"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator leaking water. Upon further inspection, I found water inside the RC section on the shelves and at the back left corner above the filter. I tested the water dispenser and found water spraying from the water filter area. I removed the filter head housing and inspected the filter head and found the gasket had blown out the back of the head. Cleaned up the water and turned the water source off at the wall. Customer advised the unit is not cooling in the RC section. I found this freezer is cooling, but was unable to determine if the RC section was cooling or not due to having the doors open too long. When I closed the RC doors, I did not hear the RC fan come on. I pressed the reset button at the back of the unit on the main control and once the unit came on, I could hear the fans operating as designed. I advised the customer to allow the unit to cool for approximately 4-5 hours and to contact the office around 430pm to report the status of the unit. Customer advised that they can do without the water dispenser/ice at this time and were more concerned with the unit cooling. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the ice maker failure, the customer provided a new ice maker and ice bin. Using my steamer, I removed all ice inside the ice maker housing. Cleaned all water from the housing and sealed the gap between the housing and the liner with manufacturer approved silicone. Installed new clips to the coil and installed the new ice maker and bin. Tested unit and it is operating as designed.

I then used some thread lock on bolt to correct issue and also found rust around the motor. I search for parts and could not find a gearcase but has the same symptoms of a gearcase. "Arrived on site for washer MAKING A CLICKING NOISE AND IT SMELLS HOT, AGETATOR IS NOT WORKER. Upon arrival confirmed complaint. Found F7E6 in diagnostics. After further testing I found unit had recalled styled actuator that had popped out of alignment. Replaced actuator then reassembled, reset, and retested unit. Found no leaks, and unit now cycling through all setting as designed with no further failures. Call complete"

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly. The customer had the upper cover removed on arrival. I found the evaporator starting to frost up more than halfway down the first coil then the frost started disappearing. I found all sealed system components running. I found the foam air duct blocks missing on the sides of the fan shroud. I checked pressures and found my low side at 0 psi and my high side at 315 psi. I found that the sealed system had been repaired at one time and a dye drier was installed. I found dye on the back wall behind the evaporator and at the bottom under it. The compressor and evaporator would need to be replaced. The foam blocks need to be installed on the fan shroud for proper airflow and the defrost heater should be replaced when the evaporator is replaced. I d the customer for the defrost heater and foam block kit parts . SS are still covered. "Arrived to inspect gas odor and no heating. I found the unit would not ignite and tested the hot surface igniter. It tested at 380 ohms, a new igniter is in the 60-80 ohm range and I removed and replaced. The unit operated as designed after and heated and cycled as designed. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived to inspect draining issue. I found the drain pump would drain, but on,y very slowly and it was quite noisy. I removed and replaced the pump and tested. Normal operation returned and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service.

Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining and flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complaint and ran through diagnostics. Did replicate the failure. Customer advised that sometimes it will drain but sometimes it will not and is flashing the code. Went ahead and checked voltage to the drain pump and found proper voltage. Checked resistance on the drain pump and found it out of range. Replaced the drain pump and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. I had the customer run a load after I left to ensure that the unit was working properly. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with a no ice condition. I found the FC only at 16 degrees. I tested thermistors and found the FC thermistor registering 16 degrees but the evaporator thermistor was at 32 degrees. Upon further diagnosis I found that the FC had just finished a defrost cycle before I arrived. I found the freezer temp had dropped to 5 degrees and was still cooling. I tested the icemaker and found it going thru a harvest and not filling. I found no voltage leaving the icemaker to energize the fill valve. Icemaker needs to be replaced. "Arrived to inspect temperature issues. I measured the RC and it was at 57. The FC was 11. I found the RC evaporator intake was full of frost and I advised the CX that the unit will require a 48 hour defrost to ensure all of the frost and likely ice has be defrosted fro the RC evaporator. Further, the right RC door gasket was torn at the top, at the mullion flap area and will require replacement. The drain tube at the lower unit area was badly gapped and I corrected and sealed with mfg sealant. I set the unit to Basic defrost, from the standard setting of Adaptive, due to the low use by the CX ; ordrng 1 W10688387 (RH DOOR GASKET)"

