"Arrived on site to inspect range tripping the breaker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that they plugged the unit into a different GFCI outlet with GFCI breaker and the unit continued to trip the breaker. I inspected the ignitor and it was good. I inspected the harness to the ignitor and gas valve and they are good. I tested the cooktop burners and all are operating as designed. I plugged the unit into a non GFCI outlet with AFCI breaker and tested the unit. Customer advised that the unit would trip once the oven reached preheat temps approximately 15 mins afterwards. I tested on Bake at 350 degrees and once the unit reached preheat temps at 12:22, I monitored the temps and fluctuation and approximately 32 mins after preheat, the unit continued to operate as designed. I recommended that the customer replace the GFCI breaker due to it getting weak. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they found plastic pieces inside the basket basket has been moving all over the place. I moved the basket and found the basket shaft welds have broken. I removed the agitator and found the welds were in fact broken and the basket is not secured. I attempted to remove the spanner nut but it would not come off. I tilted the unit back and found all components underneath are good. I advised the customer of my findings. Unable to fully test the unit, I am ordering the outer tub, basket, drive hub, spanner nut, tub ring, suspension rods and will return with all prescreened parts. Also ordering a CNOTE-2 HOUR JOB. Unit left unplugged with water source turned off. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit display on with no time showing. Customer advised that the unit is creating a lot of oil/grease at the top and on the cabinets. I tested the unit and it is heating properly. I removed the center cover and found the damper not sealed properly allowing airflow to the front of the unit. Using foil tape, I sealed off the damper and re-installed the cover and retested. Unit is operating as designed. I explained to the customer that using foods that create a lot of grease will collect on the top of the unit and cabinets above unless they keep the unit vent screens clean and made recommendations for use and care. Job completed."

"Arrived to inspect no spraying. I entered service test mode and found 4-3 stored. I entered the automatic test mode portion of the cycle and the unit filled, circulated and I interrupted it to close the detergent door. Upon main door closure, the circulation did not start up, but the detergent door opened. I found the motor tested ok, but there was a constant 111 VAC anytime the pilot relay was activated and when the unit should have ran the circulation pump, the voltage jumped to 118VAC. Secondary testing revealed the pump drew 1.14 amps initially and then at any pause after, when re-energized, the amperage would momentarily jump to .5+ and then decline, indicating the inability of the control to supply the correct power. Further testing showed the voltage to drop out completely and the motor showed 7.6 ohms, within mfg specs. No leaks observed during service. Please contact the CX if there are any cancellations and we can get back earlier.; ordrng 1 W10906425 (Control)"

"Arrived to inspect over-cooling. I measured the internal tempaerturn and found it near the expected temp, but the unit had been opened by the CX several times prior to my arrival. I accessed the temperature sensor and compared its readings to K-type thermistor, placed under the sensor and found the resistance at the control reading 22.35Kohm (45.5F) at 53F (18.35Kohm) with the expected temp and resistance within parenthesis. The unit should actually be too warm with the error. I verified all wiring and airflow and discussed the issue with the CX. They elected to hold off on the thermistor and will set the temperature up to get it to the proper internal temp to stop freezing. The unit does not have an offset and cannot be adjusted. I leveled and squared the chassis. No leaks observed during service.

Found 7.34 DC volts going to the inverter but the compressor never attempting to turn on. Also confirmed 120 V going to the inverter as well. I replaced the inverter and tested the unit. The compressor began to pick on and pool as designed. Let the unit run for 10 minutes and verified heat through the condenser line coming back to the compressor. Called techline and spoke with Joel SR#7733833981 and I explained the situation and informed me to remove the water pressure regulator and test unit, unit has better water pressure without the regulator and the original hose that was installed. Techline instructed me unit cant have a regulator if house has a water filtration system witch CX does have one. Techline instructed me to dispense water out of the unit and if it dispenses anywhere from 5.5oz to 9oz in 7.5 seconds unit is operating properly. I made CX aware of the situation. Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is freezing items in the refrigerator section. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint but found the refrigerator completely packed full of food and items pushed against the back wall causing an air flow restriction. He advised that things are freezing on the second shelf where multiple items were pushed against the back wall. I explain to the customer that airflow can cause this issue. Went over user care guide with the customer. Went ahead and checked the damper and found it opening and closing as designed. Remove the back cover for the control and check resistance through the thermistors. Found the refrigerator thermistor reading 5.27 k ohms (51?F) and the freezer thermistor showing 16.45 k ohms (11?F). Checked my temperature in my refrigerator and found it sitting at 52?F check the freezer and confirmed the 11?F. Advise the customer that the unit is working as designed and the airflow issue is the only thing that can be causing this at this point. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for a range with the bake burner not lighting correctly to replace previous diagnosed parts. The customer stated the can hear the unit sparking and the gas coming out every time it will not lite. I tested the unit and found the bake ignitor a little warped so I replaced it. I found it sparking multiple times to light the burned so I adjusted the air shutter and was able to get it to lite on the first spark. I ran the unit up to 500 degrees and let the burner relight and it ignited the burner on the first spark. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Ran auto test and motor receives voltage but would not energize. Need to replace sump and motor. Replaced sump and motor and test unit on auto test. Unit now washes as designed. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice dispenser not dispensing ice. Upon further inspection, I tested the dispenser and could hear the motor turning but there was no ice dispensing. I removed the ice bin and inspected the shaft and found that the shaft had slide down and the head was stripped. Without ice the shaft would turn the bin, but with a full bin, the shaft would not turn the augerI installed the new shaft and tested with a full bin of ice and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site for washer, inspected unit and work area. I set unit in diagnostics and found error code stored UB. I then set unit in a diagnostics cycle and found it draining super slow and found it to be slightly leaking from the door seal. I then removed drain pump filter screen and found it to be clogged with pet hair. I removed all pet hair and cleaned below and door glass and set it back in a diagram cycle tested unit and completed all test with no problems. Unit was unleveled and I set legs to the proper hight and unit is now operating as designed. I advised CX to try to keep drain pump screen clean and also below and glass to avoid any leaks. No leaks observed during service. Job completed.
