"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised theyre getting a long fill error codes and are not able to finish the cycle. Ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (low/no water detected during fill) and F0 E4 (spin limited by water temperature) error codes. Around the unit through testing on the valves and found the valves pulling in water at a slower than normal but steady rate. The customer advised they have low water pressure throughout the house. Ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and the unit ran as designed. I did advise the customer that because of their fault and no issue with the drain, the issue would either be with the valve for the water supply. Because the washer was pulling in water and their water supply was not super great, I did advise the customer that I would focus on the water supply first before proceeding with washer repair. The customer advised they wanted to go ahead and fix whatever could be causing the issue on the washer side instead first. I did advise the customer that we cannot warrantee the repair due to potential issues with that said water supply issue. Replace the water valve and tested the unit. The unit was working a little better but marginally. Did confirm no water leaks detected during service. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for oven that seems too cold/not reaching target temps. Upon inspection I found that the customer had did her own temp check with a oxo oven thermometer and found that the unit was off by 30*. I performed several temp test with a k-type thermal couple and found that the unit was off by 10* I adjusted the temp offset then explained to the customer how the oven works as far as how it achieves the target temps. By turning the bake burner on and reach a temp on the high side and the turning it off and trash a temp on the low side and then the average should equal the target temp. Job complete no gas leaks. Arrived on site for oven not turning on. Upon arrival confirmed complaint and upon further testing I found that the back element was broken not alarm for proper heat cycle. Also found that oven sensor was a ohming at 1.2 K out of specs when unit was at room temp and when unit was turned on it would immediately show the oven was at 145 to 150?. "Arrived on site for a washing machine with no power. I tested the voltage at the wall and found none. I found the breaker was not popped, but I flipped the breaker and reset power for several minutes. The wall then had voltage but had an open ground. On the bottom outlet L1 was also bad. I used an extension cord and plugged the unit into another outlet. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F5E2 for lid lock fault, F2E1 for stuck key, and F7E1 for speed fault. I then manually activated each component and found the latch continuously actuated no matter what test it was in. Due to this I couldnt properly test the unit. Continued with testing and when the unit got to the agitation mode, the entire basket moved with the agitator. Tilted the unit back and found gearcase oil on the side panels and pulley shield. Removed the pulley shield and found oil on the pulley (photos). I removed the actuator and found the gears were damaged inside. I replaced the actuator and advised the customer of my findings. Upon plug in the unit in, found the compressor sounding labored and then kick off causing the clicking sound. Took an amp draw off the compressor and found it pulling 9.68 A. Replaced restart device with a truck stock start device and found the unit doing the same thing. The unit will need a sealed system repair to fix the unit. Spoke to Jaycee and was advised the office will order all necessary parts for the compressor and drier replacement. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is warming up in the RC and showing -5 degrees in the FC along with water under the deli drawers. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit started making ice again and stated the temps had gotten cooler. I found the temps within set point range. I found that most of the water that had turned to ice under the deli drawers had cleared on its own. I found the evaporator drip pan a little warped but in good condition. I installed shims to keep the pan straight. I explained to the customer the unit was working as designed at this time and that it probably had a defrost issue that had been trying to clear itself after the controls had been replaced. When applying pressure to the front left of the unit the vibrating stopped. Found the unit needed to be leveled. Adjusted leveling and noise stopped. "Arrived onsite for washer not completing cycle after previous repair. Upon arrival put unit in diagnostics and found stored error code Long/no fill, lid unlocked fault, shifter fault, lid up fault, all similar to what previous tech found. Cleared codes and tested. Passed auto test with no issues. Customer stated that the unit would fill, wash, drain, then quit. No rinse or spin. Checked control and found pressure hose loose. "Arrived on site for Built in microwave, inspected unit and work area. Unit had error codes F2E1 and I was not able to do anything to test as touch pad was unresponsive. Tested the control and checked all connections and they where good. Unit will need a console replacement CX will contact JENN AIR to see if he can get a concession. If CX does not get a concession he would like to orde the part W11229663. Svc of //////+tax was collected"

Arrived onsite for no cool due to frozen evap. Maintenance defrosting unit and testing for repeat failure after correcting gasket seal to repair possible cause of air gapping. All checks good.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the compressor and evaporator with a new heater. I installed a dye drier and vacuumed the system. I installed the fan block kit. I charged the system with 7.25 ozs of R134A. I tested the unit and had a good frost pattern. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. I charged the customer ///179.78 + tax for the heater and fan block kit. Call complete.

Arrived on site for dryer not stopping cycles. Upon arrival found complaint and upon further testing found proper voltage to terminal. Found dryer would get stuck half way through cycle. Replaced timer and found it could complete and stop unit as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator creating ace up on top of the freezer door in liner. Upon arrival confirm complaint and upon further inspection found no failures in the ice door but did find a small gap on the top right side corner in the freezer gasket. ///d customer 174.75 for labor to repair gasket. Arrived on site or a dryer not receiving power after a power outage. On arrival the customer stated they had a prior company diagnose a control failure and the customer replaced the control themselves. They found no change in the unit after. I checked voltage at the wall and terminal block. I found across both legs the unit only got 103VAC indicating a bad circuit at the wall. I then gained access to inside the unit and ohmd out all components. I found everything else as designed. I informed the customer on my findings and advised them on reaching out to an electrician. I collected the service fee of ////// + tax in full on CC. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that was turning on but no other selections were working. I tested the unit and found the touchpad working but not the knob selector. I checked voltage at the wall, terminal block, and control. I found all good. I then checked voltage going to the UI and found it good. I was able to get the unit into diagnostics mode and ran a diagnostics cycle. I found the unit heating as designed. This indicates a faulty console. Arrived on site for a refrigerator with the water and ice not dispensing. I tested the unit and found no water coming to dispenser nor IM. Upon further inspection I found the reservoir was frozen. I thawed the reservoir and then insulated around it with foam gaskets and perma gum. I tested the water and it is now as designed. The customer was also concerned about the door squeaking when opening. I found the door will squeak only on the last inch of opening. I found the cams were rubbing against each other and due to weight on the RC door it was squeaking. I found no door failure. Call complete.
