Arrived onsite for dryer tripping breaker. On inspection the breaker is the same white handle Eaton 30 amp breaker we have seen in other Nuisance tripping cases. Took a amp draw on L2 and on startup it was 25 amps and running amps was 22 amps. The power cord was connected correctly. I informed the customer that the breaker is a known issue and he will need to switch to another brand GFCi breaker. "Arrived onsite for IM not working. On inspection I found the ice bin gasket off the door. The ice bin was frozen over and hard to pull out. Once I got it out it was full of frozen water solid. Defrosted the ice bin . I then pulled the IM out and found the water funnel to the tray frozen over, on further inspection found the IM bi metal free and about 2 in from the tray. Reinstalled the bi-metal and the IM backing into the unit. I called for water and the tray filled. Told customer to give the IM 48 to make ice and give us a call if the issue recurs. No water leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is condensating on the center Molean. Inspected unit and work area. If customer advised that the unit is condensating on the horizontal million and a little bit on the vertical Molean in the refrigerator section. Checked both Malayans and found him cold. Went through the service diagnostics and changed the status on both from sensor operation to non-sensor operation indicating the heater would be on 100% of the time. Did not find any condensation on either Molean at this point. Let the unit run for 20 minutes and found both millions starting the heat and operate as designed. Check voltage to both millions and found proper voltage. Check resistance through the millions and found proper resistance. By the customer that the unit should be working in operating as designed this point. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator not properly cooling and seeing ice buildup again. I checked the unit and found no ice buildup, and it's also been producing ice, a mostly full bucket. Could not duplicate issue. Maintenance said unit doesn't seem to want to get below 20 in freezer. I power cycled rhe unit and got it to go to about 10 before it went in defrost. Advised that if issue returns we need to change out both thermistors and control again, after that issue would have to be in the cabinet wiring, since unit is clearly able to cool and compressor is not locking up. Call complete."