Arrived on site to diagnose an ice machine that is not producing ice. Found external drain pump failed and replaced it. Tested unit and found all is functioning properly at this time. No leaks were found at time of service.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=7 degrees. I found the ice maker had stopped mid-cycle again. I tested the valves, switches, and fill tube heater at the main control and found the control is bad. All,switches, fill tube heater and valves ohmed out good. Ohmed the bucket switch and it is good. I removed and replaced the main control and ice maker and tested and ice maker is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. Inspected unit and found error code stored F8E1 Called techline and spoke Lion sr#7734006316 and explained that water pressure has to be constant so unit can operate correctly. CX is on a well water supply and will not have constant pressure and cause unit to stop mid cycle. I explained to CX and they understand about the situation. No leaks observed during service. Job completed."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator not cooling inspected unit and work area. Unit was in different room because CX house is being remodeled. Inspected unit and found UI displaying cooling off, and I helped the two button to turn cooling back on and exposed evaporator to check frost pattern and it was good. Unit is cooling as designed. No leaks observed during service. Job completed."

Arrived onsite for a dryer that is completely dead and not responding at all. I found no voltage at the outlet. I found the breaker had been flipped to the off position and was not tripped. Mr stated he does not know how that happened and the dryer stopped working a 9:00pm one night. I advised the customer to put a lock on the breaker panel. I turned the breaker on and tested the dryer in different cycle selections. I found the dryer working as deigned.

Arrived onsite for a washer displaying an F30 long fill error code. I found 3 of the cold water valves hardly dispensing any water. The log valve needs to be replaced. I replaced the log valve and ran diagnostics. The unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for an ice machine to replace previous diagnosed parts. I replaced the water pan and ran a clean cycle for the customer to make sure the clean light would turn off. The clean light turned off and the unit is working as designed. There were no water leaks present at the time of service.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit not filling with water. Test unit and found float stuck in the up position making unit thing it was full of water. Secured float test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer with what seemed like a leak that was doing from the bottom of the unit. Upon inspection I found the that drainage pipe out off the home was backing up when ever the unit would drain. I check the drain hose for proper inspection and found that it was installed properly. I then advised cx to have the piping in the home and clear the restriction fixed

Arrived onsite for dishwasher that was not installed properly. Upon arrival removal the DW and reinstalled it with brakes and screws that was sent with me. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine not draining. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and it had stored error codes F9E1 for long drain, F8E6 for water hazard, and F0E4 for water temp error. I then activated each load and found the drain pump lightly humming, but not draining. I gained access to the pump and checked voltage going to it. I found a good 120VAC. I then ohmd out the pump and it read 21.4 which is out of range. This indicates a bad pump.* Upon further inspection I found a hair pin inside the old drain pump. I verified the drain hose was installed correctly and found no leaks at the time of service. I collected the balance in full on CC. Call complete."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. I installed the parts and tested the unit. I found it still failing. I called techline and spoke to Andrew and kept the same SF#. Andrew told me to advise the customer that WP will reach out to the customer. Call complete.

Arrived onsite and used terminal block to repair electrical connectivity issue at power block with burnet block and shorted wiring. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived onsite repaired washer by correcting poor connections at the power block. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good. The L2 was intermittently connecting and allowing proper function.

Arrived onsite for hinge for plate at top of left hand door has become detached at last contact point will not reseat. Upon arrival found that the mullion was not secured to the door.secured the mullion to the door and mullion operates correctly. Job complete

"Arrived onsite for continued issues of thermal fuse blowing. Contacted SW for assistance. After series of test , found the tstat was only opening intermittently. Replaced tstat and heater is now cycling normally and everything else test good. Job complete"
