Arrived on site to test unit for unit giving F8E0 blower error code. Test unit and out unit in test mode and found F8E0 and F2E1 error code. Tried turning upper fan manually and the fan would not come on either in low or high speed. Trekked turning lower fan manually and the fan would not come on in low or high speed. Tried over and over and finally came on. Also found lower oven sensor reading 123? when at room temp. Will need to order both upper and lower fans and both upper and lower control boards and new console due to the shorted keypad error and lower sensor. The customer advised that when he first bought the unit, he had issues with the unit shaking violently. He advised that is no longer an issue. He did state that he is having a problem with certain loads not getting enough water when running. He advised that the loads will go through but sometimes he has soap still in his clothes. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed. I asked the customer shuffle questions regarding on how he starts cycles. He advised that he typically runs most of his cycles on normal and the auto-sensing water level. I did explain to the customer that the normal wash cycle is typically going to use the least amount of water, and that certain cycle selections based off the cycle selection, will give him more water. I also advised him to use the deep water wash as the deep water wash will allow 25% more water into the unit than using with the auto sensing. The unit is working and operating as designed. Arrived on site to test unit for front center burner continues to spark after ignition. Test unit and found igniter sparking after ignition. Removed from console to get to the switch harness. Arrived on site to install previously ordered part. I proceeded to adjust and shape the molding around the RC section as a starting point. I checked the seal with the gasket and it was improved. I further shaped and sealed the gaps around the molding. I applied sealant further and lastly leveled the unit and checked for air leaks. Gasket is making a complete seal at all points. WP482338

"Arrived on site to inspect noisy refrigerator. Upon further inspection found the condenser fan being the source of the noise. Made a temporary adjustment by filing down the fan bracket. I talked with the customer and found out the machine is draining but he stated it wasnt drying correctly and water remains on the dishes. He also stated the door gasket comes out on the left bottom side. I found the door gasket not snapped in all the way and I fixed it. I found the customer not using rinse aid and I explained it can take up to 90 cycles using rinse aid before they start seeing improvement in the drying process. I also explained the bowls, cups, or glasses with concave tops would never completely dry. I went over detergent and rinse aid use with the customer and went over cleaning the filters. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher with the door not closing correctly. I found the door closing properly and I tested the machine in a diagnostics cycle. The machine completed the cycle and works as designed. I found out the customer had this machine in an exterior kitchen and two Miele machines inside and it was one of them that the door was not closing correctly on. Arrived onsite for a vent hood with the lights dim. The customer stated the lights that shine down on the cooktop are dim. I removed the right LED and inspected it finding nothing wrong. I removed the left LED and the lights went completely out. On further inspection I found the black wire in the harness at the molex that connects to the LED molex connector with the pin not snapped in the molex. I corrected the pin stops and snapped it in the molex and reconnected the LED. I tested the lights and all are working as designed. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not dispensing water. The customer stated the refrigerator has almost stopped cooling in the RC and everything in the top of the FC has started thawing out. I found the evaporator fan has failed with 123VAC to it and cold air migrated thru the return in the liner and froze the water reservoir. I defrosted the water reservoir and the dispenser is working as designed. I shoved a towel the tenant gave me in the return on the RC side to stop the reservoir from freezing. I could cancel out the pump but it would start back up after a minute with the pressure hose disconnected from the control. I replaced the control and ran a calibration and service cycle. Arrived onsite for a dishwasher displaying an F8E4. The customer had the breaker turned off when I arrived. I powered the machine up and the drain pump never came on. I confirmed and cleared the error. I checked the drain pan and it still had some water in it but not enough to activate the float switch. I removed the water and ran the machine thru two service cycles. The machine never leaked any water. I found the door gasket good and no sign of water trails around the door. At this time the machine works as designed. I found out the customer has a water softener and I went over detergent use with them and explained they needed to watch for sudsing during the wash cycle and they might need to change detergents or the amount of detergent being used. There was no rinse aid being used. I went over using rinse aid and adjusting the strength through the control if needed. Call complete. NO PARTS INSTALLED.

Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the unit control panel display which showed the unit not in use, but the display would go blank and come back on showing the manufacturer name. I cycled power to the unit and placed it in diagnostics showing the error code F6E0-HMI miscommunication. Due to the history with this unit having this error code, I contacted techline and spoke to Joe and advised of the history, my findings, and the error code present. Joe researched the units WiFi connection and asked for the SAID number. I provided the number to Joe and he advised the number doesnt exist. Joe recommended replacing the control panel and reconnecting it to WiFi through the customers app on their phone and if it continued to fail to contact the Whirlpool WiFi Team to correct. Joe provided SR#7739577854. I removed and replaced the control panel and the customer deleted their old account and recreated an new account for the new SAID. Once the unit was connected to WiFi through the app, the unit continued to fail as the previous panel. I recommended the customer contact the WiFi Team and provided their number to my customer. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the fill tube/heater assembly, ice bin door, right RC door gasket and both FC drawer brackets being defective/failures I was to remove and replace all parts mentioned. I was able to remove and replace the fill tube heater assembly and right RC door gasket, but the FC brackets and ice bin door were damaged in their respective boxes. The ice bin door gasket was torn is two places and looked used. Both FC drawer brackets were bent and discolored. I notified the office and am re-ordering the ice bin door and both FC brackets. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of parts. W11223012, W10688387; ordrng 1 W11594925 (Ice bin door) and 1 W11129400 (Right FC bracket) and 1 W11129907 (Left FC bracket)"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not running. Customer advised me that he had the power off for several days, so base temperatures are not available. Upon further inspection power cycled the unit. The unit appeared to start running but after 3 seconds compressor and fans turned off and lights remained on. Touch pad was not responding properly and could not get into diagnostics. Display would remain on with door closed. Installed new control however new control was defective and had a separate issue with programming and display. Need to reorder W11642241. ; ordrng 1 W11642241 (Control)"

"Arrived on site to test unit for excessive shaking, tested unit found low incoming water pressure, inspected water lines and found valve extremely calcified, loud noise coming from gear case, inspected and found everything covered in gear case oil, most holes in the basket are covered in calcium not allowing proper spin and suspension are really jumpy, will need to replace basket, suspension, gear case, valve, cam, belt, shift actuator and potentially agitator if it cant be removed without damage office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10752719 (Basket) and 1 W11454734 (Gear case) and 1 W10721967 (Cam) and 1 W11239857 (Belt) and 1 W10913953 (Shift actuator) and 1 W11038689 (Inlet valve)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not agitating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will fill, but will not actually wash their clothes and does not agitate. They advise that it makes a clicking noise. I did confirm the customers complaint and checked underneath. I found the cam broken and replaced the cam and shifter. I test the unit and diagnostics and found the capacitor not allowing the basket to spin or agitate. Ordering the capacitor and rescheduled the customer to 6/26.; ordrng 1 W11428524 (Capacitor)"

Arrived on site to inspect range left rear burner not igniting. Upon further inspection found that the burner cap was in wrong position. Adjusted burner cap and retested unit. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks observed during service. No parts installed.

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival customer presented video of the noise coming from inside the FC, not in the outside unit compartment. Noise is consistent with evaporator icing over causing evaporator fan blade to hit the ice. Unit has a defrost issue. Will need to order all parts pertaining to that issue. On arrival verified complaint of unit shaking. Found inner basket is wobbling and gearcase has leaked oil. Ran diag check and no noise was found. "WRS321SDHW08 Arrived on site for unit making loud banging noise. Upon arrival, customer stated the noise would come from the FC area. Ran diagnostics and check sped all mechanical components and cannot recreate the noise. Advised to send a video of the noise however customer insisted it has something to do with the ice maker. Rescheduling for July 31st to replace the ice maker and water valve. Possible noise mainly from the water valve having sediment inside when ice maker fills. ; schdld next appmnt for 7/31 WED !"
