"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the compressor, access valve, and evaporator. Vacuumed the system down to -30/0 psi and monitored pressures. Using my liquid leak detector, I tested all welds and found no leaks. Pressures held good, and I installed 47g of R600 refrigerant and allowed the system to equalize. Plugged the unit in and tested, and the unit is beginning to cool and has a good frost pattern. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the thermal fuse and in the process, I found the broil element was not secured, and the connections were welded to the chassis at the back of the unit. I secured the broil element and corrected the connector and tested. Once I started the bake cycle, the unit shut down and showed error code F9E0-unit mis-wired. I cleared the code and attempted testing again, and the unit continued to fail. I tested voltage at the wall and found 215V from L1-L2, 124V from L1 and L2 to Neutral. I retested the unit and tested amp draw to the bake element and found no amperage telling me the control has failed. "Arrived on site to inspect washer MHW5630HC3 leaking and not completing cycles. Upon further inspection, I found dry water stains at the bottom of the front panel coming from the door (photo). Also found dog hair on the inner door glass and on the bellow where the door glass meets the bellow, creating a channel in the bellow for water to leak out. I found clothing items and other items in the bellow drain area as well. I placed the unit in diagnostics, showing no error codes and tested in test 12. The unit completed testing and is operating as designed. The customer advised that the unit failed to complete a spin cycle and the clothing inside was still wet. I advised that if the load is too large or too small, the unit might get off balanced and cause an off balanced pause. The customer had a completed load in the unit upon arrival, and the unit had completed the cycle. I advised the customer that the debris in the bellow drain will cause the unit to not drain properly and typically means that the load was too large. I gained access to the drain 9umo and checekd the filter, and it was clear. I made recommendations for use and care as well as detergent and fabric softener use (water softener system). Unit is operating as designed and no water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven KEBS207SSS04 not keeping temps. Upon further inspection, I pulled the unit out to gain access to the element connections and fuses. I tested ohms to the elements, and they are good. I placed the unit in diagnostics and found the UI with missing/faded digits. I checked for error codes and found none. I tested the top oven on Bake at 350 degrees and tested voltage and amp draw at the elements. I found the control providing 238V to the elements, and the amp draw is within range on both elements. Once the unitmreached preheat temps, my meter displayed 362 degrees, which is a normal temp. I tested the sensor and found it reading within approximately 5 degrees. The customer advised that there are times when the unit won't keep the temps and they have to restart the unit. I allowed the unit to cycle in temps, but it never reached back to preheat settings of 350 degrees. Due to the UI missing digits and the unit not reheating, I researched the main control and UI and found both discontinued. Upon further inspection, I found where the fill tube adaptor had fallen off of the fill tube andmice was forming at the evap fan. I cleared the ice from the fan area and installed a new fill tube extension, and sealed off the gap at the wall with permagum and teeted. The unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to diagnose a range with a complaint that the oven is taking too long to preheat. Verified the issue by testing the bake function. Found that when the bake cycle is started, the igniter does not click or spark, and the gas valve does not open. Tested the broil and convection bake functions and found the same issue no ignition or gas flow. However, the convection fan and heating element engaged properly, confirming that power is reaching part of the system. This indicates a failure within the ignition control circuit, most likely due to a faulty DSI (Direct Spark Ignition) board. Recommended replacing the DSI board first, as it controls the spark and gas valve operation. To ensure a complete repair, will also bring a replacement control board, igniter, and gas valve to have on hand in case further testing identifies additional failures. Arrived on site for washing machine that was not draining or allowing the door to shut properly. On arrival confirmed issue and upon further inspection. I found the door hinge broken but found it was one of three parts that was not sent with me for repairs. I also found a clog in the drain pump and after removing it I was able to reassemble and test them pump and find it working as design with the leaks. I added a temporary screw to the hinge in order to allow the door to work until we could get back with a new door WP8183202 hinge. I rescheduled customer for 11.12.25; ordrng 1 WP8183202 (Hinge)
