Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts for refrigerator. Upon inspecting unit found defrost heater not fully wired causing intermittent defrost failure. Rewired unit properly and all is working properly at this time.

Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Found defrost failure in rc caused by miscommunication between controls. Replaced ui and customer to defrost unit for 24 hrs prior to use.

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave door error. Upon further inspection, I opened/closed the door several times before the unit failed. As the door closed and got to the closed position, it popped back open. I verified the unit is level. Removed the unit from the cabinets and removed the cover to inspect the switches. I monitored the left door switch as the door closed and found the latch hook jumping on the switch as it closed. I removed and replaced the switch and adjusted the switch holder and retested and unit is operating as designed. After placing the unit back in its space, I retested several times and the unit continued to operate as designed. Job completed."

Found unit door totally filled with ice packs and wanting to swing open. the freezer is not leveled correctly. The unit is installed on a sloped garage floor. Leveled the freezer to Angle slightly towards the rear to allow the weight of the door to seal correctly. Tested the unit and door now swings closed. Door is now shutting correctly. Arrived onsite for all settings produce hot water . Upon arrival ran diagnostics and got error codeF0-E4 for spin limited by water temperature. Inspected unit and found hot water fill hose is connected to the cold water valve and cold water fill hose is connected to hot water valve. Swapped the hoses to the correct valves and test unit . Unit is now operating correctly. No leaks present at this time. Job complete

"Arrived on site and found refrigerator is in a garage, refrigerator is unplugged. after reconnecting to power lights are on and fridge raider is running but compressor is not starting. Found voltage is correct to start device. Found start device is loose and after resetting connection compressor is running. Exposed evaporator and found frost pattern is beginning to form. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the thermostat located at the front right corner of the unit behind the control and the diode. Tested the unit and it continues to fail. I pulled the unit from the wall and removed the cover to inspect. I tested all thermostats visible, both fuses, checked voltage at the wall, the power cord, control, and noise filter and all checked good. I removed the duct bracket and found another thermostat and tested it and found it bad and also found the interior bulb burnt out. Customer advised the turntable doesnt work. I tested the turntable and it too is bad. I advised the customer that I am ordering the mentioned parts and their extended warranty would need to locate parts. I am ordering the cavity thermostat, turntable motor, interior bulb and main control as a backup and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. Arrived on site to diagnose a refrigerator that was building ice in freezer bottom. Drain is not clogged and door gaskets are good. Advised customer that freezer door man not have been fully closed causing issue. No repairs needed and no leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site for unit not freezing. Removed evaporator cover found frost on only first row of evaporator coils diagnosed a leak in the system. Replaced the compressor,exchanger,drier,tube and evaporator. Vacuumed system down unit kept vacuum recharged system to manufacture spec powered unit on checked low side pressure good checked frost pattern good.
