"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Per previous techs diagnosis, I was to install the rollers and axles, along with a new crisper drawer. However, the drawer was denied and I explained to the customer to contact the manufacturer or their extended warranty and see if they would send them a new drawer. I removed and replaced the axles and rollers and due to the crisper drawer being broken at the right roller causing the axle to drop down and the roller to fall off, I adjusted the axle using a ziptie to lock in the axle in place and tested. The drawer is operating as designed. I advised the customer of my repairs and advised that the repair should hold them over until they get a new drawer. Unit is operating as designed. "Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that doesnt make ice correctly and the RC doesnt cool correctly. I found a couple of batches of ice in the bucket. I found the FC at 1 degree and the RC at 44 degrees with the settings at 0 and 37 degrees. I found the right RC door switch hanging up periodically and not turning the lights on. I ran service test 4 and in step 4 I checked DC voltage output from the control to the RC thermistor and it was bouncing all over the place. I disconnected power and checked the resistance and it was 6.39K ohms and in range. I re-powered the unit testing again and the voltage out of the control was at 1.98VDC and correct. I tested temps and the RC went from 44 to 36 degrees and switched over to the FC. I found the FC thermistor was reading 22.01K ohms but my VDC output from the control to that thermistor was at 2.72VDC which was way out of range. I called techline and spoke with Leon. I gave him my findings and he agreed with changing the main control again and possibly the thermistor. I changed the main control and tested finding with the FC at 8 degrees and my DC voltage out of the control to the FC thermistor would start out at .435 and would go up to 2.0VDC then start dropping again. It would continue this same cycle repeatedly continuing to cool and dropping into sub zero temperatures. The new control could be faulty since it is doing something different from the one it replaced but we need to return with the evaporator fan and check the thermistor harness wires resistance in the cabinet. I checked the icebox fan and found it not moving much air. When the FC was at 0 degrees I found the icebox at 23 degrees and not at harvest temp. The fan could need to be replaced but the air channels need to be checked to see if they are clear to and from the icemaker when the thermistor wires are checked and or the fan is replaced. Ordering W11575358 FC evaporator motor, W11123941 rocker switch, WPW10675033 control, and W10846539 icebox fan. INSTALLED WPW10675033 elec control. "Arrived on site to inspect washer not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit unplugged, drain hose not in drain pipe and both inlet hoses stuck down inside the drain pipe (photo). I plugged the unit in and connected the inlet hoses and placed the drain hose in the drain pipe and then placed the unit in diagnostics showing error codes F0E2-over suds, F3E1-pressure sensor fault and F8E1-long fill. Cleared the codes and continued with testing and found the cold water valve not opening fully. Also found where previous tenant was putting detergent in the bleach cup and putting scent boosters in the softener cup (photos). Once I was done with testing and the unit was turned off, the drain pump kicked on briefly. I removed and replaced the main control and valve and blew through the water level sensor hose and it was clear. Calibrated the unit and retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. "Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered part. Per previous techs diagnosis, I installed the ice maker arm extension and found a block of ice in the bottom of the freezer. I removed the drawer and shelving and found a frozen stream of ice coming from the evap drip pan (photo). I removed the evap cover and found the evap,drip pan full of ice (photo). Cleared the ice and found the drain tube clogged as water was still standing in the drip pan after steaming the ice. I placed the nozzle of my steamer extension down the drain tube and turned the steamer upside down to blast hot water down t(e5 tube and after filling the steamer twice, the debris inside the drain tube finally blew out as the stand still water in the pan drained. I continued to blast hot water down the tube to make sure the debris was cleared. Tested the drain tube with hot water and the water drained. Reassembled,bled the unit and tested the ice maker and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed at the end of service, job completed. W11215550"

