Arrived on site to test unit WVU37UC0FS1 for humming. Upon arrival engaged blower fan and observed motor attempting to rotate but binding internally. Removed blower wheel and found metal-to-wheel contact causing restriction. Adjusted blower wheel by lowering approximately 1/4 to restore proper clearance. Tested unit and verified wheel spins freely with no interference. Unit is now running as designed, no parts installed, job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit MFC2062FEZ13 for no water. Upon arrival customer stated unit stopped dispensing water and then resumed a few days later. Tested unit and verified valve energizing with proper water flow. Inspected RC compartment and found glass containers positioned directly in front of diffuser and against back liner restricting airflow. Determined reservoir had previously frozen due to improper air circulation. Advised customer to maintain approximately 2 inches clearance from back liner and diffuser to prevent reservoir freeze. Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW5435PW1 that is making abnormal sounds at the beginning and end of the spin cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The custo,er showed me a video w o of what was happening, and it sounded like a belt slipping on the drive pulley. She also showed me videos of some rattling, which sounded like inlet hoses off the back. I found the hoses were banging against the rear of the machine and the customer added some insulation to both hoses. I checked underneath and found the belt and splutch assembly stripped. I replaced both parts (W10721967 and W11239857) and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Due to intermittent harness failure with the machine and latch error code, proceeded to replace W11643701 harness, W11742939 control and W11513248 latch. Ran diagnostics and calibration. Arrived on site to inspect double wall oven JJW3830LL00 error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit turned off at the breaker and the customer cycled power. Once the unit rebooted, I placed it into diagnostics showing error code F2E1-stuck key. I cleared the code and tested the components and the unit operated as designed. The customer advised that they cycled power to the unit to reset the controls and within a few hours, the error code reappeared. Due to this code, I removed and replaced the control panel/console and programmed the new panel. Retested both ovens on Bake at 350 and the unit is operating as designed. Job completed. W11598124

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I, along with 2nd tech BB, we disassembled the unit to gain access to the thermistor, heat pump assembly, thermostat, and element. Removed and replaced the thermistor, thermostat and element and inspected the heating pump reservoir. I found the reservoir cleared with no lint inside. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher KDFS324SPS0 door not opening at the end of a cycle. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the door latch assembly used to function properly and then stopped. They advised that they reprogrammed it to open again and it turned itself off again. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and the unit operated as designed including the door opening at the end of the test. The customer reprogrammed the latch to open at the end of the cycle based on how it says to do so in the owners manual. I reached out to management (PR) and questioned the failure and was advised that the main ACU controls the latch assembly and if the assembly fucntions in diagnostics to replace the latch assembly. I removed and replaced the latch assembly and calibrated the unit by performing a diagnostics test on the unit. Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service. Arrived on site for a dishwasher model ADFS2524RZ0 that wont fill with water. I confirmed the customers complaint as the unit sounded like it was trying. To activate the valve but the water wouldnt flow. I pulled off the inlet hose and found no waterflow coming out of the hose. I checked the valve at the wall and found it on. I pulled out the hose a little and found a flow meter on the hose that was flipped around and not facing the correct direction, causing the issue. It did not appear that the flow meter could be flipped, so I advised the customer that it appeared that they may need a different inlet hose. The customer is aware and advised they would get another one today and install themselves. The unit is working and operating as designed. No parts were installed and no leaks were present during service. Call complete.

Entered component activation and commanded shifter; no movement observed despite proper voltage present. Replaced actuator (W11481722) and tested; actuator now shifting and motor energizing with spin achieved. During spin a low-frequency rumble was present. Upon arrival proceeded to remove coupler and found scrape markings and upon closer inspection found turn shaft is not centered. Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not starting. Inspected the user interface and tested all buttons on the control panel. Found that all buttons were responsive except for the start button, which was non-functional and preventing the unit from beginning a cycle. Verified issue by attempting to initiate multiple cycles unit would not respond when pressing start. Determined the failure to be within the control panel/interface. Replaced the defective control panel assembly. Reassembled the unit and restored power. Tested operation by selecting a normal wash cycle unit started immediately and began filling and washing as designed. Allowed unit to continue running and verified proper operation, including wash and drain functions. Unit is now operating correctly with no further issues. Job complete.

