"WDF331PAHS1 Arrived for non-operation. Service test mode showed 4-3, 7-1 and 6-4 stored in memory and I cleared for testing. I found all functions present and the circulation pump would not turn, even though line VAC was present. I removed and replaced the sump assembly and tested. All functions returned to normal and the unit operated as designed. No leaks observed during service."

On arrival verified complaint of not completing cycle and noise. On visual inspection found a lot of plastic dust under unit. After further inspection found gearcase is not leaking oil but shifter was in wrong position and causing the splutch to grind on itself. Splutch was almost completely worn away. "Arrived on site to inspect washer leaving white residue on the clothing. Upon further inspection, the customer provided some clothing with white powder residue on them (photos). I placed the unit in diagnostics showing no error codes and tested. The unit operated as designed; however, I found a small amount of suds in the water. I manually tested the hot water fill and filled the tub and then tested agitation and during this time, more suds appeared. Due to a service pointer regarding this issue, I removed and replaced the main control and calibrated the unit then retested. I raised the top panel and removed the tub ring and inspected the outer section of the basket. There is residue on the tub, but not enough to cause the issue the customer is having. I made recommendations for use and care, as well as, detergent use (water softener system). No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

Arrived onsite for a DW that is showing F8E4 float switch code. There was some water in the drip tray. "WFG550S0LZ1 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the center burner, noting the issue was two-fold, moderately plugged vapor channels within the casting that were easily wiped away, and the low flame height mis-adjusted. The front right required debris removal from the channel that directed the air-fuel moisture to the igniter and when corrected, ignited at every attempt. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

"KFGC506JSS05 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Initial inspection revealed the orifice had a piece of tape on the face, fully blocking the flow of gas into the bake tube. I suspect it was put there during the installation of the orifice, as this is common practice to prevent it from being lost during installation. After removing the tape, the unit operated as designed and heated to the set temperature, cycling as expected. I elected to replace the bake tube, due to customer concerns from prior service, but it was not fully necessary. Operational test good, no gas leaks detected during service."

Arrived onsite for a oven with a door that would not seal properly at the top. I found this to be true (see photo) I replaced the hinges and found that the door now seals up properly

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not working. Upon further inspection, I found the outer door panel is dented at the bottom left corner and the top right corner at the control panel that appears happened when installing the unit. Also found the control panel is damaged at the far right edge (photos) due to the door panel being damaged. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E2-motor failure. I found where the mounting screws are screwed into the cabinets on both sides there is damage to the cabinets (photos). Also found damage to the cabinets on the left side near the bottom of the unit (photo). I carefully pulled the unit out and removed and replaced the sump assembly and carefully re-installed the unit and pushed it back far enough into the cabinets to where the cabinet drawer to the left of the unit could open/close without hitting the unit handle. I tested the unit and found it operating as designed with no water leaks. With the unit being within the 30 cosmetic warranty, I am ordering the outer door panel and will return with all prescreened parts (console) and office to schedule return service. Returning tech will need to replace the outer door panel and control panel to complete repairs on the unit. No water leaks observed during service. "Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator no cool. Upon further inspection, I found the FC evap cover engulfed in ice/frost. I disassembled the FC section and removed the evap cover and removed the frost from the top section of the evaporator and found the thermistor not in the correct position (photo). I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the unit and found the defrost thermistor showing to be shorted. I tested the defrost element and its getting 125V and heating properly. I removed the remaining ice/frost and removed and replaced the thermistor and secured it to the cap tube line with foil tape and a ziptie (photo). I advised the customer of my findings and repairs. Recommended allowing the unit to cool for at least 24 hours before placing food items back inside. No water leaks observed during service, job completed."

She advised that the unit was having a hard time closing, and that several parts were broken inside. She advised that she had continued to try to use the machine, but that the machine was giving off a burning odor. I found the doorhandle missing from the door, and the customer advised that she had it, but that it wasnt staying on. Found the left hand hinge completely bent. Found the upper rack had lost several pieces to hold it in place and multiple items stuck underneath the heater, causing the burning smell. I also found part of the door gasket and spray arms broken. I found that the strike was missing and damage done to the tub. I spoke with claims, and was advised that multiple of these issues could only have been caused due to customer damage. Had the meter in the fc for 15 minutes once the thermistor was replaced an only got to 29?.

1910 Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed compressor. Charged with 145psi of nitrogen and found no signs of any refrigerant leaks. I did confirm that the dishwasher door was opening and closing as designed. I asked the customer what exactly had been happening prior to, and she advised that the dishwasher door was hitting the side of the cabinet and then you had to push it up and in. I did explain to the customer that that sounded Like their dishwasher may have been unlevel and that was probably causing the door to hit the side and potentially have problems closing. I did show the customer how to adjust the feet in order to square out the dishwasher door with the frame. The unit is working an operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a wall oven that is turning off intermittently when the unit is baking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that it does not always happen when she is cooking, but that the unit will have a hard time registering the customers commands, and sometimes will power cycle . She visor its only happened three or four times since she bought it but she is having to restart her baking cycles when this happens. I did confirm that the customer was hooked up to Wi-Fi. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no store error codes. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 7738311587. He advised that this issue is most common with the user interface not going through the necessary updates. He asked if the customer has excepted all the updates that have been sent to her phone. The customer advised that she has not been getting any notifications that she needs updates on her wall oven. he advised that if the customer is not getting those notifications, she will need to allow notifications from the app to allow those updates to occur. He advised to go ahead and replace the user interface due to the non-touch issue, but advise the customer to call the Wi-Fi care team, if problems persist after that so they can help her get everything set up properly. Arrived on site for washer needing previously diagnosed cam. Upon arrival installed part and tested washer. Found it working as designed with no leaks call complete

Arrived on site for microwave not heating. Unit starts but just buzzing. Was able to get water to heat but with loud noise. Removed control panel. Ran again and noise was gone. Inspected high voltage and it checks ok. Replaced control board. Verified operation. Working as normal with no noise. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for dishwasher not drying. On inspection found error F7E1, ran the diagnostic cycle and the heating element never came on. Installed a new heating element and tested old one. The old heating element was OL when tested for ohms. The new heating element is drawing 7.2amps now. The unit is operating as designed no water leaks detected during service."

"LFXS26973D/01 Arrived to inspect leak. I found the leak was from the back of the unit, at the FC ice maker water supply entry point. The fill tube had frozen and I suspected due to the valve that had been replaced prior, slightly weeping. I temporarily cleared the ice and am reordering the valve assembly that had been replaced prior. No leaks of the water supply observed during service. Office to contact the customer to arrange return service, due to customer availability. ; ordrng 1 AJU72992601 (Water Valve) and 1 MJX61892901 (Valve) and 1 MJX41869202 (Valve)"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the unit making a loud humming noise while using the microwave, I removed and replaced the magnetron and inverter board and tested. Unit is operating as designed with no unusual noises. Job completed."

On arrival verified complaint of microwave not activating. Customer stated not always responsive on control. Was able to replicate for me. Customer states when firmly pushing on door it will start the cycle. Ui will just click when unresponsive but light is off in the microwave. Recommend door switches/interlocks. Ordering 1x W11578578 ; ordrng 1 W11578578 (Interlock harness)

Arrived on site to replace faulty control board. Replaced control board and tested. Board had no effect on issue. Found it recently Replaced spark module DSI board was defective and replaced again. Tested and unit is functioning properly. Job complete.

Need to replace housing. Replaced housing and test unit. Unit is operating as designed. Did notice a small amount of water leaking at supply from wall. Customer is aware of that leak. Job complete"