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator that could possibly need a sealed system repair. I found the leak on the high side of the compressor. I removed what was left of the charge and repaired the joint where the leak was. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 48 grams of R600A. I tested the unit and had good suction pressure but the high side pressure was weak and the refrigerant flow was bad. After about 10 minutes it only frosted about 15 inches of the evaporator after the cap tube. I removed the refrigerant again and replaced the compressor and drier. I vacuumed the system and charged it with 48 grams of R600A. I tested the unit and had good pressures and good refrigerant flow. The evaporator was frosting properly. Unit is working as designed. The customer explained that the unit would go to the sensing and click a couple times but then we just start flashing the lid. Lock symbol and not continue forward. Then talked with Lou and he have disconnected the ground from chaise and heat oven to 500? then reconnect the ground. Then I retested the voltage. Now I get L1 to N was 125 vac L2 to N was 122 vac. "WRT311FZDZ02 Arrived to inspect temperature issues. I found the RC at 31 and the FC at 1. The customer advised the RC gets too cold and at times, they have noticed when the RC gets too cold, ice cream starts to soften, denoting evaporator freezup. Inspection of the drain tube reveled some debris, but the tube was clear going up to the evaporator. Further inspection revealed the vacuum breaker in the lower back of the RC chamber was incorrectly installed during manufacturing and was deformed. The valve could not close all the way and I was able to video it malfunctioning. I contacted the MFG and advised of my findings, tech Nate, SR# 7739411347. Upon arrival, customer states that the temperature does not get hot enough, the unit never reaches preheated temperature and food does not get cooked correctly. Upon arrival, preheated oven to 400. Used thermocouple to monitor temperatures. Unit only preheated to 389 and began heat cycles. Unit began cooling, Temperature got as low as 290, then heated to only 349 and only averaged 319.5. Need to replace control and sensor. Allowed unit to cool and replaced sensor W10859573 and control W11620686. Test unit by preheating again to 400. Unit surpassed 400 as normal and began heat cycling. Got average temperature to 402. Unit is operating as designed. No gas leaks present at this time. Job complete"

Arrived on site for range with loud fan motor. On arrival found convect fan motor bearing bad and replaced it with w11582241. Tested 7nit and found noise removed. Call complete

Arrived onsite for unit take long to dry. Inspected and found unit is heating and tumbling but leaving clothes steamy and needing another cycle run. Ran air flow test and found poor airflow. Notified customer that an external blockage between the wall and the exit port on the roof could exist. Customer then stated that the roof was recently redone. Recommend that customer have roofing company out to make sure that it was not obstructed during the repair. If roof is good then recommended calling for duct cleaning. Job complete . No parts replaced

Unit is currently working customer cancelled at the door.

Arrived onsite for dishwasher with Error message F8E4. On inspection found the overflow tray full of water. I took the tray out and dumped the water. I ran the diagnostic cycle twice and no water leaks were detected. I informed the customer the only other time I seen this is when the dishwasher was over loaded and a spray arm gets stuck in 1 position and sprays the door and leaks into the tray. Customer said that it was over loaded on the very first load ever ran in the unit. No parts installed during service and no water leaks detected during service.

Arrived onsite for the vent hood light not working. On inspection 1 light was working 1 was not. Gain access to the light and found the 1 not working unplugged. Plugged it in and now both lights are working as designed. No parts were installed during service.

Arrived onsite for oven with no power to ui. On inspection the ui was dark but the cooktop was igniting. Gain access to the control board and found that there was a burnt spot on the console board. Installed new control board and now the ui is power on and bake and broil are working. On further inspection the bake takes 4 to 8 sparks to ignite if it does ignite. Gain access to the bake element and found the spark is weak. Ordering a new DSI board and bake igniter just in case it is the igniter. Arrived onsite for vent hood making a horrible noise. On inspection the fan sounds like a blade is broken hitting the side of the vent hood. Gain access to the fan and motor dropped it down and turn it on removed from the vent hood. Fan is making no new and there is nothing broken on the fan. Looked up in the vent hood and there was a piece of metal that had been cut but not removed that was hitting the fan. I removed the metal piece and now the fan is working as designed and no parts were installed onto unit.