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator model KRFF305ESS09 overcooling in the fresh food section. Upon further inspection I checked temperature and measured 31 degrees RC and -3FC. I placed the unit into service mode and ran component testing and found compressor, fans, damper, heater were operating as designed. I checked the thermistors and they checked in spec. I found that due to the position of the RC sensor, it was picking up a warmer temp from the thinner insulation on the units ceiling causing overcooling. I added foil tape to insulate the sensor from the top area. The unit will return to normal temperature within a few hours. I advised the customer not to placed items near the damper vent as this area will freeze items. No water leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site to inspect washer model WTW4307SW0 making a squeaking noise during spin. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed no error codes. I rotated the basket by hand and found the noise coming from the grearcase. I gained access to the underside of the unit and found no evidence of gearcase oil or any other issues. Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRS325SDHZ13 that wont dispense ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does make ice, but it wont dispense. And he doesnt think that the motor is actually turns. I removed the ice container and tested the dispenser motor. I found it buzzing, but it would not turn. I replaced the dispenser motor W11671282 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model WFW95HEDC0 that wont drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the machine was still full of water and would not drain or allow the customer to start a new cycle. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the drain pump would run but would not drain water out. I removed the water using a shop vac and gained access to the drain pump. I found coins in the filter but found the drain pump impeller blades eaten through, causing the issue. I replaced the drain pump WPW10605427 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Code - 1031. Arrived on site to continue diagnosis on vent hood with lights stuck on. Examined unit and found light is stuck on again, and button makes light get brighter, but light never goes off. Examined power board and found the UI connector on the board feels like its about to fall off, and the power board powers the LED driver. Failure likely coming from power board. Ordering Power Board, Driver, UI. Research needed, no parts sheet present for engineering digital 6. Ordering parts research. Arrived on site for microwave KOEC530PPS02 with door closing issues. Customer clarified that they used to be able to let the door go / close it fairly firmly and everything worked ok. After service, even when mostly slamming the door or firmly closing, the light would stay on and the switches were not fully triggered. I tested the door and confirmed that I had to close it multiple times in different ways to get the switches to fully engage. I removed the door from the hinges and reset its positioning, and also adjusted the hinges by rolling a socket on them. Once I was done I tested and found the light went off every time when I closed it, both firmly and fairly gently. I reminded customer that the right interlock is stiff and needs to be the focal point of the momentum behind the door closure. Had customer Mr/Mrs both try the door and the improvement was verified. Repair completed.

Arrived onsite for F8E3. Ran the unit and found it operating as designed with no suds present. Water fill is good aswell, when running the unit I did find the dispenser to not function as designed and not opening properly. Arrived on site to diagnose microwave not heating. Began testing by placing a cup of water inside the unit and running a heat cycle. The unit powered on, but the water did not heat. During operation, a loud buzzing noise was heard coming from the high-voltage section. Gained access to internal components and performed further diagnostics on the high-voltage system. Found the magnetron, high-voltage capacitor, and diode to be shorted/failed. These components are critical for producing heat, and failure of any of them will prevent the unit from heating properly. Due to parts being unavailable and the extent of the high-voltage component failure, repair is not feasible at this time. Advised customer of findings and recommended replacement of the microwave.Job complete.

Arrived on site for washer not finishing cycle and giving error codes. All the water is not leaving the tub. I found f6e3, f3e1, f9e1, f5e2. Found water coming in slowly drain pump making loud noise and barely pushing water. Due to errors i replaced door latch, pressure switch, valve and drain pump. Ran automatic test. All pass. Arrived onsite for dryer WED500CMW0 making noise. Tested and confirmed noise from blower assembly. Disassembled and inspected. Found not enough clearance between blower wheel and vent housing causing rubbing/friction on blower wheel. Used pads W11113654 (2) to give clearance. Tested and unit is no longer making noises.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MFW7020RF0 that wont turn on and just sits with an hour glass symbol. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they just bought this machine, and it will not power on. They stated they tried to unplug the machine and kill the breaker several times, and it has not done anything. I gained access to the user interface and found proper voltage coming from the control. I reseeded all connectors on the user interface and control and found no change to the display or ability to register any buttons. Ordering the user interface and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability. Arrived on site to apartment 155 for refrigerator WRTX7419SZ00 with issue of bad gasket. Upon arrival, inspected unit and found gap in freezer door liner is too wide and will not hold gasket. Arrived on site to test unit KVUC606KSS for lights flickering. Upon arrival customer stated left light flickers intermittently and air is blowing from above the unit. Tested unit and could not duplicate flickering condition. As precautionary replaced left socket (W11512046) and advised customer to replace bulb if condition returns. Engaged blower motor and verified air escaping from chimney area and exiting where hood meets cabinetry. Contacted claims thread and confirmed condition related to installation, not product failure. Relayed findings to customer and advised contacting builder. Unit is running as designed, job complete.

Arrived on site for a washer WFW560CHW4 not draining. I verified the issue and accessed the pump. Found it clogged and the impeller damaged. Replaced the pump w11578225 and tested. Unit is draining as designed with no leaks. Nobody available to sign.

Arrived on site to look at model WED560LHW2 for customer complaint of unit not heating. Found issue with the element. I replaced element. Unit tested good. Part used wp3387747

Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator WRT112CZJZ01 no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the FC section with a sheet of ice in the bottom and the evap cover covered with ice at the bottom. Also found water on the top shelf in the RC section. I attempted to remove the evaporator cover, but due to the amount of ice accumulation, I wasnt able to remove it without damaging other parts. It appears that the drain tube is clogged causing the defrosted water to backflow back into the FC bottom and freeze. I advised the customer that they would need to unplug the unit to allow it to defrost and I had them sign the waiver of damages from defrosting the refrigerator. I recommended that they place towels around the unit to soak up any water that might leak. Ths customer provided some towels and I assisted them in placing the towels around the unit and placed one inside the RC section on the top shelf. I left the unit unplugged to allow it to defrost. I scheduled return service for 04/28/26 and will return with all prescreened parts. No water leaks observed during service. ; schdld next appmnt for 4/28 TUE !
