And I reattached the ground screw and ran the unit back up to 450?F without any tripping. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling well in the RC. On arrival I found RC is way above temp, and I found almost no air coming through the diffuser. I put the unit in diagnostic and tried to open damper and got no response. I removed the cover and found the wiring harness on the liner side was folded / crimped and has broken wires in it. When I straighted and messed with the wires, the damper opened. Called tech line and reported findings SR7739871107 . Based on where the break is and that it'd on the liner side, those wires can not have a good repair done on them and they will break due to being on the corner of the diffuser. Unit sent up for review. No repair made due to no good repair being possible. Replaced damper since it broke coming out of the liner. Call completed. Parts used W11645127."

Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the ice maker will stop working then they cycle power to the unit and it will work briefly then stop again. Also, the customer advised the FC door doesnt open very wide. I tested the door functions and found it not opening fully due to the door not closing completely and moisture building up on the slides and causing the bearing grease to harden. I removed the door and cleared the slides and applied new grease to the slides/bearings and tested operations. Installed the new door and retested operations and the unit is operating as designed. I found protective film around the RC door handles and removed it and tightened the handles. Unit is operating as designed with no water leaks observed during service. Job completed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. I removed the toeplate to gain access to the float switch and I found a small amount of water in the drain pan. I removed he float switch from the pan and continued with testing. Unit is operating as designed and I cleaned the water from the pan. I found the control panel fascia peeling from the console (photo). Customer has a water softener system and they provided the type of detergent theyre using. I advised that due to the water softener and the type of detergent caused too many suds and the suds are pushing the water over the reservoir causing the unit to leak and present the error code. I am ordering the control panel and UI and will return with all prescreened parts. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. "KBSD708MSS00 Arrived to inspect ice issues. Discussion with the customer revealed the unit will periodically trip the breaker, coinciding with ice maker failure, approximately 10 times since installation of the machine. FC temperature -5 and RC 34. I found signs of excessive air movement within the ice chute, and the door was erratic, momentarily activating the dispenser motor, even if the button was depressed only long enough to activate the ice door and the sound occurred up to five seconds later. The door cycled open and closed several times while I was observing the machine, within the first 30 minutes of the service. There were no stored error codes within service mode and the unit went into defrost at the beginning of testing. Further testing showed that anytime the ice dispenser would be operated the dispenser motor could be heard twitching at around 5-10 seconds later and most every time a single cube would fall down and lodge within the ice chute door area. I suspect the lodged cube was causing the door to loose its seal and create the subsequent frost/vapor trails within the ice chute and under the ice bin. Due to the nature of the issue, the main control and UI will need to be replaced simultaneously and the ice level sensor should be as well. I blew through the pressure hose and did not find any debris in the air dome or the pressure hose. I checked all loads from the control board and found all components within range. Tested unit and still same issue. Called techline and spoke with Leon SR#7739763037 and stated there is no further recommendation and WP will be reaching out to customer for a resolution. No further repair needed."

Arrived onsite for console broken. On inspection the console is broken and the front of the dryer is bent below the door. Installed the new console ant tested unit. Dryer is operating as design. Ordering a new front of dryer. W11367038; ordrng 1 W11123144 (Front panel)

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not dispensing detergent. On arrival customer explained the detergent door opens but does not mix with the water. I found F4E3 and F7E1 error codes present. I found the heater to be working after a diagnostic cycle and the wash motor to be working during cycle. However the F4E3 error code was still present. I replaced the pump and motor and ran a diagnostic cycle. The unit is now operating at this time of service. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. INSTALLED W11613479 PUMP AND MOTOR.

Arrived onsite for oven tripping the breaker. I took the ground off the back of the oven and ran to 500 degrees. The oven reached set temp with no issue. After reaching temp I turned the unit off and attached the ground and ran to 500 again. After set temp was reached I set a timer on the oven for 2 hours and explained to the customer that she will need to turn off after the timer is up. Unit is operating as designed. I also advised the customer to get their gfci breaker replaced is problem is still present. Call complete. No parts installed.

"Arrived I site to inspect refrigerator freezing in the fresh food section. Upon further inspection, I measured the temperature in the freezer as 10 and the refrigerator temperature measured 25. I gained access to the evaporator and observed no even frost pattern on the evaporator (photo) the refrigerator is overcompensating and resulting the refrigerator freezing. Im ordering parts for a sealed system repair. "Arrived onsite for dryer making a clicking noise. On inspection I could hear the clicking noise. I gain actually to the drum and found sound damper pad had pulled away from the side of the dryer and the drum was hitting it when it was spinning. I cut 2 inches off the pad, on further inspection found that the element housing was not seated all the way against the back wall. I pulled the housing in reseated it into the back part of the dryer. The pad probably pulled away from the side due to the extra heat inside the cavity of the dryer. Ran the dryer for 10 minutes and the sound was gone. No parts installed during service."

