"Arrived onsite for a washer that is Not completely filling with water, flashing sensing, doesn't agitate, then drains the water. Upon inspection I found that the unit would not let me get into diagnostics mode. Upon further inspection I found that all harness connections in the unit were good. I found that the drain hose was not in a standpipe and was laying on the ground and as the unit would fill with water a Siphon would be created and the unit would not fill properly causing the issue. I Adjusted the hose and tested unit in diag mode and found the unit operating as designed. Job complete."

Arrived onsite for washer that wont Agitate. Upon arrival I put unit into diagnostics mode and ran cycle and found that the unit was not agitating properly. Arrived to install previously diagnosed. Upon arrival I installed new con and ui. And when to test unit and found that the unit burnt up the new control. I removed the new control and installed the old one same with the ui. Upon further inspection I found that the was some damage to the harness inside the chassis where we can not reach to repair due to a lighting strike. Did not collect dance due to these factors. Arrived onsite to inspect microwave not heating. I tested the capacitor and it was good. I volt tested the harness to the transformer and it read 120. I ohm tested the magnetron and it read as good. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator with the ice sticking in the chute and the water dispenser dropping. I found the ice door not sealing correctly causing moisture to build up in the chute and ice to stick to the sides. I found the water dispenser tube not clipped in correctly allowing water to siphon out of the tube after dispensing water. I replaced the ice door and corrected the tube. I went over ice use and dumping the bin after two weeks if all the ice hasnt been used with the customer. Call complete.

Spoke with Techline with finding and advised to replace compressor and tap into lines to get better readings. Found the new compressor would not allow the starting device to fit. Found the new start device located with the compressor would not work with the current compressor wire harness. Spoke to SR and was advised that we ordered the right part according to Marcone and to the part number that subs over but that Whirlpool had updated the subbed part number and will need to be reordered. I couldnt find the part number she sent but was advised to just order the part number and it would be taken care of. Ordering the correct compressor and the office will need to contact the customer to reschedule service due to an out of stock and PSP item. "Arrived on site for a washing machine that is making a knocking noise during the spin cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of what she was hearing and it sounded like a knocking noise coming from a loose agitator. Did inspect the agitator and did not find any evidence of it being loose. Ran the unit through diagnostics in an auto test and through manual high-speed spin and could not replicate the issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Scott SR# 7734617645. He advised me over to a service pointer (W11520474) that del with this issue. He advised if the unit could not replicate the sounds in diagnostics, the issue was with the triad on the control. "Arrived on site to follow up on cooktop that had a sputtering middle valve when switching between simmer and normal flame. After experimenting with the valve/knob: if you move the knob very slow to where it's transitioning between the inner and outer orifices, flame can sputter out going in either direction. Tried adjusting the valve but saw no difference. Called tech line and spoke with Rich, who advised we replace that valve only. If no change occurs then this is working as designed, but valve needs to be replaced to verify. Return visit set for 9/23. ; ordrng 1 W11246817 (Valve)"

Ran nitrogen to purge system. Pulled vacuum and held. Recharged per spec. Tested unit for additional 5 minutes and frost was now accumulating throughout evaporator. Recommended customer monitor temperature with bottle of water in freezer. Called customer back later in the evening and no answer. Will need to call customer next day to verify cooling. Job complete

