"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged with the lid locked. Plugged the unit in and the control panel failed to respond. Gained access to the main control and found the diagnostics LED not flashing or coming on. Following the tech sheet, I removed and replaced the main control and was able to get the unit into diagnostics. I found error codes F6E3-miscommunication between HMI & ACU and F7E7-motor not reaching target RPMs. Cleared the codes and attempted to calibrate the unit and it failed. I manually tested agitation and spin and the unit continued to fail. I tilted the unit back to find the rotor bolt lying on the floor and the rotor loose from the stator (motor). I reattached the bolt and retested and the unit continued to fail. Following the tech sheet for the F7E7 error, I tested voltage at the control and got 121V. I checked ohms to the motor at the J3 connector and got 8ohms from J3-1 to J3-2 and no reading from J3-1 to J3-3. Tilted the unit back and tested the stator at the harness and fund the motor is good as its showing 8-10ohms. I tested continuity in the harness from the J3 brown to the brown wire wt the stator and it was good. I tested the black wire and found it good. When I tested the red wire, I found no continuity reading. When I removed the rotor, I found gearcase oil on the underside of the rotor (photo). I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the gearcase, slider, clutch, stator, and lower harness and scheduled return service for 07/25/24. Unit left unplugged for safety and no water leaks observed during service. Returning tech to replace the gearcase, slider and lower main harness and calibrate/test before replacing the stator & clutch. "WED4950HW0 Arrived to inspect no heat. I found the voltage supply to the unit was L1-N 124VAC, L2-N 124VAC and L1-L2 7VAC. During removal of the plug from the receptacle, the receptacle internally arced and tripped the breaker. I advised the customer to have the electrical circuit tested and the receptacle to be replaced. The customer will contact us if there are further issues, after the electrical supply is corrected."

"WFW560CHW4 Arrived to inspect leak. Initial inspection of the entire chassis showed no signs of leaks from the tub or water supply and drain. Several automatic test modes and also filling completely in manual test mode had no results. The tenant had reported the leak with only one type of load, a comforter. Excessive sudsing can easily occur with this type of load, due to very low oil content and the large surface area of the comforter. The excessive suds can then overflow on the lower air vent in the back and I did find touching the vent caused a strong odor of detergent to be detected on my hand. A large comforter can also cause undue pressure on the door and door gasket, also causing intermittent leaks. No leaks observed during service, operational test good."

On arrival verified complaint of leaking water valve. Replaced the water valve and corrected the first drip. After replacing valve found the second valve is leaking at a constant rate. "WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect water issue. The customer advised upon arrival that cooling has also become a problem. Measuring temperatures, I found the RC 60 and the FC at 45, and the evaporator cover was coated in approximately 1 of frost. Inspecting further, I found the frost was fully filling the evaporator and that it was of a completely frost consistency, with no solid ice around any part of the defrost heater, denoting no defrost attempts. Due to the entire evaporator area being completely full of frost and not just blocking the intake, I suspected the issue was due to lack of defrost operation and not a longer-term air leak or short duration door ajar. The defrost thermistor circuit, tested at the control and also the lower unit R/H chassis connector, was at 4.3VDC and 53.6K-ohm, possible, due to the severe encasement of frost at the thermistor mounting location and denoting the circuit was intact. I contacted the MFG tech, Joe SR# 7739560282 and advised of my findings. The MFG tech recommended replacing the defrost thermistor and UI. After performing the replacement of the two parts and removing the ice, testing reveled the unit went into a defrost in user mode right after plugging it is, as is sometimes common with this machine and appears to be an indication the issue was resolved. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Upon arrival both cabins were room temperature and compressor was not running. Per customer unit has been silent for the last 6 days, no fan or compressor noise. Cycled power on the unit, compressor kicked on, checked amp draw, compressor is pulling 2.8 amps. After 10 minutes RC evaporator has developed an ideal frost pattern. Entered diagnostics and turned cooling on for FC, after 3 minutes visible frost pattern has started to develop and fingers are sticking to the coil loops. Unit is now cooling properly. Advised customer to monitor issue by placing a bottle of water into the FC, after frozen solid unit is safe to use. Customer also had a concern with the ice maker, cycled ice maker, ice maker completed harvest and filled but started leaking water. Will need to order an ice maker assembly and dual valve. "Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Upon arrival customer provided voice memos of the sound. It is a metal on metal vibration sound whenever compressor is activated. Removed back panel and inspected area, found clip from start device loose on the floor, resecured start device. Placed back panel without tightening with screws, vibration occurred on the right side, removed panel and found access valve was not bent into the cavity far enough. Access valve was just slightly touching the back panel causing a loud vibrating noise. Bent in the access valve and any tubing close to the back panel. Vibrating noise has been eliminated. Unit is now running as designed, no parts installed, job complete."

