"Arrived on site to inspect washer continues to operate after the cycle is complete. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E2-too many suds and F8E1-valve failure. Cleared the codes and continued with testing. The unit operated as designed. I find the 24 hour Fresh Hold/Fresh Spin Cycle LED illuminated telling me it is turned on. I advised the customer of the too many suds issue and that they have the fresh hood turned on, which once the cycle is complete, the unit will periodically spin the clothing inside to keep them fresh for at least 24 hours or until the load is removed. I turned this cycle off for the customer. The customer advised that they have a water softener system and the unit is set to dispense the maximum amount of detergent with each load. I adjusted the setting for the detergent to dispense the minimum amount to keep the unit from producing too many suds. Placed the unit back into diagnostics and tested one more time and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect range oven not reaching temp. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the unit would preheat to 350 as designed, but when they preheat to 500, the unit never would get to temp. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and gained access to the elements to test voltage. I found 240V at the outlet, terminal block, and all elements. While testing, I noticed the oven interior light on and the convection fan stopped cycling. I pushed in on the door and the light turned off and the convection fan began to cycle again. I reassembled the unit and focused on the oven door and latch assembly. I tested the door functions (open/close) several times and about 3/4 of the time, the door would close fully by itself and the remaining times I would have to push the door closed. I opened the door fully and it appears that the hinges have been extended too much and the door is sagging. Also found the latch switch is very tight. I am ordering the latch assembly and both hinges and CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and office to schedule return service. "Arrived on site for a dishwasher that wont drain. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised the unit had been working and then it all of a sudden stopped draining. He did say that he can hear the motor running but it just will not drain out the water. I confirmed the customers complaint and attempted to drain the unit. I found the drain motor buzzing but not draining out the water. I removed the drain hose from the garbage disposal and found an immediate clog in the drain hose and in the garbage disposal, causing the issue. I tried to fish out most of the clog, but ended up having to use my vacuum pump to suck out the rest out of the drain hose. After removing the clog, I attempted to drain what was left in the unit. I found the unit draining as designed. I ran six different testing on filling, recirculating, and draining and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a range that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and turn the breaker tripped at the breaker box. I went ahead and turn the breaker back on and get access to the unit. Per whirlpool, they have advised that the issue is with moisture it within the elements, and to do a burn off on the bake and broil elements. I went ahead and removed the ground wire off the back of the unit and ran the unit up to 450?F. I let the unit run for 30 minutes and reattached the ground screw. I ran the unit back up to 450?F without tripping the breaker and did explain to the customer that the burn off will need to be run for at least two more hours to successfully allow this unit to function properly. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

I gained access to the terminal block and found one of the wires had grounded against, the back panel causing the issue. Arrived onsite for washer not washing and with a loud noise. Upon arrival I noticed the noise to be coming from the bottom of unit and the agitator not spinning. I checked underneath the unit and found the belt completely sheered off and a quarter of the belt in the motor. I replaced the motor and belt and ran a test cycle. "Arrived to inspect lower loss issue. I verified the unit would trip the breaker shortly after plugging in. The customer had already replaced the breaker and there was no change. I found that the unit normally cycles different loads at power up and when the ice maker was momentarily cycled on, the unit would trip the breaker. Removing the circuit was not enough and the ice maker power connector had to be disconnected as well. I found the wiring within the left RC door likely had an intermittent short and advised the customer. Once the electrical issue was worked around and I was able to keep the machine running, I found that after 20 minutes of compressor run time, the high side discharge only reached 101F and should have been at least 30F higher. At the condenser inlet, the temperature had declined to 95, only 12 inches from the compressor and denoted lower refrigerant flow. I advised the customer and the elected to replace the unit due to the two major failure points. No leaks observed during service."

