"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that was tripping breaker when spinning most cycles. Checked moyor windings and found 4.7 ohm measurements, which is in line with the 1/3 hp motor. Checked capacitor and found readings of 40 nf. Replaced capacitor. Ran a rinse and spin / drain and spin both with towels and found no issues present. Unit is on a ground fault breaker as well. Advised customer to run unit to a non ground fault outlet if issues continue. Unit working as designed and in spec at this time. Call complete."

JM: Arrived onsite to inspect refrigerator having trouble making ice.I found that the ice bin had very small ice cubes. I also found that in the ice maker there where ice cubes that were not properly harvested and were stuck up in the ice maker.I tested the water dispenser and it dispensed water at a very low pressure. I placed a filter bypass and the water pressure returned to normal. The ice maker is making poor ice cubes and the fill tube is leaking due to low pressure. R/R both the reservoir and the water filter and tested. Operational test good. Water pressure returned to normal. No leaks observed during service. Call complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect wall oven/microwave combo unit not working. Upon further inspection, I found the unit non responsive and the breaker turned on. I pulled the unit out and tested the control panel harness and it is good. I tested the main control for voltage and found only 122V. Tested incoming voltage to the transformer and found none. I tested incoming voltage at the wall and found between the L1 and L2 (red & black wires) 122V and there should be approximately 220V. I advised the customer of my findings and recommended they have an electrician look at the breaker and the outlet and once the issue is repaired and they still dont have power to the unit to contact our office and schedule service. Unit breaker left turned off for safety, job completed."

I put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F8E1 for long fill, F0E3 for overload, F2E1 for stuck key. I cleared the error codes. I then manually activated the valves and found the cold valve dripping in and the hot valve with slow flow. I gained access to the valves and found them bad. I installed the new housing and then test the unit. I found the unit now working as designed with no leaks present at the end of service. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that will make an abnormal noise at the last minute of the cycle. On arrival the customer stated the unit will complete the spin and drain fine with no noise, but right at the end of the cycle for about a minute a strange noise starts. They found it to be almost as if a card was in bike tire spokes. I then put the unit into diagnostics mode and found stored error codes F6E3 ACU communication error , F0E4 for spin limit by water temp, and F8E6 for water hazard. I cleared the error codes. I then ran a diagnostics cycle and manually activated each component to find them working as designed with no abnormal noise. I gained access to the bottom o the unit and found the screw that holds the stator/rotor in missing. I replaced it with personal stock. I found no other issue on the unit. Call complete."

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator temps. Upon further inspection, I found the RC section at approximately 54 degrees and the FC section still cooling properly. I found the deli control not operating and inspected the control and harness and found all five wires of the harness broken (photo). I found the RC evap drip pan badly warped and the evap motor harness will need to be replaced. Also found both RC doors badly sagging causing the gaskets to be gapped and allowing warm air inside the RC section. I advised the customer of the issues found and advised of the parts needed to complete repairs (deli harness, hv control, UI, RC evap motor harness, drip pan, etc) and had them read the disclaimer provided by management and recommended they purchase a new unit due to the repairs not being cost effective with the possibilities of future issues that cant be resolved. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

I removed the console and unplugged and replayed everything back in. I found the error still returning. The left side of the console is not responsive but the right side is. The left side control has failed and the console needs to be replaced.

"Arrived on site for a range that was not heating properly. Upon arrival the customer stated the unit is consistently heating 40?F + lower than the set temp. They found every time they cook, food is now not cooking fully. I ohmd out the elements and sensor to find both good. I put the unit into diagnostics code and found several F6E0 error codes for UI miscommunication. I also found the UI LED screen bleeding through and when on one screen you can still see the last screen you were on. Also, the touch screen scrolling feature was not working half of the time I used it. I am ordering the console to replace and we will return to install it. "Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher noises. Upon further inspection, the customer advised that when the unit starts to dispense water into the tub they can hear a thumping noise. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. Unit operated as designed with no unusual noises. I tested the unit in a normal made and it continued to operate as designed. I could not get the unit to duplicate the issue. I found a water hammer arrested on the valve under the sink. I explained to the customer that the issue will require a plumber to come out and check it. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

"Arrived on site to inspect dryer taking too long to dry. Upon further inspection, I opened the door and pressed the door switch closed and tested. I found the element illuminating at the back left corner vent. I found lint on the floor behind the unit. Using my vent tester kit, I tested airflow to the unit and found the first two tests failed (photos). Also found the unit was not sitting on any leveling feet. Using parts from my van stock (W11025920) I installed four feet and leveled the unit. I made recommendations to the customer in getting the vents checked/cleaned. No mechanical repairs needed at this time. No lint observed within the unit, job completed."
