Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code 10-5 ( diverter motor leak) I attempted to run a diagnostic cycle however the unit would not run cycle and display this error code. "Arrived on site to inspect range oven getting too hot. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the cooktop burners are too hot and the control panel gets very hot while in use. I advised the customer that the oven vent is directly under the control panel and with that there is nothing I can do to prevent the panel from getting hot. I found the customer had both oven racks completely covered with foil and made recommendations on foil use. I tested the cooktop burners and found the low setting on all of the burners was too high. Upon further inspection, I found that water from the ice maker fill chute had over spilled and made its way onto the evaporator fan. "WVU37UC0FS1 Arrived to inspect noise. The sound on medium and high settings was reminiscent of a hive of bees and was steady throughout the use of the higher speed settings. Inspection revealed the installer had deformed the metal top of the vent assembly, where the damper is fitted. The installer had erroneously added sealing tape to the area and as air would leak through this area, it would vibrate the excess tape like an instrument reed, creating the tone.I was able to reform the metal in the affected area and then apply tape as a barrier in the area, as well. The issue was fully resolved and the blower operated at the normal sound pressures, as expected."

"Arrived on site to test unit for strong gas smell and not keeping temp. Upon arrival customer stated when unit ignites the gas smell is really strong, lingers when cooking. Also unit does not keep proper temp. Tested unit, found air shutter on the burner tube is open too much causing unburned gas to enter into the atmosphere. Adjusted air shutter to 10% open, tested unit, gas smell is still present. Noticed cooktop burners are starting to sound like blow torches indicating an issue with the regulator. Replaced regulator (W11590292) and tested unit, on ignition there is a gas smell present. After two minutes the smell has dissipated from the unit and no smell is present. Ran a bake cycle, unit preheated to 400?, dropped to 330? before reigniting and heating back up to 370?. Unit than cycled between 330? to 370?. Informed customer that a slight gas smell will always be present when the unit is in use, recommend running the vent hood simultaneously with the range to vent out unburned gas. While testing the wash motor, I tested several times to see if I could duplicate the previous issue of a water leak and could not duplicate the issue. Customer advised the unit was leaking from the right side of the door. I found some rust spots, not threatening to the unit, on the underside of the outer door panel where water had previously leaked but found not evidence of a leak at this time. The door gasket was previously replaced. I found the unit operating as designed and advised the customer of this. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the ice dispenser is not dispensing ice and is loud. I tested the ice dispenser and found the motor is operating, but no ice is being dispensed. I removed the ice bin and found a large ball of ice in the chute (photo). I removed the ice and found the cubes, in the bin, are clumped together due to sweating and then freezing together. I poured a small amount of water down the ice chute and found the ice door is not sealing properly and allowing warm air inside to the ice bin. I inspected/tested and found no other issues with the unit other than frost in the freezer section due to the door being left partially open. I am ordering the separator and scheduled return service for 10/16/24. No water leaks observed during service. No parts installed today.; ordrng 1 W11572058 (Separator) and 1 CNOTE (NO TECH MA)"

"Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts. Replaced sump and motor, repaired harness with new harness, replaced OWI sensor. Am now able to test unit. During test found additional leaks at tub near sump at front of unit and leaking from door vent. Will need vent deflector, vent assembly, inner door, tub assembly, and return with previously ordered parts. Also returning tech will need 2 hour weigh. "Arrived on site for F7-E2. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and get error code F7-E2 variable speed motor failure. Test unit by running a normal cycle. Unit operates correctly. Cleared error code and ran another normal cycle. Unit again operates correctly. Customer states that the builder had sent someone to double check install and did some things. Not sure if something was missed. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete"

Arrived onsite for cooktop with orange flames. Upon arrival I noticed the customer had a humidifier running. I tested the cooktop flames and found good fuel flow as the flames were all uniform. There is a moisture issue present that is causing the flames to turn orange and I suspect it to be the humidifier. No parts were installed at time of service and no leaks are present. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not cooling. I found the evaporator cover frosted up and the evaporator also covered in frost. Intested the defrost heater from the molex and found it to be open returning tech to replace defrost heater. Told customer to run a defrost and see if the issue persist as the evaporator was full of ice and I was running behind on time. Return with all parts incase there are other issues. "WDT531HAPM0 Arrived on site for water remaining at the end of cycle. Upon arrival, customer mentioned water will not evaporate aft3 cycle is done. Ran diagnostics and found all components working, even heater. Heater was producing 225 degrees F. Advised customer to run unit again on Heat Dry to see if issue still persists. Unit possibly just needed to be re programmed. Units is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced"

Arrived onsite for washer not getting water. Upon arrival I ran a diagnostic cycle and found the washer to be filling with the correct amount of water. Customer stated that she was concerned with the amount of water filling in the unit saying it didn't seem like much. I explained to the customer that the unit is filling with the correct amount of water and there were no issues present in the diagnostic cycle. I ran a normal cycle as well and found the unit filling with the correct amount of water. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making squealing noise. Upon arrival maintenance guy said the customer told him there was no noise morning of. I checked to confirm there was no noise and everything sounded as designed. I told the maintenance guy to give us a call If there is a noise and get a video so we can pinpoint the issue. No noises present at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Upon arrival tested outlet, outlet has proper voltage and is wired properly. Inspected junction box and found wire nuts have not been secured allowing the neutral wire to pop out of the wire nut and have no power sent to the unit. Secured both wire nuts and tested unit, unit is now powering up. Ran a diagnostic cycle, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for smoking and not working. Upon arrival customer stated unit works fine but they smelled a strong burning plastic smell. Removed back panel and inspected, noticed back panel has a lot of calcium build up and rust indicating there is water someone getting on that panel. Inspected harness and found multiple wires leading up to the heater has started to melt and smolder causing that smell. Removed burnt wires and repaired harness with butt splices and spade connectors, tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for locked door. Upon arrival removed unit from cavity and gained access to inside components. Found the mechanism that is behind the button to open the door has popped out of its designed location causing the button to just fall through with no resistance. WED5605FMRC0 Arrived on site for a dryer with no power. Further inspection found both control and ui control had failed due to moisture in dryer. Replace part#sw11583885 and w11565020 tested product works as it's designed. Recommended client to clean out dryer vent to his home.

"On arrival verified complaint of unit not igniting FR burner. On arrival burner is igniting. Due to placement of cooktop and wall oven, removal of wall oven was required to get access to mod Ser of cooktop. See quick pics. Unit does show signs of a recent cleaning. Inspected burner to make sure it was free and clear of debris or moisture. Burner is good. Advised customer on proper placement of burner cap and the effects it can have on ignition. On arrival verified complaint of not maintaining temp. Verified temp sensor is reading correct temp. Ran bake cycle at 350 and found it reaches temp then temp drops as sensor goes out of range. Replaced temp sensor. Unit is now working correctly job complete. Installed w11598120

On arrival verified complaint of unit not functioning still after replacing temp sensor previously. Temp sensor checks out at 1.2 k ohms at room temp. Replaced main control for running to hot and to cold cycle to cycle. Ran bake cycle and temp maintained at 350. Job complete installed w11649136
