"Arrived on site for a cooktop that is not heating the left rear burner. Inspected unit and work area. The customer also complained about the right rear burner not acting right all the time. Did test all burners and found all working as designed except for the left rear burner which would not come on. Checked continuity on the element and found proper continuity. Spoke to SW and we trace voltage at the element finding the unit was not getting 240 V to the element. Found the issue on the line to side. Could not find continuity through the harness from the yellow lead back to the board. Advised the customer of the findings and the customer still believes there to be an issue with his unit turning his right rear burner on when not in use. The customer advised that they want a replacement not a fix for the unit, if possible. Ordering harness, control, and user interface for return visit. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making an abnormal sound when it dispenses water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit can dispense up to 5 cups of water before making the sound but can also happen right away. They advised that if they leave their water running for more than 20 seconds, the unit will make this pulsating siren sound. The customer did show me and was able to replicate the sound. The customer advised they had just replaced the filter a week and a half ago due to ongoing issues for the past two months. They advised that replacing the filter did not do anything. They also advised that they have replaced their waterlines within the home to the refrigerator in case if there was an issue with the water supply. Spoke to JC and was advised to put in a bypass To see if the issue was with the filter head. Found immediate pressure difference between having the filter in and not having the filter in. Arrived on site for range with door falling off as well as knob broken. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found back left knob broken off control switch and control switch mounts broken. Found door had failings hinges and receivers due to warped liner. Also found door gasket ruined and allowing heat to escape. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, the ised that the unit makes a loud noise when spinning. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. Continued with testing and when the unit got to the spin mode, the tub/basket began to bang from side to side. I stopped testing and removed the agitator. I raised the top panel and found the tub ring and basket adaptor were badly damaged. Removed the basket and found the basket shaft welds had broken and was causing the basket to slide around on the gearcase shaft. I am ordering the basket, tub ring and basket adaptor and office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. I checked temps and found the front of the RC at 35?F and the freezer at 3?F. "Arrived on site to replace water reservoir from previous diagnosis. Customer stated unit is not cooling properly and making unordinary tapping noises. Noticed piece of plastic behind compressor cover. Exposed compressor to further investigate and heard a very slight hissing noise and a tapping sound. Found cap tube was waking hissing and tapping sound. Unit is sitting within a cabinet amplifying sound. Very slightly moved cap tube going into cabinet and found tube was leaking. Advised customer tubing going into cabinet was irreparable. Spoke with techline was advised to take install access valve and drier. Drove 20mins back to property after customer agreed to further diagnostics. 2nd visit same day: Tried telling tech line of obvious leak but was not able to get through technicians head as he was not satisfied with current data. Attempted to provide asked data, amp draw was insufficient as compressor not running even after new run cap and starter replaced. Unable to to install new drier as insufficient cap tube present to solder. No point in taking evap picks and leak was 100% obvious(cap tube broken off). Installed access valve on low side and when moved cap tube into drier, cap tube broke off further proving my statement of internal leak. Charged system and obvious leak from cabinet was present. Cap tube has broken off going into linear and cannot be repaired . Demanding extra pay as sealed system components were installed and sealed system repair was attempted to prove what was already diagnosed as irreparable, to satisfy techline. Unit is not repairable!!!!!! Job complete. Spoke with CS."

Upon arrival the customer stated that it looked like something metal fell under the washplate. I removed the washplate and found a piece of plastic and a dime in there. The customer advised that they made the sound six total times and say button it but the last time that it did it, they were concerned with the overall well-being of the washer. Per the SP W11436354 I gained access to the console ribbon. I found the ribbon secure, indicating a bad console. I replaced the console per the SP and then tested the unit. The unit began working as designed. I advised the customer on how when the knob is selecting the top empty cycles, the UI will display the please rotate knob message. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for there are 3 knobs that are noticeably crooked. Upon arrival found unit disconnected and in utility room. inspected unit and found 3 of the 5 knobs that had bent stems to the manifold. Need to replace manifold. Replaced manifold and all knobs are straight. Could not check for gas leaks due to gas connection not available. Job complete

Arrived onsite for STILL KNOCKING WHEN IN USE. Upon arrival customer played video recording for me. The new noise is different than the previous clicking noise. Spoke with Mrs. she said this noise does not happen all the time. Tightened 3 screws on bulk head and placed one of the pads between blower housing and bulk head. (2nd pad was not used.)Could not duplicate the noise. Job complete

"Apt 224, arrived on site and found breaker is tripped, refrigerator is without power. Reset breaker and refrigerator started and began cooling. Spoke with CS, techline is in training and unavailable, suggested confirming heater operation by starting defrost cycle allowing heater to run for several minutes and then splashing it with water. After doing so refrigerator is still running and has not tripped breaker. Apartment maintenance says breaker was tripping often and immediately, would not stay on. At this time refrigerator is cooling normally and 24 hours will be needed for it to reach temperature, job complete reported to techline 7733817187"

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. Began replacing compressor and connections. Replaced compressor and fittings at suction and discharge lines. Replaced access valve. Upon connecting dryer to steel line the lokring was not mounting correctly and kept bending. Had to cut line to replace. After second attempt found line to short to establish lokring connector. Need to address with tech line. Called the kids like but closed for several hours due to training. Spoke with CS and fill call in the morning

Arrived on site to diagnose a freezer that is not cooling. Found start device for compressor failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time.

"Arrived on site to install parts for a dishwasher that customer is providing. Upon arrival, I found the top rack missing wheels and falling. I installed the adjuster kit provided by the customer and tested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis of the compressor running with too high amp draw, I pulled the unit out on my floor protector and removed and replaced the compressor, access valve and UV dye drier. Vacuumed the system and pressures held. Installed 5.25oz of R134a refrigerant and monitored pressures which held at 1/125. Unit is cooling and evap had good frost pattern. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Tech stated running thru diagnostics should clear code but they did not.