"Arrived one for previously diagnosed parts. On inspection the ui was not responsive to the touch, it was stuck on power failure on the display. Installed a mew controller and the same error message was on the display. Reinstalled the old control board and installed new ui and the display was blank. I installed the new control board in unit and still a blank display. Installed new the old ui with new control board and it was back to power failure on the display. Reordering the ui and the control board and a new latch sense I had to break the latch to get the model # with engineering code. Sitting next ASAP, customer has been with out a washer almost a month. No parts installed during service.; ordrng 1 W11478527 (Ui) and 1 W11426291 (Control board) and 1 W11700916 (Latch)"

"Arrived on site to diagnose microwave that had made a loud pop last time that it was used. Customer also mentioned that occasionally it would seem a little extra loud when running. Unit has not been used since and was unplugged. I removed the top cover and examined the HV system. I found no char marks, burnt or severed wires, or any source of a pop or electrical failure.i found no abnormal odors either. Cavity also showed no sign of damage. I ran the unit and heated some water. I found the water was heating normally and the unit sounded normal as well. I advised the customer that they should monitor the unit if they use it, but there is no definitive source of any noise or damage. Unit is heating. Relayed diagnosis to landlord. Office to charge card on file for diagnosis since no failure could be verified."

Arrived onsite to test unit for console lock on. Tried to unlock console and not responding. Replaced console test unit and unit test good job complete. W11600355

Arrived on site to test unit for igniters not working. Test unit and all burners igniting right away. Customer said they had just cleaned it when it wasnt working so the igniters might have been wet and that was preventing the unit to ignite. Job complete no parts used.

"Arrived on site to diagnose vent hood not running the motor when powered on. I tested the unit and found there was no response when switch was on. I removed the switch and motor and found both burnt out. Replaced motor and switch and retested. Verified unit working as designed. Parts used - WPW10395126, WPW10395033"

WTW4816FW3 Arrived on site to replace ordered parts. Replaced W11481722 actuator and W11652038 lower harness. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was vibrating harshly during spin. Customer advised me that regardless of load size the unit bangs a little and vibrates heavier, and unit has moved. I checked the level and found it slightly off front to rear and adjusted. I ran unit in high speed spin and found the top of the basket seems to be gyrating abnormally, but is tight on the gearcase shaft. Checked suspension and suspension is not extra springy. Ordering a basket, and suspension to be replaced at same time as basket. Office to schedule when parts arrive. ; ordrng 1 W11178227 (Basket)"

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher leaking. On inspection the leak was coming from the vent. I pulled the vent and found the gasket was folded over. Installed a new vent onto the unit and tested the unit in diagnostics mode, it completed it with no issues. No water leaks detected during service. W11649995"

Arrived on site with new freezer brackets and clip. Removed fzr door. Removed drawers. Replaced freezer door bracket kit. Installed clip. Reassembled and verified operation. Call c9mplete.n

"Arrived onsite for display not draining. On interior found water in the unit, turn the drain on and no water wqs removed from the unit. I pulled the unit out and found debris in the pump keeping the unit from draining. Removed the debris and the pump started to pump water out. Ran diagnostics cycle 2 times and the unit completed the cycle with no issues."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator section not cooling. Customer says he replaced fan motor. Current temp was 38 and 13f. Confirmed air flow is good. Removed evaporator cover. Found no frost pattern on refrigerator evaporator. Drain trough is rusted, Also found damage to cabinet near the front supports. Pics taken. Removed evaporator cover for freezer. Found incomplete pattern. Unit has several issue. Sealed system is low on refrigerate and not cooling enough, damage to cabinet will creat moisture issues. On arrival recovered refrigerant and installed w10160407 compressor, wp12866903 tube, wpw10143759 uv drier, w11506635 valve, and 12002730 evap. Pulled vac and recharged system with 5.0oz of r134a. Tested unit and found no leaks, psi at 150/0 and equalized psi at 60. Informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to stabilize temps. Call complete"