I removed the toeplate to gain access to the float switch and I found a small amount of water in the drain pan. I removed he float switch from the pan and continued with testing. Unit is operating as designed and I cleaned the water from the pan. I found the control panel fascia peeling from the console (photo). Customer has a water softener system and they provided the type of detergent theyre using. I advised that due to the water softener and the type of detergent caused too many suds and the suds are pushing the water over the reservoir causing the unit to leak and present the error code. I am ordering the control panel and UI and will return with all prescreened parts. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent and rinse aid use. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Returning tech to replace the control panel, UI and float switch assembly. "Arrived on site to inspect freezer (FC) door damage. Upon further inspection, I found the FC door has two dents in the lower left corner (photo). Also, the customer advised the FC door doesnt open very wide. I tested the door functions and found it not opening fully due to the door not closing completely and moisture building up on the slides and causing the bearing grease to harden. I removed the door and cleared the slides and applied new grease to the slides/bearings and tested operations. Installed the new door and retested operations and the unit is operating as designed. I found protective film around the RC door handles and removed it and tightened the handles. Unit is operating as designed with no water leaks observed during service. Job completed. When I listened to the fan I hear a weak repeated grunt, and fan would not spin up. Replaced evaporator fan motor and tested. Verified fan comes on and cools properly. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the ice maker will stop working then they cycle power to the unit and it will work briefly then stop again. I removed the ice bin and tested the ice maker and it failed to harvest. I turned the power off to the ice maker and waited for approximately 10 seconds then turned it back on and the tray moved. I retested the ice maker and it harvested and filled. I recommended the ice maker be replaced due to it failing to respond the first test. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling well in the RC. On arrival I found RC is way above temp, and I found almost no air coming through the diffuser. I put the unit in diagnostic and tried to open damper and got no response. I removed the cover and found the wiring harness on the liner side was folded / crimped and has broken wires in it. When I straighted and messed with the wires, the damper opened. Called tech line and reported findings SR7739871107 . Based on where the break is and that it'd on the liner side, those wires can not have a good repair done on them and they will break due to being on the corner of the diffuser. Unit sent up for review. No repair made due to no good repair being possible. Replaced damper since it broke coming out of the liner. Call completed. Parts used W11645127."

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for strong gas odor coming from unit. Upon arrival found bake element not staying lit but still feeding gas. Also found when attempting to start unit sometimes it does absolutely nothing no spark no gas being fed unit just says preheat. Found module spark failed. Inspected brown line from igniter to spark module no signs of open readings or shorts in wire. Replaced module spark, tested unit, unit is running as intended. No leaks present at this time. Unit is now staying lit and cycling heat at proper intervals. Confirmed unit is reaching temperature and shutting off gas supply as designed. Unit is running as intended. Arrived on site for a range that is tripping the breaker. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that she went to use the oven for the first time and it tripped in the middle of pre-heat. I did confirm the customers complaint and found no issues with the wiring or any kind of grounding. I removed the ground wire from the unit and ran the unit up to 450?F. And I reattached the ground screw and ran the unit back up to 450?F without any tripping. I did advise the customer to keep the unit running for two hours to burn off any moisture within the elements to correct the issue. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call. No parts were installed.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling properly in RC. Upon further inspection measures RC=52 degrees FC=-2. I observed a heavy amount of frost built up on the RC evaporator and encompassing the evaporator cover. I placed the unit into diagnostics and all components are testing fine. I checked the defrost setting and it was set to adaptive defrost, which most likely caused the over frost condition. Because of the amount of frost I instructed the customer to unplug the unit for 24hrs and to monitor water from defrosting. No parts installed"

I found the cabinet required adjustment to match the FZ and the tubing in the back of the machine was making contact with the back cover, vibrating at various compressor speeds during testing. Arrived onsite for oven not functioning. Uponarrival I noticed the oven to have power but the display to be black. I performed a power reset at the breaker. Afterflipping the breaker back on unit powered back up and is now showing the display. I set the oven to 350 on bake and found the unit to cancel out after heating for bit. Customer will need to set wifi up for unit to update and function properly. Gave customer wifi team number if they have any issues or need help on setting up wifi. Call complete. No parts installed.

"DU1055XTVS1 Arrived on site for unit stopping mid cycle. Upon arrival, customer stated unit will flash dimly on control panel and will not progress to next step of cycle. Ran consumer and diagnostics and ran fine. Exposed control panel and found faulty gasket on the vent assy (picture attached), causing moisture to short out board.
