Arrived on site for cooktop not lighting middle burner properly. Upon arrival confirmed issue and found middle burner not fully lighting on first attempt. Arrived on site for washer making a grinding noise when sensing at the beginning of cycle. Upon arrival found no errors but customer provided video of sound. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven will long preheat times. Upon further inspection, I found the unit connected to wifi. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F6E4. Customer advised that they have not received any updates. Following the tech sheet, I removed and replaced the main ACU and tested the unit using my multimeter and placing my thermal couple in the center of the middle rack and tested on Bake at 350 degrees. My preheat temp was 389. My next five readings were 402, 327, 383, 323, 357 for an average temp of 358.2 degrees. Unit is operating as designed. Job completed"

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with F9E1. On inspection I could get the unit to error out. I did find that the drain pump motor was hot to the touch when running diagnostics cycle. Arrived onsite for a dryer that runs for 2 minutes and goes into cool down. The maintenance department told me this is what happened when they tested the dryer. I explained with it set on a sensor cycle and no clothes in it hitting the moisture strips this is what it will do. I tested the dryer and found it heating properly with good air flow and working as designed. The resident stated when it was on delicates it took forever to dry. I found the heat set to air only on the delicate cycle. I went over setting the controls and how it will default to what was run last in every cycle except the regular/normal cycle. I explained on this cycle it will default to eco and they needed to turn eco off if they didnt want it to take a long time to dry. The dryer works as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer not working. Upon further inspection, I attempted to test the unit and it failed. I removed the back cover and tested voltage at the block and found 243V. Tested the element, cutoffs, thermal fuse and found the fuse bad. Removed and replaced the fuse and retested and unit is operating as designed. Using my vent test kit, I tested airflow to t(e unit and found two out of three tests failed. The only test that passed was with the vent tube disconnected from the back of the unit. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they contact maintenance and have he vents checked/cleaned. No lint observed within the unit, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a washer that is making a thumping noise during spin. I found the washer not level and I centered the tub and basket in the chassis. I checked the rear panel and found it good. The customer stated the noise was coming from the rear. I isolated the drain hose to keep it from hitting the machine and the wall. Ran automatic test and when unit was braking after spin the shifter started to knock. Unit did spin and shift prior to that in early test no problem as well as shift between spin and agitate. Verified by hand the splutch and gearcase were not jammed up. Replaced shifter and cam. No belt debris and there was no gearcase oil anywhere either. Cap was functioning correctly. Documented with Chris at TL with new findings. Job complete operational test good. No leaks found during service.

I checked the fc and found the there was some frost/ice on the bottom right side of the door that is keeping it slightly open. I corrected this and found that the door sealed up properly. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven temps. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they placed the oven on Bake at 450 degrees and when they pressed start, the unit never went through preheat and showed the oven ready at 450 degrees. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked for error codes and found none. I pulled the unit out and gained access to the controls and the components at the back of the unit. I tested the upper and lower oven sensors and when I disconnected both, the cooling fans came on. I found the upper sensor reading 1.105 kohms and the lower reading 1.095 kohms both well within manufacture range. I tested the upper oven on Bake at 350 degrees and tested voltage to the elements and 243V to the Bake, Broil and Convection elements. I tested the lower oven on bake at 350 degrees and tested the bake and broil elements and got 243V to both. While testing, I could not get the unit to duplicate the customers complaint of it not heating properly and showing that preheat was complete. I advised the customer of my testing and duplicated the tests for the customer and advise the unit is operating as designed. I recommended that they continue to use the unit and monitor the heating and if possible get a video of the unit if/when it fails. No repairs made at this time, job completed."

"WRX988SIBM01 Arrived to complete repair. Using heat, I was able to correct the misalignment of the ice bin door, with the ice bin area in the left RC door. I found after the adjustment, the large gapping in the gasket area of the bin door was corrected. No leaks observed during service."

Identified cause as foam seal at air tower is not sealing correctly allowing cold air to go directly onto the reservoir. Sealed with foil tape and closed up unit. "WDF331PAMS0 Arrived to inspect noise when starting. The customer described it as a loud, low frequency rumble, when the unit was first started. All functions were present and thee were no error codes. I found the drain tube assembly had been mis-routed and was barely resting upon the motor. When the unit would initially engage and drain, the tube would contact the pump and cause the issue. I was able to correct the routing and secure the drain line, correcting the issue. There were signs of leaking and inspecting the vent, I found it required correction of the gasket and additional sealing, correcting the issue as observed with the outer panel off and a full service test mode. I discussed and advised about detergent type and amount and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

I pressed the cancel button to start the drain pump and I could hear the pump motor but there was no water being drained out of the unit. I checked the disposal for the knockout and found it had been removed. I found the drain hose at the disposal was badly kinked (photo) and the hose was ziptied at the top of the cabinets under the sink. I removed the ziptie and adjusted the drain hose to loosen the kink and retested the unit drain pump and it is draining as designed. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested and unit operated as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Did verify that the customers model and serial numbers matched the range for the service pointer indicating the basket had not been fully punched through to allow water out of the basket during the spin cycle. Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Upon arrival the display and lights are not turning on. Test polarity and is good. Test fuse and is good. Found burn marks on filter board. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling again properly in the RC. I ran test and found the RC thermistors open and the fan not running. I gained access to the evaporator and found the fan harness not plugged in and the evaporator thermistor not moved to the correct location. I plugged the harness in and mounted the thermistor correctly. I tested the thermistors and fan. All are working as designed. I explained to the customer that their UI looked in good condition but it controls the defrost cycle on this unit and there is a possibility there could be an issue with it if this doesnt correct the problem. Call complete.

Arrived onsite for damaged handle on dishwasher. Showed up at the address and the customer said that the dishwasher was replaced and she made a call and sent email stating that she did not need the appointment anymore.

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the right RC door gasket due to the upper right corner being torn. Using my heat gun, I heated and shaped the gasket before installing. Tested door functions and found it sealing as designed. Made recommendations for use and care. Arrived onsite for washer start button not working properly. On inspection the customer did not know that you had to push the start button twice to get the unit working. No water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed connection the pump causing f9 error. Corrected connection. Unit is now operating as designed. All checks good.
