The noise was from the pump vibrating inside the cradle. The IM is operating as design and no parts were installed and is covered by Apex warranty. No water leaks detected during service.

"Arrived onsite to fix a washer with locked rotor error codes and bolt stripped going into rotor. I drilled the rotor bolt out. Found the gear case binding. I replaced the gear case and rotor and found the slider cracked. I replaced the slider as well. I ran a calibration and service cycle. Machine is working as designed. I also removed the leveling donuts on the feet. I leveled the unit. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. INSTALLED W10734521 SLIDER, W11260238 ROTOR, W11393685 GEARCASE."

"KODE500ESS20 F6E4 found at initial arrival. I tested and found the breaker would trip, shortly after starting and bake preheat cycle. I removed the machine and disconnected the Ground and started bake at both chambers simultaneously. The machine completed preheat and allowed enough cycles to condition the relays. I reinstalled the Ground and tested and the machine operated through preheat without additional breaker tripping. During testing, the F6E4 came up and cancelled the cycle and I suspect the now working machine, affected the UI due to heat, requiring the replacement of the UI. Office to order part. The customer is not available until after 4 PM and will need to be contacted for scheduling. ; ordrng 1 W11600643 (UI) and 1 CNotes (Customer must have after 4PM)"

"WFES3030RS0 Arrived to inspect loss of power. The customer advised the machine would intermittently loose power during preheating for bake. I found the power cord had been twisted tightly at the junction block and I corrected the wire routing. Lifting the ground wire only, the machine was able to be fully preheated to 500 with no additional breaker tripping. I reconnected the ground and retested and the issue was resolved."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range tripping breaker. Customer said builder came and had tried a burnoff to resolve. I confirmed the tripping breaker and replaced both elements. I reset and disconnected ground strap. Heated to 500, and secured ground strap at 300 degrees and unit completed the 500 degree bake. I did notice that the ground strap for the terminal block was cut off, and this may be causing issues as well. Customer advised to first have breaker replaced, and if issue continues we need to replace that terminal block. At this time unit is cooking properly. Parts used - W10856603, W11182108."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer making s lot of noise during spin. Upon further inspection, placed unit into diagnostic and observed error F7E1. I ran a manual agitate and spin and on spin I observed a loud roaring indicating the gearcase is bad and the and basket unstable as it spins even by had indicating. That there is some damage to the basket as well. I also found a heavy amount of blockage on the drain ports on the basket that would also contribute to the customer experiencing the washer not spinning correctly while in use. Upon further inspection, I found that there is also quite a bit of noise coming from the belt and cam assembly and the cam is showing moderate/heavy signs of wear. I will need to replace the gearcase, basket, belt and cam. I am ordering a basket assembly. W11178224 and returning with prescreened parts office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service.; ordrng 1 W11178224 (Basket)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining properly. Inspected unit and work area. Around the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off balance load) error code. Attached is the suspension and found the suspension was good. Around the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found that during the agitation and spin portions of the cycle, I could hear the basket skipping. I was able to remove the agitator after several minutes and found the agitator, completely stripped and rusted. I also found the hub assembly completely stripped, causing the issue. Ordering both agitator and hub assembly and rescheduled the customer to 9/5. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 W11550891 (Agitator) and 1 W10528947 (Hub)"

Also found a gap between the fc moulin and the liner. I closed it up with clear silicone, will need a 3ft straight edge if customer calls back to see if there is bow in the fc moulin. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher noises. Upon further inspection, I found the customer has an RO system and water softener system and the RO tank drain tube is not installed properly (photo). I advised the customer of this and advised where the RO drain tube should be located at the back P trap (photo). I found the heating element is white and found the customer is using the incorrect detergents. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. When the motor/sump came on, I could hear it making a loud moaning noise as if the sump/motor was struggling to pump the water. I removed and replace the sump assembly and verified all water line connections were secured (photos) and retested. Unit is operating as designed. Due to the large amount of suds in the tub, I recommended the customer perform a cleaning cycle or two and made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent, rinse aid and cleaning solutions to use. Heated the bottom unit up to 350 on bake when it hit temperature we switched to broil, then she set temperature to 475? and the top oven came on. I saw 2 temperature settings when she did that. I informed the customer that she has to turn the bottom oven all the way off. If the bottom unit is on when try to set the temperature for the bottom oven it thinks you want to turn the top oven on to broil. The solution is the bottom oven has to be at Home Screen before you set the temperature to 475?. No parts installed."
