"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator fresh foods section not cooling. Upon further inspection, I tested temps in the FC=0 degrees and RC=57 degrees. I disassembled the RC section and removed the RC evap fan cover and found the fan not operating and the thermistor in the correct spot on the suction line. I tested the thermistor and it is reading 68 degrees but it is engulfed in ice/frost. I measured temps at the thermistor and its reading 19 degrees. I removed and replaced the evap,cover and tested the unit in diagnostics test #40 and the unit is operating as designed. Reassembled the RC section and monitored cooling and the unit is cooling as designed. I found both RC door gaskets are torn and am ordering both gaskets and scheduled return service for 07/05/22. "Arrived onsite for a microwave that had displayed an F1E4 error. Ms stated the unit had woke her at 2:00am one morning and smoke was coming out of the vent at the top of the unit. I found the microwave relay on the main control had stuck and the high voltage transformer was burned up. The main control and the high voltage transformer will definitely need to be replaced. I am returning with the control panel, magnetron, capacitor, diode, and mag thermostat so I can further diagnose when the unit is fully uninstalled. Around the unit three diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) and F7 E7 (motor unable to reach target rpm) error codes. Tested the unit and a high-speed spin and found the motor turning but the basket not turning. Checked underneath the unit and found that the can had become detached from the driveshaft and the belt loose causing the issue. Used my impact drill to tighten the splutch assembly and replace and reattach the belt. Test of the unit and an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator lights not working. Upon further inspection, I found the freezer section modules dim and the top right module completely out. Per service pointer W11606409, all modules need to be replaced through SCODE S84638. I was able to get all FC modules replaced.I was able to get all RC modules replaced except the 2nd from top module on the left side. As I went to remove the old module, the receiving molex connector came off with the module. I attempted to reconnect the harness to the molex connector and due to the harness being too short, I was unable to reconnect it. I contacted techline and spoke to Joel and advised of the issue and Joel deemed the unit and provided SR#7733985745. I advised the customer of the issue and recommended they contact the manufacturer to report and provide them with the SR# along with the service pointer number. I was able to get the module temporarily wired to allow lighting inside.

Arrived on site for a washing machine tripping the breaker. Upon arrival the customer stated that they have plugged the unit into several different outlets and no matter which one it will pop the breaker. They also found that it only tends to do this when set on the heavy soil setting. I put the unit into diagnostics mode and activated each load. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and found everything ran as designed. I then ohmd out all components and found the valve reading 1.5k which is roughly 200 to high. Per the tech sheet if it is over by even 10 it needs to be replaced. All other components were within range per the tech sheet. I replaced the valve and motor due to it possibly over heating or working itself when in heavy soil and shorting. I then tested the unit and found it now working as designed. No leaks observed at the time of service. Call complete.

I cleared the codes and tested within manual test mode and found the unit would not activate any spin or agitate manual test modes. I inspected the gear case area and found it had flung oil all the way around the inside of the chassis. The rotor had excessive drag, likely due to Ill loss. During testing, the lid locked one time and then would fail every time after, including within automatic mode and the unit did attempt to continue, although it would not fully spin and was correctly engaged. Found that unit actually produced a full bucket of ice and ice packs in unit were frozen , sent to service management. Saw that about 1/3 of the evaporator was frosted. Checked sources of noise and found pad had jammed the condenser fan not allowing free rotation. Removed pad and monitored compressor. Compressor running at .8 amps. Unit began building frost on upper sections of the evaporator, took pics. Found that debris was causing the fan to slow, therefore causing the compressor to heat and not run effectively. Now that unit is cooling properly, recommended customer place a bottle of water in the freezer and monitor temperature. Unit is cooling properly. Job complete"
