Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the rotor and test of the unit. I found the unit still would not agitate for spin. Around the unit and diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rob SR# 7739147877. He had me check resistance on the drain pump and the motor. We found both within range. He had me check for continuity to the clutch and we did not find any continuity. He had me check at the clutch and check for Continuity and we found it open. Stated that the issue was with the clutch and that there have been several out there that have been bad out of the box. He advised that we will need to replace the clutch for repair and that we will need to test the clutch prior to scheduling due to known issues. ordering the clutch and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to need for inspection of the part. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that a little over a week ago, that when they went to use their dryer, it was like air only and they were not getting any heat coming out of the dryer. Device they tried to shut off the breaker and turn it back on and then it didnt seem to work. She stated that after a few days, they started the dryer again and started finding it heating and operating like it should. The customer did not know exactly what was going on, but we just wanted to have it checked to make sure that the unit was working properly. I checked voltage and polarity and found proper voltage and polarity. I tested the unit on a timed dry high heat cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I had the customer show me the cycle that she was having problems with. She advised that she normally does the regular and normal setting. I noticed at the top of her dryer that she was using the eco-boost option which lowers the heat of the drum and extends out the drive time an extra 40 minutes. I did explain the eco-boost options to the customer and test of the unit. I found the unit heating and operating as designed on multiple settings. I advise the customer that based on all my checks, the issue would have to be something with the electrical supply due to all of the components on the machine working properly. I advise the customer to contact us if they have any further issues. Call complete."

"WRS571CIHZ01 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the unit initially dispensed, but during testing, the ice door stalled open and the dispenser motor stopped operating. Service test mode showed the UI could see all button presses and I removed the unit from its installation to inspect the main control. Upon moving the machine, the unit started working again. I made inspections of all accessible wiring harnesses and found I issues. I replaced the HV control and tested. I could not get the issue to happen again and advised the customer of the repair. I disassembled the unit and checked the drain trap. Found no items in the drain trap, unit draining properly. Found shocks felt a little soft, but basket isn't excessively vibrating when a no load is in it. Unit passed diagnostic test. Blew out pressure line and felt a little pressure that released when I blew through. I advised the customer of my findings and that there are no verifiable broken parts or other errors. KMLS311HSS6 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. I removed and replaced the left side panel and tested. The unit regained all functions and operated as designed.

Arrived onsite and made adjustment to door seal for a moisture condensation leak at the end of the cycle and explained a replicated one time chirp on first start up from a priming o ring on the sump. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the oven wire harness and control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete.

There was no offset induced and I found that the unit has the Rapid Preheat for single rack only and I advised the customer on the feature and provided instruction and explanation for utilizing the Standard Preheat for multi rack. The unit claimed preheat at 380 and then cycled. 322, 379 and the average was 350.5, well within MFG specifications. Operational test good."

Arrived on site for oven Making a dog whimpering noise. Everything working as designed. Noise is the metal expanding as it heats. This one does sound like a dog crying however. Called Techline. Advised of findings. Confirmed unit can make a squeak noise amount other noises as it heats. As it is used it should dissipate. With element functional no repairs recommended. File 7739233677. "Arrived on site for dishwasher not heating, lots of spots and water droplets.mfound f7e1, f8e2. Reset codes. Ran diagnostics. All components passed test. Heating element pulls 6 amps. Water and motor working. Found rinse aid not being used, advised it must be on these newer units for it to dry properly. Customer had a sample bag. Advised when and how to fill. Call complete. Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed control board. Control sent with is not the correct control. We control is missing connections for smart connectivity. Spoke with service management and not confident a good repair can be made with incorrect part references.

"On arrival verified complaint of unit making noise and having abnormal flame, visual inspection of burners show no damage and all flames are normal. Ran center burner for awhile as it was the main complaint and had no abnormal flames or function. All burners are working at this time. No gas leaks detected during service. Job complete"

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave oven combo with issues of microwave door not fully closing / triggering interlocks. Made minor adjustments to hinge and also found right interlock loose. Replaced right interlock and verified proper function. Repair completed. Parts used - W11033422.
