"WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker again. On arrival, I rang the door bell camera, but there was no answer. Then, the client answered the doorbell and told me the front door was unlocked. I removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I took amp draw only oven on it was 15.02 with all burners on high and oven on it was 40.75 over the clients 40 watt breaker. The client isn't home for me to explain everything. So this message will be going to the clients email with information on what to do. I strongly recommend that the client contact the breaker company for information on the correct gfci breaker for the range. Then contact the home builder so they can replace the gfci breaker. Also, when the client arrives home please preheat the oven to five hundred degrees for one hour. I'm leaving clients home at 10:15 am turning off range .I'll be calling whirlpool tech support Sr # 7742478378"

Further inspection found the igniter was defective. Replaced the igniter with a new one. Retested the unit and confirmed it is now heating properly. While inspecting the installation, I found the venting at the back of the unit was disconnected upon arrival. The current vent hose is undersized for the connection, which can cause poor airflow and safety issues. I advised the customer to replace and properly reconnect the venting with the correct size duct. Unit is heating and operating as designed at this time. Job complete."

Applied power, drain pump immediately engaged indicating a pressure system fault. Entered diagnostics and found F3E1 (pressure system fault) error code stored. Per S code S153EB, followed TSP W11766193. Both model and serial number fall within the rework. Cleared error code and reset control, cycled power, drain pump still immediately engages. Inspected pressure hose, found no kinks, punctures or restrictions. Valve is not leaking. Pressure switch on the control has failed. Replaced control (W11607637) and applied power, drain pump no longer immediately engages. Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

I did confirm the customers complaint and saw the left refridgerator door was higher than the right. However, I also noticed the right-hand door was leaning slightly towards the left-hand door, causing the doors to rub at the top when opened and shut. I gained access to the upper hinge on the right side and adjusted the hinge slightly. I was able to get the right door flush with the left. I then adjusted the feet to level out both doors. I tested the unit and found both doors opening and closing as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on WRX735SDHV00 Refrigerator making noises. I heard the noise from the rear. Checked the rear but didn't hear it from the condenser fan or the compressor. Unit entered defrost and noise was still intermittently occurring indicating that the evaporator fan is not a issue. I removed the drain line and found some debris present. I cleaned out the debris and the only thing I found could be that the water is gurgling when trying to drain due to clogging. Call complete. No parts installed. I advised customer to use her shop vac to blow out the condenser coil but I did vacuum the front of the coil as it had a good amount of dust.

Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW6230HW2 with unusual noise during agitation. Upon further inspection I placed the washer into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I gained access to the underside of the machine and found that the fan on the motor began to separate and ride upward and making contact with the bottom of the gearcase and causing the noise. I replaced the motor and reassembled the machine and ran a calibration cycle and tested the washer. The washer is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11026785

I gained access to the underside of the machine and found that the splutch was getting seized and not able to shift properly. I removed the splutch and found that the top worn and shaved. I replaced the splutch and reassembled and recalibrated and tested the machine. The machine is now operating as designed. I advised the customer on proper loading and usage. Pulled dryer out from wall, disconnected power did a continuity check on the power cord And it checked fine, checked voltage at outlet had 240 across L1 and L2 had a 120 from L1 to neutral, and L2 to neutral. ground to neutral was fine. Remove the back panel checked Thermal fuse, and found it open. Replace thermal fuse, high limit thermostat, and operating thermostat. Removed heating element and found underwire. Stuck on heating element. This was most likely causing the dryer to overheat and to blow thermal fuse. Replaced heating element, ran dryer, and it got hot and is working properly."

Per previous techs diagnosis of the door gasket not sealing properly, I removed and replaced the gasket and in the process, I found where it was torn in the upper right corner of the unit. When I opened the unit door, I found it difficult to open fully. I closed the door and found where the inner vent tube was catching on the toeplate below the door and getting wedged. Once I had the gasket replaced, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code FAE2-Vent failure. I removed the outer door panel, and removed and replaced the vent assembly, and adjusted the vent tube and toeplate so they wouldn't get bound up again, and reassembled the unit. I placed the unit in diagnostics and cleared the code and tested. The unit is operating as designed. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE, job completed. W11414073, W11483553"

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises and leaking water. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit makes a loud squealing noise during the rinse cycle and leaks water at the front left side. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested. I found the unit operating as designed. I tilted the unit back and found gewrcase oil on the rotor (photo), and while inspecting underneath, a drop of water fell on my face. I traced the water back up to the softener dispenser and found the dispesner badly clogged, and water was overflowing the dispenser and running down the side of the tub assembly. I inspected the valve and did not find any evidence of it leaking. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the gearcase, clutch, slider, softener dispenser, and dispenser cover. RETURNING TECH TO REPLACE THE GEARCASE, CLUTCH, SLIDER, DISPENSER, DISPENSER COVER, and VALVE.
