"Arrived onsite for f1e1 error code and f9e0 error codes and repeat nuisance tripping during preheat, verified proper voltage and filled out electrical checklist. Unit tripped 3 times during preheat and could not be reset immediately the first trip. After 3 rd trip complete preheat. Followed procedures outlined in SP W11525530. Advised customer on findings and the possibility of needing to use a compatible breaker to resolve the nuisance tripping. No parts used."

Arrived onsite and found first time use of oven tripped the breaker. Reset the breaker as consumer was unaware of outside breaker panel. Advised customer on heat priming of unit and recommended heat priming to break in unit for use. Unit in good working order and Abel to preheat at time of service. No parts

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failed operating f8e4. No signs of leaking. Customer explained that it was intermittent and then after inspecting the drip tray it never was able to rest again. Found unit float switch mullion stuck half way seated plausibly having made partial contact throughout duration of use and eventually broken contact. Removed and fully reseated connection which immediately restored function and allowed the code to be cleared and normal operation resumed. Explained findings to Mr. Onsite. All checks good. No leaks

On arrival customer provided a video of failure and I was able to find the water from ice maker fill tub in upper left fc corner was leaking down around fan motor. They cycled power but were not aware the breaker for the unit is located outside. Took voltage, found no voltage at the terminal block. Inspected breaker, found it tripped. Reset breaker and tested unit by engaging a bake cycle at 350?, after 4-5 minutes breaker tripped. Inspected all wiring, found no pinched or broken wires, no evidence of a short. Contacted service thread, per service thread followed service pointer (W11490386). Replaced control (W11113848), bake element (W10779716) and broil element (W11321472). Removed ground strap from terminal block and started a cycle at 500? Ran a 500? cycle for 30 minutes, reconnected ground strap after time expired. Started a 500? bake cycle after reconnecting, breaker no longer trips. Contacted techline to document SR#7740465144. Advised customer to continue running the cycle for another 90 minutes to ensure a proper burn off. If issue returns recommend customer to replace the breaker, if issue still persists contact Whirlpool customer care for next steps. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."

Gave a rundown on how the unit works and the two step process required to start a cycle properly. Removed power cord from wall. Replaced Bake and broil elements and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. Removed ground strap. Reconnected power. Ran bake element and broil elements in then ran bake cycle at 500 with ground strap off for 30 mins. Verified amp draw was under 16amps max. "Arrived on site for a range that is tripping the breaker. I verified the complaint of the unit tripping breaker. I took photos of the model and serial tag, product exterior front, product surroundings, product area of potential concern full, mid, and close, and breaker outside. I verified that voltage and polarity are correct. I inspected unit and found no signs of arcs or damage. Visual inspection of the harness shows no signs of damage. The terminal block is wired correctly and is tight (no twists in power cord or twists in power cord removed). I followed service pointer W11490386 thoroughly. I removed power cord from wall and replaced the bake element, broil element, and main control. Checked continuity between element casings and terminals and found OL. The unit does not have a ground strap. I reassembled the unit and ran a bake cycle at 450?F with the ground wire detached for 30 minutes. I verified that the amp draw was under 17 amps max. I stopped the cycle, disconnected power, and reattached the ground wire. I reconnected power and set a bake cycle at 450?F. I advised the customer to run the cycle for 2 hours before turning it off. I called whirlpool Techline and spoke to Steve SR# 7740465335."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that does not work. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the washing machine just makes a buzzing noise and does not start any cycles. I found the unit stuck in the drain upon plugging the unit in and canceled it. I ran it through diagnostics and found the drain pump kicked back on and flash an F2 E1 (UI stuck key) error code. I ran into an auto test and found the unit draining as it was filling, indicating pressure switch issue. I check the pressure hose and did not find it kinked or clogged. I went ahead and replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11607637."

