Arrived on site for cooktop showing error f47 on the left side of the UI. I gained access to the interior of the cooktop and only found a fuse broken. I swapped in a test fuse. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling correctly. I found the FC at -5 degrees and the RC at 43 degrees with the sealed system components working. I found the return air vent completely iced over again. I inspected the door gaskets and found the RC door gasket with a large gap (See pics) at the bottom causing the issue. I heated the gasket up but the magnet is weak and it still has a small gap half way down the door. The gasket needs to be replaced but the door is rusted and coming apart and none of the door parts are available. This unit needs to be replaced. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a dishwasher leaking from the front left corner. Ms showed me a video of the leak. I removed the outer door and found no signs of a leak from the vent or dispenser. I did find a water trail on the left side of the door where water had gotten past the door gasket. I replaced the door gasket and tested the unit. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts. I tested the thermistors in the RC with the compartment temp at 69 degrees in diagnostics and found the evaporator thermistor showing 69 degrees and the compartment thermistor showing 68 degrees. When I checked resistance at the control it checked the same. The thermistors are in range and the newer style cover is on the unit so it does not need to be replaced. I found a screw under the drip pan causing the pan to bow up. I removed the screw and tried correcting the drip pan so water would drain correctly. I found the drain completely sealing and water draining. I removed all the water from the drip pan. I went over with the customer what to monitor with ice production and explained that if the unit frost up again the main control would need to be replaced. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for refrigerator that is begging to have cooling issues. Upon arrival I found that the fc was not cool. Upon found inspection I found that the fc evap had ice buildup on it. Removed the ice. The checked the drain pan and found that it was bowed up slightly, then I checked the drain tube for any clogs around none but it was sagging so I sealed it up. And when I put the refrigerator back in it position all of the interior lights turned off and I didnt hear the compressor running. I unplugged the unit and then unplugged the LED driver board and then plugged the unit back in and found the compressor running again, as it was running I plugged in the LED board and it continue to run normally. ; ordrng 1 W10830288 (LED board)"

"Arrived on site install previously diagnosed parts for dryer, inspected unit and work area. While I was going to install new power cord found wiring harness damaged at the therminal block and found wire screws also damaged from over heating. Will have to order repair kit and reschedule CX when parts have arrived. No leaks where observed during service. CX would like sooner service if available.; ordrng 1 279318 (Therminal repair kit)"

Arrived on site for a no heat microwave. I test the unit with a MW safe cup of water and found no heat at all. I gained access to the inside of the unit and ohmd out all components. I found the fuse and thermostats good. I isolated the HV system and found it bad. I am ordering HV system components to install. Arrived on site for freezer and upper fresh food leds not working. Per service pointer W11460554 replaced freezer led module same issue diagnosed unit will need a new main control. . Freezer led replacement autho S191AQ; ordrng 1 W11224256 (Control main)

"Arrived on site. Found new door with matte stainless steel finish,new door doesnt match fresh food stainless steel finish,freezer door needs to have shiny stainless steel finish. "Arrived on site for a commercial washer that wouldnt take coins in properly. On arrival the customer stated the unit will intermittently take in money, sense, tumble once, and then restart. It will then ask to have money inserted again. I called commercial techline and spoke to Alex and received SR# 7734183549. "1953# Arrived on site for ice machine not powering on. Found icemachine not powering on,attempted to removed unit from enclosure pump powered on,unit powered on diagnosed a defective external drain pump. Removed front cover,found tile drops at ice machine legs,legs all the way down unable to remove unit from enclosure due to tile.
