"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the compressor, dryer, access, valve, and free cooler and charged the unit up with 250 psi of nitrogen. I found pressure is leaking after five minutes and gained access to the evaporator. I found the leak coming from the evaporator. I replaced the evaporator and charged the unit up with 250 psi of nitrogen again and found no leaks detected for 20 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to -31 psi and found pressures hold again. I charged the unit up with 5.5 ounces of R134a refrigerant and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator producing next to no ice. Found ice bucket empty. I jumped the icemaker to test and harvest, and I found the stripper arm would rotate a little bit and stop, move a little more and stop, basically unable to eject the cubes from the tray, likely due to a failed mold heater or weak motor. Replaced icemaker to resolve. Tested unit and confirmed a fill and no issues harvesting on replacement. Repair completed. Parts used - WPW10300024."

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling in RC and had some ice. Found RC evaporator cover was completely frozen over and moving no air. Found unit falls under service pointer W11512766 for RC cooling issues. This says to replace UI with new version which has updated fan run times. I replaced the UI, control, and Fan Scroll to remove all possible causes. Advised on defrost procedure to resolve the remaining ice buildup. Unit is now unplugged and defrosting. Call completed. Upon further inspection, I checked voltage from the wall and found that the switch to the outlet which the dishwasher was plugged in to was switched off. Arrived onsite for oven not igniting. Upon arrival I found there to be no gas coming through the oven. I checked the board on the back MODULE A W. I found the harness to check good but the board not sending gas to the oven. I replaced the MODULE A W. The unit now ignites and has gas coming through. Unit is now operating as designed. Arrived onsite for broil feature not working correctly. Upon arrival I found the ignitor to be working and flame to be present. I tested the temp and found the unit to be cycling correctly to set temp of 500 degrees. Upon talking to customer he stated that he was going off of the manual which said to place food in after 5 minutes of setting pre heat. The reason as to why he was getting raw food is because the oven is not hot enough within 5 minutes of preheat to cook the food. Unit is operating as designed at time of service. No gas leaks present. Call complete. No parts installed.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher not washing dishes. I ran a diagnostics test and found F4E3 Wash motor failure present. I confirmed in a test cycle that the wash motor was not operating. Voltage to the wash motor checked good. The motor has failed and needs a pump and motor replaced. I replaced the pump and motor and unit is now washing as designed. Found hub again was loose but the inner basket hole the gearcase rests in was hollowed out more and causing inner basket to wobble heavily and rust on gearcase shaft gearcase. . "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, the tenant advised that the freezer section is the only one cooling. I inspected the FC evaporator cover and found approximately one inch of ice on the cover (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the defrost thermistor and found the thermistor is registering open when it should be closed. I tested the defrost heater and it is operating as designed. I advised the tenant they would need to defrost the unit by unplugging it at least 24 hours before we return to repair. Tenant advised she is only available on Saturdays so I advised the owner would need to contact the office to reschedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator ice maker not working. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=8 degrees & RC=39 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 56 and found E5 error. I tested the harvest in test 57 and it operated as designed. I tested the fill tube in test 45 and I could hear the valve energize, but no water went into the tray. I found ice on the front of the ice bin door and under the ice bin door gasket (photos). Also found the ice bin door gasket badly crimped (photo). also found the unit doors had been removed during installation and not properly re-installed. I adjusted the RC doors and leveled the unit. I am ordering the fill tube heater, ice bin door, dual valve and will return with all prescreened parts, along with CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST. Scheduled return service for 11/20/24. Further inspection revealed a significant amount of ice within the ice bin lower half and all around the ice chute area. I found the chute door would not consistently close and several times it stayed approximately 1/2 open. Office to order separator. No leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11678832 (Separator)

"Arrived on site to install new regulator to resolve low gas pressure/inconsistent flame. Replaced regulator and tested unit. Took some time before flame would finally ignite, and once it did flames were perfect. Adjusted igniter on bottom center burner and retested. Found in retest that unit was no longer dispensing gas afterwards. Removed gas line and found gas is running through line, but no longer moving through regulator. Tried to apply some pressure to plunger and got no improvement, tried again and plunger freed, and then stuck. Regulator was defective. Ordered new regulator and set return visit for 11/20. Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. I replaced the harness and the unit will fill but when in agitate I noticed the agitator to spin in one direction and stop. I also noticed the cold valve to be trickling water into the basket. Water pressure at the line is good indicating a valve failure. I found error codes present. F7E5 F8E. These indicate shifter failure and long fill. I replaced the actuator and the unit goes through cycles with no issue now. Valve will need to be replaced for cold water to fill properly. Tapped process stub ant low side and ran nitrogen. Found that refrigerant was coming out of cap Tube in small bursts (sputtering), signs of blockage. Ran nitrogen at 150 psi to purge system. Replace compressor dryer and access valve. Ran extended vacuum. Charged per spec. Tested and unit is functioning properly. Customer will monitor. Job complete ."
