"Arrived to inspect heating issue. I tested the unit and it had full function and heated as designed. I removed the unit for inspection and after discussing the issue with the CX, elected to remove and replace the magnetron, capacitor and diode. After reinstallation, I found the unit did not operate the fan in low speed during heating and it would no longer work manually as well. I removed the unit again and found the low speed connector within the fan plug assy was not fully seating and making intermittent contact, causing the fan to stop and the magnetron to stop heating via the thermistor. Magnetron, cap and diode wee required to correct likely damage from repetitive over temperature condition. Operational test good."

I ran a diagnostics cycle, I inspected the dispenser and found it empty. While running a diagnostics cycle I noticed the unit filling up with suds when no soap is used. I let the unit finish the cycle and found it spinning and draining as designed. I spoke to the customer about running a clean cycle on the unit once every two months to prevent soap scum build up which can lead to over sudding.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not draining. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested all components and unit is operating as designed. I tested in a normal wash mode and once the unit filled with water, it failed to turn on. I pressed the start button again no it began to fill then stopped and after a brief moment the unit began to wash. It has been an ongoing issue with this unit stopping mid-cycle and not draining. I placed the unit in diagnostics again and while testing the valve, I paused for approximately one minute and when I see the key to engage the motor, the unit got out of diagnostics and went into a normal wash ready mode. I removed the outer door panel and found where water had leaked in through the dispenser. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Upon further inspection, I tested the unit after plugging it in and found that when I press the door switch closed, the unit automatically turns on. I pressed the power button and turned the unit on and when I pressed the power button to turn it off, the drum continued to turn. I tested the control by unplugging connectors and found the power relay closed causing the unit to function even when turned off.I removed and replaced the control and retested and unit is operating as designed and heating properly. Humidity is entering causing ice buildup and condensation in fresh food section. I added silicon around perimeter to remove any air gap between the liner and cabinet. Rearranged white spacers to raise freezer door up 1/8 of an inch to provide more contact from the magnetic strip. remove evaporator panel and insured there is no ice filled up around fan. When I pushed the dryer back it was vibrating slightly against the vent. Due to the length of the vent I could not completely fix this. I informed the customer. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine not completing a spin. On arrival the customer stated the unit will just end with soaked clothes still, but it will drain. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F0E4 for spin limit by water temp, F3E2 for inlet water temp fault, F7E9 for locked rotor, F0E5 for off balance, and F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and manually activated each component to find them working as designed. I gained access to the bottom of the unit and found significant gearcase oil indicating a failing gearcase. I ohmd out the motor and found it within a good range. I then tested the shocks and found it bouncing aggressively indicating bad shocks. I informed the customer that this is the likely cause of the clothes not getting spun out causing an off balance load. In order to repair the unit it will need a new gearcase, slider, and shocks

"Arrived on site for refrigerator, inspected unit and work area. CX complaint was leaking water from the bottom of the freezer and icemaker not working. I tested icemaker and found the water valve seeping through and causing it to drip and freeze up and cause water to go all over the icemaker. I then inspected the water leaking and found the drain tube clogged. I unplugged the unit from the wall and I unclogged the tube and defrosted the ice that was build up on the freezer drip pan. I plug unit back in to test repairs. Found the unit losing power.

Arrived on site to replace CCU and UIC per Techline and previous tech. Replaced parts and same error code of f70(miss communication between ccu and uic) on washer side kept prompting. Ram continuity throwing harness and found one wire from communication harness had no continuity. Found on rear left side harness was cut with concrete counter weight. Fixed harness error now stayed erased and not prompting. Rn diagnostics about 6x and found no issues. Did find drain hose has a rip and is leaking. Advised customer hose needs replaced. Customer stated he would swap part himself as he already has one
