Tried diagnostic with temperature/soil buttons and unit did power on. Recorded no error codes. While running tests found that supply lines may be switched. Ran cold water and unit filled with hot water. During testing steam would build up above dispenser and condensate underneath dryer and drip down. This may be shorting the console. Need to return with console and control and filter. Unit needs to be unstacked on return. Maintenance notified to check supply lines and have unit unstacked by next appointment . Scheduled for 7/14.; schdld next appmnt for 7/14 FRI !"

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a knocking sound when the agitator moves counterclockwise again. Inspected unit and work area. Customer showed me a video of the issue and I did confirm that the unit was still having that issue. Tested the unit and diagnostics and confirmed customers complaint. I called whirlpool tech line and spoke to Brandon SR# 7736368143. He advised that the only known issue is with the slider on these units and that he did not want to pull the trigger on replacing all the previously replaced parts. He advised to replace the slider one last time and then if the customer called back to refer them to customer service at this point due to ongoing issues. Replaced the slider and tested the unit. The unit began agitated and work as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete.

Went ahead and tried to drain the rest and found the drain pump running but sounding like it was hitting something. when I had and remove the drain pump assembly and found a piece of glass instead of the drain pump area and it caused the fins on the drain pump to break off. When I hadnt been removed the instructions and replaced the drain pump. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is intermittently turning itself off in the middle of cycles and is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she will have dry cycles were in the middle of the cycle. The light turns off and the drum stops turning, and if she leaves it on long enough, the motor will start up again. She also said turning off the unit and restarting the cycle will work as well. Checked voltage and found proper voltage. Turned the unit on for 15 minutes and was able to get the unit to tumble and heat as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Adrian SR# 7736800637.He advised that based on the problem the customer is having, the issue would be with the main control. Replaced the control and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has misaligned doors and is frosting up in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Found the gasket ceiling on all four sides, but frost on the left-hand side of the freezer section. Found the slides working properly, but the door slightly off-center when it came to the gaskets. Found that the door was just barely touching above the freezer liner, potentially causing the issue. Added silicone around the edges of the cabinet liner, and adjusted up the door on both sides to even out the freezer door. The customer also complained about a knocking sound that they are hearing when the refrigerator turns off. I was able to replicate it going into diagnostics, but then was not able to replicate it throughout diagnostics. Tested several components, and could not detect where the sound was coming from. Did advise the customer of the repairs maiden told him to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."
