Upon arrival customer stated that unit had been making ice just fine but they were noticing a lot of ice buildup around the ice bucket and underneath the bucket nice is melting together and sometimes when they would use the ice dispenser water would come out instead. I took temperature in the unit and found the freezer sitting at -1?F in the refrigerator sitting at 37?F. I have the customer get another lightbulb as the one currently inside the unit had broken wiring inside the light bulb. Replaced the light and the unit began to illuminate as designed. The customer said they had bought another one but the replacement bulb did not seem to work. I did inform then that they do sell bad bulbs and that they may have also gotten an LED light which will not work in this unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont lock the lead to start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customers complaint and found that the lid would not shut all the way unless if you pushed it down. Went to change the hinges and could not remove the top. Used flat head screwdrivers to try and pry the top off but was unsuccessful. Spoke to PR and was advised to order the top, hinges, and lid just in case. Arrived on site for water dispenser not working. I inspected the unit and work area. I gained access to the Evaporator and found gaps along the cover seal. I called techline and spoke to. Liam I advised of my findings. Liam recommend ordering more seals or doubling up the seals if you have a cover assembly with you. I received sr# 7732231087. I doubled up the seals along the evaporator fan assembly. I tested the water dispenser and found it is working as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine thats flashing a D 24 code. Inspected unit and work area. I did find the unit flashing an error code but for an F 21 indicating a long drain error code. Ran the unit through an auto test and found the unit was overflowing with excess suds. In the drain portion of the cycle, found that the drain kept trying to run due to the excess suds and would not kick off due to the amount of soap. Advise the customer of the issue and advise them to run several cycles without soap and clear out all soap inside the washer prior to any further use of the unit. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for WP FRIDGE ICE ALL OVER FRIDGE IS NOT COOLING. Customer explained they unplugged it this morning because the noise was unbearable. Plugged in fridge and could hear the evaporator fan hitting ice. Found large sections of ice on evaporator cover. Fridge seemed to be cooling as designed but it was unplugged upon arrival so I couldnt get accurate temps. Fresh food section looked good and had a nice frost pattern. "Arrived on site to replace ice dispenser motor, upon arrival I gained access to the dispenser motor and replaced it, the dispenser is now operating properly as designed, additionally the customer had frost build up at the rc evaporator and I found that the frost had built up on the front of the cover, behind the cover and on the sides, I steamed as much as I could on the sides and front but found that if I attempt to remove the evap fan housing the cover will break, I informed the customer that we would have to reschedule return service and have them defrost the unit 24 hours from arrival to safely remove the evap cover and address the frost build up issue to repair. ; ordrng 1 WPW10387382 (Evap cove)"
