait 24 hours for ice production to start, once production starts it should taker 48-72 hours to fill the ice bin completely. Customer will monitor. No leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for low ice production and lower water pressure at the dispenser. Upon arrival customer stated unit is only a month old, makes little to no ice and water stream from the dispenser is really weak. Removed filter and tested dispenser, water pressure is restored to previous pressure indicating filter is clogged. Customer has well water. Advised customer to replace filter to restore proper operation. Customer also had a concern that there were ice cubes getting stuck on the bail arm. Inspected ice maker and found bail is not in the correct position causing resistance when moving. Adjusted bail arm, arm moves freely with no restriction. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."