"Ive been on site for a washing machine. That is not finishing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit will not finish a cycle and that they can run a drain and spin on the unit but it will not complete every cycle. I ran the unit three diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I tested both valves and found the cold water valve, not drying in any water. I tested the hot water valve and found proper water pressure. I checked the water supply within the home and found adequate water pressure coming from the cold water valve. I went ahead and replaced the inlet valve on the washer and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W11038689."

"Arrived on site for a microwave that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. I check the breaker and found that the breaker had been tripped. The customer advised that when the unit lost power, he was changing his lightbulb, and that it popped and turned off all the lights. He explained that the light bulb had shattered, and that the casing was still inside of the housing assembly. I did confirm the customers complaint and unplugged the unit. I removed the base of the pre-existing lightbulb out of the housing and advised the customer that they would need a new control. I replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that when they change their lightbulb, they will need to unplug their unit prior to replacing the bulb. "WED5605MW0 Arrived to inspect operational issue. The dryer would start and run the motor noisily for only a few seconds, and then shut off. The issue was reminiscent of a dryer motor receiving 240VAC. Testing voltage supply lines revealed all were correct. I found when inspecting the motor that it had internally shorted within the stator, causing too much current draw and subsequent over-heating of the safety thermal device. I removed and replaced the motor and tested. All functions resumed and the machine heated and cycled as designed."

"WDF332PAMS0 Arrived to inspect leak. Discussion with the customer revealed that after approximately 10 minutes, the leak would show up at the left side of the machine, on the floor. Opening the door panel, I found the vent seal was rolled over. Due to a damaged part of the seal, I replaced the vent assembly and tested. I could not recreate the leak and the machine operated as designed."

WVW53UC6LS0 Arrived to inspect damage. I verified the pre were scratches that could be seen in the correct light and at the correct angle. I removed and replaced the chimney and verified no additional damage had occurred to the replacement.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer not draining sometimes. On arrival unit had an F9E1 error and a tub full of water. I drained with a transfer pump and did some testing. I found the drain pump would stop, but moving the unit around would get it moving again. I shook the harness and it kept running. Based on the fact movement restored function I replaced both the wiring harness and control. There is either a break / bad connection in the harness, or an issue with the pressure sensor on the control. Tested with control And harness replaced and had no further issues draining. Unit working as designed. No water leaks found. Parts used - W11568984, W11621180."

"Arrived on site to diagnose wall oven with possible warping / damage on door. On arrival examined the unit and found there is a noticable bow on the left side of the door, and as a result the left top corner sticks out further than the right. To properly repair unit will need a new outer door. I tested the oven and did not find heat escaping from the door, so it is usable and damage is cosmetic only. Dispatch came in over 30 days from delivery, which renders the repair out of warranty / cosmetic. Customer was advised the only way we can repair within warranty is if they are able to get an OOW approval from KitchenAid to replace the door. Customer will follow up with Whirlpool customer service further. No repair made since failure is cosmetic in nature. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that did not complete a cycle. Customer clarified they ran a cycle, got to roughly the spin segment and they heard a noise / unit drained and stopped. I checked for error codes and found only an overload code. I checked the bottom end of the unit and found where it looks like something had gotten stuck / wedged between the cage and cam pulley and rubbed into the fins of the pulley. I also saw some black marks from the belt, also indicating overload. I ran the unit through diagnostics and had no issues. Ran a regular cycle and also found no issues present. Whatever may have been stuck on the bottom end freed itself up and is no longer an issue. Customer advised to reduce load sizes to prevent overload stoppages. Unit working as designed. Call completed."

Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher not running wash cycles. Found undissolved pods at the bottom. Tested unit and found no wash action from the motor. Replaced sump and motor assembly to resolve. Arrived on site to inpsect dishwasher not starting cycle. Upon further inspection I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed error 4-3. I verified that the motor was receiving voltage but has become seized. I replaced the pump and motor assembly. I also found that the valve was hanging down and the clip that holds the connector to the valve was not holding. I replaced the valve. I retested the unit snd is now operating as designed. I left the faulty parts with the customer. No water leaks observed during service. Vacant unit nobody to sign. W11613479 W11684258
