I also found that the door hinges were making a loud squeaking noise when you opened the door due to rusty pivot points I am ordering the hinges, heater and returning with the door panel to replace. Arrived onsite for an icemaker that stopped making ice again. On arrival the customer stated it had started working again. I tested the harvest and fill finding it working as designed. I found frost and ice built up on the end of the bale arm and container cover which looked like it had stuck the arm preventing it from moving making it think the bucket is full. I found frost build up on the bottom of the ice bucket. I tested the ice door and found it leaking air. The ice door and chute need to be replaced. Ordering W11423781 ice door and WPW10293212 chute. I found that the model number and serial numbers were not updated correctly and fixed the model and serial numbers on the call. Check voltage to the control and found proper voltage. Check voltage to the user interface and found proper voltage. I checked the parts that were sent with me to confirm that they were the correct part, but found that they were ordered off of a different generation of this model. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that they have had two loads not finished the cycle. The customer advised that she ran a load of clothes that didnt finish the cycle and then was able to wash two loads later on that day that finished out fine. She said that when they went to we use the washer the next day on a load of towels that the unit did not complete out the cycle again. Found the unit did not have power with the outlet that the unit was plugged in on. The customer had to use an extension cord to use another outlet. Went through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found no water filling inside of the unit when it went to fill. The customer advised that they havent re-hooked the waterlines back up and that her husband was going to buy a new set of water hoses. I tested the unit in manual diagnostics, checking the drain pump, agitation, and spin portions of the cycle. Found everything working and operating as designed. I checked the suspension on the unit and found the suspension was good. Advised the customer that based on all my checks and inability to test the water valves, the most likely issue would either be with off-balance loads or incoming water temperature during the rinse cycle. I told her that regardless of the wash temperature, the unit always rinses on cold water. I told her that during the summer months, if the water lines around her home are dug very shallow into the ground, it can create a situation where the incoming water is warmer than it should be and the inlet thermistor is not satisfied with the incoming water temperature and will end up prematurely shutting down. The customer did advise that her cold water is somewhat warm and not cold. Advised a customer that the unit is working as designed and gave her some tips on loading. Call complete."

"KUIX335HPS01 Arrived to inspect no ice. I found the reservoir at a very low level and a thin slab had been produced. Water flow into the unit was just a trickle and when the filter was removed, the flow went back to a normal rate. I advised the customer their water supply should be checked as the filter was only a few weeks old. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site to inspect range knobs. Upon further inspection, I found the front right burner knob was broken. I found the plastic stem was broken and the metal sleeve inside was missing. I replaced the knob and tested the unit and found the middle burner not functioning. I removed the burner head/cap assembly and removed the cap from the burner head and found grease build up underneath the cap. I cleaned the cap and burner head and reassembled the assembly and retested and unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed."

I advised that the control panel would need to be replaced and then they would need to contact the Whirlpool WiFi Connect Team to get assistance in connecting to WiFi. When I went to replace the panel, I found I had the incorrect part due to having the incorrect model number on the ticket and the wrong part was ordered. Arrived on for dryer that had a pair of scissors stuck in the lint trap. Upon arrival I gained access to the trap housing and removed the scissors and put the housing back and tested the unit and found unit operating as designed.

"KRFF507HPS04 Arrived to inspect ice production issues. I found the unit had only produced about 20% of the bin since our last service and the existing ice was well frozen, but there were some pieces that were too small. I found the ice maker fill tube plugged with ice and the fill tube heater was in place, but not stuck to the plastic housing, allowing the fill tube to freeze. I corrected the heater placement after verifying the correct expected resistance of the circuit and also verified line VAC to it in test mode. The unit filled as designed. The cabinet required slight adjustment and the right RC door had a lean to the left that was corrected as well. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived on site for dryer making thumping/scraping noise after a few mins of use . Found small scrape on back of blower wheel. Replaced blower wheel and motor . Reran unit . Noise is gone and unit heating normally . No lint build up at time of service. Job complete

"Arrived on site to test unit for not completing cycles and leaking. Found errors f5e2(lock failure) f5e4(door not open error) and f0e1(load detected when in clean cycle). Found lock not working properly. Also found below is torn and clamp is rusted. Recommend replacing door lock, control, bellow and clamp. Arrived on site to test unit for not drying properly. Found no stored error codes. Ran diagnostics with no issues and found element engaging properly. Found excessive suds on bottom of sump. Advised customer to switch to liquid soap to prevent build caused by soft water. Also found RO system is Yd into dishwasher drain. Advised to have RO company relocate directly to drain. No leaks detected. Unit is working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site for missing bracket in mw . Replaced ceramic holder . No other issues found . Job complete

Arrived onsite for unit not spinning clothes out and shaking. Upon arrival inspected unit. Found suspension failed causing unit to stop and display UL on screen. Replaced suspension. Tested unit and unit is functioning properly. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Found normal noise when draining. Job complete.

Arrived onsite for washer lid not locking. On inspection found that the bezel had broken and the latch had fallen into the unit. I rigged the latch to stay up so customer can wash clothes until we get back. Tested the unit in diagnostics mode and it completed the diagnostics cycle. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was making noise and a 'hot' smell when in use. I ran the unit and confirmed bottom end noise. Checked under the unit and found gearcase oil present, belt had evidence of slipping as well. I removed the gearcase belt and cam and replaced. Calibrated and adjusted level of unit. Tested and verified all working as designed. Repair completed."

Arrived onsite for unit not sealing well on exhaust. Sealed exhaust on microwave cabinet. Advised customer on findings and repair and design of microwave venthood. All checks good. Unit is now operating as designed.

Arrived onsite for previously diagnosed parts. Installed the damper and was going to install the thermistor that is in the damper housing but the wire of the one I have is to short. Ordering a new thermistor. WP2302937. No water leaks detected during service. Will call WP tech line to ask about whole ice cubes coming out partially crushed. I checked the auger and it is rotating opposite of crushed ice setting.; ordrng 1 WP2302937 (Extra long wire thermistor)
