"WED560LHW2 Arrived on site for unit stopping mid cycle. Upon arrival, ran Normal cycle with no clothes and unit went into cool down after 2 minutes. Proceeded to test on Time Dry and continuously ran monitoring for 7 minutes. Entered diagnostics and found no stored error. Proceeded to tape down door switch to test moisture while unit is running and door open. Continued to add water to moisture sensor and will not cut off on Normal Cycle. Called techline and spoke with Art SR# 7739488424. Techline stated there is no other steps to take and unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"

"Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. The ice was over top of the thermistor when I arrived, installed the new thermistor onto the unit. I informed the customer to keep an eye on it to see if it will stop making ice. If the ice production continues after the new thermistor is installed the customer will call us. "Arrived on site to inspect dryer tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the unit and found no power to the unit. Checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. When I attempted to cycle the breaker on, it immediately tripped again. I advised the customer that they might want to have their builder check the breaker and they advised that it has been replaced twice. I was able to get it to cycle and I tested voltage at the outlet and got 250V from L1 to L2; 125V from L1 to N, and 125V from L2 to N. I verified the terminal block was wired correctly and plugged the unit in to test. I verified voltages at the block and placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F1E1-main control fault. Cleared the code and continued with testing. Allowed the unit to operate on More Dry (customer setting) for approximately 10 mins and the unit operated as designed. I disassembled the unit and verified there were no breaks in the harness. Ohmed the motor, element, thermostats, cutoff and all are within ohms range. Due to the error code and following the tech sheet for the error code (pg.14 of Service Manual), I removed and replaced the main ACU and retested. After approximately 10 mins of retest, the unit continued to operate as designed. No lint observed during service, job completed. W11728016"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator making noise when running. Customer clarified that the noise is coming from the icemaker, and they want to be sure that it's actually normal. I ran the icemaker and confirmed that this is the noisier of the whirlpool ice makers but is consistent and normal compared to all other low profile icemakers. The noise is normal operational for this model and is not an indication of failure. Unit working as designed. No parts needed. Went over normal operation and expected noises for unit. "Arrived to a top load washer making a knocking sound. Upon arriving customer provided video of knocking sound that was occuring when agitator moved cw but not ccw. "Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. Upon arrival, I am not finding a restriction in pressure hose. Ran diagnostics and get error code F3-E1 pressure system fault and F1-E1 main control fault. Found that there is voltages automatically energizing drain pump. Need to replace harness. Replaced harness W11665967. Test unit. During testing the control board is acting finicky. Unit begins filling in on its own intermittently as other strange things. Replaced control W11607637. Ran a normal test and unit fills correctly without drain pump energizing. Allowed normal cycle to continue through the process and begin washing. Unit operates correctly. Canceled the cycle and drain pump now energizes to drain out correctly. After all water drained the drain pump stop operating correctly. Unit is now operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F5E2, F5E3, F5E4-all door lock errors and F0E2-oversuds. I cleared the codes and continued with testing and when the door was supposed to lock, it continued to make the locking sound several times and failed to lock. I stopped testing and went to unplug the unit and found the unit drain pan cracked at the drain (photo). Unplugged the unit and removed he bellow clamp and removed the door lock to find the brown wire on the harness broken at the molex connector (photo). I was able to get the brown wire and red wire connectors out of the molex and spliced the brown wire and reconnected the harness to the door lock and reassembled the unit to test. Unit is operating as designed with temporary repair. I am ordering the lower main harness and control and scheduled return service for 07/18/24. No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice bin empty and the ice tray full of ice. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and the ice maker arm slowly came down and went back up without extending completely and the control showed the ice maker bin full when the bin was not in place. I retested and the the bailing arm extended fully and the ice tray dropped the ice. I tested the fill tube and it filled the tray with water. Due to the bailing arm failing the first time, I removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and it is operating as designed. I cycled power to the unit to reset the controls. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10873791"

"Ive been on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does tumble and heat but that theyre having to dry clothes four or five times in order to dry the clothes. I did confirm the customers complaint and found no heat, escaping the dryer, indicating an airflow issue. I checked the venting, going outside and found a huge clog inside of the ventilation system. I did advise the customer that that would be what was causing the issue. I advise the customer that he will need to get his vents cleared and the unit is working and operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F8E1-no water. Cleared the code and continued with testing. When the valve began to dispense water into the tub, I found the water flow very slow. I pulled the unit out and stopped testing. I found the water hose from the valve under the sink to the unit was kinked. Retested the unit in diagnostics, once I had the hose straightened out, and the unit is operating as designed. Placing the unit back into its space, I fed the water hose through the cabinets to keep it from kinking again and retested. Unit do to use to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. No parts installed."

