"Arrived on site to inspect range oven getting too hot. Upon further inspection, the customer advised the cooktop burners are too hot and the control panel gets very hot while in use. I advised the customer that the oven vent is directly under the control panel and with that there is nothing I can do to prevent the panel from getting hot. I found the customer had both oven racks completely covered with foil and made recommendations on foil use. I tested the cooktop burners and found the low setting on all of the burners was too high. I adjusted the burner flames to the customers liking. No other repairs needed at this time as the unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. Arrived onsite to inspect dishwasher not starting a cycle. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error code 10-5 ( diverter motor leak) I attempted to run a diagnostic cycle however the unit would not run cycle and display this error code. I gained access to the underside of the machine and observed no leaks. I checked the condition of the wiring harness from the control to the diverter. Wiring all is checking good. I measured the voltage being sent to the motor and did not measure voltage. I replaced the control and the pump and motor due to off reading on the diverter motor. Arrived onsite for oven that is having issues with panel. I arrived onsite and immediately saw the wifi connection having a issue. There was a exclamation point on the wifi connection indicating there is trouble connecting. The oven has not received any updates since the issue occurred. I walked through the wifi team and got him connected. The wifi team member said he is going to issue a forced update. Customer will let us know if the issue persists. I tested the oven on pre heat and it got to 350. I could not replicate the issues shown however it leads me to believe there is a wifi issue present. Noparts installed. Call complete.

"WOS72EC0HS20 Arrived to inspect self-starting. Discussion with the customer revealed the issue would occur when the machine was connected to wifi. Entering service test mode, I found seven instances of F6E0. Prior to exiting the service mode, the machine entered some other type of service information page (customer facing in appearance) and then self-reset. I removed and replaced the UI and completed initial setup. The machine operated as designed and the customer will contact us if there are further issues after re-connecting to wifi."

"WFW5605MC1 Arrived to inspect failure to spin out completely. The customer advised that for about the last month, the machine would fail to completely spin the garments and they would find most loads still extremely wet, requiring the use of the drain and spin function. Testing the machine, I did see some difficulty in getting it into full speed spin and elected to replace the control. After control replacement, the issue became evident when the machine would reach full speed due to noise from the bearings. The verbal bearing noise was significantly louder than expected and during the testing, a squeal that varied in intensity and amplitude occurred. Office to order drum assembly. "KRFC704FPS06 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Prior to beginning with the part installation, the mid-chamber RC was 20 and the FC was 2. I further noted the compressor was running and at high speed. Before installation of parts and disturbing the machine within the installation, additional measurements were taken. I found the left (air discharge side) back wall of the cabinetry surrounding the machine at 107F, measured via thermography. The right wall was 77. The front left roller was 106 and surrounding parts of the machine chassis were within five degrees, or less. After removal of the lower front kickplate, I was able to accurately measure the compressor at 137 with a discharge temperature at a staggering 161. The condenser discharge side was extremely high, at 109. Immediately after pulling the machine forward, I found the back wall (gypsum) and surrounding wood cabinetry agreed with the prior readings from the front of the machine. Within five minutes of machine removal from the installation and allowing full airflow through the system, the high side discharge air port declined to 95 and the rest of the system stabilized to acceptable temperatures. Testing the thermistors via resistance at the control, I found the RC at 7.49 ohms and FC at 16.46. This agreed with the FC readings, but not the RC. Further inspection of the thermistor revealed via thermography that it was within less than one degree of the existence measured. I noted the back wall of the FC, viewed between the evaporator cover and water valve cover, at 48F, which is far too high for the interior of the RC and the cause of the over-cooling. I suspect this uniform, excessive back RC wall heat as the cause of the over-cooling, due to air mixing, as the thermistor resides within the front of the evaporator cover and was at the resistance measured temperature. I further suspect the extreme heat that was not able to be ejected via the circulation system was causing the back wall temperature due to heat soak. I installed the air dividers and ensured they were blocking airflow at the back of the machine. I installed the replacement door gasket and tested. No leaks observed during service."

Tested unit by dispensing approximately 1 gallon of water through dispenser and found no leaks at this time. Left unit in a normal operating state hooked up to water supply and powered on(took pics). "Arrived on site for unit not starting a cycle. Tested unit and monitored customer use. Found incorrect door closing procedure. Notified customer that on this model, a firm close from center is needed to actuate the door switches and began a cooking cycle. Customer did as instructed and unit is functioning as designed. All components are functioning and heating. Customer also made note that when cooking items with high moisture content, the touchpad will be temporary disabled. Notified customer to have a dry microfiber cloth on hand to wipe down screen in this event to resume normal functionality. Also recommended a steam cover to reduce this error. Arrived on site to inspect unit for leaking mid cycle. Upon closer inspection customer stated unit only leaked when using clean washer cycle and has received error SD before. Ran diagnostic cycle found no signs of leak. Filled unit with water to door and called for drain. Unit ran no issue. Filled water to door a second time to force drain even more water. Unable to replicate issue. Informed customer to stay away from pods due to the excessive suds error we were receiving and no signs of any other cause to the leak. No leaks present at this time. Maintenance was on site and can confirm tests and no signs of leak. Job complete. NO PARTS USED

"Arrived on site for continued issues of back panel in refrigerator being frozen over causing temperature loss. Upon arrival. Disassembled unit and removed remaining ice with steamer. During disassembly found many components behind evaporator cover broken and out of position, and some parts not repaired correctly from previous repair company. Will need complete rebuild of Refrigerator evaporator parts. Also found Leds are dim in refrigerator section. Crisper bins are broken and being held together with tape, ice maker not operating, freezer top drawer not sliding in and out correctly due to failure . Ice maker not operating, drawer bracket is broken and not allowing draws to slide in and out correctly. Front left wheel is broken and not allowing unit to be moved. Need to order all parts and return with all previously ordered parts. Arrived on site to test unit for leaking and drain pump constantly engaging. Found external drain hose has two pin holes causing leak and control is thinking tub is full and engaging drain pump.
