Arrived on site to diagnose range that is consistnelt failing to light the bake igniter. Customer says it will click several cycles before it might ignite. Tested unit and confirmed difficulty lighting. I adjusted the air shutter and retested. Once I got the element to light it would instantly shut off as soon as it lit and lock out. I replaced the spark module after confirming my igniter wire was good. I then reset the main control. Retested unit and found it consistently lights and no longer fails to light/lock out. Unit working as designed. Repair completed.

The customer advised that the unit made a knocking sound after their last cycle and then they heard the unit sounding like it was trying to turn on, but was not doing anything and would not allow them to start a new cycle. Plug the unit in and found the unit in a drain indicating an off-balance load. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F0 E5 (off-balance load) error code. Tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. Found the unit unlevel and leveled out the unit a little better. I did find that the unit was sitting on flooring that was flexing when stepped on. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working in operating as designed. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I found the FC at 12 degrees on arrival but the settings were set to the warmest temp. I set the refrigerator and freezer on the recommended settings. I found the evaporator with a full nice frost pattern and took a photo. I found good refrigerant flow and the compressor at normal operating temp. I had good temps on both the suction and discharge lines. I monitored temp and watched it get to 0 degrees in the FC. The icemaker went thru a harvest and filled. At this time this unit is working as designed. Its possible someone had left a door cracked open that caused the original issue. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a range with a left front burner(dual zone) that is not working upon inspection I found that the burner would not turn on when set to low. I replaced the I-switch and tested the unit several times and found that it is now operating as designed. I did find some places bags behind the unit and removed them as they may be a fire hazard if the oven gets hot enough to melt the plastic. I advised the apt office manager of this and he will make the tenant aware of this.

Arrived on site for a dryer. That is not turning. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit makes out terrible sound when the unit starts but the drum does not turn. Did confirm the customers complaint and found the dryer drum extremely hard to move. I disassembled the unit and found the blower wheel sitting in an awkward position. Went to remove the drum and found the blower wheel. Sit back down into the proper place. Found one of the clamps on the motor had broken causing the motor to lean whenever tension was put on it and causing the blower wheel to grind against the housing. WED4815EW1 arrived on site to inspect a dryer not heating. Tested the unit for airflow and found it venting properly. Tested the thermal cutoff and found it blown. Replaced it and tested all other sensors and electrical connections and found them to be well within operating range. Tested the unit and it is heating as designed.

Arrived on site for a dryer that will not turn on. Inspected unit and work area. I had to move stuff out of the way to get the dryer to a port of access found the ground wire from the power cord connected onto the neutral. Changed out the power cord to fit the Rent-A-Center plug and tested the unit. Found the unit heating and operating as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I found the ice maker turned off and the ice maker arm in the down position. I attempted to remove the bin and it was stuck. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker and it is operating as designed and the arm went back to the home position. I tried to remove the ice bin again and found a ball of ice in the ice chute and was wedged in the ice bin. Using my steamer, I removed the ice and was able to remove the ice bin. Cleared the ice from the chute and ice bin and tested the fill tube. I found the fill tube is operating as designed. Recommended the customer allow the ice bin to completely dry before placing it back in its space. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

WGD5010LW3 Arrived to inspect drying issue. The customer advised me the actual issue was with noise and presented me a video of the issue. I noted a very fast paced squeak appeared after the burner engaged and he unit heated. Inspection of the idler pulley showed discoloration that denoted the likelihood of the bushing preventing rotation. I had a new idler arm assembly on my truck and installed a and tested. The issue was resolved and I could not recreate the issue after allowing five complete heating cycles of the unit to occur. "Arrived on site to inspect ice machine not making good ice. Upon further inspection, I found a small amount of ice in the bin and it was wet/watery. There was a slab of ice forming on the evaporator and I observed it until it formed and when the heat valve came on, the ice began to sweat, but failed to slide off the evaporator before the heat valve turned off and the recirculating pump came on and forced water over the evaporator causing the ice to slide off. I found the evaporator has build up on it causing the ice to stick. Per customer request and due to the evaporator being dirty, I am ordering the sealed system. "Arrived onsite for washer making noise. On inspection found that the nut on the pulley had backed off and the pulley had dropped down and was wearing on the shield. Pulled the shield off and ran diagnostics and the noise was gone. Tighten the nut and Installed a new shield , ran diagnostics again and the noise was gone. No water leaks detected during service."

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is making a vibrating noise and is not leveled. Upon arrival I attempted to leave the unit and found that the vibration would go away but the unit is leaking back at extreme angle that the customer is not happy with they want it leave with the cabinet. I am ordering some shims to put at the back of the unit to help straighten out the unit, I am also ordering some sound pads as the condenser may be vibrating up against the chassis. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not running. I found error code F4E3 and F7E1. I tested the wash motor and found it open. I removed and replaced the motor assembly and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service.