Arrived onsite and found unit had been left running since prior visit and absolute no cool. Replaced compressor and dye drier. Exposed evap and inspected joints under heat shrink for dye leaks. No dye leaks detected. Vacuumed for 20 minutes. Charged system and tested pressures holding at 0 and 130 psi. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Upon inspection I found that the was a motor not running code. And through the diagnostics cycle I found that the motor would not run. I replaced the Sump&motor and tested unit and found unit operating as designed no leaks.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator with lights out after the last service and with it still leaking water. Upon further inspection I found a connector was left unplugged at the control after the last service. I plugged it in and the lights began working. I also found the water coming from the FC. The units drain line was frozen over and the defrost was causing water to come out of the front. I advised the customer on letting the unit thaw for 72 hours and see if it fixes the issue. However, if it does not then the drain line may be clogged. Due to the unit being a built in the drain line was not readily accessible. No fee collected due to being related to the prior service. The middle burner took longer to ignite and had orange flames. The main reason for the orange flames was due to cooking grease/oils on the burner cap. "Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that had started itself several times on one occasion. Customer clarified that they had cooked sometnubt that a large amount of steam, and after they walked away unit had started itself a couple of times. Called tech line, Sr7734583227. Per tech Line unit needs to go onto its own circuit (due to sharing circuit with wall oven), and items must be covered in the microwave. Steam is likely getting onto the control and causing the present symptoms. No part replacements are recommended until unit gets its own circuit. Covering items cooking should resolve all issues present. Documented with WP safety, 7734539462. Call complete."

BT Arrived to inspect ice maker not producing ice. Ran unit through diagnostics and found water flow very low. I Removed the filter and retested. The unit produced water properly so the filter was clogged. I installed a new filter provided by the customer and the unit worked as designed. I also found the front lower cover was out of adjustment impeding air flow. I adjusted the cover and repaired the problem. No leaks found during service.

"Arrived to inspect heating issue. I found the thermal fuse had opened and I removed and replaced. During testing I noted severely restricted exhaust flow and that the unit would heat on the timed dry setting , with no heat selected. Further inspection revealed the element had shorted to the housing and would lightly heat (120VAC) whenever the centrifugal switch within the motor was engaged, powering on L2. I removed and replaced the element and the issue was resolved. I advised the CX to have their venting checked immediately due to the severe airflow restriction. Operational test good, other than venting."

Arrived onsite to inspect microwave not powering on. I found that the mini circuit breaker had tripped again that had tripped back in January of this year. I reset the mini breaker and tested the microwave. I found no cause for tripping the breaker. CX had a 20 amp outlet for microwave that wasnt being in the cabinet above the oven power supply. I took the cord from the microwave and plugged it in to that outlet. Possibly suspect that mini breaker could be failing and the CX can get to the breaker from the garage if it trips again. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for icemaker not working. Upon arrival ran a forced harvest test. Unit harvested,but did not call for water.replaced ice maker kit. Test unit and unit now fills with water. Job complete."

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he ran the unit through a harvest cycle in and advise that it was unable to complete a cycle. Did confirm no ice in the icemaker mold. Tested the ice level sensor and found it operating as designed. Tested the day I see Boxster Mr. and found it past and diagnostics. Checked freezer temperature and found the freezer at 5?F. Checked the temperature setting on the refrigerator and found the refrigerator sections to set at 38?F in the freezer set at 5?F. I did advise the customer that the freezer section is a little high and could be contributing towards their issues with ice and making. Turn down the temperature setting and ran the unit through icemaker error codes. Found an E5 for timed icemaking. When ahead and replaced the icemaker and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a range that is intermittently turning itself off and back on. Inspected unit and working area. The customer advised that if they unplug the unit and called the unit back in, the unit will work just fine but it happens on the cooktop and in the oven at various points. Customer advised that even if they shake the machine all the sudden the unit Might come back on. Disassembled the rear of the unit and did not find any issues with it wiring or connector pieces grounding against anything. Found the terminal blocks in good shape and working properly. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage. Tested the unit manually and everything seem to be working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that the issue was most likely with their electrical supply due to the ability to unplug and replug the unit back in to get it to work. I advise that if the issue is on the machine side, it would most likely be with a wire that has a bad or loose connection. I did advise that since that is not the case and its not centrally failing in any specifically one one burner or oven, the issue would have to be with their electrical supply. I called Whirlpool Safety team and spoke to Kent SR# 7734568678. He advised to make no repairs at this time and have the customer reach out to an electrician to help them with their power supply issues. Call complete."

