"Arrived on site to inspect washer leaking water. Upon further inspection, I removed the top panel and found where the bottom counter weight had come detached from the tub. I removed the front panel and found the mounts were stripped and could not hold the counter weight in place. Also found where the bellow was torn at the bottom the below and on the right side. I advised the customer that in order to get the counter weight to stay on, the tub assembly would need to be replaced. At that time, the customer advised they would purchase a new unit. Reassembled the unit and left it unplugged for safety. Job completed."

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice properly/cooling correctly. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found temps in fc and rc (actual) 30/55. After further testing found little to know frost on either evap coils as well as all fans running in unit. Found amperage to compressor jump from 2-6 full amps and climbing in under 4seconds. Found unit had saturated liner insulation around drain lines as well as heavy rust from evap coils down to drain and liner. Previous unknown company had made repairs prior to our diagnostics and had installed incorrect access port leading to restriction/leak in liner of system.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Due to the RC evap thermistor being out of range, I removed and replaced the thermistor and foil taped and ziptied it the evap. During the process of gaining access to the thermistor, I found the fan scroll damaged from the ice build up and required the customer to replace. Customer agreed to the repair. I removed and replaced the fan scroll and monitored the unit. The evaporator has a good frost pattern and is beginning to cool. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Recommended allowing the unit to cool for 24-48 hours before placing items back inside."

Arrived onsite to replace previous diagnosted parts. and found unit running a warm compressor .6amps. Tapped into system and found pressure was a little low like there had been a leak. No oil on any hi side components. Replaced the compressor and drier and installed an access valve. Pulled a steady vacuum for 15 minutes. Charged unit with 5.5oz of r134a and held properly at 0 and 125psi on the gauges. No indication of early failure. All is operating properly. Advised customer that due to the possibility of a low side slow leak the unit should be monitored for slow cooling loss in which case we will us the UV dye to identify a leak. All checks good. Advised customer on repair.

Upon arrival the customer stated the temps have been slightly warm and they found most of their dairy product spoiling quick. I found the unit set to 36?F in the fridge and 0?F in the freezer. I checked temps and found the RC at 44?F and the FC at 6?F. I tested the unit and found all airflow components working as designed, and all gaskets sealing properly. I gained access to the control and ohmd out all thermistors. The FC read 22.4K and the RC read 7.2K. These are good at the time of reading. Per the SP W11512008 if these check good you need to replace the control. I replaced the control and the unit is as designed. Call complete."
