"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not drying clothes properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the unit will take 2 to 3 cycles to dry clothes and that when they are running it, it feels like the room gets really hot and humid. I tested the dryer and found the unit tumbling and heating properly. Ill check behind the dryer and found the customers using a rigid aluminum dryer vent hose that goes into the wall. He explained that he has cleaned out the vent hose down at the bottom and has tried to use a leaf blower in his vent to clean out any clogs. I tested the dryer and found a lack of airflow going through the unit due to an air flow restriction. I removed the vent hose and ran a temperature test on the back of the dryer. I found temperatures fluctuate between 161?F and 111?F averaging a temperature of 136?F. I gained access to the attic, and found that the unit was ventilating fairly straight up, but could not see the entire vent due to insulation and how the house is built. I explained to the customer that has dryer only does three things (heat, tumble, and ventilate air or steam. I explain to the customer that that because the unit is tumbling and heating properly, the issue would be with their ventilation through the home. The unit is working and operating as designed. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that the unit is making the same grinding noise as before. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit appears to be operating as designed. Customer advised that during agitate and spin is when the noise occurs and it sounds like metal on metal. I tilted the unit back and inspected the gearcase and came (splutch) and when I removed the cam pulley, I found a small amount of gearcase oil on the underside of the pulley. I gained access to the evaporator and found an inefficient frost pattern Generally caused by an inefficient compressor or a leak. I gained access to the back and found a Freon leak at the top of the dryer. I took an amp draw off the compressor and found it pulling .588 A. The customer is still under manufacturer extended warranty for sealed systems. "Arrived on site to inspect wall oven error codes. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E1-stuck key. Cleared the code and tested the unit and found the unit would not turn on and approximately ten seconds into testing, the unit shut down and showed the error code again. When I went to pull the unit out of the cabinets, I found the unit power cord is mounted behind the microwave above the unit and did not have enough slack in the power cord to pull the unit out. I had to remove the microwave from the cabinets and push the oven power cord down behind the oven in order to get the wall oven out. Following the tech sheet, I removed and replaced the control panel and retested and the unit failed again. I checked the panel connections to the main control and the connections on the main control and all are good. I removed and replaced the main control and retested and unit is operating as designed. I tested the unit and found that when the evap fan is running its rapidly pulsing and will not fully ramp up, and this is causing too much draw resulting in the control resetting. Found items directly in front of the vent, as well as all shelves have items on them pushed to the back wall, causing cold pockets and compressor to constantly run. Anything in the cold path was 28-31 degrees, while items on the shelf fronts were 38-40. Advised customer to move items away from the back wall and cooling will return to normal. No parts needed. Arrived on site to diagnose dryer that is not starting. Examined and tested unit. Found no start. I checked the terminal block for voltages and found the L1 wire was melted and broken. Wires were melted on the dryer side and the power cable as well. I used a terminal block kit to fix the wires and secured. Customer advised they also need to replace the power cable. On arrival found that unit is on a 35amp gfci breaker which can be an issue on style of range when all four burners and broil element are on during preheat cycle unit will pull 37 amps and cause breaker to fail. Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Found ice maker responding but not filling. Removed tape and insulation sleeve off harness coming out of cabinet. Found tan wire was not set into miles connection properly. Set connection into molex and noticed barrel pin was short. Pulled it out and found connection damaged. "KSEG700ESS6 Arrived on site for F8E0 error. Upon arrival, inspected cooling fan its spinning freely. Entered diagnostics and found F8E0 cooling fan too low and F2E1 stuck key. Cleared codes. Ran tested mode and found no issues. Ran bake cycle for 20 minutes and no issues. Customer stated its been happening intermittently for 1 month. Proceeded to replace W11557001 ice maker, W11254954 left door and W11330486 panel Ui. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time."

"Arrived on site for food freezing in pantry section. Temp current 26f. Test 5 shows 37f. Sensor reading is 7.4k which is accurate to what refrigerator is showing but 10 off. Ordering sensor harness. Reset for Mon am. Customer also says gasket still hitting door. Called tech line. New gasket flapper is hitting left side door every time. Sent pic. Advised I can fit finger in between doors and they were even. Tech got with engineering. Will need to send the more photos of door. Measurement of front of cavity across top of unit and bottom with no doors. Measurement of doors from corner to corner, top and bottom. Measurement of distance between doors at top and bottom.
