Right hand rear and front burners can be lit with a candle lighter but spark is not reaching burner a cat. Attempted to disassemble cooktop to inspect electrodes and found all screws are seized. Screws would need to be drilled out and this would require replacing all of them, and orifice holders.

"Arrived onsite to inspect ice maker not making or dispensing ice. CX reports that the ice bin had a big block of ice in it. Tested ice bin and maker thermistors, fans, and temperatures. Unit passed all tests. I ran an ice maker diagnostics test and during the test the ice maker did not completely break all the ice out. This is causing the ice maker to over fill and make a block of ice down in the bin. I replaced the ice maker. I did find the ice maker door with a very small gap at the bottom and the separator door with a very small leak. CX decided to try the ice maker first and if it still has any issues we will need to replace the separator and the ice door. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer door latch not locking. Upon further inspection, I Tested the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes. When I closed the door, the latch operated as designed. Customer advised that the issue of it not locking is intermittent. I tested in a normal wash and the door locked. Retested and it failed. I removed and replaced the latch and retested in diagnostics and it operated as designed. I retested in a normal wash by starting and pausing the cycle several times and each time it locked and unlocked as designed. I found the front panel damaged on the right side near the latch (photo) and advised the customer of my findings. I advised that due to this damage, its possible that the latch is not catching when the door is slammed. I demonstrated to the customer on how to close the door properly to any further issues. Advised too that if the door not locking continues to be an issue, the front panel will need to be replaced. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

The customer also wanted me to check on the washability of the unit as they had mentioned the closedown seem to be coming out as clean as they expected. Ran the unit into diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran it through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Tested the unit in a clean washer cycle which they said they couldnt get to work and found the unit filling and starting to complete the clean cycle. I asked the customer to show me what they were having a problem with with the unit not starting and the customer wasnt pushing the button in all the way. Did inform the customer that this unit is seemingly working as designed as all of my testing tested every single component of the machine. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived onsite to inspect dryer making a lot of noise since last repair. I found that the vent hose was not attached. I opened up the unit and bypassed the door switch to test the unit with the front off. I found a buzzing sound coming between the bulkhead and the chassis. I added sound pads and tightened everything back up. I tested the dryer and it sound normal and is working as designed. I connected the vent hose. I advised the customer to get the house vents cleaned because of the build up I found in the chassis. I removed the lint. Call complete.

Tested the unit in a normal dry cycle and found the unit heating, tumbling, and ventilating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Remove the front panel and check the blower wheel for any cracks. Did not find any evidence of any damage done to the blower wheel. "Arrived on site to diagnose oven that is not heating items evenly while cooking. Issue has occurred in both ovens, and issue has been ongoing almost since purchase. Checked Temps and found them correct. Called tech line, SR 7734397504. Tech Line rep advised the only 2 things that we can address that can affect this are the level of the unit and if the vent is crushed. When I checked the level I found the left side 1/4 lower than the right, and found the vent on the lift side had some bends in it as well. I straightened the vent and advised the customer can attempt to shim the unit 1/4 on the left. If these solutions do not change the behavior of the unit there is no other repair we can attempt or make, unit working as designed or has uneven insulation causing imbalanced Temps. Call compete."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F9E1. Cleared the code and continued with testing. When the unit was in drain mode, the drain pump was loud and rattling and failed to pump the water out of the unit. I found a large amount of debris at the front bottom portion the bellow at the drain ports. Cleared the debris and pulled the unit out and inspected the drain pump filter. I found a few pieces of debris in the filter, but not enough to keep it from draining. I removed and replaced the drain pump/filter and retested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I R/Rd the compressor, dye drier and service port and then vacuumed the system to 380 microns. After allowing it to set for an additional 15 minutes, I charged with the MFG prescribed 68 grams. The unit cooled as designed and liquid leak testing revealed no issues at any of the existing or new joints. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

Arrived onsite for EXTERIOR BUTTONS ARE PEELING OFF AND NOT DRYING DISHES PROPERLY. Upon arrival found that console has failed and is separating from door. Need to replace console. Replaced console and test unit. There are no saved error codes. Unit operates as designed. Also just implemented the drying process and recommended some things to help with drying process. I then manually harvested the IM and found it got stuck shortly after trying to harvest. Upon further inspection I found the tray full of ice still. This indicates a bad IM. I installed a new IM and then test the unit. The unit is now working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for cooktop lights not working. I inspected the unit and work area.I tested the burners and found 5hem all working and cycling. I found the hot surface light working and the power on light working. I spoke to the customer and found out their concern is there isnt an individual light the comes on for each burner. I reviewed the wiring diagram and parts break down. I spoke to the customer about what features their model has, and that the only two indications you have a burner is on, are the power light, and the burner glowing as at it heats. I called techline kirt and spoke to sr# 7734396451. The unit is working as designed. Job complete"

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water. Upon further inspection, I tested the dispenser and the water dispensed properly, but the customer did not have a filter in place. I placed the filter back in the filter head and retested and it failed to dispense water. I removed and replaced the filter head and placed a new filter in the unit and it is operating as designed. I recommended that the customer purge the dispenser for at least 1-2 gallons and throw out the first two batches of ice made. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on refrigerator that has barely made any ice since icemaker was replaced. I checked Temps and found freezer at 1, and RC / Pantry at 42. I found some of the RC shelves were obstructed, blocking airflow. I also found the condenser coils were covered in dust and animal hair as well. The icemaker is cycling and filling fine, unit is just not producing ice due to higher than normal Temps in the RC. Advised customer that condenser coils should be cleaned regularly and to monitor RC temp. Once it drops, ice production should be normal. Call complete."