I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit for an auto test and found the unit working and operating as designed until it got the spin portion of the cycle. I found that the basket would not turn. I test the unit in regular cycles and found that the unit was not starting any cycles or spinning the basket. I went ahead and replace the control and tested the unit. I still had the same issue indicating a failure with the motor. Ordering parts and rescheduled the customer to 7/30. Arrived onsite for washer leaking water. On inspection found the over suds tube had soap coming out. I grabbed the detergent and saw that it was not HE soap. "Arrived on site to follow up on ice machine that was only producing tiny ice cubes / slabs. When I checked the unit I found the low side at 6psi, high side at 86 psi, which felt like a low charge. I replaced the control to resolve the fill issues which has been resolved. I evacuated the system and vacuumed down. I noticed my pump struggling to get a full pulldown. After a few minutes it did fully vacuum. I charged to spec and ran. Unit was acting like there may be a restriction and still was not hitting proper pressures. I evacuated and vacuumed down again. Unit still felt like it may be restricted but did come down again. I charged the unit to spec and tested. I found the slab is producing sooner, but will need more time to be sure. If customer is still experiencing issues, a new compressor may be needed along with nitrogen to remove any potential restrictions. Customer advised to follow up if production size doesn't improve. Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with error code F8E4. Upon further inspection found some water in the drip tray. Proceeded to run a test to find source of water overflow. Could not replicate to overflow. No damage to seals or tub observed. Upon further inspection found the drain hose installed without a high loop. Instructed customer on proper detergent use. If problem persists we will need to gain access to the whole exterior of the machine. In the current state the unit in sitting below the floor level snd cannot be removed without altering the hardwood floor. Unit would have to made accessible if return visit is required. No water leaked observed during service. No parts used.

Arrived on site for ice machine that has stopped producing ice. Upon initial inspection found that the drain cap was loose. I tightened the cap so I could proceed with diagnostics. I placed the unit into diagnostics and ran through all functions. All functions tested good. Placed unit in consumer mode and ran a test cycle. Monitored all functions throughout the test cycle and all functions are operating without issues and unit made its first batch of ice. Customer will monitor production for 24 to 48hr. "Arrived on site to inspect unit for gas leak.used bubble solution to inspect various connection points of gas line, pictures included. Found no visible signs of gas leak. Waited 10 minutes to see if any type of gas smell was coming from unit. Confirmed burners igniting and burning correctly, picture included. Confirmed bake element was igniting all orifice holes and operating correctly, picture included. Slight smell wen bake first started, vent fan on speed one dissipated smell within 30 seconds as vent is designed to do and the slight smell is completely normal at beginning of cycle whether it be burners or bake a slight smell will be present which is why vents are required by code. Arrived on site to test unit for unit leaking from left front of the unit. Test unit and found unit is not leveled and leaning left and that where customer said water was coming from. Leveled unit and removed front door panel and started unit to test for any leaks. Ran unit for 20-30 minutes no leaks present at this time. Job complete. NO PARTS USED.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed ice production. Found frozen fill spout. Thawed fill spout to repair. Found slow ice production. No errors. Ran 57 and 45 and found base functions operating as designed. All checks good. Advised customer on findings. No parts

Arrived onsite to replace previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the door handle and the right hand door gasket. After replacing the door gasket I used my heat gun to smooth out the wrinkles to ensure a good seal. The door gasket is sealing and the handle is snug. Call complete. INSTALLED W10830274 GASKET AND W11045125 HANDLE.

