Found the following error codes: F9E1 (long drain fault) F2E3 (acu). Cleared the codes and ran diagnostic test and unit failed after the valve tests (no agitate or spin motion). Checked underneath the unit and found the capacitor with a hole in it and leaking fluid. Replaced capacitor with one from truck stock for testing. Reassembled and tested the unit and and received error code F7E1 (tachometer missing or wrong signal). Ordering parts for follow up service. I cleared some ice away from the thermistor and removed the reservoir cap to allow water to flow into the external drain pump and tested. The unit operated as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and the unit continued to operate as designed. Based on the information provided by the customer and the possibility that the external drain pump is in the beginning stages of failure, I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and removed and replaced the external drain pump and retested. I did ask the customer what types of clothes they were washing when the unit went off balance. They advised they were running sheets were the unit went off balance and did not finish. I did explain to the customer that off balance issues can cause the unit to shut down prematurely in the cycle. Went over the use and care guide and the unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Upon further inspection, I found the hood chimney not installed properly and a gap between the chimney and the wall approximately 1 inch. Placed my level on the front of the hood and it is level. I raised the bottom section of the chimney and found the outlet box not set in the wall (photo) causing the chimney to be forced outward (photos). I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. I contacted techline and spoke to Jonathan and advised of the complaint and my findings. Jonathan sent a text to my phone and I provided photos of the issue. Arrived on site for a dryer that has a gasket that is fraying. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and replace the door seal and adhesive. Both the customer to allow the gasket to dry for several hours prior to using the dryer. The unit is not working as design. Call complete.

Unit is in apt 1101. Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator with gasket related issue. Examined unit and found the RC compartment door gasket was pulling out on the top and right side. I found the gasket wasn't seated properly in its channel. I reinstalled the gasket and made sure the ridge was fully tucked. Opened and closed the door several times and did not see gasket come out. Advised maintenance can put a little glue or silicon behind the gasket if issue repeats. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for range not allowing temp regulation to work correctly on cooktop. Upon arrival confirmed issue and tested burners. Found all 4 main burners would stay on high setting no matter what it was set to. Inspected inf switch and found all four had burn marks and signs of arcing out of internal switchs. Replaced all four switchs and retested unit. Found temp regulation restored and cooktop working as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect ice machine making a loud noise. Upon further inspection, I turned the unit on and found the reservoir dry/empty. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested and found the water not dispensing. I checked the incoming water source and it was turned on and no kinks in the water line. I tested the valve and found it getting voltage. I removed and replaced the valve and retested and the unit is operating as designed. The noise the customer was hearing was the recirculating pump sucking in air since there was no water in the reservoir. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived on site and found when range burners are used they make a pulsing Noise that sounds like a car horn. Took a video and sent them into tech line. Called Techline later in the day and they said this is a pressure issue. Switching a regulator over to liquid propane bypasses it. They recommended that homeowner have gas pressure inspected But I guess company at the range connector. 7736956741

KDTM404KPS1 GP arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Upon arrival I disassembled and unit and replaced the tub. Reassembled and tested and the unit is working as designed with no water leaks observed during service.

"Arrived on site. Open door indicator lit while doors closed tested all magnets passed lights powering off however door open indicator staying lit,replaced main control all doors closed light staying off."

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the front glass for the MW. There was no power tot he unit to test it. Customer will call if there is any other issues.

Arrived onsite for a DW that is having issues with recognizing button press. Upon inspection I found that the buttons on the ui where not responding. I replace the ui and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed

"Arrived on site to test unit for burners not igniting. Found center rear, center front, right rear and front rear orifices seemed to have silicone substance. Removed silicone and unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete."

"KRFF507HPS03 GP arrived on site to inspect refrigerator door ice maker not making ice. Temperatures read FC=-2 RC=31. Too cold in the RC. Placed the unit into diagnostics and ran service test 3(evaporator fan and air baffle motor test). Found the fan blowing but the air baffle not operating normally until the circuit breaker was flipped. Checked the ice bucket and found small oddly shaped ice cubes. Dismantled the ice machine and found the ice tray only partially filled, a small amount of ice in the fill tube indicating a slow water flow and the heating element loosely fitted to the fill tube. Tested the fill level by filling a cup with the ice maker water line and pouring it into the ice maker and it produced the appropriate amount of water. Inspected the connectors and found pin 1 in connector P3 in the cabinet side of the plug was severely damaged causing the entire P3 connector to be not properly seated causing intermittent connections with the other pins. Likely affecting the fill tube heater. Attempted to repair it and it seems to be operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Customers complaint was washer not unlocking and no power. At arrival washer was in garage due to not working and customer brought a temporary one. I replaced the control board and power did come back but the UI was unresponsive and will need to be replaced. I rescheduled to return on 08/08/23. No leaks where observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11478526 (Console)"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not cleaning dishes. On inspection there was no water movement in diagnostics mode. Installed new pump and that fix the water issue. On further inspection found the was no amps to the heating element. Replaced it. The unit had error F4E3 and F7E1 in memory. Unit operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived on site to test unit for not drying properly. Unit does not have m/s sticker. Advised customer to contact whirlpool for missing sticker. Ran diagnostics with no issues. All components working as designed. Customer stated contractor advised her to continue calling till unit gets upgraded. Advised customer unit would not be upgraded as unit is working as designed. Advised customer to have contractor or appliance vendor upgrade for her. No leaks detected. Job complete.

Arrived on site for lid not locking . Ran diagnostics and latch would just click but not lock . Replace latch . Re ran diagnostics. All checked normal. Job complete. No water leaks at this time

Arrived on site and found customer is experiencing intermittent water dispenser operation. Currently it is working correctly. Found water line is likely freezing from cold air escaping between rear bulkhead in fresh food section and fan shroud Styrofoam. Sealed gap with permagum and it should correct experience. Call complete

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher with door not closing properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the door gasket doesnt appear to be sealing properly against the door. I inspected the door gasket and found calcium deposit build up and water along the gasket (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit is opening as designed, but there is a little more water on the gasket and it appears worn and there is no leaks found. As a precaution, I removed and replaced the door gasket and retested the unit and it continues to operate as designed and there is no water on the gasket. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing that is making noises during agitation and spin. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of the sound. Check underneath the washer and found the cam bolt barely sitting on the lower end of the driveshaft, causing the cam to slip down and to grind against the cover shield. Also found the belt completely worn due to this issue. Went ahead and replace both the belt and cam assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."
