"Arrived on site to inspect microwave/oven wall combo unit not working. Upon further inspection, I found the display blank and no keys responding. Checked the breaker and found it to be a GFCI breaker and it was tripped. Cycled power to the unit and checked error codes in diagnostics and found F6E4. I pulled the unit from the wall onto my dolly and tested all components at the back of the unit. All parts checked good. I cleared the code and tested the unit in Bake at 350 degrees and while testing voltage readings to the elements, the breaker tripped again. I removed and replaced the main control and cycled power to the unit. Retested and the breaker tripped again. I recommended that the customer have their builder replace the GFCI breaker and if they continue to have issues with the unit to call it in for service. Job completed."

I tested the ice maker and it failed to dispense water into the tray. I disconnected the water tubing at the front l father unit and retested the water dispenser and it continued to fail. I removed and replaced the valve and retested and found the water line inside the FC door was frozen. Using my steamer, I was able to get the line freed and retested the dispenser and it is operating as designed. Retested the ice maker and it is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I had the customer sign the waiver of damages when removing glass cooktop. Per service pointer W10556232A, I removed and replaced the module and the UI, and programmed the unit. Tested and unit is operating as designed. I found that there is no ventilation for the unit per installation instructions. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended following the installation instructions or just open the cabinet doors below while unit is in use to allow good ventilation and to prevent further issues/error codes. "Arrived onsite for a washer with the water only trickling in when turned on. Ms stated the water works on hot but not on cold. Ms also pointed out the water break was loose and hanging but also very dirty on the outside and wanted it replaced. I inspected the unit and found the water break clean on the inside but the outside has a lot or rust build up stuck to it because the rear panel was rusted out. I reassembled the washer. I went and started the dishwasher and found the connector at the recirculating pump pump loose so I tightened the connectors and the pump started working.

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher control panel not responding and unit making a growling noise. Upon further inspection, I found the unit had just finished a cycle and the start button was flashing. I pressed the cancel button and nothing happened. I removed the outer door panel and found the vent has been leaking water for a while now as there is old water streaks with detergent on the inside of the inner panel (photo). Removed the vent and found where old detergent had made a way for the water to leak over the gasket. The outer gasket on the vent was damaged as well. I disconnected the control panel and closed the door and nothing changed. I then ran an auto cycle and found the water did not fill very much and the motor never energized. I then put the unit into manual test mode and ran the valve. Per the tech sheet it should fill with several liters of water, but it was barely visible over the filter. I tested the motor and again it never energized.
