Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed. Removed drier and isolated high and low side. Ran nitrogen through system and found low side(cap tube) drier spitting. Removed evap and and found evap was full of refrigerant after charging system with nitrogen. Replaced evap and ran nitrogen through system found same restriction present on low side from cap tube entering drier. Cut 2 off and put new drier. Vacuumed system and found no improvement with frost pattern on evap(nothing beyond top two coils) after 1hr of running. Called Techline and replaced drier again per recommendations. Ran nitrogen and same spitting happening .obvious restriction within cabinet. Advised customer to contact whirlpool as not confident no further repairs would correct issue. Job complete .

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly in the RC. The customer stated the unit is getting to cold now. She stated product froze in the RC and frost is building up on product in the FC and stuff thaws out in the FC then refreezes. I tested temps when the compressor turned off and had 37degrees in the RC and 0 degrees in the FC. I explained to the customer to not push product back past the shelves and against the liner in the RC because it can obstruct air flow and trap cold air causing product to freeze. I also explained to keep the vents clear. I found the freezer door closures not closing the door correctly causing a frost issue in the FC. The brackets will need to be replaced. Ordering W11241580 bracket left and W11241268 bracket right. RS for Thu 8/10.; ordrng 1 W11241580 (Bracket Left) and 1 W11241268 (W11241268)

Arrived onsite for a washer that is making a loud noise. The customer had a video and it sounded like plastic grinding when the machine was agitating. I inspected the bottom of the machine and found the cam nut had backed off and the pulley rubbed thru part of the pulley shield. I tightened the cam nut and broke off the parts of the shield that were broken. I tested the machine and it is working as designed and not making noise at this time. There was no oil coming from the gearcase at this time. The shield and cam both need to be replaced. The customer is going to use the machine and monitor it in case any other issues show up before we return. Ordering W11409708 shield and marking the other parts as UORV.; ordrng 1 W11409708 (Shield)

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer clean vent light not turning off and vents are clean. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit and it is operating as designed. The clean filter light did not come on. I inspected the vent at the back of the unit and found it crimped. Using my vent test kit, I tested the airflow to the unit and the first 2 tests failed (photos). I pulled the unit out from the wall and attempted to correct the vent tube and retested and it still failed. I pulled the u;it out further from the wall and straightened the tube and retested and it passed. When I pushed the unit back to the wall, I kept the vent tube straight and rounded and retested again and it passed the airflow test (photos). I advised the customer of my testings and findings and corrections. No lint observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose range that was popping breaker. Found breaker was a GFCI. Unit popped breaker on first usage. I tested the unit and it popped the breaker within 30 seconds. When I tried to reset it, the breaker would not reset. Had to wait and disconnect control. Measured Amp and voltages. Amp draw never exceeded 16.3, on a 30 Amp breaker. Voltages and polarity are good, voltage at 122. After resetting the breaker again I was able to get unit to fully preheat in a bake and broil, and breaker stopped tripping. Filled out voltage sheet and advised customer on contacting builder if issue repeats, since all is working properly at this time. Could not get breaker to fail again. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the noise theyre hearing is the same loud humming noise as previous attempted repairs. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the compressor in test 5. In max speed, the unit began to make a loud humming noise that the customer described and recognized. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and removed the back panel to expose the compressor. When I moved the compressor or any of the tubing near the compressor, the humming noise got quieter. I adjusted the tubing and using some zipties, I tied the tubing to where it would hold in place and the humming noise got much quieter. I repositioned some mastic from previous repair as seen in the photo taken in SDQuickpic. Also sealed the drain tube at the back of the unit with manufacturer approved silicone. Placed the unit back in its spot and leveled the unit. Retested and the unit continues to be quiet and is operating as designed to the customers approval. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a washer to replace the previous diagnosed parts. I verified the gear case was leaking oil. I replaced the gear case. I also replace the shift actuator because it was saturated in oil. I replaced the cam for the same reason and the teeth were chewed up. The customer stated the suspension and hub were replaced by another company and I found them both in good condition. I calibrated the machine and ran the auto diagnostics cycle and high speed spin. The machine is working as designed. I lowered the leveling feet all the way then leveled the machine. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator making a loud motor grinding noise. The customer had a video of the RC fan making the noise. I explained that the noise was from it hitting ice. When I arrived the unit sounded normal. I ran the fan and it sounded normal. I found the RC average temp showing 37 degrees. The RC max temp was 70 and low temp was 32. I found some ice build up at the drip pan and some styrofoam causing the water to pool up and freeze not allowing it to go down the drain. I removed the styrofoam and the drain is clear. I ran turned the heater on and found it working as designed. I suspect the styrofoam was causing the water to stand in the pan and getting sucked back into the evaporator and fan causing premature ice and frost. The thermistors measured in range. I found no other issues. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.
