"Arrived on site to inspect washer not spinning out clothing. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed. I checked the settings the customer has been using and what the unit has been doing and the customer described how the unit will show 1 minute on the timer and the drum is rocking back and forth. I advised the customer that the unit was attempting to go into spin cycle, but due to the load being off balance, it was unable to get the load balanced and spin. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the front right burner was making a clicking noise and the middle burner flame is not complete. I tested the unit and found the oven is operating as designed. I tested the cooktop burners and found the burners operating as designed. I disassembled the middle burner to find some grease under the burner cap and in the gas routing ports on the burner head. I cleaned the cap and head and reassembled and tested and it continues to operate as designed. I advised the customer of the debris under the cap and demonstrated how to disassemble, clean and reassemble. I retested the front right burner and on the low flame setting, I could hear a clicking noise which was not the ignitor. I found the orifice holder dirty as well. Once I turned the burner off, I could still hear the clicking noise. I removed the burner head/cap and found the noise is coming from the cap. I found the cap is comprised of two parts compressed together and the noise is the movement of the two parts when heated. I advised the customer that the noise theyre hearing is normal due to the manufacturing of the cap and demonstrated what is happening. The unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks detected during service, job completed. No parts installed."

Upon arrival, I found the tenant had moved the refrigerator to the garage and it was unplugged and had been defrosted (photos) and there was water in the bottom of the FC section (photo). I cleared the water form the fc section and due to the defrost thermistor failing, I gained access to the thermistor and removed and replaced the thermistor and tested the unit in diagnostics. I found the thermistor is registering and showing good ohms values. Also tested the defrost heater and it is getting voltage and is heating up as shown in the photo in SDQuickpic. The customer advised that the unit does not have a broken agitator, but that the tub seems to be broken because it seems to be bouncing all over the place. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was good. I ran the unit through a diagnostic check and found all components working an operating as designed. I ask the customer what she meant and she advised that she is used to having a washer where the tub does not move. I did explain to the customer that this is a suspension based model and that the tub is hanging freely between the sides of the machine. I did advise if this is normal operation, and that if she is having off-balance loads, it would be uneven weight within the basket. "Arrived on site to follow up on noisy washer not finishing cycles. I removed the entire tub and basket assembly, also removed wiring harness. Due to assemblies being almost fused together, entire assembly has to be replaced. I installed a new tub, gearcase, wiring harness, agitator, basket. I had to forcefully remove the spanner nut and block and transfer over, a long with the tub filter / cover. I assembled the unit and calibrated. Ran a cycle and found agitator clicking. Removed agitator and found some burrs on the tub that I sanded down. Unit now working as designed. Verified cycles starting properly. Parts used - W10584118, W10471566, W11025584,W10908289,E11454741. "Arrived on site to inpsect dryer not heating. Upon further inspection, I found that the heating element was measuring open. I checked and verified that all other components are working properly. I replaced the heating element and tested the unit. The unit is now operating as designed. 279838"

"Arrived on site to inspect microwave making a noise. Upon further inspection, the customer demonstrated the noise by starting the microwave and I was able to identify the noise right away as being the flap for the vent assembly opening as the fan engaged. I was also able to replicate the noise for the customer by engaging the fan by itself. I explained to the customer that this sound is perfectly normal and the microwave is operating as designed. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher displaying error code F8E4 and continually draining. Upon further inspection i cleared the code and I gained access to to the float switch and found it was triggered by a small amount of water in the pan. I dried and set the switch and ran a test on the dishwasher and observed no issues and no leaks. The overflow appears to be a result of over suds since everything operating mechanically without issue. I form a good amount of suds in the tub. Arrived on site to inpsect washer dripping from door occasionally and dispenser not dispensing softener properly. Upon further inspection I found that the cause of the seeping water at the door is simply cause by a dirty surface between door and door seal. I advised the customer to wipe clean after ever use. I found that also the dispenser was not draining properly. I attempted to clean the dispenser however problem may persist. I am ordering the dispenser assembly. W11524105. Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling in both sections. Upon further inspection I measured temperatures and measured RC 69 and FC69. The compressor is running however no frost pattern observed. The refrigerator has a sealed system issue. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not cleaning and not heating or drying. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit into diagnostics and observed errors 4-3 (motor not running) and 7-1 (no heat) upon further inspection, I began component testing and found that the motor was running and the the heater is engaging however the motor is becoming seized. Arrived onsite for washer not draining and moving during cycle. I found the drain pump ot be good reading at 20.1 ohms and drained when called. Suspension on the washer seemed blown. When a load of clothes are inside it could cause the washer to go off balance and end the cycle causing the water to not be drained. I replaced the suspensi9n and calibrated unit. I ran a test cycle and high speed spin. Unit now operates and spins as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Installed W11130356 SUSPENSION.

"Arrived onsite for washer knocking/thumping. Upon arrival I confirmed a knocking noise was present. I inspected the underside of the unit. Gearcase checked out good however, the slider appeared worn and pushed out of place. I installed a new slider and tested the unit. Unit now operates as designed and no noise is present. Arrived onsite for dishwasher not advancing cycles. I ran a diagnostics test and it completed the test with no issue and no errors popped up. I ran a normal cycle to ensure it would start and go through cycles. Unit ran through cycles with no issue. There is no issue with the dishwasher at time of service. When i was here for the range i found the filter clogged up and cleared it. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. No parts installed. No customer present to get signature.

Arrived onsite for range tripping breaker. Upon arrival i replaced the control and bake element. Broil element was not sent with me. After replacing the bake and control i ran the unit till it reached set temp of 500 degrees with the ground off. I re attached the ground and ran unit again. Unit reached set temp of 500 degrees with no issue. I told the customers father to cutoff the oven at 12 as they had to leave soon. I set a timer just in case. Call complete. When trying to plug in the unit I found the cutout where the plug comes in above to be too close to the outlet. If I were to force it and plug it in there is a risk of breaking the green field on the metal tubing. Customer will need to make it to where the plug can go in without any damage risks.