"UXT4130ADS2 Arrived on site for unit not venting. Upon arrival, customer showed me out side exit damper and was not opening while blower is running high speed. Inspected inner damper inside unit and found silver tape obstructing movement to the damper (picture attached). This is an installation issue. Adjusted by cleaning damper and folding back tape however it will not solve issue fully. This unit does not supply enough CFM to push air out of the home. Customer showed paperwork with the specs of vent hood that was originally suppose to be installed in the home but its a different model, which produces a stronger airflow based off specs. On my paper, the unit manufacturer brand shows unknown. Customer is wanting to escalate situation for a replacement because it is causing food smell in his home. Customer will contact Whirpool for a replacement unit. No parts replaced"

Arrived onsite for icemaker not dispensing ice. Pulled out icebox and noticed auger wasnt spinning. I found the gearcase locked up. Replaced the motor and tested the unit. Unit is now dispensing ice. Job complete. INSTALLED WPW10309868 MOTOR.

Arrived onsite for washer not agitating or completing cycle. Found out washer wouldnt even turn on and was full of water and never drained. Found F9E1 error code. Found the blue wire broken in the middle of the harness going to the drain pump. Harness will need to be replaced.Ordering W11643701 Harness. RS for Tuesday 07/16. ; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Harness)

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice. On arrival customer stated they finally heard it drop ice late last night and had not used any ice in the bucket. I found 3 batches of ice in the bucket. I found the freezer temp at -1 degrees and I found the icebox temp at 7 degrees. I found the icemaker going through a harvest and filling properly. I found the icemaker thermistor way out of range causing the issue. I replaced the icemaker. No water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete. Installed W11658802 ICEMAKER.

"DA-MED4500MW0 Arrived on site to inspect dryer not cycling. Upon further inspection found the timer knob had a broken shaft, preventing the timer from being engaged. Replaced the knob and timer per service pointer. Tested unit and unit is operating as designed."

"Arrived to inspect noise. I found the condenser area was the source of the noise and I was able to secure the tubing and correct the noise. The damper was excessively noisy and I removed and replaced. During the repair,it was noted the back right of the liner had a mark and the customer requested I report the issue to the MFG. "DA- WFG515S0MS0 Arrived on site to inspect range burners burning with orange flame. Upon further inspection found the orange color to be a result of elevated levels of humidity detected in the house. Informed the customer of my findings. Upon further inspection of the unit I found that the broil and bake burner air shutters were incorrectly set. The broiler would not stay lit and required adjustment. After adjustments were made, the issue was resolved. No gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived on site to a washer not draining. Washer had a lot of water still in the drum. Ran a test cycle washer would not drain. Inspected under the washer found wire harness was damaged from the drain pump. Replace the wire harness w11543701 and control board w11626074 . Control board was replace do to not sending 120 power to drain pump. Reassembled and tested unit and found no leaks and working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher that just blinks and would not run. Examined unit and found the latch broken. I replaced the latch and tested the unit. Found everything working as designed. Parts used - W11412299.

Arrived to a non working dishwasher. Ran it on a diagnostics mode checked the f7e1 error code and found out it had a bad motor pump. Removed old pump and installed new pump and put all back as it should. Tested dishwasher product works as it is designed. Installed W11416362. No leaks present call complete

Arrived on site for a washer not washing. Ran a test on the washer drain pump kicked on but wasnt working as it was designed. During inspecting the drain pump filter had a lot of trash in it cleaned filter reinstalled. Ran a test on the washer product works as it is designed. Call complete