Arrived onsite for gas leak . Upon arrival noticed gas supply valve is on and there is no smell of leaking gas. Spoke to the tenant who has just moved in. He said he believed he smelled gas his first attempt to use oven and it is while in use. Tested unit by preheating to 400. Watched the unit cycle several times. Myself or tenant can not duplicate the smell. I believe that at some point there was a cleaning agent used and once heard it is what then tenant smelled. I turned the oven off and opened oven door to allow to Cool down. Tested unit again and unit is operating as designed with no leaking gas.

I gained access to the control and tested the thermistors, and defrost circuit and found it within range. I ran a forced defrost and found the hv control not sending voltage to the defrost heater. I found the freezer led out and the freezer gasket damaged not sealing properly. The led is covered under special project S191AQ from Service pointer W11460554. "Arrived on site for a dryer with no heat. On arrival the customer also expressed a concern of a loud noise. They provided a video and it was a loud screech. I test the unit and found no heat, but I couldnt replicate the noise. I checked voltage at the wall and found it good. I then gained access to the inside of the unit and found the heating element and the idler assembly bad. The customer wanted the element installed now. I installed the element and test the unit. "Arrived on site for a washing machine leaking water from the back. On arrival the customer stated the unit seemed to leak a significant amount, and it appeared to be during the drain. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and gained access to the valve and drain pump. I then manually activated all valves for several minutes and drained the unit twice, but was not able to replicate the leak. I informed the customer this is likely the cause of the leak, but due to not replicating the leak I could not be 100% certain. I also found the unit was on a customer pedestal. I informed the customer we could bring an additional tech to help remove the unit, but it would cost another service fee. The customer opted to remove it themselves prior to service. "Arrived to inspect dispensing issue. I enter service test mode and found F5E2 and F8E1 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. All functions within manual test mode were present and the detergent pump operated as designed. Further inspection revealed excessive debris within the dispenser area and was likely causing water to flow into the detergent reservoir and causing the detergent to be contaminated with water. I removed the rack and found only the adjuster was broken and after researching the part, I found it is out of stock with no ETA. I advised the customer of my findings and advised I could order the part but there is no date of arrival. Customer found the part online and ordered the part and advised they would repair it themselves. Rack left on top of the countertop with pieces of the adjuster next to it. Line does not leak, only leaks when connected to door, indicating a failed water line in the door. Ordering new door to resolve. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher control not working properly. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the control panel lights were constantly blinking and they couldnt get it to stop then eventually they did stop. I found the start button light and drying light currently on when they should be off as the unit is in standby mode. I placed the unit in diagnostics and checked error codes and found F10E2 and F2E1. I noticed the some of the digits on the display were missing. Cleared the codes and tested the unit. Unit is operating as designed. From experience with this unit and the F10E2 error code, I removed and replaced the main control and vent assembly. I recommended that the customer not use the unit until we can get back with the User Interface control. I am ordering the UI and scheduled return service for 09/19/22. Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling good in the FC again since the previous repair. I could see frost build up on the evaporator coil. I tested the bimetal from the jumper in the control box and found it open. I gained access to the bimetal and tested it finding it closed. I found the pink wire in the molex connector corroded and pushed partially out of the connector. I cleaned the pin and pushed it in place. I tested again from the control and found it good. I ran defrost in diagnostics and the unit worked as designed. I removed the remaining frost with my steamer. Call complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling properly and ice melting. Found condenser motor and compressor running pulling .9amps. Unit put itself into defrost cycle. Was not able to get FC temp below 37. Spoke with Techline and advised replacement of compressor per service pointer W11634348. Needing 2hrs on return visit and SS tech. Office to reschedule. Tested the thermal high limit was good. Tested the cutoff switch in one side was lifted up. Removed it and found it was broke Tested the valve coils in found OL between pins 1 an 2, replaced coils.