WFW560CHW4 Arrived on site to re diagnose unit with 2nd man. We proceeded to unstack dryer. Removed control panel and found resister to be burnt. Replaced W11549931 control. Ran diagnostics and found unit not spinning. Proceeded to replace W11325580 control. Ran diagnostics again and found unit running within specs. Ran consumer cycle for 10 minutes and unit is agitating and functioning as designed. Cleared all codes. No water leaks detected at this time.

Arrived onsite for washer not draining. On inspection found the pump wire pulled from the connector. Reconnect the wire and tested. Ran the diagnostic cycle on washer and it passed with no issues. The unit had water in it when I first got here and the basket was a on the ground. Ordering suspension for the washer. No parts installed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11396716 (Suspension)

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit was full of water, but they were able to get the clothes out. I found the unit unplugged and upon plugging the unit in, I did find the drain pump try to activate but not actually drain water out. I removed the water from the tub and gained access to the drain pump. I found the drain pump showing within range, but once I removed it, I found the impeller completely stripped. I replaced the drain pump and tested the unit. I found a little water flow coming through the cold water side on the valve. I went ahead and replaced the valve as well and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W 11188329 and W10876600."

On arrival verified complaint of not dispensing ice. Replaced bucket and found still not dispensing. After visual inspection found bucket is pulling the ice and not pushing. Verified motor is turning the wrong direction. Voltage is correct and polarity is correct at the wall. Spoke to GC and SW unit will need a main board. Customer declined repair. Returned the ice bucket and service already collected. Job complete no parts installed.

Arrived onsite to replace damaged door. Replaced RC door. Unit is functioning properly. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for unit needing compressor replaced. Tapped system and was charged, no signs of leak. Replaced compressor,dye drier and access valve. Pulled vacuum and charged per spec. "Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine that's not generating cubes, but running. Checked cutter grid and found the wire on the far left wrap broken, causing ice to be unable to melt into cubes. Replaced cutter grid to resolve. Unit working as designed. Parts used - W10919199"

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer that was not running and throwing F8E1 error for Long Fill. I tested the flow and found both hot and cold dispensing at a reasonably quick rate, and should not be triggering the error. I disconnected and blew out the pressure line and had a slight pop when I did, which was likely a blockage causing the control not to see the pressure differences. I started 2 normal cycles once I reconnected the hose and they both progressed into the washing part of the cycle with no problems and we're filled to the factory spec level. Advised customer of my findings and action, and advised that if this error returns the unit will need a new control due to pressure related issues. No parts used. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling / dispensing water. Examined unit and found bottom half of RC and FC were cold, but evaporator fan is NOT running. Reservoir is frozen as well, preventing ice and water from flowing. Checked voltage and verified I had 120v present at the fan, motor will just not spin. Ordering evap fan to resolve. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator building condensation on ceiling of RC. Examined and took picture. Checked unit for warm air infiltration. Found over 15 inches of gaps in the RC door gasket on the left side, as well as 2 spots on the lower right side of the cabinet with a liner gap. I used some silicon to seal the gap, and was able to use my heat gun to mold and seal the gasket to the liner. This should remove all air leaks / infiltration points. I did tap the ceiling and it felt like it may be missing / not densely foamed. Checked temps with IR and found ceiling 6 degrees warmer than the walls, which is not enough to cause massive condensation. Advised to follow up if condensation returns. Unit sealed at this time. Parts used - W10841140."

"WMH31017HS10 RG: Arrived on site for a otr microwave lights not turning off. Further inspection found part#w11552018 had caused the light issue, causing light to stay on . Installed control ran test product works as its designed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that since they called in for repairs due to the loud noises, the unit has stopped cooling. I found the fresh foods section cool but not properly cooling to set temps. I found a large amount of frost/ice on the FC evap cover. Placed the unit in diagnostics and checked the thermistors and found the defrost thermistor closed and the defrost element is heating as I could hear is making a sizzling noise when water would hit it. Once I took the unit out of diagnostics, the compressor began to make a humming noise. I removed the back cover and found the compressor extremely hot and beginning to make a louder humming noise. I attempted to adjust the compressor, but no adjustment would stop the noise. I am ordering the compressor, access valve, UV dye drier, defrost thermistor, fan harness, defrost element, hv control, R600-COPPER CAP TUBE, CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST, CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB, NITROGEN, CNOTE-PLACE ON CANCELLATION LIST. I had my customer sign the waiver of damages when defrosting refrigerator and recommended they unplug the unit and allow it to defrost and place towels around it to absorb any leaking water from defrosting. Recommended they unplug the unit 24 hours before I return to perform the sealed system repair.