Arrived on site for a range that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise that the cooktop works but that the control does not power on. He has check to make sure that there is voltage going to the unit. I did confirm the customers complaint and found proper voltage and polarity. I replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit power on and activate both bake and broil elements. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11620481.

On arrival verified complaint of leaking water. Found drain hose was sitting on the floor. Put drain hose back in pipe and secured with zip tie as best I could. Drain and water lines are far apart. Advised customer of improper install and potential of drain hose coming back out. Pictures are in quick pics and customer signed the water and improper install waivers. Ran diag mode and filled with water. Confirmed no water is leaking anymore. Ran all components and unit is working correctly job complete no parts installed.

Advised to order all gas parts for possible debris in gas lines as well as possible bad regulator. "Arrived onsite for front panel with a dent. On inspection the dent was on the very far left side. Installed a new panel onto the unit. I tested the burners and 4 out of 6 had issues igniting, adjusted all the burners and now they are igniting on the 2 to 3 spark. The cooktop is operating as designed and no gas leaks detected during service. W11634759"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that has condensation in multiple places. Customer showed me that the vertical mullion and the mullion above the pull out middle drawer had a lot of condensation in them. I measured the humidity in the room and found it sits between 63 - 71%. The unit is in a utility room with a vent that does not directly blow on it, and is about 3 or so feet from the garage door. Called tech line who advised to turn on the mullion heaters to 100%, and turn off sensor mode. I set mullion heaters to 100% on, and advised that the conditions of this room are more humid than the other fridge in the house, which was at 60% or less humidity. Mullion heaters being on should fully resolve issues. No parts needed. Call completed."

On arrival verified complaint of no connecting to WiFi. Console stalls out attempting to connect to WiFi. Using Mw or Ov causes Conley to have a power loss error but no actual power loss. "Arrived on site to install damaged door. Upon arrival, I removed and replaced the right RC door and nameplate and tested operations. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is flashing an error code while in use. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise. The unit has been flashing an F6 E1 (UI cannot hear the ACU) error code when the unit is in use. The customer also advised that the water at his house has been shut off from the city due to work on a water line. I ran into into diagnostics and confirmed that error code. The customer also explained that the screen top of the user interface is not secured and is allowing water to accumulate in the user interface area. He was able to pull back the top of the consul, indicating an issue. I went ahead and replaced the user interface, control, and console. Due to no water supply, I was unable to run the unit for a diagnostic check, but did find the unit was turning on and operational. Advise the customer to contact us back if any other issues persist. On arrival verified complaint of not cooling. On arrival unit is currently cooling. Both FC product temp (0) and RC (37) are correct. No signs of frost or excess moisture. Fc evap had full frost pattern. All fans are working and no clicking sound could be heard. Unit is currently working as designed. No leaks detected during service and no parts installed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a range that is getting really hot when the oven is used. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the cooktop on the left-hand side specifically is getting really hot whenever that she uses the oven and it is hot enough to wear. It almost burns her. I did advise the customer that on the left-hand side of the cooktop, is where the oven vent out through and can cause this issue. I referenced service pointer W11544031 for surface temperature limits and showed her that this will happen especially if she uses the oven for extended periods of time. I did advise her that it will not affect the functionality of the machine, but to be careful around that venting area when in use. The unit is working and operating as design. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Test outlet and outlet getting 120v. Checked connection at junction box and found black wire going to the unit is loose from black wire coming in with voltage. Secured connection test unit and unit test good job complete. NO PARTS USED.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit over sudsing. Test unit and found unit has to many suds even when no soap. Turned in in to fill up and drain unit multiple times to get rid of old soap. Advised customer to run hot water at the sink to help the unit get hot water faster. Also advised customer to use normal cycle. Job complete no leaks present at this time. NO PARTS USED.
