"WRX735SDHZ00 Arrived to inspect leak. The customer presented a video that showed water flowing at a high rate from the ice maker fill tube assembly and all over the top of the refrigerator. They had already shut the water off to prevent flooding. I found the ice maker valve assembly would trickle when off and inspection of the recently replaced fill tube showed that it had frozen and ruptured. Further, I found the RC doors ice chute gasket missing and requiring replacement. The ice bin was hopelessly stuck within the housing and starting to push the left RC door open, due to ice formation. I was able to remove the ice bin front cover to prevent further door pressure. Office to order the ice maker, ice solenoid, ice bin and chute seal. I replaced the faulty valve and fill tube. The customer will turn off cooling 24 hours, prior to our arrival and has been instructed on towel placement. No leaks of the water supply observed during service. "Arrived on site to inspect microwave drawer popping open while heating. Upon further inspection, I tested the unit drawer but opening and closing the drawer and it operated as designed. Placed a bowl of water into the drawer and closed it and tested for 3 minutes and the drawer popped open while heating. I contacted techline and spoke to Austin and advised of the complaint, the recent history and recent repairs made. Austin recommended replacing the control, harness, control panel and switches and provided SR#7738055581. I advised my customer of my conversation with techline and they advised they want the unit replaced due to the repairs already made on a new unit. I advised that since Ive gotten the manufacturer involved, I have to follow their recommendations before replacing the unit. Arrived on site to inspect dryer noise. I ran a verified the noise. I can hear the blower rubbing on something. I removed the back panel and found a metal wire in the blower housing. I removed the metal wire and tested. The unit now operates as designed. I found good heat and airflow while running.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator making noise. On inspection did not find any ice on the evap. Customer showed me video and it sound like the compressor starting up making the noise. Gain access to the back and I unplugged the unit open the freezer for 5 minutes an plugged the unit backi in. The compressor came on without any noise. The unit only has water valve and it was not making any noise. I was there and hour waiting for the unit to act up. Never heard the noise. Told the customer to write down what she was doing with the refrigerator to help pin point the noise.

On arrival verified complaint of upper oven broil not working. Customer states broil will shut off when door opens and then keeps shutting itself off. Verified proper temps in both ovens and ran broil cycle. Roil did exactly as described. Advised customer this is normal and showed in owners manual proper function of broil system. Operational test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for concerns with water level and balancing. Replaced wl switch to address possible water level calibration concerns. Ran test 12 and all checks good. No error codes. Advised customer on balancing design and small loads triggering off balance on occasion. Advised on drain and spin.

"WRS315SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect no cool. I found the unit not cooling and inspection revealed that both Yoder loop connections were oily, the inlet side much worse and with oil pooling below. I removed the failed factory connections and installed the compressor, service port and dye drier and vacuumed the system. After an additional 15 minutes of leak down monitoring and seeing no loss, I charged the unit and tested. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to replace ui, ice maker and control diagnosed on previous trip. Replaced ui, control, and ice maker in fridge compartment and added Permagum to water line entrance to prevent cold air from escaping. Also customer stated lower ice maker went out over the weekend, found piece of ice blocking feeler arm, removed ice, and ran lower ice maker through cycle pump and is now producing ice. "Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating again. I confirmed the customers complaint and found no heat coming from the dryer when set on time dry high heat cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Checked voltage going to the unit and found proper voltage and polarity. Remove the back and found the thermal cut off open again. Checked the heater and found continuity between the terminals, but no continuity between any of the terminals and the heater housing indicating a good heater. Checked the outlet thermistor, and found it was still good. Check text sheet and found the only two things that could be causing this issue with the thermal cut off getting open again is either the control or venting inside the home. The home is a two-story house and the customer does not know where the venting goes through. I did find the customer has a longer than normal vent hose, which causes a possible issue with long venting due to the dryer, having to push the air flow through multiple different directions. I did advise the customer to either shorten the vent hose or get a periscope style vent to lessen the airflow restrictions. Tested the unit and the unit is heating. An operating as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher that will not start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Around unit through diagnostics and found an F7 E2 (variable speed wash motor failure) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and confirmed the wash motor would not run. I checked underneath and found all connections were secured properly. Replaced the washer motor assembly and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a DW that is not drying the dishes properly. Upon arrival I ran the unit in diagnostic and found no codes stored the control sending power to the heater and thought tested the heater ohm testing the heater, found that it was good. Upon further inspection I found that the rinse aid was set too high which can cause drying issues, due to the rinse aid leaving behind to much suds at the end off the cycle and the unit has a hard time sensing the temp in the unit and will shut the heater off too early. I adjusted the rinse aid sound to level 1 as that is the point at which the unit seems to perform the best."

Adrian suspects the FC door is most likely leaking water causing the ball of ice on the evaporator as well as causing damage to the housing. I am ordering the FC door, and housing to resolve. Arrived onsite for gas leak. On inspection I never could find the leak. I took the back of the dryer off and sniffed all up inside the dryer off and then I turn it on for 10 minutes and sniffed again. The customer got his gas sniffer and was looking to. We both never found a leak. Customer is going to call if the smell comes back.

On arrival verified complaint of not cooking hot enough. Ran bake cycle at 350 and found the following temps. 335 315 340 319 avg is 327 calibrated up 30 degrees and advised customer of calibration. Operational test good job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect top load washer noise. I found the cam not fully engaging causing the gears to strip making a loud sound. I removed and replaced the belt, cam, and actuator and tested. The unit now operates as designed. No leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for washer showing f0e7 in diagnostics. Upon arrival confirmed issue and replaced control. Found unit working as designed with no leaks but found the agitator plate and barrel broken. Ordering W11614636 barrel, W11510461 washplate, W10752187 screw and rescheduled customer for 12/27/23 to complete repairs; ordrng 1 W11614636 (Barrel) and 1 W11510461 (Washplate) and 1 W10752187 (Screw)"

"Arrived on site for incorrect temperatures. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. Preheated oven to 350. Unit ignited and began heating correctly. Used thermocouple to begin testing heat cycles. Averaged 3 cycles and get 353.5. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit for loose door handle. Took door apart and played on counter top. Went to service van to get blue locktite. Came back in and glass just randomly shattered. Suspect loose screws ate into glass causing weak points. Needing outer door assembly 5304498430. ; O-emld tckt

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is unresponsive. Inspected unit and work area. The customer show me a few videos of what was happening where she was trying to make selections on her washer and the unit would not respond to her touch. Tested the unit several times and could not get the unit to do the same thing. I ran the unit for diagnostics and attempted to run cycles. Found issues with the advance button several times, indicating one of the touchpads may have been intermittently feeling. Went ahead and replaced the console and tested unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. Complete."

Arrived onsite and delivered magnetic stop. All checks good.

Arrived on site to inspect OTR microwave. The customer informed me the unit trips the GFCI when in use. They have swapped it out with a smaller wattage unit and its working properly now. I tested the unit on a different GFCI circuit at the office and found it running and heating properly. I instructed the customer the issue is with the electrical system. The customer wants a smaller wattage unit instead. Instructed them to contact the manufacturer. The unit is operating as designed at this time.
