Arrived on site for dryer not heating. On inspection found no voltage across L1 & L2. I pulled the plug out partially and got 248 across L1 & L2 now. I tested again at the terminal block and now I have 248 vac. I turn unit on and I is heating now. Informed the customer and he is going to ge the maintenance man to install a new outlet. No parts were installed.

"WDT750SAKZ2 Arrived to inject blinking numbers. I found the unit would constantly blink F6E1, with other segments phantom illuminated. I removed the UI and inspected and found several traces that had corroded. Replacing the UI, the unit regained all normal functions. The vent was incorrectly mounted and the lines left in the sealing surface showed it was not matching with the outer vent, possibly allowing excessive moisture into the inner door area. No leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for previous diagnosis parts. Installed new suspension and now it take an effort to push the basket to the ground. The gap from the basket to the lid is half of what it was with the new suspension.W10780045

I was able to conclude that the gasket needed to be reshaped so I cannot allow excess moisture into the control. The high side did not make the expected heat either the compressor running and only elevated approximately five degrees above ambient at 10 minutes. I removed the previously installed fan motor and fan and nothing further was collected due to a failed sealed system. No water connections to unit."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that was losing cool in RC. Examined unit and found the evaporator was freezing up again. I was able to start the defrost heater through diagnostics. I called tech line, SR7739621506. We checked the reading of the thermistor on the defrost side, which was reading 32 degrees. This is with the thermistor in ice, but not actually making contact with the evaporator pipe directly. I changed both thermistors per tech line, and secured the evap thermistor directly to the evap pipe with zip ties and not the plastic clip it came with. This should resolve the defrost issue. Customer is thawing the unit and will follow up if issue returns. Parts used - 2x WPW10384183."

Arrived on site for dishwasher door falling down. Upon arrival inspected unit and found springs are weak allowing door to fall. Pads and bushings are still intact. Replaced sprigs and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Job complete. Used wpw10337934 (2).

"Arrived ons for unit not starting a cycle. Texans found latch mechanism broke in the open position not allowing cycle to start thinking the door was open. Replaced latch and tested. Unit is now functioning properly. Customer mentioned that a couple times in the past the breaker had tripped, not recently. Found breaker labeled incorrectly for disposal. Customer will monitor. "Arrived onsite for unit not cooling. Freezer at 12 degrees RC at 50 degrees. Ran diagnostics and Defrost sensor shows open. Ran defrost and heater did energize. Below the heater was clear however above the heater was frozen. Thawed ice and rechecked defrost sensor and now showing pass. Called tech line for assistance due to recurring issues and discrepancies in sensor readings. Spoke to Austin SR7739624073. Ran checks and all checked good, tech recommended disconnecting and reconnecting harness at evaporator and controls. Also checking resistance for sensor. Defrost sensor should be 8.8k ohms was getting 6.8. Replaced sensor. Tech recommended customer monitor. Customer will monitor and watch for defrost issues. Job complete. Used WPW10384183."

"WRS325SDHZ12 Arrived on site for unit leaking water from dispenser. Upon arrival, customer stated water will be leaking from ice dispenser. Proceeded to inspect ice route and found gap causing outside warm air to condensate. Attempted to fix ice route but leaks every time. Ordering W11581460 FC door. No water leaks detected at this time. "WED4850HW0 Arrived on site for unit not heating. Upon arrival, customer stated unit heats but will take long time to dry. Upon inspection of unit, found lint build in the inner duct near blower wheel. Removed lint and vacuumed. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"
